L'hotel est magnifique ! Isolé sur le bord d'une plage immense vous etes dans une bulle, un cocon de paradis. C'est très grand, il y à de l'espace. La plage donne accès à des charmantes petits paillottes locales. La cuisine est de très bonne qualité !

L'hotel est très isolé. Vous y restez et pour explorer les alentours vous pouvez toujours marcher le long d'une route très fréquentée, mais il vous faudra plutôt un taxi pour rejoindre Mataram à 25 minutes de taxi. L'hotel est sur une plage de surf donc le bruit des vagues est permanent mais pas trop gênant. L'accueil est un tout peu plus formel (excepté le jeune Komang qui est exceptionnel! )

We absolutely loved everything about our stay and truly didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property. The grounds are absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, and the direct access to the beach is simply perfect. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the whole place has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our private pool villa was absolutely beautiful — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the incredible surroundings. The food was also outstanding. Everything we had was delicious, and the breakfasts were truly exceptional. Honestly, we could have stayed there all day just eating breakfast because it was that good! But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, warm, and always available whenever we needed anything. They went above and beyond to make us feel special. For my partner’s birthday, they prepared a lovely surprise on the bed, as well as a little cake at dinner, which was absolutely delicious. These thoughtful little touches meant so much to us. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay, and it made the experience even more special. A beautiful property, an incredible villa, amazing food, breathtaking sunsets, and the most wonderful staff — everything was perfect. We honestly didn’t want to leave and would happily come back in a heartbeat.

What a beautiful resort and the perfect place to escape and unwind. With the waves gently lapping at the shore, stunning sunsets and the natural surroundings, it feels like a little piece of paradise. The balconies on the beachfront suites are perfectly positioned to enjoy watching the sun set each day. Our stay was made even more special by the wonderful staff. Starting each day with the joyful Dini taking such great care of us, along with Vindri and Ken in the restaurant and all the other staff, was such a pleasure. Their warmth, friendliness and genuine care made us feel so welcome. We loved every moment and would absolutely return. ❤️

Hôtel haut de gamme à l’aspect authentique. Les équipements et la chambre sont très confortable. Très calme vous n’entendez rien de la nuit. La vue depuis la piscine est à coupé le souffle. Vous êtes dans un petit cocon avec des couchers de soleils merveilleux tous les soirs. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable il y’a beaucoup de choix et c’est très bon. La mise à disposition de vélos gratuitement est un plus. Salle de sport et piscine adult only au top. Personnel très agréable. (Merci à Dini)

L’hôtel est un peu excentre de Senggigi et vous êtes obliger de prendre un taxi pour aller voir les environs car la route n’est pas évidente à pied.

Seconda volta che veniamo in questo villaggio. È sempre un'esperienza meravigliosa e serena. Il personale gentilissimo ti fa sentire in famiglia. Quest'anno ci siamo noleggiati un'auto che si può comodamente parcheggiare all'ingresso del resort. Comodissima per esplorare l'isola. Sempre eccezionale la colazione servita con professionalità e gentilezza.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They really made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views that made our stay even more memorable. We had such a fantastic time and truly enjoyed every moment of it. One of the highlights was going snorkeling and even getting to see two turtles! It was such a magical experience. We would happily come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place, wonderful hospitality, and an unforgettable stay!

Beautiful setting, friendly staff and quieter than other resorts in Sengigi. Good food also with nice selection.

More remote so there isn’t much around the hotel but easy to get a taxi to get to other places

You can enjoy their restaurant right by the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and eager to help.

Everything was absolutely perfect - the location, the staff, really, all wonderful.

Absolument tout ! Le lieu et magnifique, de très bon goût. Notre villa était confortable, sentait bon, tous les équipements étaient bien. Les employés sont tous d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avons profité de la salle de gym, des massages, des cocktail face a la mer. Franchement, rien à redire, le service est digne d’un 5 étoiles.

Tout était extraordinaire! Le lieu est magique, au bord de l'océan! Le logement avec piscine privé était incroyable, nous avons vraiment adoré ce côté intimité! es fehlten Steckdosen in dem Zimmer. Die Dusche im geschützten Aussenbereich war anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber am Ende nicht wirklich schlecht.

In wirklich allen Punkten 10 von 10. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die überaus freundliche und zugewandte Art des Personals. Unbedingt empfehlenswert, eine selten gute und erfreuliche Erfahrung.

We loved everything about our stay! We enjoyed swimming with and seeing the turtles in the morning, the pool, the live music every night and ofcourse the lovely staff. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful but also very hardworking - from the service to the beautiful gardens. Windri welcomed us every morning at breakfast by name, made us feel very special and personal. Thank you! We would highly recommend staying here and will be back!

