Die Unterkunft ist toll. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Wirklich jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es ist alles einfach sehr durchdacht und ich würde die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Das einzige was wir noch toll als Verbesserung gefunden hätten, wären ein paar mehr vegetarische und vegane Optionen im Restaurant. Außerdem wäre eine Vogeltränke für die Vögel und Insekten toll, sie trinken aus dem Pool, ich bin nicht sicher, ob das auf Dauer gut für die Tiere ist. Eventuell gibt es auch eine, wenn ja, haben wir sie nur nicht gesehen.

Possibly the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in, makes you feel like you’re in Santorini.

Une expérience absolument incroyable au Royal Avila Boutique Resort, Honnêtement, c’est l’un des plus beaux hôtels que j’ai eu la chance de découvrir à Lombok. Dès l’arrivée, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails : le cadre est juste exceptionnel, la vue, l’architecture, la piscine, les chambres… tout est magnifique. Mais ce qui m’a vraiment marqué, c’est le service et l’accueil. Une équipe adorable, attentionnée et toujours aux petits soins, avec cette vraie sensation d’être privilégié du début à la fin. Le coucher de soleil depuis l’hôtel est tout simplement magique 🌅, et l’ambiance est parfaite pour se déconnecter et profiter pleinement de Lombok. J’ai beaucoup voyagé, mais certains endroits vous laissent vraiment une impression particulière… Royal Avila fait clairement partie de ceux-là. Si vous venez à Lombok, mettez absolument cet endroit sur votre liste. Vous allez comprendre pourquoi. 🇮🇩✨

Out of all the accomodation I have booked for my journey, this one has exceeded my expectations. The room is spacious, the view on the sea is splendid. They event put a delicious cake for my birthday and an amazing decoration for the room. Thank you so much for this attention, especially in the bathroom. Thank you also for the gift that has warmed my heart and that I will keep forever. I am sorry I forgot the name of the people who helped us, but to be fair they were all amazing. We were on the 1st floor of rooms which was convenient because the access to the pool was closer. The staff is always present to meet our needs and bring us to the different locations of the resort. Food at the beach club was exquisite and we were happy we tried the food there. I wish I could have extended my stay there. My mom also loved it. Sadly we couldn't enjoy any of the activities due to some change in our schedule and stay but I am pretty sure they would have been amazing. Grab is available in the area so you can order a taxi and it is very convenient. Since we arrived late, we were able to enjoy the swimming pool until a bit later than usual which was very nice and we were very thanful for this after this long journey from Sumbawa.

What could be improved instead of what I didn't like: The price for breakfast is reasonable, I tried it but I felt some dishes were similar to some element in the buffet, which would have made me reconsider my choice of the complimentary dish. I still advice to try it once. There is no coffee machine in the room which is a bit sad for a 5* hotel.

Where do I even begin to describe the Royal Avila? The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the room was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive. From Manda at reception, who was always smiling and incredibly helpful, to the wonderful waitresses Eva, Sukrine, and their colleagues, everyone made my stay truly special. A special mention as well to the hotel drivers — Supar, Gilan, Ibra, Pinkan, and Robby — who were always friendly, professional, and ready to help. This may honestly be one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited in my life. A perfect welcome, an exceptional experience, and memories I will keep for a long time. Thank you to the entire Royal Avila team for making my stay so unforgettable.

موقع الفندق بعيد عن الخدمات الغرفة اللي اقمنا فيها بالدور الاول كل يوم في الصباح يجينا فيها قرود 😂 طبعا من السياسات الموقع عليها في الفندق قبل السكن بند وجود حيوانات في البلكونة والحرص على اغلاق باب البلكونة

Ayant des problèmes de dos , j'ai été pris en charge immédiatement, bien plus que je ne l'espérais, je me serait contenter d'un surmatelas supplémentaire mais ils ont fait bien plus, un surclassement des 5 dernières nuit, un thé offert + plateau gourmand sucré/salé + un jaccuzzi de 30mn offert suite a mon mal de dos (qui je précise n'avais rien à voir avec le lit) , une équipe incroyable aux petits soins, on se sent unique! Hôtel propre, toute les chambres sont belle (tester 2 coups) et donne une vue incroyable sur la mer. Super petit déjeuner, en gros allez y. Merci pour tout.

We had an incredible stay at Royal Avila and already miss it. From arrival to departure, the service was outstanding. Ana welcomed us with the buggy service, and on arrival a lovely surprise was waiting in our room for my friend, as we were celebrating an important milestone — such a thoughtful touch. At Amavi Beach Bar, the DJ and service were fantastic; Zin genuinely cared about making our stay perfect, and Riksa, Luna, and Savareti served an amazing breakfast every morning. Housekeeping was the nicest team we've encountered, and the in-room dining service was faster than anywhere we've stayed before. There are plenty of options for western tastes, but the Asian à la carte items were truly delicious — I'd happily recommend this hotel to my Asian mom. The hotel's packages, promotions, activities — afternoon tea, private dinners, pizza&wine etc. — are absolutely worth trying. Management's care in making sure everything was perfect really showed. We ended up extending our stay — the property is clean, relaxing, and the people make all the difference. Highly recommend Royal Avila to anyone looking for a genuinely warm, well-run luxury stay. Thank you to each and every team member who made this stay so special.

