Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Superb location close to Eyre Square, restaurants, and secure parking at City Park @ Galway Bus Station, just 120 meters away. Worth the €25/day. Short walking distance to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable bed. Elevator to second floor.
Street noise in the early morning, although ear plugs are provided. No room for a sizeable suitcase.

Es muy cerca de la terminal de buses y de tren y muy cerca de las zonas con mayor actividad de diversión. Hay café, leche y una tetera para poder prepararlo. El aseo del baño y de la habitación es muy satisfactorio
Habría sido mejor tener una almohada no tan delgada. Pese a que afuera hay bastante ruido nocturno por los bares cercanos, tienen la previsión de ofrecer tapones auditivos que ayudan a que se pueda descansar sin interrupción del sueño por ruido.

Elevator to 2nd floor only. Had to carry suitcases from 2nd to 3rd floor. One flat pillow each on bed but staff brought 2 more at my request. No table or cabinet in bathroom to place tooth brushes, etc.

Por ponerle una pega, tiene cerca un pub que tiene terraza y se oía la música. No acabó muy tarde y una vez que terminó, muy tranquilo.

Aan de weg gelegen en enorm veel overlast van verkeer. Oordoppen lagen zelfs al klaar op nachtkastje. We waren op doorreis en hebben deze nacht nauwelijks kunnen slapen.

Lehetett volna egy kicsi hűtőszekrény, esténként a város nyüzsgő élőzenétől hangos élete kicsit zavaró, minden este hajnali 02:00-ig zengett a környék a zenétől. Ezt.leírhatták volna a jellemzők ķözött! De megoldottulk, jó, hogy volt füldugó a szobában!

The outdoor music was VERY loud, and we had to keep the windows open, because it was very warm and stuffy in the room.

stanza piccolina per due. con poco spazio per valigie e proprie cose, ho chiesto di poter avere degli "appoggia valigie" ma non li hanno, quindi rimane una appedniabiti con 6/7 appendini. doccia non si chiedevano bene le porte e usciva l'acqua, ma nulla di grave.

Chambre petite voire étroite. 1 nuit ok mais pas un séjour. Bruyant fenêtre ouverte. Pas de personnel, pas de contact. 2eme étage avec ascenseur, le 3eme non. Le prix. Rapport qualité prix pas terrible. Le fait de laisser la clé dans la chambre lors du départ sans fermer la chambre.

Fabulous location, close to the Latin quarter, cathedral, River , restaurants, shops, market, bus station. Cute little cafe right beside it to get your morning coffee and pastry!
I would recommend hooks in the bathroom, warning for the low beams, and maybe another mirror in the bedroom.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026È molto vicino alla piazza principale. Nella stessa via c'è un buon supermercato che durante la prima parte della giornata offre una buona scelta di pcibo da asporto. Ci sono anche diversi pub on musica dal vivo.
La camera era davvero piccola, affaccia in un vicolo dove si sente un forte orrore di fritto che proviene dal fast food. Il tutto è un po' claustrofobico.

Was travelling with my wife and baby and asked if I could check-in a bit earlier (only wanted to get some weight off). Received a reply to my question when it was too late. Perhaps a bit unfortunate but if they had paid more attention to my question from the beginning, we didn't have to carry all our stuff through Galway city.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Mooie ruime kamer. We hadden de zolderkamer en door het grote dakraam hebben we wel 30 vallende sterren gezien. De locatie is prima, dichtbij het centrum. Host had oordoppen neergelegd - er is inderdaad wel wat lawaai van vrachtwagens die hotels en horeca bevoorraden, en een meeuw die op de rand van het dak haar jong voedde, ook niet geheel stil haha. We vonden het prima te handelen en heerlijk om zo centraal in Galway te zitten. De geur van de room spray of het schoonmaakmiddel in de accommodatie was heerlijk.
Kennelijk is er een probleem met de geur uit het doucheputje. Alles was prima schoon maar hiervoor moesten we echt wel een raam open zetten. Een handdoek per persoon vond ik te weinig. Ik heb lang haar en mijn haar wassen en n drogen zonder extra handdoek is bijzonder lastig.

Bany incòmode! La porta pegava al lavabo cada cop que s’obria; no hi ha ningú en cap hora del dia per demanar, per exemple, un canvi de tovallola o si tens un problema amb un llum! No hi ha servei d’habitació, ningú no neteja! Molt de renou! Finestra que no tanca bé!

The entry to the property was down an alley way which was a little grotty The room was squeezy The bathroom door was heavy and could not be left open. The room was stuffy and no instructions on cooling.

Ich war in Raum 7 zur Straße. Zimmer ist ungepflegt, Schimmel im Bad, die Teleskopstange vom Duschkopf war lose. Lautstärke (trotz bereitgestellter Ohropax) macht es unmöglich durchzuschlafen. Der Raum ist feucht warm und erhitzt sich stark, ohne Möglichkeiten die Hitze loszuwerden - außer das Fenster einen Minispalt zu öffnen, was die Lautstärke noch weiter erhöht. Sauberkeit war auch grenzwertig. Würde nie wieder kommen.

too expensive for a small room that isn't serviced (no change of bins, making of beds and such). Very noisy all night from the pubs below and people in the yard below. Food smell from the burger place next door.

la camera è un po' rumorosa la sera( l'affaccio della nostra camera era sopra ad un pub)sono presenti dei tappi per le orecchie. Noi eravamo in mansarda, al terzo piano, l' ascensore arriva al secondo. Parcheggiare in centro è facile, ma a pagamento, 21€ circa dalle 17 alle 10 di mattina.
