Rien, non rien au l'emplacement !

Je n'ai aucunement rien de positif à dire au sujet de cet endroit ! J'ai dormi dans un endroit aussi mal propre, sal mais tellement pas entretenu, pas de télévision fonctionnelle, toilette à moitié défectueuse, pas de fenêtre, des miettes dans le frigo et j'en passe!!!...

We had a very pleasant stay while attending a concert across the street. Basement unit was nicely renovated, and we loved having a patio door to let fresh air in. Comfy memory foam beds. The kitchen skylight let in extra light. Very quiet. Tim's/MacDonald's a block away.

Incorrect address shown online. It's "783" not 787 Dundas. It's in an older area of Toronto, in an older building, which may not be suitable for someone expecting "modern" accommodation, although the units are nicely renovated.

Close to streetcar intersections. And pretty walkable to the city centre

Un apartament ubicat en un barri a prop del centre, amb supermercats a pocs minuts caminant i amb conexió al transport públic ben bé al davant. Check-in fàcil i ràpid. El personal va ser molt amable i servicial en tot moment. L'habitació i el bany es notava que estaven acabats de renovar. Si us agrada la cervesa a tocar hi ha el tap room de Collective Arts.

Tot i tenir els suficients utensilis de cuina, s'hagués agraït tenir-me més perquè eren molt justos. Faltava fer una mica de manteniment de les finestres perquè no acabaven de funcionar del tot bé però res important.

Loud, damp, not good

Not much to like! The price was ridiculous for the 3rd world conditions of this place. Incredibly dirty doesn't really do it justice. Stuff was stuck to every wall. Hair all over everything in the bathroom. 🤢

No window in the room and no AC or even a fan was horrendous. The walls are thin and sound from other rooms carries. Between the heat and the noise we got no sleep and were super disappointed with our stay. Would highly recommend skipping this place. It's by far the worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed in.

It was comfortable and functional and a great location.

It was a different experience for someone who is used to hotels. Could have used soap and dish towels to wash up dishes.

What I like about staying at this property is that it’s very clean very friendly very safe and always feel welcome as I’m part of their family my daughter daughter and I just love staying at this property and the beds are so comfortable. I sleep better in those beds than I do in my own bed at home.

There is nothing that my daughter and I do not like about this place. We love everything about it and we’ll be staying there again the next time we have a trip to Toronto.

La posizione è buona perche non troppo distante dal centro ma la zona è piena di barboni e drogati.

La stanza non è pulita, il pavimento è lercio, la cucina era inutilizzabile perché piena di grasso. La stanza non è insonorizzata, abbiamo sentito tutti i rumori sia dalla strada che dalle stanze vicine (compreso coppia che faceva sesso, o drogati che urlavano in strada). Asciugami sono rovinati e bucati. Una delle esperienze peggiori della mia vita. È un peccato perché la posizione è abbastanza buona e basterebbe poco per migliorare.

There was no window in the room except from away up in the ceiling which couldn’t be covered. The hall lights also stayed on but there was a glass panel which made the room very bright. We had to use blankets to cover our eyes at night and in the morning

L'employé de nuit a été courtois et a rattrapé certaines erreurs de ses collègues de jour. Il nous aidé avec la porte défectueuse à presque minuit. Il parlait un anglais clair.

L'adresse officielle de l'hotel n'est pas celui ou l'on doit rentrer. L'entrée n'est pas si loin, mais c'est fâcheux à réaliser quand on est stationné en illégal 15h30 dans la rue Dundas quand on veut juste faire le check-in pour trouver le stationnement privé dudit hotel. Le verrou électronique de la porte était brisée à notre arrivée, donc nous avons du insister que nous n'étions pas à l'aise de dormir dans cette chambre. Aucune autre chambre était disponible donc nous avons eu un clé physique à utiliser en décrochant le verrou électronique. Les employées au check-in voulaient nous convaincre que ce n'était pas un problème alors que nous savions qu'après le spectacle il n'y aurait pas d'employés a la réception en raison de l'heure avancée alors nous avions besoin que la porte de la chambre fonctionne bien. Aussi, il y a de la fausse représentation dans l'annonce de la chambre, car 1) il est supposé avoir un bain et il y avait seulement une douche et 2) il était mention d'un stationnement privé. Le stationnement est genre 4-5 places et il faut payer environ 23$ pour 1 nuit... alors il était plein et nous avons du nous stationner dans la rue tout en payant un permis de stationnement légèrement moins cher que le stationnement privé.

The room was old and worn out, and it wasn't very clean. There was mold in the bathroom. There was no regular window, only a skylight, so the room didn't get much natural light.

Pictures are misleading since the facilities are very different. Awful Wi-Fi, kitchen not properly equipped and the shower had a leak that got the entire bathroom wet.

Chambre mal propre, porte d'entrée et accueil peu invitante. Pas de service de câblodistribution. Draps tachés, plancher sale, bains rempli de taches de moisissure. Les photos sur le site ne représente pas du tout la réalité.

C'est un hôtel très bien situé . Le tramway passe sur le rue . Plusieurs restaurants pour aller déjeuner ou se faire préparer un lunch .

