Comfy beds, large room (2 bedroom apartment on too floor)

There were people checking in both night we stayed at 1-3am in the morning and the doors in the hallways were slamming shut and woke us up. Terrible sleep because of this

The location was great! Lots of helpful facilities nearby such as a 24/7 well stocked mini mart and a laundromat! Only 500m to the main Beach and the walk Itself is lovely! A great sized room for a couple, lots of space and a lovely view.

The bathroom was laid out in an odd manner and was a bit worn down compared to the rest of the room. The shower screen didn’t seal properly so water just sort of went all over the floor and drenched the bathmat.

Great location. A few blocks from the beach. Close to restaurants and the supermarket. Easy to access grab transportation. Our accommodations were great. We loved the rooftop pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It also was nice to have laundry service at a very affordable price and have it completed and ready for us to pick up the next day.

I would say the only negative was that our refrigerator was not cold. When we asked about this they said the refrigerator was just to hold the beverages not keep them cold. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where the refrigerator was explained to function in this capacity. We worked around this issue though.

The treatment and hospitality of the employements, especially Candy, were amazing, It has been a real pleasure.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Prague Hotel à Da Nang. L'hôtel est confortable, les chambres sont propres et agréables, et son emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la ville, la plage et les principales attractions. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toujours accueillant, souriant et prêt à aider. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis du début à la fin de notre séjour. Et une nouvelle fois, la cerise sur le gâteau : après notre départ, nous avons malheureusement oublié des effets personnels dans notre chambre. L'équipe du Prague Hotel a pris le temps de nous les envoyer gratuitement à notre hôtel suivant. Grâce à leur honnêteté, leur réactivité et leur grande gentillesse, nous avons pu tout récupérer sans débourser le moindre centime. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour ce service exceptionnel. Si vous recherchez un hôtel confortable, bien situé à Da Nang, avec un personnel vraiment attentionné, je recommande le Prague Hotel sans la moindre hésitation !

Very friendly and helpful staffs

Breakfast little bit alright but location what advertised on website is not same. They mentioned big room and on beach, but room was very small and beach about 1 km. They befooled us and we very upset.

The Room and location of hotel should be better. Very bad cooling. Takes long time to cool.

The hotel location is a bit far from.the center. You need to avail of grab to go to places. The property is close to restaurants even mini mart.

BED BUGS! we had to leave the same night we arrived due to discovering bed bugs. After reading reviews on Google saw a week before there was a bed bug infestation in the same room they had placed us in :(

On arrival we got upgraded to a much larger room which was an amazing start to our stay, the hotel was a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and close to places to eat and convenience stores. Lovely spot to stay!!

El personal. Muy desagradable. Cogimos una noche más y estuvieron escribiéndome sin parar que pagásemos cuando desde recepción me dijeron que sin problema podíamos pagar cuando quisiéramos. Al hacer el check out nos retuvieron para comprobar que no habíamos tomado nada del minibar (primera vez que nos pasa esto). Luego nos desactivaron la tarjeta el mismo día que nos íbamos cuando el check out era hasta las 12 pues a las 11 ya no teníamos acceso. Nose creo q deberían cuidar mejor esas cosas porque da muy mala imagen. Desayuno flojo y malo

Aucun éclairage le soir dans la piscine :-/ La piscine n’est malheureusement pas entretenue (Pansement et saleté dans l’eau) ; le carrelage en mosaïque bleue est noire sur la partie haute de la piscine Manque le joint d’étanchéité (cassé) dans la salle de bain de la chambre.

Este hotel se debería llamar hotel Plaga Hotel Da Nang. A la 1 de la madrugada mi señora se levantó con picores y nos encontramos un montón de chinches por las sabanas y colchón. Fuimos rápidamente a recepción y la solución q nos dieron fueron de sabanas limpias. No podían cambiarnos la habitación..después de discutir nos encontramos als 2 de la madrugada en pleno da nang cn las maletas y buscando un nuevo hotel. Por suerte acabamos encontrando uno. Al dia siguiente fuimos a que nos devolvieran el dinero, ya que el gerente no estuvo disponible la noche anterior. Nos devolvieron el dinero pero nos pedían a cambio que canceláramos la reserva porqe si no ellos tenian que pagar 10 euros a booking ( no es mi problema) . Nos negamos porque booking nos avisaba que nos podría cargar en la cuenta la cancelación y fueron los de la recepción del hotel, sin nuestro consentimiento, quienes anularon la reserva llamando a Booking. La verdad que acabamos muy descontentos con el hotel y un poco con Booking también. Estas cosas no se deberían permitir. Esto no va a quedar asi y estamos dispuestos a tomar acciones legales contra el hotel. Esperamos que booking nos apoye con eso

