A educação e solicitude dos funcionários é um ponto que merece destaque. A Fran e o João são dois Seres que fazem sua estadia ser grandiosa. Lençóis limpos, cozinha e instalações impecáveis. A localização também é um destaque. As regras são claras e tudo funciona a contento. Um hostel diferenciado. Toda a equipe está de parabéns!!

Tolle Lage nahe des CN-Towers. Auch zur Union Station sind es nur knappe 15 Gehminuten. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Durch die dicken Vorhänge an den Betten gab es im Zimmer beim Schlafen Privatsphäre. Die Zimmer und Sanitäranlagen sind sauber. Ein gutes Frühstück für ein Hostel wurde angeboten, es gab Toast mit Butter, Marmelade, Erdnussbutter sowie Obst (Banane, Orange und verpackte Portionen Obstsalat). Außerdem gab es verschiedene Cerealien mit Milch. Zudem stand ein richtiger, frisch aufgebrühter Filterkaffee zur Verfügung.

An den Betten gibt es leider keine Ablagefächer (z. B. für Armbanduhr, Brille oder Handy). Zudem sind die Steckdosen an den Stockbetten etwas improvisiert und teilweise nicht sehr praktisch positioniert angebracht.

L'emplacement est top. On peut tout faire à pied si l'on est marcheur. Les lits sont très confort.

Un petit déjeuner qui ne m'a pas été annoncé par la réception. Je trouve très tardif (8h) pour ceux qui partent tôt (check out ou pour profiter de la ville). Manque un support auprès du lit. Une douche qui ne tenait plus. Et une place de parking pas sécurisée entre des conteneurs à poubelles. Pour 20$ par nuit. Excessif!!!

Excellent location! It's my favorite place to stay when I visit Toronto.

The location is definitely the best part, and the common areas are great. The beds were comfortable, and it was really nice to have towels provided. I also loved the convenience of being able to use the lockers before check-in and after check-out. The communication with the staff was excellent, especially through WhatsApp — they were always helpful and responsive.

The only downside was the improvised electrical cables and power outlets around the room. It could definitely be improved from a safety and organization perspective. That said, I’d still rather have enough power outlets available this way than not have enough at all!

A bit noisey, but it is to be expected. I wish there were more bathrooms other than the one on the room. I also wish some of the bunk beds had an additional small shelf where you can put your stuff (like phones) when you sleep.

⭐ Très belle surprise et excellent emplacement! Super bien situé en plein centre-ville de Toronto, devant un parc et près de tout : restaurants, magasins, dépanneurs et événements. Le Rogers Centre et la Tour CN sont à environ 5 minutes de marche. Au check-in, l’endroit donne un peu l’impression d’une auberge ou d’une résidence étudiante puisque le salon et la cuisine sont partagés. Mais après la première nuit, j’ai été agréablement surprise! La chambre était propre, très tranquille même un vendredi et samedi soir, et nous avons très bien dormi. On se sent aussi en sécurité grâce aux accès verrouillés et aux codes réservés aux clients. Le personnel est accueillant, bienveillant et attentif à notre bien-être. Le patio extérieur au dernier étage est également un beau plus. 😊 Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour l’emplacement. Je recommande!

Location was perfect for the concert at the Rogers Centre with an easy 10 min walk over. Also easy to get to and from public transit. Having complementary breakfast was an added & unexpected bonus! Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Although I'm sure hard to clean, would suggest a bathmat for the tub as I slipped several times almost falling over. Otherwise, no complaints!

駅から徒歩15分で便利。スタッフさんはどなたもフレンドリー。朝食は種類も多い。部屋にACがあり快適だった。リネンはタオル込みだったので有り難かった。

各ベッドにコンセントがなく苦労した。また共同キッチンにはハエが多く、衛生面が気になった。エレベータはないので、荷物が重いと少し不便を感じる。値段の割に高く感じたが、トロント全体の物価を考えると妥当かと思う。

Some guests didn’t know much the rules about quietness after 11pm or just some basic manners/common sense .

The location was fantastic. Fifteen minutes from Union station, on a gorgeous park, near a City Bike dock. It was central and easy to get to. I liked the bed, it was clean and soft and did everything I needed it to do. The staff was helpful, and the kitchen was well equipped. Water pressure in the bathroom was actually really amazing.

The lobby area had a very strong smell that I found off-putting, but the smell did NOT go into the room I was in. The bathrooms have cracked caulking, mould on the showers, and are in general not the best - that being said, it's a hostel. I walked five minutes and found a dollar store where I could buy shampoo and shower shoes. I also found some details were just a bit budget, like generic curtains for the bed that had a clear front and back, as opposed to nicer two-sided curtains, and there were rust stains and discoloration on my provided towel. All together, I never felt unsafe or in danger because of these things, but it can be off-putting if you're not prepared.

A localização é muito boa, próxima a Union Station que te leva pra qualquer parte da cidade. Há vários restaurantes ao redor. Pegamos um quarto para 2 com banheiro e o espaço era bom. O café da manhã era basico mas quebrava um galho.

