The room was okay but not great. The airconditioning was leaking water onto the floor and there were lots of stains of the wall and floor.

The apartment unit was spacious and bright and very comfortable. The receptionists Tony and Tina were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast every morning was great and made fresh. The location was very close to the beach and amazing restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet backstreet, the perfect mix.

We loved everything. The staff are excellent very helpful and friendly 😀 The rooms are clean and comfy. The breakfast was always nice. The hotel is in a great location, short walk to the beach and lots of great coffee shops and restaurants, or a short grab to other areas around the city. We also had laundry done which was back later that day, super clean and smelling great.

La struttura è carina. Va detto però che è un'altra cosa rispetto a ciò che viene mostrato su Booking. La pulizia è di buon livello anche se le camere vengono rassettate in modo assai approssimativo. La posizione è buona, non distante dalla spiaggia. Il livello di rumore è basso ed i letti molto, molto comodi. La finestra, che dovrebbe dare su un giardino in realtà si affaccia su un altro edificio diviso dall'hotel da rovi e sterpaglie. È un dettaglio ma mi sembrava doveroso menzionarlo poiché nell'inserzione gli si attribuisce un valore.

Very welcoming and great hospitality. Tony took care of us and he is especially good at what he does. Tony made sure that all of our needs were met. The staff here are friendly and actually I liked Pergola so much that I rebooked for my return to Da Nang.

La posizione è però comoda per muoversi e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. La camera era decisamente piccola, ma almeno aveva una finestra che garantiva un po’ di luce naturale. È presente l’ascensore dalla hall ai piani, ma per raggiungere la hall dal livello della strada bisogna utilizzare le scale. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. La colazione non ci ha particolarmente entusiasmato, piuttosto semplice e senza nulla di particolare. Nel complesso un soggiorno discreto.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Pergola Hotel Da Nang! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located. Special thanks to Tiffany, Tony, and Tina for their warm hospitality, kindness, and excellent service. They made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

La posizione e lo staff

Abbiamo trovato dei vermi neri nella doccia e cattivo odore nella stanza. La reception e la sala per la colazione non hanno l'aria condizionata, quindi rimanere a fare colazione è difficile durante l'estate.

Все было хорошо, спокойный отель. Неожиданностью было расположение на узкой длинной улочке между домов, мы ходили как по длинному коридору до выхода на улицу, но при этом это давало тишину в отеле. Завтраки хорошие, есть несколько вариантов.

Номер чистый, завтрак с вечера заказываешь, уборка каждый день, море близко, рестораны, кафе и массаж поблизости все очень бюджетно

Location is perfect and rooms are enough good to rest and sleep with a powerful AC. I have to give a special mention to Tiffany at reception. I’ll be honest, I was probably not the easiest guest to deal with 😅 and I had a few different issues during my stay, but Tiffany was incredibly patient and helpful with every single one of them. She genuinely went above and beyond to help me, and I really felt that she cared about solving my problems rather than just doing the minimum required. Even after I had already checked out, I realized I had forgotten a shirt at the hotel. Tiffany took care of everything, coordinated the whole process and helped me get it back. I honestly didn’t expect that level of effort after I had already left. People like Tiffany can really make a difference in a hotel experience. Thank you so much for all your help and patience, Tiffany! You’re a legend 🫶🏻👑

The staff gets 10/10, always helpful and they’re the only reason why I give high mark to the hotel.

Hotel needs good maintenance. It’s named design hotel but from design there is only a dining zone and nothing else. During our stay we’d viewed three rooms. First standard room on the basement floor , no window and you hear everyone in the lobby because of the wooden door’s screeching. Also because it’s in the basement it’s very humid and there’s mould in the bathroom. The second room was a deluxe or superior room, I’m not sure. But we got a room in the first floor near the dining area, with barely a window, and the man on the staff desk was himself surprised that there is a window in that room. And the AC in that room was broken when we checked in, the same problem was with the mould all over the room. The third room was better it was on the 5th floor. Luckily, AC was working. But this time the shower was leaking, they repaired it on the same day, but still. And there were ants in the room, common problem for Asian hotels but still some hotels don’t have any. On breakfast you need to choose from a set- menu. It’s average and not a wide choice. Would be really beneficial if at list beverages can be served by guests themselves, like coffee, tea, juice, milk. And again ants in the dining area I get that it’s outdoor, but getting bitten while you eat isn’t something that I prefer

We did like how the hotel was 5-10 minutes away from the beach and the Hotel vibes itself is instagramable. Also how the staff greeted/engage with us like there is no language barrier. Keep it up! Thank you!