Ich vergebe fast nie 10 Pubkte aber dieses Resort hat es definitiv verdient. Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt und sind vollends zufrieden. Gerne möchte ich Besonderheiten hervorheben: - Personal ist hervorragend und sehr zuvorkommend. Man achtet auf kleinste Details um die Gäste zu erfreuen. - Unterkunft (Bungalow mit Meer Blick) ist hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. - Essen und Trinken sind fantastisch. - Resort bietet alles was man braucht. Es ist extrem ruhig und man kann sich vollends entspanen. Die Massage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist auch grosszügig gross und sehr sauber.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

The location is a short drive from Sengigi town, hiring a scooter is the best way to get around.

Resort, molto affascinante e molto curato, con infinity pool, buoni i massaggi e il food and beverage. Personale del ristorante e security super gentile e disponibile, un po' così alla reception...

Prezzi troppo alti per la zona sinceramente, asciugamani puliti ma sempre macchiati e datati. Inoltre ho avuto un brutto inconveniente e prima di asciugarvi dopo la doccia aprite l'asciugamano perché si nascondono delle formiche velenose, io non sapendo dell'esistenza son stato morso e vi auguro non è piacevole, molto doloroso e dopo tre giorni il problema non è stato risolto. Quindi fate attenzione.

Tutto! Il resort è di piccole dimensioni, curato nei dettagli, nella pulizia e nei servizi. Cucina ottima e varia. Il giardino è una meraviglia, così come gli spazi dedicati ai pasti. Il personale gentilissimo e attento, ma discreto.

Talvolta il mare si presenta mosso e non è comodo per fare il bagno, ma nulla di insuperabile: c’è la piscina!

L’hôtel dispose d’un emplacement idéal face a la mer. Les couchers de soleil y sont magnifiques. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et agréable, l’ambiance est chaleureuse.

L’hôtel aurait besoin d’un peu de rafraîchissements des infrastructures. L’eau de la piscine est un peu trouble.

Awesome staff, so friendly. Accommodation was brilliant. Food also very good. The setting and the very close proximity to the beach was great. You might be lucky to see turtles whilst snorkelling.

I am being very picky but it would be nice for the restaurant prices to include tax and service charges.

Très bel hôtel, avec une vue superbe et surtout avec un personnel extrêmement aimable et prévenant. Super petit déjeuner également.

La chambre que nous avions été bruyante (nous entendions les voitures) et sentait l’humidité. L’eau de la piscine était trouble. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes dans la chambre ( rideau coincé, problème de Clim puis coffre bloqué) qui ont néanmoins été résolus très rapidement à chaque fois.

We were just pampered by the staff as soon as we got there. They were all so sweet and happy and communicative that it felt a bit like a family. As for the hotel, it is very well maintained and clean and the location is amazing. Spectacular sunsets and cozzy dinners. We went to a couple of restaurants in the neighbourhood but nothing was actually comparable to this hotel, so we just decided to dine there for the rest of our stay. The breakfasts were also very good and thoughtful of Western flavours. The quietness of the place makes it 1st class hotel. The beach is very good as you can get easily in the sea in some parts of it and swim and snorkel. The rooms are very spacious, clean and you can hear perfectly the sound of the sea. After a week there, we did not want to leave, and we all did actually miss it during the next days. That definitely means something!

Die Außenanlagen der Unterkunft war sehr gut gepflegt, hier wird täglich daran gearbeitet, dass die Flora entsprechend gut und repräsentativ aussieht. Der Check-in Vorgang verlief reibungslos und wir wurden mit einem leckeren Begrüßungsgetränk begrüßt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den ersten Blick trübt die schöne Außenanlagen über vieles hinweg, auf den zweiten Blick bekommt das positive Bild jedoch Risse. Es folgen ein paar Beispiele: Die diversen Sitzgelegenheiten (Sonnenliegen, Sonnenbetten, Sitzsäcke, Stühle etc.) sind verdreckt oder teilweise sogar eingerissen. Die per se ansehnlich gestalteten Wege aus Steinen oder Holz benötigen dringend ein bisschen Zuwendung. So kann es vorkommen, dass Teile des Holzweges, vor allem um den Pool, sehr abgenutzt, verfault oder lose sind. Das führt zu Stolperfallen und sollte vor allem mit alten Menschen und Kindern bedacht werden. Der Pool ist groß und angenehm kalt, jedoch sollte dieser auch gründlich gereinigt werden. Die Zimmer selbst sind zwar schön gestaltet, aber ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen und verlebt. Darüberhinaus herrschte den ganzen Aufenthalt über ein modriger Geruch in der Villa. Hier gilt es nachzubessern. Das größte Manko war unserer Meinung nach jedoch das Restaurant, die Bar und alles was damit zusammenhängt. Aufgrund der Entfernung zu Senggigi selbst, muss jedes Mal ein Taxi, Grab, o.Ä. In die Stadt genommen werden, um dort etwas zu Essen. Diese Lage scheint das Resort bewusst zu nutzen, da das Essen im Resort sehr (!) teuer ist, vor allem im vergleich zum Landesüblichen Preis. Ein Nasi Goreng kann dann gerne einmal das vier- bis fünffache kosten. Obendrein kommt anschließend noch die 21% Tax und Service, die uns auf der gesamten Reise durch Indonesien noch nicht untergekommen ist. Das hat uns dazu veranlasst jeden Abend nach Senggigi zu fahren und dort zu essen. Selbst mit Taxi war es günstiger. Das Frühstück durften wir jedoch „genießen“. Hier läuft es so ab, dass man eine Karte bekommt und anhand dieser diverse Speisen bestellen kann. Die Auswahl ist recht groß und die Servicekräfte äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Das warten aufs Frühstück dauert aber gut und gerne einmal dreißig Minuten.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is right on the beach which is clean and swimmable. The food was very good, we ended up eating dinner there most nights. The hospitality was great. Special thanks go out to Dini and Windri at the restaurant who were lovely. Best massage of my life at the resort spa.

