L’appartamento era davvero grande e spazioso. Ottimo in famiglia e per lunghi periodi. Letto comodo e balconcino che affacciava sulla piscina. Posizione ottima per andare alle isole Gili e per visitare il nord di Lombok. Per muoversi la sera è necessario il motorino oppure Grab e’ comodissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile nell’organizzare escursioni.

Colazione discreta, poca scelta e non ci è piaciuto che non ci fossero le confezioni monodose per la marmellata o cioccolato. Inoltre in tre giorni di permanenza non ci è mai stata pulita la stanza.

The apartment was a good size with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The mosque was not intrusive and didn't wake us. Wolfgang was very helpful, agreeable. I rented a bike with him that was serviced and worked very well and also arranged the car transit to airport. When we did eat there the food is good. It's a very short walk to, in my opinion, the best beach to watch the sunset behind the volcano on Bali.

Superb staff. Helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Great breakfasts and a great menu for tired travellers with a desire for a taste of the Eastern Empire, and some local dishes too. Excellent price quality ratio... 5 minute walk from the beach, the location is quiet and away from the main road.

족자에서, 발리를 갈까하다가, 롬복에 들렀습니다. 주변에 니파비치(제트스키 대여비 저렴)/ 니파비치에서 길리(거북이 스노클링)/ 쿠타비치? 중간거점으로 활용할수 있는 펜션입니다. 여기 음식은 인도네시아 음식을 잊을수 있습니다. 오토바이 대여가 가능하여, 주변을 쉽게 다닐수 있어요.

Un petit paradis. L'accueil tant par le gérant que le personnel est extraordinaire. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et parfaitement équipées. Le petit dejeuner, tout comme les repas proposés le soir, sont excellents. La localisation est parfaite a trois minutes a pied de la plage. Pour visiter les alentours, les taxis sont très simples a utiliser. Un séjour inoubliable et un grand merci a toute l'équipe pour votre gentillesse.

Nice accommodation in a goodz quiet neighborhood, the restaurant offers big portions of various meals either local or International ones. Wolfgang the owner is always present and helpful,also the staff is nice and available. Our apartment was comfortable,we spent 1 week here. There is a swimming pool,but we did not use much.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Appartment war sauber, sehr groß und gut eingerichtet (z.B. mit großen und bequemen Betten). Die Hotelanlage war schön, gepflegt und mit einem schönen Pool ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war total vielseitig und das Abendessen einfach nur gut. Wolfgang ist ein toller Gastgeber mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge.

We loved how quiet it was, and away from all the roads/calls to prayer. The breakfasts were bountiful and fresh. The dinner was delicious and nice to have a different cuisine while on Lombok. The owner was friendly and chatted with guests and we ended up playing cards for several hours in the dining area because it was such a relaxing/comfortable place to be. Most people staying here were older, or with their partner, which made for polite conversation and peace of mind. :) I highly highly recommend this place to anyone in/near the Sengiggi area!

The power went out during our stay which isn’t in the owners control but made it challenging to charge our electronics and stay cool without a/c

The best place to stay on the island and the best host ever. Everything organized perfectly fine, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Rooms are exceptionally clean and stuff carefully takes care of it. Beds and bed linen are very comfortable, we always had a good sleep. Air conditioners work well, so it was always comfortable temperature inside. Kitchen is organized very well and we enjoyed cooking almost daily even though Wolfgang always has something delicious to feed you since he's amazing chef. We spent a month in this place and it was the best time, compared to other places on Lombok. And we'll return back again!

Everything is great, good shower pressure, clean, spacious, great AC. No complaints

Everything from check in until check out was great. The apartment is very well equipped for a long stay, with very broad spaces, which also gives it a lot of breathing room for those grey/rainy days, or days in which you need to sit down and work.

The Internet (wifi) was definitely poor and needs much improvement. If you are wanting to work from here, definitely get a tethering enabled SIM card just in case. Also, the living room could do with a comfier TV couch as the one provided was quite narrow and hard to sit on. This last item is just being picky, but on a long term stay it might make a bit of a difference for relaxing home time.

Personalen på boendet var fantastiska, serviceminded och gav boendet en familjär känsla! Fräscha rum, daglig städning och bra köksfaciliteter på rummet. Gratis vatten på rummet.

