drzwi do łazienki bez zamka i klamki do drzwi. część wspólne hotelu mocno zapuszczone. sala śniadaniowa duszna. sałatka owocowa skiśnięta. Cena za pokój powyżej 150 euro a w lodówce mała woda za 1,5 euro!!!! O czym informują dopiero przy wyjeździe.

La habitación olía mal, el colchón era de muelles y te hundías. La alcachofa de la ducha no se sujetaba y no se podía subir en altura por lo que para lavarte el pelo te tenías que agachar, además la ducha era pequeñísima que casi no cabías. El lavabo no tenía tapón, no había ni un vaso en toda la habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El desayuno escaso y muy básico.

Non hanno un parcheggio privato ma comunque c'è un garage privato vicinissimo. L' unica cosa che veramente non mi è piaciuta è che lo scarico della doccia era intasato e non defluiva velocemente l' acqua e si formava uno stagno...

Bedden hadden beter gekund. beter verlichting op de kamer een deel van de verlichting deed het niet. Weinig kledinghangers Iets meer variatie bij het ontbijt.

No grate in sink, personal stuff could fall down the drain, shower over flowing with water and way too small, air conditioner was noisy and didn't work, had to open windows and get bitten by mosquito's. No air conditioning in breakfast room or lobby, whole building hot. Ni smart TV access. Carpet proped against wall, no kettle, bed and pillows very lumpy and old. Access to toilet paper very uncomfortable. Mirror in bathroom was made for tall people, anyone under 5ft 3 couldn't use and lighting was poorly lit throughout room. Hotel in need of full refurbish 1960's style.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Lähellä rautatieasemaa, kuitenkin kohtuullisen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä. Aamiainen riittävä. Lyhyeen oleskeluun hotelli sopi meille hyvin. Matkalaukkusäilytys oli hyvä asia meille. Vastaanotossa ystävällinen palvelu.
Minijääkaapissa oli kaksi vesipulloa. Edellisessä hotellissa ja joskus aiemminkin on tarjottu vesipullo ilmaiseksi. Olisi ollut hyvä mainita vesipullojen maksullisuudesta jossain esitteessä huoneessa, eikä vasta uloskirjauduttaessa.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Das Personal war der Lichtblick des Besuches. Erfreulich war, dass die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte und die tägliche Reinigung gründlich war.
Der Zustand des Hotels ist schlecht. Neben fehlender Zahlen bei Beschriftungen der Zimmer, gibt es Schäden am Mobiliar, den Böden und im Bad gab es neben Schimmel in der Dusche auch bspw keine Stöpsel, wodurch ständig Dinge im Abfluss landeten. Der fehlende Stauraum im Bad - es gibt nur den am Waschbecken - ist ein weiteres Problem. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zwar, war jedoch relativ laut, was zumindest den morgendlichen Lärm vom Flur übertönte. Irritierend war das Abgeben des Schlüssels an der Rezeption beim Verlassen des Hotels und das die Zimmertür nicht abgeschlossen werden konnte.

We checked in at 1 a.m. The lighting in the room is confusing — it’s not clear how it is arranged. Some of the switches work, while others don’t. In the bathroom, there are stickers on the shower (with rusian writing) saying that it has been cleaned. It’s quite strange 👀 Breakfast — the food is arranged in a confusing way. The bread is at one end, while the cheese and cold cuts are at the other.

W łazience zlew zatkany jak sie korek podniosło to włosów po gościach z pół roku którzy w tym pokoju spali , lodówka grzyb nie myta w środku też z pół roku . Niemam pojęcia z kad Hotel ma tyle pochlepnych opini . Nie jestem żadnym dupskiem pedantem dla wiadomości Państwa czytających opinie. Nigdy w życiu nie polecam tego Hotelu

Hotel wymaga zdecydowanie odświeżenia. Ściany w pokoju poplamione, w łazience farba odchodzi z sufitu. Na fugach ciemne ślady. Materace nieco zużyte, slabo sprężynowały przez co lekko się zapadałem. W klimatyzacji nie działało chłodzenie, tylko głośny nawiew. Przez co w nocy było zbyt gorąco. Śniadania średnie, we włoskim stylu, codziennie takie same. Sala śniadaniowa bez klimatyzacji i tylko z wiatrakiem w rogu sali, co sprawiało, że było bardzo gorąco

A small issue with coffee at breakfast, the lady said I will bring it to you, but never did, could not catch her eye to remind her, did she ignore me on purpose? I do not know.

Hotel sujo com aspeto nojento, corredores em alcatifa muito suja. Um dos quartos a porta da casa de banho não tinha puxador nem fechadura. O chuveiro é minúsculo. Se alguém for avantajado não cabe. Champô e gel em saquetas como antigamente. Resumindo, o preço não justifica a falta de qualidade e limpeza. Para mim nunca mais.

Troszkę niedokładnie posprzątany pokój. Znalazłam czyjeś brudne skarpetki pod łóżkiem. Niestety nie ma klimatyzacji, tylko centralny nawiew, który nie radził sobie do końca z sierpniowymi upałami.