The cocktails were very light, they could use more alcohol. Would be great if gym had a cable machine. If you are a light sleeper I suggest packing some earplugs for the beach front villas as the waves can be quite loud during the night but this is not critisism towards the resort.

Everything! From the little welcome note, the slippers, the bathrobes, the food, the facilities and the friendly staff. The view of Mt Agung with the infinity pool was a gorgeous view.

C'est la 2ème fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel en 2 ans. Cette fois, nous avons réservé une villa avec piscine. Super. Nous étions très heureux de revoir Ken et les autres serveurs, toujours aussi adorables.

We received an outstanding welcome, including a wonderfully refreshing welcome drink. The property feels exclusive, private, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The beach and the views are stunning. The staff are wonderful; some of the most dedicated, well-trained, and genuinely welcoming people we met in Lombok. The food is excellent, and the friendly monkeys add a unique and enjoyable touch to the experience.

One area for improvement is the facilities for Muslim guests. Although the hotel is in Lombok, basic amenities such as a prayer mat and Qibla direction were not provided. Adding these small touches would help Muslim guests feel more welcome and comfortable during their stay. The private pool was also very cold and unclean.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind, the pool is lovely and we liked the fact that it was never really crowded. We stayed in a beachfront suite, and it was absolutely incredible. Waking up, stepping onto the terrace, and enjoying the view was one of the best parts of our stay. The whole hotel is very well maintained, and it was also great to have a gym there. We would definitely come back.

Wir hatten die Meerblick Suite- es war alles perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und es wurde an alle Details gedacht. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig. Exzellentes Frühstück auf der Terasse direkt oberhalb des Strandes. Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und höflich, auch wenn wir das überall erlebten, ist es hier nochmals hervorzuheben. Man wurde mit Namen begrüßt, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

Die Lage ist etwas abseits. Man benötigt ein Taxi um ins Zentrum zu kommen.

Le resort est absolument paradisiaque avec une magnifique plage, deux grandes piscines et d’un spa sublime. Le domaine est très vaste, ce qui permet à chacun de trouver un endroit paisible où se détendre, que ce soit dans les jardins ou au bord de la mer, toujours dans le plus grand calme. Les chambres sont superbes, l’établissement est parfaitement entretenu et le personnel est d’une grande grande gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % pour quelques jours de détente, de calme et de sérénité. ✨

It’s a shame because the hotel and its location have so much potential, but the property itself is very poorly maintained. It looks great in the photos, but the reality is quite different. The grass hadn’t been mowed for weeks, the wooden decking around the pool was broken and rotting, the exterior walls of the cabins were peeling, the pond wasn’t cleaned at all, and the pool water was cloudy. It doesn’t seem like the owner cares much about these issues, and unfortunately, the hotel staff don’t seem to either.

We had a very pleasant one-week stay at Jeeva Klui Resort. We especially appreciated the peaceful island atmosphere, the intimate setting, and the friendly, personal approach of the staff. A special thank you goes to waitress Dini. Her kindness and positive attitude made every breakfast/lunch a pleasure 😊 We were also very satisfied with the housekeeping. Our room was usually cleaned shortly after we left each morning, which we found very convenient. The room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay, and we didn't experience any issues with the insects. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Really open and relaxing! Being a resort, I felt having your own building where your room was situated made it feel more exclusive. Facilities were great too, you had a pool in front of the restaurant area, a library, access to the beach, spots to laze in, and a bunch of other things. Staff were super nice, they really made it feel that much more comfortable.

Good food at restaurant and very friendly/lovely staff. Overall great stay and very good location for day trips to Gili islands.

Rooms a little bit dated, bathroom showers could use updating. Spa could be more luxurious. Need more day beds around pool as often full/reserved early by other guests.

Rund herum gibt es nur Resorts und man hat keine grosse Möglichkeit in andere Restaurants zu gehen. Daher ist das Essen eher hochpreisigen der Umgebung.

C’était le meilleur hôtel que l’on a fait dans notre vie. Exceptionnel à tout point, la cadre est idyllique. Je pense qu’il est impossible de se tromper dans son choix en décidant de séjourner dans cet hôtel.

Le seul point négatif est les manquements et les temps d’attentes sur les commandes lors du petit déjeuner.