Num geral o quarto e banheiro estavam limpos mas havia teias de aranha nos tetos e debaixo da cama. Como não há elevador, é importante considerar a possibilidade de ficar em um quarto no segundo andar e ter que subir com malas pesadas.

sehr zentral gelegen, freundliches personal und mehrere Gemeinschaftsräume. Mann kommt schnell mit anderen ins Gespräch (z.B. Küche) aber auch gut für Einzelgänger/Solotraveller. Schliessfach für Wertsachen vorhanden, Schloss kann man an der Rezeption kaufen. Ideal für einige Tage als Tourist in Toronto.

für mehrere grosse Koffer knapper Platz im 6er Zimmer, istwährend meinem Aufenthalt nicht vorgekommen. Einige laute Zimmergenossen, ist aber natürlich nicht in der Kontrolle der Unterkunft :)

J’ai mis de bonnes notes car même si je n’ai pas pu rester, j’ai dû revenir à Québec plus tôt que prévu. Les conversations que j’ai eues , les gentils messages qu’on nous envoie J’ai adoré. Alors, j’imagine bien que les reste est aussi parfait. C’est dns mon carnet de voyage maintenant comme une adresse importante!

Within 15 minute walk of multiple TTC stations and streetcar.

Everything I needed and more besides! The bed was comfy, the shower was strong and hot, toasty warm and really easy to reach public transport.

Unfortunately, as I was finally settling down to sleep, the occupants of the other room arrived home. I’m not sure if it was them or the people upstairs, but until at least 4.30am, they proceeded to speak at the top of their voices, playing loud music, talking on the phone, laughing and generally being as noisy as possible. I finally drifted off to sleep without earplugs and music playing to drown out the sound.

A hidden gem! It's a hostel, but has some private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 1km from Rogers Centre, CN Tower, waterfront.... The kind of place I wouldn't normally review because I don't want it to become too popular, expensive, or hard to book...but we don't really go to Toronto much, so here it is. Our room, 11, seems to have been a living room in a former townhouse. 15+ foot ceilings...it felt grand. OK, it's simple,...not a 5* hotel, but clean, comfortable, location and value! Rooftop terrace with stunning view of CN Tower.

Excellent location and price/quality ratio! Light breakfast and Wi-Fi included, amicable staff and access to a kitchen and a luggage room. Curtains for each bed for privacy and a locker big enough that fits a big backpack (bring your padlock). The bunker beds are not squeaky and the linen is clean. Clean towels also offered :)

At breakfast time, all guests come to the kitchen, which is not big to fit all.

Elegí el alojamiento por su fantástica ubicación a buen precio. . Eso es lo que más me gustó ya que Toronto es muy costoso para hospedarse en el Downton. Me hospedé en el edificio contiguo en habitación de 4 camas con baño.

A acomodação tem uma localização legal, consegui ir para vários pontos turísticos andando. A limpeza do quarto que fiquei era boa, a cama confortável, o quarto tinha um tamanho bom e acomoda bem 4 hóspedes!

Il Direttore ci ha risposto dopo 24 ore alla richiesta di poter andar via ed essere rimborsati, fatta appena entrati in camera terribile, non è un comportamento ammissibile in una struttura ricettiva. Manopola della porta traballante. E potrei continuare...

After a six-hour delay in my flight arrival, I very much appreciated the 24-hour front desk staff at the Clarence Park. Cheerful, welcoming, and competent - perfect! My family and I regularly stay at the Clarence Park when we have to be in Toronto and we look forward to it every time.

Great location. When we decided to check out earlier they agreed on refunding the last night, which was much appreciated. Comfy bed.

Disgusting, giant flies all over the place. Everytime we came back to our room there were so many new flies, both living and dead on the floor and in the bed. The room had no window which was not included in the room description when we made the booking. Paying 752 CAD for three nights in a place like this is nothing but a scam.

Superb hostel couldn't recommend it higher

The breakfast was minimal but I appreciated the fresh fruit. Providing yoghurt and healthier cereals is suggested. Also plant based milks like almond and/or oat would be appreciated.

The breakfast could start at 7:30 am and go until 10:30 am to provide more flexibility for early risers wanting to get to their day and for the later people. The interior is a shabby and beat up. Carpet on both stairs needs replacing and repair/update the baseboards, paint the walls. The floor in room 10 has water damage. The whole place needs a deep clean and refresh and get rid of the air fresheners everywhere. The scent is gross. If they cover the musty smell that's in the background then address the musty smells.

Atendimento bom, fiquei apenas 3 dias e fui bem atendida. Cama confortável e limpeza dos quartos muito boa.