Hotel a picco su una collina che affaccia sull'oceano, il suono delle onde, anche durante la notte, è rilassante, la vista ed il tramonto della sera sono spettacolari. La gente locale lo chiama Santorini di Lambok. Piscina a sfioro meravigliosa, ristorante con un diversificato menù e tanta gentilezza.

Ovviamente non c'è spiaggia, e per muoversi bisogna utilizzare auto o moto. Piccolo feedback personale"avrei preferito mantenere la stessa camera per tutte e 4 le notti" lo avevo richiesto con largo anticipo, come cortesia.

Resort di ottimo livello, una vista spettacolare dalla camera e dalla piscina, ottimo il servizio transfer da aeroporto e verso il porto, buono il servizio in camera e il ristorante attento alle nostre esigenze alimentari dí intolleranza e allergie. Ottima la connessione Wi-Fi.

Migliorabile la SPA con il servizio massaggi (costoso per la tipologia di massaggi e la qualità), poco apprezzato il riutilizzo di pareo e mascherina durante il massaggio poiché non erano non monouso. Migliorabile il livello di inglese di alcuni camerieri o del personale di servizi generali, la comunicazione a volte era veramente difficoltosa e per un resort di questo livello non me lo aspetto (il personale era anche tanto giovane e con poca esperienza)

Every little detail makes this hotel a dream!

The rooms were very nice, spacious, and clean. Great bathroom and a beautiful view from the balcony! The pool is in a lovely location, and there’s a spa and a beach club. The restaurant has a lovely terrace, and the food there ranged from very good to okay. Breakfast is very good and plentiful!

Every single member of the service staff is exceptionally friendly and seems to be trying very hard, but unfortunately they don’t work well as a team. During one lunch, we had six different waiters who came by every minute to clear away the plate that had just been emptied while we were still chewing and asking us if we enjoyed the meal. The next one clears away an empty glass, another asks if you’d like something else to drink, and shortly afterward, yet another empty plate is cleared away by someone else, who asks once again if you enjoyed your meal. All you want is to be able to enjoy your meal in peace. 
A similar scenario played out at the front desk during check-in, where the staff didn’t seem to be on the same page and we received conflicting information. 
Unfortunately, a lack of organization can’t be made up for by a large number of trainees.
At this price point, I expect service that matches the cost.

Après un mois en Indonésie, nous pouvons le dire sans hésiter : le Royal Avila est clairement le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour ! ❤️ L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique et la vue est exceptionnelle. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres, spacieuses et très confortables. Les espaces beach club et les piscines sont également très agréables, parfaits pour profiter pleinement du cadre. Mention spéciale pour les couchers de soleil, absolument incroyables, avec le mont Agung en toile de fond. La vue exceptionnelle se mérite… et elle vaut largement le détour ! Même si l’hôtel n’est pas situé directement dans le centre de Senggigi, cela ne pose absolument aucun problème : Grab, Bluebird ou même un trajet organisé par la réception permettent de rejoindre facilement le centre pour moins de 3 € l’aller. Et pour le retour, aucun souci non plus. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est lui aussi exceptionnel. Tous les plats que nous avons goûtés étaient délicieux et le petit déjeuner propose tellement de choix que, malgré plusieurs jours sur place, nous ne nous en sommes jamais lassés ! Mais surtout, ce qui fait véritablement la différence au Royal Avila, c’est son personnel, tout simplement exceptionnel : professionnel, attentionné, souriant et avec un anglais parfaitement maîtrisé. Nous souhaitons remercier tout particulièrement Riska, Sulbianti, Hafizin et Sukrine pour leur investissement, leur gentillesse, leurs sourires et leur service irréprochable. ❤️ Un grand merci également à leur manager, qui s’assure régulièrement que tout se passe bien pour les clients, ainsi qu’à Hendri, du service relation client, qui a été d’une grande aide et a su répondre avec beaucoup de professionnalisme à toutes nos attentes et demandes. Une équipe formidable, un cadre incroyable et un service à la hauteur du lieu. Der Service ist nocht ganz ideal, sie konnten uns keinen Scooter organisieren, obwohol es keine Sache wäre. Auch den Hintransport mit dem Boot haben sie vergessen zu organisieren oder es hat einfach nicht direkt funktioniert. Der männliche Service war sehr angenehm, die Damen haben oft was vergessen oder sich aufdringlich verhalten.

