Very central but peaceful and quiet

Nha and his family are incredible hosts who have poured a lot of love into the property and into their guests. The breakfast was delicious every day, any needs were promptly met with a smile, they provided great recommendations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thi Boutique Villa. The location was exceptional considering how busy, and noisy, Da Nang is. It was extremely quiet while still being close to the beach and many other amenities. Every interaction with the family/staff was warm, inviting, and enjoyable. The young man, Win, who works at night is a hard working and genuine man that ensured we could check-in late upon arrival and made sure we had access on nights we returned late. Our experience at Thi Boutique Villa was multitudes better than a "higher starred" hotel we stayed at during our trip. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone considering.

Staff were very friendly. We had late check-in (around 11pm) and guy at reception waited for us. The breakfast was very basic but acceptable. Every day there was watermelon, banana, some pastries, tea and coffee. For a hot option such as soup or eggs, you had to order it one day in advance. We got free bottle water every day.

The room was located on the ground floor near the entrance, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our stay. There was almost no soundproofing, so we could hear everything happening outside and in the other rooms. The room also wasn’t as clean as we expected. When we checked in, there was half a roll of toilet paper (left from previous guests' stay) in the bathroom, and we noticed mould in the bathroom as well. There was also a large hole/opening in the bathroom near the window, which was not properly sealed. This meant that insects could easily get inside, which was quite unpleasant. Another unpleasant thing was the large pile of rubbish on the corner of the street near the property, which made the surroundings less appealing. I’m pretty sure the rooms on the upper floors are much better, especially in terms of noise and privacy.

I had an amazing week in Da Nang, and this hotel was the very first place I experienced in Vietnam. Thanks to the wonderful staff, my first impression of the country couldn't have been better. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They answered all my questions, gave me useful advice, and even took the initiative to help without me having to ask. They genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable, and I really appreciated that. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Free daily housekeeping is available whenever you need it, which was a great bonus. The hotel also offers everything you might need during your stay, including laundry service, motorbike rental, and food, making everything very convenient.

What a chill place. It's a family run boutique hotel by a very nice and laid back people. The owner collects rare tropical plants. Plant people, check this place out. You can live with variegated joepii in its natural weather.

Excellent location, only a 5-minute walk from the beach, with many restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. My only minor suggestion would be to serve breakfast until 10:00 a.m., as it currently ends at 9:00 a.m.

Понравилось все. Ну может рекомендация предусмотреть какое то место для сушки мокрой одежды и полотенец

I loved the vibe and decor of the property, very eclectic and fun, with a beautiful mahogany staircase. Nha and the team were so so lovely, and I had a different breakfast every morning included in my stay, along with the option of laundry (which was ready overnight!!) Location was in a good spot, about 10 min walk from the beach and 5 minutes from a bunch of restaurants and cafes.

The only thing that I could note was that the power would shut off once you remove your room key. Appreciate that this is to save electricity but it would be nice to have the option for keeping the aircon on low during the day, so I would come home to a cool room haha. That being said though, the room came with a fan that would provide immediate relief from the heat!

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. This is a delightful villa to stay, owner staff are wonderful, generous and thoughtful. The villa is 2 streets back from the beach, quiet area of town, tree lined close to everything. Wonderful old world charm, lots of greenery. Great choice of breakfast options. Wifi very good 👍

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Villa hat einen schönen Charme, liegt recht ruhig in einer Nebenstraße und ich habe besonders die Dachterrasse und den grünen Vorhof genossen :) Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Vilken liten underbar pärla till boende. Ett familje hotell med perfekt läge , nära till allt. Rummet vårt var stort o fint. Perfekt air conditioner. Bra dusch med fint vattenflöde God frukost, älskade deras nudelsoppa. En mängd olika restauranger att välja på. 10 min promenad ner till stranden. Flera minimarket i kvarteret och vill du unna dig massage, vietnamesisk hårtvätt, fotvård så finns massor av ställen att välja på.

Проживали в отличном семейном большом номере на третьем этаже. Огромный уютный балкон. Приветливый и очень дружелюбный персонал. Помогают во всём. Хороший завтрак. 5 минут до пляжа. В пешей доступности есть всё необходимое, кафе, массажки, магазины. Недалеко идёт стройка, но отель расположен на тихой улице, шума не слышно. Стабильный бесплатный WiFi. Очень атмосферное место. Остались только хорошие впечатления.