Super netter Host und ein tolles Team – man fühlt sich gleich wohl! Das Essen war richtig lecker, vor allem, wenn man Lust auf gute österreichische Küche hat. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind ein Traum – super gepflegt und total entspannend. Rundum ein echt schöner Aufenthalt, komme gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist schön direkt am Strand gelegen, sodass man sich fußläufig den tollen Sonnenuntergang umschauen kann. Wolfgang und auch alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und organisieren alles was man haben möchte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Essen, was sich für einen Deutschen fast heimisch anfühlt. Die ganze Anlage ist ruhig gelegen und es fehlt an nichts.

Alojamiento y personal increíbles! Están pendientes de todo. Se realiza limpieza de la habitación casi todos los días y tienen un restaurante con comida muy rica y abundante! La piscina es grande y está limpia y los apartamentos son muy amplios. A 3 minutos andando de la playa y 10min en moto de la zona de restaurantes. Buen lugar para relajarse y vivir tranquilo :)

Wolfgang und sein Team haben uns sehr herzlich bei sich aufgenommen. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt (im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, nachdem wir Schnitzel & Spritzwein bekommen haben)! Das Apartment selbst war sehr groß, sauber und schön mit einer tollen Aussicht bis hin zum naheliegenden Meer. Der Pool war sehr sauber, man konnte dort gut einige Stunden verbringen. Zur Lokalisation: mich hat die Nähe zum Strand, die Entfernung vom Stadttrubel und die Lage zwischen Palmen und Wiesen zum Genuss beigetragen. Senggigi selbst, wo alles zu finden ist, was man braucht, ist mit dem Scooter in 10min erreichbar.

Die Küche hätte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein können. Der Wasserdruck bei jeglichen Hähnen schwankt zwischen sehr schwach und stark

Personnel très gentil malgré réservation de dernière minute. On nous a d’abord proposé la chambre de bas qui sentait très fort le renfermé, on a choisis la chambre du haut qui sentait déjà meilleur. Le personnel nous aide à porter nos valise, nous a donné un welcome drink malgres l’heure tardive, merci à eux. On a pas pu bien profiter des alentours (piscine, jardin….)car on a pas eu le temps mais la piscine avait l’air très sympa. Les 4 lotes sont gigantesques et confortables. De l’eau est à disposition. Je recommande !

Amel y Wolfgang son unos perfectos anfitriones. Están siempre pendiente de todo. Apartamentos tranquilos, no escuchas nada de ruido. Disponen de motos para alquilar (necesario para salir de allí). Destacar el restaurante, con comida deliciosa indonesa y austríaca / alemana.

Buena relación calidad precio, buenas instalaciones y un anfitrión, Wolfgang, siempre a dispuesto a ayudar con todo, lo cual es de agradecer. Comimos prácticamente cada día aquí y la comida es deliciosa, lo recomiendo mucho y a un precio más que justo.

La conexión Wifi es mejorable y lo de la lavandería lo tienen que mirar. Dejaron nuestra ropa tendida al lado de la cocina por lo que la ropa no olía del todo bien y nos plancharon algunas camisetas de deporte que no se pueden planchar y se han quedado llenas de marcas y las hemos tenido que tirar a la basura.

You definitely need a scooter to go somewhere . But it was very quite and we slept very well.