Close to the beach. The Vietnamese breakfast options were very tasty. The bed was not uncomfortable. It was well stocked with apartment amenities (rice cooker, cutlery etc)

The room was unclean (hairs in the shower, stains on bedding and sofa, and the floor is warped and broken) and dated. Can only pay in cash or local bank transfer. Front desk largely disinterested. Other rooms appear to be better reviewed so maybe it was just this one (Apartment 6).

We stayed in the apartment for a week on the 6th floor. It has everything you need including a washing machine! Very comfortable bed and sofa

Great staff

The staff were fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for them. We will be coming back to stay again next year. The staff, the location for us was perfect. Food a few minutes walk in all directions. Breakfast was available every morning and was served by adorable restaurant staff.

Room was very clean when we arrived but seemed to have less and less done when it was serviced. We stayed 3 weeks and only had the apartment serviced every 3 days, so we weren’t demanding. We did it to get clean towels and water replenished. Expected it to be swept at the very least. The first week was ok but then the effort dropped away significantly to a point we joked about there being more dirt on floor when we would return to the room than when we left. However at the end of the 3 week, my wife then asked me what had asked them to do and I said clean towels and water so she said it was my ambiguity that was the issue not the staffs issue. So I got what I asked for so all good in the end. When I asked for room to be cleaned that’s what we got plus water plus towels.So if you want it serviced don’t bother saying anything just put the room service door tag the right way round and go out . Then you’ll come back to a well serviced room apparently.

Es war sehr zentral und das personal vor allem Tiffany und Tony waren sehr hilfreich. Sie haben uns bei privaten Aktivitäten unterstützt wie zum Beispiel eine Kino Buchung und wir konnten auch komplett stressfrei unseren Aufenthalt verlängern.

Думаю глупо требовать от 3🌟 отлеля уровня 5 звезд. Для трехзвездочного отеля он весьма не плох. Есть все для комфортного пребывания. На завтраках суп с креветкой был очень вкусным, также вкусный кофе. Убираются каждый день. Персонал очень вежлив, помогают во всем.

Постельное белье уже старовато, думаю можно заменить

The staff were absolutely devine. Helpful and kind. The location was great, it was near coffee shops, restaurants and marts. It is also walking distance from the beach.

The bedding seemed unchanged from prior guests. However, when brought forward, it was changed. The floors were worn completely making sand get trapped and then transferring into the bed

O hotel tem a entrada em um beco, o banheiro é com cortina de plástico, o quarto e o hotel são antigos e ainda nos colocaram em um quarto diferente do reservado e o atendente falou que não poderia fazer nada para nos ajudar. Logo que acordamos fomos para outro hotel por quase o mesmo preço que era infinitamente melhor, mais limpo e melhor localizado. Definitivamente não recomendo essa acomodação.

Our stay at Pergola truly felt like a home away from home. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was consistently gracious and accommodating. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast. I would like to extend a special note of gratitude to Tiffany and Tony, who were both incredibly kind and provided outstanding service. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience; we look forward to returning on our next trip.

My stay at Pergola Hotel, Danang had some issues that I hope the team will address. The room’s flooring was in poor condition and the sofa was not properly cleaned there were visible marks on it. The shower was very small compared with the apartment’s overall size, with low water pressure and water that wasn’t sufficiently hot. Although check-in time is stated as 2:00 PM, we had to wait until about 2:30 PM to access our room. Also, breakfast must be ordered the day before, which was inconvenient for our schedule. I appreciate the hotel’s location and the staff’s friendliness, but these points affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel improves housekeeping, room readiness at check-in, bathroom facilities, and offers more flexible breakfast arrangements.