It was decent

Excellente localisation à quelques mètres de la plage. Le personnel était très sympathique et aimable à l’image du pays.

Salle de sport sans grand intérêt, ça aurait été bien de rénover un peu cet espace. Mais l’avantage c’est qu’on peut vite aller sur la plage et s’entrainer avec les barres de street workout.

Perfect location and good hotel! Only small was our room wasn’t cleaned properly during the 7 nights we stayed and the breakfast isn’t great. But the hotel overall was very good value for money with good views over Da Nang and modern rooms.

The property was not clean, on arrival still painting the rooms and expected us to sleep there with paint fumes. The rooms did not resemble the photos used on Booking.com.

I loved the location and the breakfast. The staff was friendly and we communicate easily on whatsapp.

I didn't like that the room wasn't like in the picture. It had a small window so not so much natural light

Very disappointing experience. The room was already dirty at check-in, and even after the cleaning service the next day, the bathroom was still dirty and poorly maintained. The shower box was in terrible condition, there were cockroaches in the room, and the walls showed clear signs of humidity and water infiltration. On top of that, the overall service was poor and the staff was not welcoming or helpful when these issues were reported. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic hygiene and hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Good location, right next to the beach. In general good value. Very caring people at reception and the manager Candy.

The photos of the property give an idea that the pool and the gym are way bigger than it is in reality.

De locatie van het hotel is goed. Je kan naar het strand op loopafstand e je kan genoeg eetgelegenheden vinden binnen loopafstand. Ook zijn er genoeg massages en spa salons in de buurt

De foto's kloppen niet helemaal. Het hotel heeft wat achterstallige onderhoud. Voor de prijs en locatie is het prima te doen. Maar als je luxe zoekt is dit geen hotel voor jou. Het ontbijt is best hartig, dat is vrijwel overal in vietnam. Er was niet heel veel keus. Maar om de dag alvast te starten is het prima te doen

Bed on first night was exceptionally hard with frame noticeably uncomfortable. After being moved the next day, I was put in a room that the shower drain was blocked and water would spill out to under the vanity and bathroom floor. After repeated requests, this still was not fixed and was very frustrating

Great location, staff very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had some good options and the bed was very comfy.

The room could have been cleaner and is a little outdated. The rooms are also quite small if you are staying for several nights. The gym equipment is very old and it’s very hot, would be better to use a local gym around the corner.

The hotel (room, bathroom,pool) is very dirty and rundown, looks very different from the booking.com photos. Also, the shower did not work properly. The room was so dirty that we decided to check out early, just after 1 night.

Die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr nett.

Wir hatten kleine Tiere/ Fliegen in unserem Zimmer, im Bad roch es unangenehm. Außerdem hat man die Gäste auf dem Gang etc. sehr gehört, wenn man in seinem Zimmer war. Den Pool gibt es, jedoch sieht dieser weniger einladend aus als auf den Fotos - gar nicht einladend. Wir würden uns vermutlich, trotz des netten Personals, nicht mehr für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Value for money and breakfast included. Staff very friendly and attentive. Pictures look much better than the reality. However, the location is great.

We enjoyed staying here. The room was a good size and had comfy beds. It was in a great location and easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Great breakfast but they do clean up pretty promptly so don’t be late!!!

Gym equipment wasn’t all that. Running machine didn’t work and you couldn’t plug the cross trainer in. A bit sparse on other equipment

Property is 3 mins walk to the beach. Pool on top level was great especially at night. Staff were lovely.

Breakfast was little not much variety and food felt like it was choices for a lunch. Beds were so hard so if you like a hard bed you’ll love it! However we did enjoy our stay here.