Wir haben uns hier sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wolfgang und seine Frau haben uns mit so viel Herzlichkeit aufgenommen, und auch das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich und hat uns mit einem Lächeln begleitet. Das Apartment war makellos sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt, das Essen war hervorragend. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – ruhig, aber gleichzeitig mitten im Herzen von Senggigi, sodass man alles schnell erreicht und trotzdem absolute Erholung genießen kann. Für uns war es die perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Sauberkeit und traumhafter Umgebung. Ganz klar: volle 5 Sterne und eine große Empfehlung! We immediately felt at home here. Wolfgang and his wife welcomed us with such warmth, and the entire staff was always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The apartment was spotless, cleaned daily, and the food was excellent. The location is simply unbeatable – peaceful and relaxing, yet right in the heart of Senggigi, so everything is within easy reach while still enjoying absolute tranquility. Super séjour ! Appartement spacieux et confortable, avec un personnel d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner, servi à table, était excellent, très copieux et varié – il va vraiment nous manquer ! L’accueil de Wolfgang et de son épouse a été parfait dès notre arrivée, avec en plus de précieux conseils (même un contact pour la location de voiture). Nos enfants ont été chouchoutés et gâtés jusqu’à recevoir de petites attentions, ce qui nous a beaucoup touchés. La piscine est très propre et agréable. L’établissement est un peu à l’écart des grands spots, mais cela permet de profiter d’un cadre calme et naturel, tout en restant proche en voiture ou scooter de Nipah Beach et Senggigi Beach. Une adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement ! Nous reviendrons certainement lors d’un prochain séjour à Lombok :-)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Gastgeber Wolfgang war rundum gelungen. Er ist nicht nur freundlich und witzig, sondern auch jederzeit um das Wohl seiner Gäste – egal ob groß oder klein – bemüht. Mit seinen Tipps zu Aktivitäten und seinem Wissen über das einheimische Leben hat er uns viele schöne Einblicke ermöglicht. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Apartment war großzügig geschnitten und bot alles, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück: reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Abendessen war ein Highlight – eine köstliche Abwechslung zur indonesischen Küche, die wir auf Wunsch ebenfalls genießen durften. Vor allem die österreichischen Gerichte haben uns (und besonders unseren Kindern) ein Stück Heimat und großen Genuss beschert. Auch der Gin Tonic hat uns einige schöne Abende gemeinsam mit Wolfgang und Freunden beschert! Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Mitarbeiter, die durch ihre Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit dafür gesorgt haben, dass es uns an nichts mangelte. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Après une croisière sur un bateau où l'espace était très limité, nous avons opté pour un logement avec 2 chambres. Appartement très propre et au calme, il disposait de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner si vous le souhaitez. Le plus est aussi une belle piscine. Nous avions l'impression d'être seules et ce fut très agréable.

Peut être la localisation, bien que nous avons adoré le calme, l'appartement est assez excentré et il devient compliqué d'aller au centre de Senggigi sans scooter. Mais avec un scooter c'est top.

Très bel hôtel. Les lits sont confortables. C’est très propre et tres spacieux. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et présent. La piscine est super.

Seuls bémols sont la qualité du wifi et l’équipement de cuisine qui serait à changer.

Like another review for this accommodation we have to agree this is a fabulous place to stay. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and nothing you ask for is a problem. We stayed two full weeks and enjoyed the sparking clean pool, spacious well equipped comfortable apartment. And then there is the food! Extensive menu and top class chef prepared meals. Don’t hesitate to book. You won’t regret it. The property is even better in real life.

Lovely apartment with comfy beds and big balcony with a pool view. Wolfgang and his team go above and beyond to make you feel good. I appreciate very much Austrian cuisine and big portions.

Small details like no hangers for towels in a bathroom or only 1 sofa for 4people in a living room, no towel exchange during our stay. But those are only details.

Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir noch mal nach Lombok reisen.

Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendbrot sind sehr lecker. Wir wurden auch bei Krankheit super versorgt und konnten spontan für zwei weitere Nächte bleiben. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und sauber. Gute Ausflugtipps und netter Taxifahrer der empfohlen wird.

- Appartements leider lieblos eingerichtet (u.a. Deckenleuchten und Jalousien wie im Büro, kein indirektes Licht, keine Leselampen etc.) - Wenig Küchenequippment im Zimmer - Apt. extrem hellhörig, schlafen ist erst möglich, wenn das ganze Gebäude im Bett ist...man hört alles von den Mitgästen, jeden gerückten Stuhl, die Schritte, jede Tür, Toilettenspülung - die frisch gewaschene Wäsche roch nach Frittierfett, weil sie zu Abholung im Küchengebäude aufbewahrt wurde Enttäuschend: Wir hatten uns im Vorfeld extra nach Baustellen im Haus oder in der Nachbarschaft erkundigt. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, es gäbe eine "nicht störende kleine Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft" und "wir könnten schön entspannen". De Facto war die Baustelle (Hausneubau) direkt angrenzend und definitiv störend, so dass man nicht in Ruhe am Pool hätte liegen oder im Restaurant hätte sitzen können, sobald die Maschinen angeworfen wurden. Dazu kam, dass im Gebäude selbst täglich ab 8 Uhr Renovierungs-/Ausbauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden (da die Unterkunft im Innenausbau scheinbar noch nicht fertig war/ist), so dass tagsüber der Aufenthalt im Zimmer während der Arbeiten für uns vollkommen unerträglich gewesen wäre. Das hinterlässt bei uns den Eindruck, dass man uns hier bewusst einiges Verschwiegen hat, als wir noch die Möglichkeit zur Stornierung hatten.