I was happy with the continental breakfast which included toast, pastries, jams, juices, tea, coffee and fresh fruit. There is also a hot savoury breakfast option that changes daily. The staff are super friendly and helpful and my room was very spacious and quiet. Having a fan as well as air-conditioning was a bonus to help cool down quickly. Close to the beach and also many bars, cafes and restaurants - all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is friendly and the location is close to the beach. I can recommend the breakfast there, especially the Vietnamese dishes. At breakfast, you get unlimited coffee and tea. All the plants give the location a great atmosphere!

We had a lot of ants in the roo. First, we didn't notice how many there were. Also, breakfast is eaten outside where it is very hot. Check out is already at 11 am!

First of all, we loved tge villa itself - not a soulless skyscraper, but a cozy beautiful family run villa. The owner, the receptionist and the whole team were kind and caring, helped us with different questions and took good care of us. The breakfast was great, different everyday, and we could choose both from local vietnamese dishes and more international breakfast options. The room was stylish with a beautiful balcony.

The weather was very hot and humid during our stay, and breakfast was served outside... so it was challenging to enjoy hot food in hot weather AC was ok, but I would like a more powerful option. Maybe it's just my body, which isn't used to such climate, but it took significant time to cool down even inside the room.

Номера чистые, все, что может потребоваться - есть. Вкусные завтраки, чистейший дворик! Невероятный, приветливый хозяин - всегда готов помочь, всегда на связи! Подключался даже к решению самых неординарных вопросов, например, к общению с администратором другого отеля в Хойане). Консультировал по разным вопросам, помог купить билеты в Ba Na Hills - так как мы очень рано выезжали, нам с собой вручили завтрак (булочки бань ми) и воду, что было очень неожиданно и мило). Если подвернется возможность снова поехать в Дананг - однозначно останавливаться будем в этом отеле. Спасибо Mr. Nha за такой теплый прием)

I’ve been to Danang several times in the last 2 years. I stay in several different hotels each visit, rarely repeat hotels in successive trips. I usually look for the very highly rated ones with over 100 reviews and crosscheck with Google and other sites. This was my first time at Thi Boutique. I don’t know how I previously missed this hotel, which has a 9.4 Booking.com rating and over 700 reviews. It is about a 5-minute walk from the beach. There is a beautiful patio and garden area, with occasional visiting birds, well maintained by Nha, the owner, who spends a lot of time and effort each day on the garden. My room, a king with garden view, was very clean and reasonably priced. I had one of the best breakfasts since arriving in Danang a few weeks ago: a very tasty bahn mi sandwich, wonderful noodle soup, and juices, tea, and coffee. It also came with lots of delicious fruit. It is so peaceful here. There is an observed quiet time at night; and there is no traffic noise because the hotel is not near a main road. Everything was superb, including the service from Mr Nha. Additionally, I was allowed a slightly early check-in and a slightly late check-out; and Nha offered to assist me with my heavy luggage when my driver arrived. He is the best.

My friend and I loved this tranquil family run hotel. The family who run it are lovely and communicative and I genuinely felt that I could ask for help with any issue. The breakfasts, especially the local options, were delicious and hearty. It was clean, comfortable, well air conditioned and the location was a very short walk to My Khe beach, which was one of the highlights of the stay.

There is no elevator so if you have accessibility issues it may be difficult.

Номер был чистым, просторным и светлым. У нашего номера был огромный балкон, на котором было приятно проводить вечера. Терраса, которая превращается каждое утро в место для завтрака, просто утопает в зелени. Очень приятно наслаждаться утренним кофе в тени растений. Разнообразные завтраки, вкусный кофе. Удобное расположение. 5-7 минут до моря пешком. Рядом очень много разнообразных кафе, ресторанов, закусочных. Неподалёку есть круглосуточный маркет. Рекомендую это место. Ours had a huge balcony, which was a pleasure to spend the evenings on. The terrace, which becomes a breakfast area every morning, is simply immersed in greenery. It's a pleasure to enjoy your morning coffee in the shade of the plants. Various breakfast options, delicious coffee. Convenient location. 5-7 minutes' walk to the sea. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and snack bars nearby. There's a 24-hour market nearby. I recommend this place. I'll be back again❤

На второй день пребывания столкнулись с мелкими насекомыми (в целом это было ожидаемо), но купленные репелленты быстро решили данный вопрос. Для меня не минус, но кому-то может быть важно. On the second day of our stay, we encountered some small insects (this was generally expected), but the repellents we purchased quickly resolved the issue. It's not a negative for me, but it might be important to others.