On avait une petite cafetière mais pas de sachets de café . La télévision de la première chambre 202 était difficile à faire fonctionner . Il y avait 20 marches à monter pour aller à notre chambre (pas d'ascenceur )

The beds and sheets are clean. My room is pretty quiet at night. The location is very convenient. The staff are friendly. There is a microwave, fridge and some utensils in the cupboard.

Overall, the house is old. The room might be painted recently and looks clean. The floor is old. The bathroom sink is bit clogged.

No breakfast, no working tv, beds very uncomfortable.

Nic, obiekt jest brudny i zaniedbany. Zdjęcia podglądowe odbiegają od rzeczywistości. Pokój był brudny i zniszczony. Obsługa i sam booking nie reagowali na zgłaszane przez nas uwagi. Podróżowaliśmy z dziećmi które były całkowicie wystraszone w tym miejscu ze względu na nocne hałasy.

Se vuoi un po’ di detox da 4 stars hotel e vuoi realmente vivere la real life di Toronto, lo consiglio. I ragazzi alla reception sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno aiutato con le varie richieste fatte. Location perfetta perche’ cool e piena di localini e negozi originali

We spent two pleasant nights at this hotel, which is very well located. Many cafés, pastry shops, and restaurants are just a one-minute walk away. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very friendly person. The room was comfortable, quiet, and pleasant. The air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing us to sleep in a cool room. We would happily stay here again.

Just a little more cleanliness would make the experience perfect.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the location is easy of access to Chinatown and King St W

Aucune kitchenette fonctionnelle (alors que j’ai payé pour ça). Ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas et jamais on ne les a remplacées pendant notre séjour et ce, malgré nos demandes. Tout est brisé… lumière, dessus de comptoir, trous dans le mur, serviettes tachées et j’en passe, de plus, on nous demande un dépôt de 200$ en plus de ce que l’on a payé. Au cas où l’on brise des choses…. Mais tout est déjà brisé! De l’abus total.😡

La réception n'était pas au bon endroits très difficile à trouver. Il nous ont donné un au hôtel beaucoup plus loin que le leur. Nous avons du nous déplacer en Uber au lieu de pouvoir aller au Roger center à pied. Le nouvel endroit était propre mais très mal isolé.

Entrée dégueulasse! Pas aspirer!la réceptionniste vous dit que vous pouvez garé votre voiture devant l'entrée et malheureusement ont c'est pris une amende de 50 dollars! inadmissible!! Les chambres très salle pas nettoyé, les vaisselle ne touché pas c'est tres salle. La salle de bain pas propre du tout. Je vais même faire un mail au service d'hygiène pour une fermeture si possible. Car les prix de chambres presque 300 dollars par nuit.

Oh my! Rented a room here for convenience of getting to doctors office at 8:30 am. Skylight didn’t have option to shit the blinds. I assume the rope to operate the was teared down. And it was too high to reach it. Human nails were on the floor. I assume someone was nail biter and through it out. In shower I found a hairball which was clearly preparing to become alive. Pleasantries of showering w metaphysical creature. Toilet was constantly making a faint flushing noise - around every 30 sec. Unless door is closed and earplugs are in, the noise is there. Although the price to stay was the most affordable around the block, 180CAD is a little too much for experience you will get. Big win considering- no bed bugs. When I saw the state of the room and shower, I got worried. So hurrrraaay! None of that. Won’t stay again. I’d rather travel from further location than stay there.

Everything was very dirty. Lots of bugs. Cupboards need a good deep clean, so do floors. No soap left to wash any dishes. An old bar of soap was left in the bathroom from the last person who stayed.

My daughter's loved the shower. I love the location. Very accessible.

AC was very cold. We had some issues with the stove. The WIFI and the TV connection kept on going in and out.

My room had no windows and the skylight was broken. I heard firetrucks and police sirens all night. The pillows and towels were stained, just because you put a clean pillow case on doesn't change the fact that I can see the stains through the thin fabric. Its been over a month and I still haven't gotten my security deposit back.

The TV didn’t work. I complained a few times but nothing changed over the five days of my stay. There were no face cloths. There was random water on the floor at times. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly. The bed was really really hard.there was no sink for the mini “kitchen” area.

Price we were charged was much higher than the rate in effect when we actually stayed. It was very difficult to request the guaranteed refund. The refrigerator made a very annoying high-pitched noise. Management knew about this beforehand but did not repair it or notify it. Room was not very clean.

This was a total scam. They used AI imaging to sell the hotel rooms when I got there they didn’t even provide me with the same room that I had purchased. It was a much smaller one and they just pick and choose and they have bedbugs and it smells like sweat and the walls are all dirty and nothing is clean. I could not stay there.

I didn’t like anything about the place the lack of cleanliness, the sweaty smells the fact that they gave me a different room that I did not purchase that was much smaller. There was a $200 deposit where everywhere else in actual fine nice hotels is like 150 the walls and every door handle had dirt and fungus on it. The hotel rooms smelled like somebody died in there, and there was visible bedbugs.

Having to climb a huge flight of stairs to our room. Parking was 22 dollars and in impossible to find without help. Building was not marked. A 200 dollar deposit held on our credit card still not released almost 24 hours after check out. Called to ask and was told 2 weeks. Had to ask for coffee to put in the very dusty coffee maker Had to go to the desk to get the box for the TV brought up. Toilet seat badly stained. Paint in bathroom peeling Price was incredibly expensive.