Really lovely place to stay at. Our group got off mt rinjani really late and only got to the apartment at 11pm. The host stayed up to welcome us and even kept the kitchen open to prepare food for us in case we were hungry. Really recommend this place!

Mega tolle Unterkunft in Senggigi. Man kann von dort aus problemlos viele schöne Aktivitäten machen. Wirklich sehr gutes Essen! Sehr freundliches Personal, richtig familiär. Wolfi und sein Team haben hier wirklich etwas tolles aufgebaut und super Arbeit geleistet! :) Absolut nur zum weiterempfehlen Liebe Grüße

Loved the breakfast and easygoing owners. Very chill. Rooms are clean and have practical furnishings.

The location was perfect - a 5-minute walk to a stunning, quiet beach. 5 minute scooter to closest store, 10-15 scooter into Sengigi, 25 minutes to Bangsal... what more could you want? We stayed for a month, working and travelling. Everything was so easy and the apartment was so modern . The WiFi was good enough to make video calls, they hired scooters from the location for a fair price, the restaurant on site was great, mixing European and local food and thee atmosphere was perfect for a long stay;, quiet but always the opportunity to socialise if you would like. We met some fabulous people and had the most amazing stay! We can't fault it!!!! Also, the cleaners came pretty much every day, which was a nice touch (they were lovelly aswell)!

Nous retirons des étoiles en raison de la gestion du personnel au sein de l’établissement. Nous avons assisté à plusieurs différends inappropriés, notamment en présence de la clientèle, ce qui nuit à l’image de l’établissement. Des mesures correctives s’imposent.

The location is great for the harbour if you choose to visit the Gili Islands. The staff can’t do enough for you , nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and varied menu. Lovely and clean and well maintained.

La amplitud del apartamento y la abundancia de comida y rica . El schnitzel estaba buenísimo , raciones generosas y los desayunos abundantes y buenísimos, con fruta fresca, café, panes variados, embutidos, pancakes …

Aunque no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento , lo que no nos gustó fue la playa que está delante, que aparte de peligrosa, muy sucia.

Great place to wind down after months of travel. It’s a bit secluded, but still relatively easy to get to civilization with Grab or Gojek. I really appreciated the quiet and calm atmosphere. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and has everything you might need. Daily cleaning is offered, and there’s a laundry service available. There’s also an on-site restaurant with great food. The hosts are attentive and kind. Overall, a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

The internet is quite unstable. I work online, and around 80% of my job involves attending virtual meetings. During my one-month stay, there wasn’t a single day where I could get through work without the Wi-Fi disconnecting at some point. If stable internet is essential for you, be sure to have mobile data as a backup plan.

Breakfast was not included as it has its own kitchen but was available. The owner is an excellent chef and many people came from out side to eat there. The food was very good and reasonably priced

When you turn off the main road you are on a track for a few hundred metres. This seams to be common in sangigi. Don’t let this put you off the apartments are large and are equipped with anything you would need.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment during 6 weeks. The space was clean, bright, cozy, and well-equipped—perfect for a group or family trip. Each bedroom was comfortable with even hugging pillows ☺️ and the bathroom was spotless with all the amenities. The hosts were friendly, helpful at any time, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Everything I needed was provided, and the peaceful surroundings made my stay even better. Highly recommended.

Nothing really But If I should said something, I’ll say I missed a night lamp.