Good location near the beach and restaurants

The AC in the room was more like a fan rather than blowing out cold air. The shower curtain had a lot of orange mould. Room was run down. We felt it was over priced for the value compared to other accommodation in Da Nang, wouldn’t come back.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, a proximité a pieds des commodités et environ 10min de la plage. Notre chambre était assez grande et nous avons bien dormi. Attention toutefois car les matelas étaient quand même durs (ça peut gêner si vous êtes sensible du dos au niveau de la fermeté)

Le petit déjeuner est très basique, il faut choisir la veille ce que l'on veut pour le lendemain. Peu de choix (1 plat + 1 boisson) et si vous voulez quelque chose en plus comme un café ou un jus d'orange (autre que votre choix) il faut payer en plus. Les plats sont salés, ils proposent uniquement des pancakes pour le sucré mais ce sont des pancakes industriels, dommage ! L'hôtel n'accepte pas les règlements par carte, c'est utile de le savoir.

Everything was very clean and the location was in a good area which wasn’t too busy. The area wasn’t too touristy and had many locals. The food in the area was good as well as having a good mart nearby. The staff were all sweet and accommodating and could speak English very well

Отель нам понравился. Хорошее расположение-на тихой улочке и вблизи пляжа. Очень уютный ресторанчик для завтрака, завтраки сытные. Номер убирали отлично каждый день. Ребята на рецепции-Тиффани, Тони и Тина-помогали по всем вопросам, хорошо английским владеют, вежливые очень и дружелюбные. Заказали через них экскурсию на Бана Хиллс и поняли, что нам просто повезло, особенно когда начитались много отзывов о неудачных поездках. У нас сложилось всё- девушка гид по имени Дау, которая очень быстро нас везде проводила и все рассказывала и показывала, хорошая погода. И на мосту мы посмотрели все без тумана, и поели в ресторане от души и пива попили по бесплатным флаерам,и по канатным дорогам проехались, даже водопад увидели. Устали, конечно, но место бомбическое. Большой поклон творцам, реализовавшим такой проект. Круто, красиво и вдохновляюще. Так что об отеле впечатления остались самые теплые.

Можно было бы круассаны на завтрак добавить, с маслом и сыром. Ну это так, как совет)

Отличное расположение - до большинства интересных мест можно легко дойти пешком. Апартаменты очень удобные и просторные. Видно, что ремонт уже не самый свежий, но в целом номер комфортный, есть всё необходимое для проживания. Некоторые вещи уже обновили, например телевизор и кондиционер, что приятно. Завтраки вкусные, с хорошим выбором. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал - очень дружелюбные, отзывчивые и всегда готовы помочь.

Цена, на мой взгляд, немного завышена для того, что предлагает отель. Если бы стоимость была ниже, впечатления были бы гораздо лучше. Еще один минус - отсутствие бассейна. Также вход в отель находится в небольшой боковой улочке, которая выглядит не очень уютно: постоянно ездят байки, бегают собаки и дети. Чтобы выйти на основную улицу, приходится немного пройтись по этим переулкам.

Had a fantastic stay, Tina and Tiffany were very helpful and kind. They even helped us arrange a private transport to hue. Highly recommended.

The space was clean and tidy. Our room was on the 6th floor which was quite warm and the aircon takes quite a while to cool the room enough to be comfortable. The staff did to attend to the aircon when we informed them and offered for us to keep the key card in even while away which we are grateful for.

We loved our receptionist Tiffany. She helped us out from day one and listened to our needs. She spoke very good English. We had beautiful breakfast meals and the staff were so friendly.

The bathroom was a big small for me. The tight lane way made it a bit tricky for pick up and drop off. But not too bad, I would not let that turn you away.

Tiffany at the front desk was amazing, truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we got checked in ok. I cannot commend her professionalism enough. The location is pretty good, about 5 minutes walk to the beach and down a lane way so quiet enough. Included breakfast was also a bonus.

Our room was a bit dated and quite different from the photos, which was disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The room was also quite small, so not ideal for the 2-3 people it is designed to house.