L’hôtel est très mignon, bien situé à quelques pas de la plage. La famille qui gère l’hôtel est adorable. L’emplacement est calme car dans une rue peu passante.

Petit havre de paix à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage de My Khe Beach 🏖️ L’ambiance est très familiale et les hôtes sont extrêmement chaleureux, agréables et toujours prêts à aider ou donner de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. La chambre était petite mais très fonctionnelle, impeccable niveau propreté, située au rez-de-chaussée. La salle de bain était également agréable avec une bonne pression de douche. La climatisation ainsi que le ventilateur étaient vraiment appréciables avec la chaleur de Da Nang. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et copieux, avec des options à la carte ainsi qu’une partie buffet ce qui permet de varier les plaisirs. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Da Nang ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir la prochaine fois ☺️

From arriving at the hotel to checking out we had the most incredible experience, the hosts are so kind and really look after you. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were extremely comfy. Close to beach, restaurants and shops!

Реальность превысила все мои ожидания: номер, чистота и уют, вкусные завтраки на лоне зеленого сада, в котором утопает территория этого небольшого, но очень приятного и милого бутик-отеля. Все было замечательно:) Если честно, не хотел уезжать, так сильно у вас понравилось. Огромное спасибо за прекрасный отдых в Дананге:)

Unser Aufenthalt im Thi Boutique Hotel war rundum hervorragend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel – sowohl die Zimmer als auch die allgemeinen Bereiche waren stets gepflegt und sehr ordentlich. Die Lage ist ideal: angenehm ruhig, sodass man sich wunderbar erholen kann, und trotzdem sehr zentral, sodass Restaurants, Cafés und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar sind. Genau die perfekte Mischung aus Entspannung und guter Anbindung. Ein besonderes Lob gilt außerdem dem gesamten Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich nett, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Personal super amable, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y preocupándose de que todo estuviera bien. Habitación limpia y cómoda, con nevera, aire acondicionado y ventilador. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante y con opción vegana. Tiene un acogedor patio con mesas y muchas plantas donde poder descansar. Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa en una calle con poco tránsito, pero a la vez a dos pasos de la playa. El día que nos marchábamos tuvieron el detalle de traernos el mejor Banh Mi vegano de la zona (Le Hoi) porque salíamos muy temprano por la mañana y no nos daba tiempo a desayunar. Gracias Nhã!!

We enjoyed our stay and Thi Boutique villas Our room (blue cheese room )was large with a balcony, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. Breakfast was basic but delicious Many cafes restaurants and the beach closeby. The best thing was the staff, the owner. Extremely kind, very helpful and always had a smile for you. We will definitely be back.

Staff here were all awesome. Very accommodating to prepare breakfast early when I had day tours with pickup prior to breakfast starting. Very friendly staff. Laundry washing available on site for 30k per kilo. Great Location.

Hot water run out very quickly, hot water service in my room needs some repair I think. Scored facilities lower because of this.

Super netter Empfang, Zimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad hatte ein Duschabtrennung, Frühstück war super mit Menüwahl und immer zusätzlich Brötchen mit Marmelade und Obst. Bin so froh dass wir uns gegen ein Hotel an der Beachstraße entschieden haben. Dort ist die Straße viel zu laut. Das Hotel liegt zentral und ist ruhiger. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Thi Boutique was two blocks away from the beach which was perfect! The staff were nice and friendly. We loved the breakfast and the front courtyard - it’s so lush and cute! Felt like a quiet, cozy oasis amongst the big skyscrapers. Wish we had longer here!

Очень уютная гостиница, чисто.Уборка номеров по требованию(надо повесить табличку на дверь) На завтрак несколько блюд на выбор: яйца или лапша. Кофе очень вкусный.Завтрак проходит в прекрасно зелёном дворике. Персонал заслуживает всяческих похвал,моментально отзываются на любые просьбы: помогли с обменом денег,покупкой билетов на поезд до Хюэ,разрешили нам поздний выезд. Пляж в 3 минутах ходьбы,чистый,лежаки 40 донгов. Недалеко местный рынок , много магазинов и кафе. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

Не надо предъявлять к небольшой частной гостинице слишком высокие требования.