Wir haben uns bei Wolfgang und Ahmed sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war einfach überragend, das Essen großartig. Ein derartiges Frühstück haben wir auf unserer Reise nirgendwo bekommen. Außerdem waren alle sehr kinderfreundlich. Für jedes Anliegen wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Das Apartment selbst war riesengroß, sehr sauber und hatte sehr gute Betten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Через 5 минут после бронирования написал сообщение хозяин отеля Вольфганг и предложил услугу трансфера из аэропорта.Прибыли мы поздно вечером в отель ,нас ждали ,накормили вкусным ужином и свежайшим смузи милкшкйк . Все фото отеля на сайте соответствует действительности.Очень уютно,комфортно ,тихо ,на территории и в отеле очень чисто .Уборка,смена полотенец каждый день .Бассейн чистят каждый день. Вкусные блюда готовит сам хозяин Вольфганг. В кафе всегда можно заказать как местные ,так и европейские блюда ( кордон блю,паста,отбивные и многое другое ) Амель - супруга ,хозяйка отеля .Всегда на связи, все вопросы решаются за 1 минуту. Номера действительно очень большие ,кухня и все принадлежности .В номере 2 спальни ,гостинная с панорамными окнами,туалетная комната ,кухня. .Холодильник, газовая плита ,чайник ,кондиционеры ,вентиляторы даже на балконе ,в кухне 19 литров бутыль для приготовления еды. Можно взять в аренду байк разных вариантов. Вольфганг организует различные экскурсии при вашем желании . Ездили на острова Гили Траванган . Море в 5 минутах ходьбы .Очень широкая пляжная полоса, очень красивые закаты ,если нет волн - можно искупаться.Но чаще катались на серфах ребята . Мы остались очень довольны отелем ,хозяевами, сотрудниками. Благодарим и рекомендуем Рядом нет шумных отелей и кафе - поэтому мы слушали только природу ,пение птиц и шум моря.

Internet stopped working on last day but no faults of management as it was due to main provider

European facilities, closed house with kitchen inside, fan in every room and AC in the bedrooms. Completely equipped kitchen. Big pool and just 3 minutes walking to the beach. Lots of staff always ready to help. The food in the restaurant it’s simplely fabulous.

A bit far from Senggigi center but at the same time that make it very quiet

Large apartments fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wolfgang and Amel, the owners, were super helpful with tips and ready to explain everything you needed - thanks a million both of you and your team! The location is excellent - far from the city noises but close to a beautiful beach for swimming - Nipah - you need a taxi or scooter to get there - 5-7 minutes. We really felt like being home to our relatives/friends!

The only issue we had was the smoking of guests close to our table when eating - but that was not critical since it was an open-air terrace.

Vse super, lokacija, zmogljivosti, bazen, sobe, čistoča, najbolj udobne postelje na našem potovanju, zelo zmogljiva klima, zajtrk tako okusen in obilen, da že meji na mejo dobrega okusa, res je vsega preveč glede na razmere, v katerih živi lokalno prebivalstvo. Dostopnost mesta v 10 minutah z ugodnim taksijem bluebird, ki drugje po Lomboku ne deluje. Nimamo nobene pritožbe. Wolfgang, danke schön!

Просторные идеально чистые апартаменты с кондиционером и балконом. Кухня полностью оборудована, электрический чайник, микроволновка, пароварка, газовая плита, холодильник, вся посуда. Горячая вода - супер, удобные кровати, в номере тихо и уютно. Уборка ежедневно. Вайфай хороший. Завтраки просто шикарные, таких нет даже в Хилтоне и Мариотте. Но самое главное - гостеприимные и внимательные хозяева! Здесь чувствуешь себя как дома. Огромное благодарность и большой привет Вольфгангу и его жене! Надеюсь в ближайшем будущем вернуться сюда.

The apartment itself was fantastic, everything working perfectly and high quality. Great swimming pool, good Western food and very welcoming culture, nothing was too much.

Nice big apartment. Comfy beds. Clean. Nice to have use of the pool. Wolfgang was very helpful and a great host. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant. Can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. Short 10 minute taxi from sengiggi.

Wolfgang und Amel sind super Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen ist der Hammer. Da geht man defenitiv nicht hungrig ins Bett. Wir kommen am 28.10 nochmal wieder für 2 Nächte und freuen uns schon Wolfgang, Amel und das gute Essen wieder zu sehen😃

Can't stress enough how much better this building is than the average stay anywhere in Indonesia. It's a true modern apartment, floor to ceiling windows, everything works... If you are a westerner or just someone who wants a high degree of comfort during your stay, look no further.