Servizi: gestione dei servizi da rivedere per un hotel di questo livello Mancanza di posti in piscina: la struttura è su una scogliera. Per raggiungere il mare bisogna prendere l’auto, quindi se stai qua sei obbligato ad usare la piscina. È quindi un servizio fondamentale. Ed è assurdo che in una struttura del genere con più di 50 camere ci siano una ventina di sdraio complessivamente tra piscina e beach club. È pressoché impossibile trovare un posto libero

Everything, great stay!

Wunderschön gebautes und gestaltetes Resort. Tatsächlich fast wie es die lokalen Leute nennen: Santorini! Die Pools ungewöhnlich und extravagant in die Landschaft und Architektur eingefügt. Das Essen sehr schmackhaft und mit gutem Mix zwischen Lokalem, Authentischem und leicht europäischem (Fusion). Gepflegt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge fantastisch. Das Personal durchwegs unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und stets mit ein einem Lächeln und herzlichen Bonmot. Ein Ort, wo man sich wohlfühlt und gerne bleibt! Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt, der uns begeistert hat.

Leider fehlt aus der Lage heraus ein direkter Zugang zum Strand. Die umliegenden wunderschönen Sand-Strände sind jedoch mit Unterstützung des Resorts leicht erreichbar.

De prijs kwaliteit, de hygiëne, het waanzinnige uitzicht, de service overal, het vriendelijke personeel.

Niet erg, maar jammer: hapjes bij de poolbar waren alleen westers, helaas niets Indonesisch (bv saté), de Indonesische keuken vinden wij beter en gezonder dan het westerse junk food.

Vista mozzafiato della stanza su oceano con camera pulita e spaziosa. Abbiamo anche apprezzato la palestra e l'area relax con piscina e lettini. Ristorante ottimo, abbiamo variato piatti ogni sera mangiando divinamente. Complimenti allo chef!

Per un hotel così elegante e per il prezzo che offre, potrebbero includere un piatto gratuito per la colazione invece che far pagare il buffet 200k IDR a persona.

Classy resort. Exceptional views over the ocean are the key selling point with views of a beautiful mountain in Bali. Styled up for that clean minimalist beach aesthetic often seen in Sydney’s northern beaches to attract young couples who will appreciate the Infiniti pool for their instagram pics. Breakfast was excellent. I recommend the prawn scrambled eggs and mushoom avocado dish. Anything on their sourdough honestly. It was better than the stuff that you get from speciality bakeries. Resort staff are polite and cheerful but will get a bit more helpful as they tighten up their English.

Not suited to a young Muslim couple. Which is what we were, and I noted a lot of couples were too. Probably consciously chosing Muslim Lombok over non Muslim Bali deliberately. The Beach bar plays its music loud and late. It’s bass and music is audible in the rooms even when the balcony doors are closed. Alcohol on tap is pretty standard I guess for a resort but strange to see it served by staff who reality give their Salams as a greeting.

A rather disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, the bathtub was leaking, and no solution was provided. In addition, we asked to be dropped off at the port and were quoted 350,000 IDR, whereas a taxi would cost around 100,000 IDR. It doesn’t feel very professional to make such a large profit on transportation for hotel guests. Overall, not the level of service we expected.

AMAZING! booked the place as our last stop before going back. booked the sunset view room and we were speechless by the view because it is SOOO pretty! Wind down our day after 12 days in Lombok by watching the beautiful sunset. Worth the money. We kinda regret for booking it just for 1 night. Should’ve stayed until our departure. The food was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent. Definitely will come back

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La vue est tout simplement exceptionnelle, avec une magnifique vue sur un volcan de Bali. C’est clairement l’un des gros points forts de l’établissement. L’hôtel est également très beau, avec une architecture et une décoration qui rappellent un peu l’ambiance de Santorin. La chambre était vraiment magnifique, très bien décorée, spacieuse et particulièrement agréable. La vue depuis la chambre est incroyable et rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La salle de bain est également grande, très bien équipée et parfaitement adaptée à la chambre. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, gentil et à l’écoute. Ils font vraiment tout pour que les clients se sentent bien, parfois même un peu trop 😊. On sent qu’ils sont très encouragés par le management à venir régulièrement vers les clients et à proposer leur aide. C’est appréciable, même si parfois un peu plus de discrétion serait agréable. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel, notamment pour son cadre exceptionnel, sa décoration et sa vue absolument magnifique.