Muito bem localizado. Próximo a atrações como CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena e Rogers Stadium, além de Chinatown e da Spadina Avenue, onde há diversas paradas de bonde que permitem o deslocamento pelo centro da cidade, caso não queira ir a pé. Os atendentes são muito atenciosos e simpáticos, com destaque para o João, a Franciele, o Max e o Martin. Me deram excelentes dicas de restaurantes e cafés. Destaco o atendimento que o João me deu por telefone cerca de 10 meses antes da estadia a respeito de como as reservas funcionavam. Não cheguei a experimentar o café da manhã, pois saía cedo e tomava café na rua. Quanto à segurança, a porta da frente conta com um cadeado eletrônico e o quarto onde fiquei possuía chave, o que achei suficiente para me sentir seguro. O quarto onde fiquei (quarto 18 da casa 10) possuía cama de casal e era muito confortável. Contava com um frigobar, ar-condicionado e ventilador de teto. O banheiro era amplo e limpo, com água quente, toalhas, etc..

A janela do quarto estava trancada com um parafuso, mas não cheguei a perguntar o motivo e se era algo temporário. O ar-condicionado era um pouco barulhento. Para o ar circular, abria a janela do banheiro e ligava o ventilador de teto e foi o suficiente.

Staff at The Clarence Park were super friendly and very helpful. Loved the location of the property, everything was walking distance. We had a nice quiet room at the upper level of the property. Breakfast included was a great way to start the day.

The room was clean and quite comfortable, even if I'd take away the carpet. The location is at 15 minutes by walk from the station. Simple but ok.

The air conditioner was directly pointed on the bed, so it was impossible to sleep with it running... We had to leave earlier than 8 to take our train and it was a shame not to have breakfast.

Superbe auberge. J'ai aimé en particulier les espaces communs (plusieurs "salons" avec canapé) et même des fauteuils sur le palier devant le dortoir. Très pratique pour se détendre (et dans mon cas également recharger mes appareils). La situation géographique est exceptionnelle en centre-ville et à deux pas du stade de baseball (objet de mon voyage), ce qui permet de faire des A/R dans la journée sans souci. Les hôtels, en plus d'être excessivement chères (intenable en voyageur solo), auront rarement une position aussi intéressante. Sinon les gens étaient très respectueux et c'était toujours agréable de discuter. Il y'a également un parc bien fréquenté (également un espace clos pour les chiens) juste devant l'auberge. Vous pourriez tout à fait vouloir y manger au calme, profiter de la fraîcheur, ou encore vous poser devant une petite scène musicale d'un artiste de rue comme c'était le cas avant mon départ. Vous pouvez laisser vos bagages si nécessaire sans supplément, c'est pratique. Les casiers sont relativement grand. A noter la présence d'un ventilateur puissant dans la chambre, c'était pas de refus pour entretenir des températures agréables dans la chambre.

A ce niveau de qualité par rapport aux auberges que j'ai déjà fait, je dirais qu'il manque éventuellement un petit support avec chaque lit qui permettrait de poser quelques affaires avant de se coucher sans avoir à les poser ailleurs ou à retourner les rangers dans son casier. C'est vraiment pour trouver quelque chose à redire.

This was our first choice for our 6 night stay in Toronto, it was however booked out for our first 5 nights. Thankfully we were able to stay on our last night as it is super close to the Rogers Centre (Blue Jays Baseball), the CN Tower and down town Toronto. We chose a private room which was spacious, the bed was comfortable, its own TV and air conditioning. In additional our room had its own bathroom facilities. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and answered all of our questions. There was a free Continental breakfast. We would highly recommend The Clarence Park to anyone visiting Toronto

Klein, aber fein! Die Lage ist top – vieles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und trotzdem liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigen Gegend. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein wunderschöner Park, der perfekt ist, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das tolle Personal. Nachdem ich versehentlich etwas im Tresor vergessen hatte, hat sich das Team umgehend bei mir gemeldet und meinen Gegenstand sicher aufbewahrt, bis ich ihn wieder abholen konnte. Dieser ehrliche und aufmerksame Service ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

The location was ideal. We wanted to visit downtown and this was within a short distance of what we saw and did. The check-in/out was simple. We had a private room.

The A/C was a noisy and the bathroom had Mold in the shower. The breakfast area was too busy.

This place has a great location and nice, responsive staff. Rooms and facilities are clean. A lot of common areas and small park right near the entrance.

There’s some small issues: no soap dispensers or hooks for clothes in the showers, no shelves for phones/small stuff closer to beds.

Très bien situé dans le centre ville, assez proche de la gare. Plutôt calme. La cuisine est assez grande et équipée. Le petit déjeuner offert est simple mais correct. Il y a aussi un espace de travail et de détente avec des canapés. Bon accueil de l'équipe, bon endroit de passage.

J'étais dans un dortoir de 8pers, les casiers ne sont pas très grands donc beaucoup sont obligés de mettre leurs affaires en dehors ce qui remplis vite la chambre. Des parfums "freshener" sont installés partout et cela sent très fort. Si vous y êtes sensibles vous serez gênés. La salle de bain pourrait être mieux entretenue, beaucoup de poussière, cheveux et moisissures (dans la douche).