Patul pentru a treia persoană a fost inconfortabil. Se simțeau arcurile de la saltea.

Frukost väldigt dåligt. Legat ute länge. Hotellet var gammal och skulle behövas rustas upp. Skulle inte rekommendera att bo där, även om personalen var trevlig.

Brak klimatyzacji, po zgłoszeniu do obsługi, dostaliśmy jedynie wentylator, a Pan z obsługi nie próbował jej nawet naprawić. Bardzo słaba jakość wi-fi, nie można było się praktycznie połączyć z siecią. Hotel zasługuje na 2 gwiazdki.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Die Buchung und der gesamte Ablauf haben problemlos funktioniert. Unsere Suite war komfortabel, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Besonders positiv möchten wir den freundlichen Rezeptionisten erwähnen, der sich bemüht hat, uns trotz des Problems mit der Klimaanlage zu helfen und uns einen großen Standventilator zur Verfügung stellte. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank
Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage in unserer Suite während unseres Aufenthalts nicht – bei Außentemperaturen von etwa 36–38 °C war das sehr unangenehm. An der Rezeption wurde uns zunächst erklärt, die Direktion habe die Klimaanlage zentral auf 23–24 °C eingestellt. Von einem anderen Servicemitarbeiter erfuhren wir später jedoch, dass die Anlage aufgrund eines technischen Defekts nicht reguliert werden konnte und dieser noch nicht behoben worden war. Hier hätten wir uns von Anfang an eine offene und eindeutige Information gewünscht.

Avant de nous demander de payer la bouteille d'eau du mini frigo de la chambre (gratuites partout ailleurs dans les hôtels en Italie) veillez déjà à nettoyer correctement la chambre (nous avons trouvé des chaussettes sales, une pince à cheveux par terre laissant penser que le ménage n'avait pas été fait !!) et à changer les matelas (en piteux état avec les ressorts dans le dos) !! Cabine douche posée sans intégration dans la salle de bains ! Un conseil ? Ne réservez pas !

De bedden zijn veel te hard! Ook zou een pasjessysteem beter werken om de kamer af te sluiten.

El aire acondicionado no funciona Tuvimos 3 cambios de habitación en 3 noches, si les dan la 106, 107 o 101 digan que no, no anda el AA en ninguna, la 107 además tiene una tercera cama que es un catre y se lo dieron a un adulto de más de 100hg le duelen las cervicales y cintura, la 101 el baño se inunda al bañarte El desayuno mediocre, espacio chico y sin aire, ponen un ventilador para una habitación particular 1 solo ascensor, cuando tenes que salir y están haciendo los cuartos y limpiando, olvídate …. Anda x escaleras. Si está cerca de terminal, pero vale más la pena pagar un poco más e ir a otro Vetusto sin mantenimiento

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Recepční na hotelu byli velmi milí!! Pan recepční nám dal vybrat ze dvou pokojů, který se nám bude víc líbit. Klimatizace fungovala! Byla sice centrální, ale foukala nepřetržitě a pokoj krásně vychladila. A přestože foukala nepřetržitě, nenachladila jsme se z ní. Voňavé povlečení a ručníky. Mýdlo na ruce a tělo k dispozici
Hotel je už starší a bohužel vice věcí na našem pokoji nefungovalo :(( Fungovala jen jedna zásuvka, ze sprchy do koupelny vytékala voda, minibar nechladil a pokoj nešel zamknout zvenku ani zevnitř. To bylo trochu stresující. Také dvere z koupelny byly zaseklé a muselo se do nich v podstatě skoro kopnout, aby se otevřely :((. Velmi rada bych dala lepší hodnocení, mam pochopení pro starší hotely, které i tak mohou hezky sloužit, ale bohužel v tomto pokoji toho nefungovalo uz opravdu hodně :((

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e ci sono diversi aspetti positivi da evidenziare. Innanzitutto la posizione è eccellente: si trova a due passi dalla stazione dei treni ed è a breve distanza dal centro di Bologna. Pur non offrendo una vista panoramica, la zona è estremamente silenziosa e tranquilla, permettendo di riposare benissimo senza rumori. Un altro punto molto apprezzato è stata la flessibilità per i bagagli: mi è stato permesso di lasciarli in custodia per diverse ore sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out, un servizio comodissimo per potersi godere la città in libertà. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la scelta di prodotti era un po' limitata, ma il caffè era davvero ottimo. La reception è attiva H24.
Cuscini extra: Mi era stato promesso che li avrei trovati o avuti in camera, ma purtroppo non sono mai arrivati. Colazione: Come accennato, la scelta dei prodotti è risultata un po' ristretta. Gestione delle chiavi: Ho trovato un po' fastidioso dover ritirare e consegnare la chiave fisica alla reception ad ogni singolo ingresso ed uscita. Capisco che la reception sia attiva h24 (forse c'era un problema temporaneo con le tessere/chiavi elettroniche) e che questo metodo eviti di far perdere la chiave al cliente, tuttavia la procedura alla lunga risulta poco comoda. Tassa di soggiorno: L'ho trovata un po' alta.