Points négatifs Même si la chambre est globalement propre et très agréable, quelques détails pourraient être améliorés. À notre arrivée, nous avons retrouvé une boîte de dentifrice vide derrière une boîte, ainsi que quelques poils sur le plan de travail de la salle de bain. Ce sont de petits détails, mais dans un établissement de ce standing, on s’attend à un nettoyage vraiment impeccable. Au restaurant, nous avons également trouvé qu’il y avait assez peu de choix en boissons non alcoolisées, alors que la carte des boissons alcoolisées était particulièrement développée. Cela peut évidemment être un point positif pour certains clients, mais en tant que musulmans, nous aurions apprécié davantage de choix sans alcool. Concernant les plats, c’était correct, mais nous pensons que la cuisine pourrait encore être améliorée. Le principal point négatif pour nous reste cependant le bruit. Nous avons été réveillés très tôt le matin par un employé qui criait à plusieurs reprises dans les couloirs : « Housekeeping, cleaning! », à un volume vraiment très élevé. En vacances, et particulièrement dans un hôtel cinq étoiles, nous trouvons cela assez dommage, car on vient justement chercher du repos et du calme. Le beach club de l’hôtel peut également être très bruyant. La musique était parfois extrêmement forte, au point d’avoir l’impression qu’une soirée ou une boîte de nuit se déroulait directement dans notre chambre. Nous avons notamment été réveillés très tôt par la musique. C’est assez surprenant dans cette partie de Lombok, qui est justement réputée pour son côté calme et paisible. Concernant l’emplacement, l’hôtel est assez isolé, mais pour nous ce n’était pas forcément un défaut puisque c’est justement ce que nous recherchions. Nipa Beach est accessible en environ 10 minutes en scooter et est une très belle plage.

This is a small, stunning hotel - one of the best we have stayed in. We could not fault anything here, it was paradise. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer. The views were spectacular, service excellent and facilities fantastic. This truly is a hidden gem for those a wanting luxury hideaway. Staff were lovely and friendly and well trained.

Voor het ontbijt is er elke dag ruime keuze; vers fruit, omelet, zuurdesembrood en warme lokale gerechten. Rondom het hotel zijn veel mooie stranden te zien en heerlijke lokale eettentjes. Aanrader!

If i have to say one thing then it would only be the food, although very good, was just lacking a little.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage her mit Westblick auf den Vulkan von Bali und gigantischen Sonnenuntergängen wohl kaum zu übertreffen. Traumhafter Pool mit Blick auf das offene Meer. Zimmer sehr sauber, tolle und professionelle Massageangebote, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen. Vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal we tried was delicious. One of the highlights of the hotel was the breathtaking view, which made our experience even more memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Two consecutive nights, we noticed lots of ants despite the staff cleaning the tables It took 24 minutes for them to collect the luggage and bring it to lobby upon checkout

This is the third time I live in this resort for three years. 1/ All the hotel staff are nice and smiling, you always feel like you are among your family. 2/ The cleanliness is very excellent. 3/ The view of the hotel and the sunset view is classified as the best sunset view. 4/ The hotel restaurant is a diverse, delicious and always renewed.

I only stayed for one night, but Royal Avila completely stole my heart. Every single corner of this resort is incredibly beautiful and photogenic—it truly lives up to the pictures! The Mediterranean design is so elegant, and the welcoming vibe is top-notch. I loved the sweet personal touch at check-in: a beautiful, delicious pastry with a lovely handwritten greeting. Even with a short stay, we managed to enjoy every moment: The Infinity Pool: Unbelievably beautiful. Relaxing by the edge with that crystal-clear water and the volcano view in the distance felt like absolute paradise. The Balcony View: Our room was immaculate, but the real highlight was the gorgeous arched balcony. Standing there with a warm cup of coffee, looking straight out at the ocean, was just pure bliss. The Breakfast: A beautiful morning start! The waffles were delicious, paired perfectly with fresh tropical fruits and good pastries. It was a brief stay, but it felt like a dream. Beautiful views, great hospitality, and the perfect atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d love to return to!

Stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Premier Room and had a wonderful stay. The resort is well maintained, the room was spotless, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive throughout. Loved watching the sunset at the beach club with the DJ and foam party—it had a great atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the à la carte breakfast was beautifully plated. Would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Lombok.

The personal touch, the architecture, the attention to detail. I like to mention one outstanding staff- her name is ASTIN. She is at front desk reception. She went out of her ways to help me fill out my Turkmenistan visa- she printed out the form, help me scan my passport and take a visa photo for me. It was urgent ! Her English is very good, she is efficient, kind, warm and professional.

Maybe the bugs outside our room. But that is beyond your control. At the gym- the Swiss Balls need to be inflated, towels and wipes need to be available.

This is hands down one of the best resorts we've ever been to in all our years of travelling. It's on a beautiful cliffside, overlooking the sea between Lombok and Bali, providing great (sunset) views of mt. Agung. The people here are simply amazing, they are all super friendly and do everything they can to make your stay memorable. If you happen to run into Sukrit from the restaurant, he's probably the nicest person you will meet on the entire island. We wish we could've stayed longer!
