Reviewed Aug 28, 2026It was in a great location. Easy for town and bus / train stations. Comfortably accommodated 6 adults for sleep. Checking in was easy and the staff member who met us was very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Location was good. Kitchen was stocked with plates, bowls, and utensils. Check-in was easy.
There was an awful smell throughout our condo. Toilets didn't flush well. Showers were operated with an extremely loud electrical contraption. The couch was awful and cushions didn't fit properly. Chairs at the table were flimsy and falling apart. There weren't enough seating options for 6 people. When the lock box was stuck, the owner did not respond to messaging and we had to flag down a building worker by chance.

Stove/Oven had issues, took 2 days to get a response. We figured it out on our own. The bedroom window opens to the parking lot with cars parking mere inches away from where we slept. The parking situation is absolutely dreadful. Be extremely careful parking here because you could be locked in very easily. Staff did very little to help us with this issue. We had to stay overnight in additional accommodation and missed work! They tried to play the blame game with us - but no where in there policy does it state you can park there and block other cars in. Reviewed May 23, 2026On site parking. The location was very good. The bed was comfortable apart from the moveable flat bottom sheet.
Whilst the bed was comfortable there wasn't a fitted bottom sheet. First time in Ireland for this..The kitchen lacked some basic utensils but these were provided the following day. There wasn't a kitchen sink plug that fitted the sink, so difficult to washup. The heating and hot water wouldn't work when we got there and we had to call to request a maintenance visit. Subsequently, the hot water eventually came on but heating didn't work in bedroom and living areas at all during our two day stay. The host manager's response was they'd 'let their team know'. I'd say the team already knew the heating wouldn't work, and no further action was taken to fix the heating. The response time from the host to our requests wasn't great and left us in doubt as to whether they would do anything at all. The front bedroom window looked directly onto the parking area, and for privacy you needed the blinds drawn all the time. The bathroom was ordinary at best.
