What I liked most about the property was its location. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful area right by the sea, with lovely surroundings.

What I didn’t like was that the beach was littered with rubbish and empty bottles. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly, but unfortunately, most of them did not speak English, which made communication difficult. The hotel itself is quite worn and dated and, in my opinion, does not really meet the standards of a 5-star property. The breakfast was also disappointing — some of the food seemed to be from the previous day and was not fresh.

Это не 5 звезд, а - 3 максимум. Расположение отеля: находится в посёлке рыбаков и тут можно услышать кур за забором, увидеть коров, которые гуляют по пляжу отеля, штук 30 рыболовных катеров, которые стоят постоянно рядом с берегом на пляже отеля. Нормально!? Т. е. куда не глянь - везде рыбаки: они сидят на пляже и чистят рыбу и т. д.; они в море везде...! Рыбой воняет даже на 3-м этаже номера! Всё, на территории отеля, грязное: грязная столовая, очень грязный номер (всё в пятнах и помёте гекконов)! Спать в номере невозможно: отель не проводит обработку против насекомых и животных! В моём номере, на 3-м этаже, жило 3 геккона!!! Из-за их криков я не мог спать!!! Мухи лезли в лицо постоянно! Отдельно хочу заметить, что я не мог оплатить картой еду в столовой - они не принимают такую оплату! В столовой была такая жара (из-за кухни в том числе), что на улице было гораздо прохладнее, но они не включают кондиционер и раскрывают двери и ставят в упор вентиляторы, от которых может быстро продуть! Работники столовой не знают сервис и не соблюдают элементарнейшие правила обращения с гостями! Поесть вечером невозможно - всё закрыто! Хаос сплошной... Нет слов... Это 5 звезд!? Никому не советую!

I really liked the hotel; it has a wonderful location by the sea, surrounded by mountains, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the sea was clean and beautiful!

Wundervoller Strand. Schöner Pool . Sehr ruhig. Ein schönes Hotel , etwas aus der Zeit gefallen aber gerade das macht den Charme aus.

Etwas abgelegen . Aber mit einem Grab kann man das nahe gelegene Fischerdorf besuchen.

Unfortunately, our stay at Seaside Boutique Resort was a big disappointment. We booked a two-bedroom villa expecting a proper 5-star experience, but the resort did not meet that standard. The breakfast was extremely limited and repetitive, with very few options for international guests. Most days it was basically eggs and fruit, and there was very little for children to eat. Some of the fruit also looked far from fresh. We were especially concerned to see flies on the cold meat at breakfast, which is completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool did not look clean, and there was rubbish and damage around the wooden pool area. The bathroom facilities were also quite old and poorly maintained. What disappointed us even more was the lack of flexibility from the staff when we tried to discuss shortening our stay because of these issues. We did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously. Overall, the resort is nowhere near the standard we expected from a 5-star property. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it and would not stay here again.

Biển sóng lớn và dốc. Một khách sạn 5 sao nhưng thiết kế nước nóng tổng nên khi tôi đến muộn ngày thứ nhất thợ phải sửa 1 tiếng mới có nước nóng gần 23h tôi mới được tắm và ngày thứ 2 khi tôi đi tắm biển về cũng gần 2 tiếng không có nước nóng. Nên tôi thấy thất vọng. Lần đầu tiên 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà làm tôi bị ốm và để cái đầu bẩn trong hai ngày đầy cát để sau khi trả phòng nhanh ra thành phố Quy Nhơn để gội đầu. Tôi nghĩ cần phải yêu cầu khách sạn xem lại dịch vụ và tiên nghi khi đưa ra 5 Sao. Bể bơi nhiều đất bẩn, Biển đầy sỏi và đá nhưng không được dọn ngay.

המקום נראה טוב אבל מרוחק מהכל. חוף הים מזוהם מהסירות ולא ניתן לרחצה. המפעילים של אופנועי הים היו נוראיים. לא היו מים חמים במקלחת והשטיח בחדרים היה מטונף. הקוקטיילים היו טובים.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נוראית (אפילו גבינה לא הייתה שם) וגם הייתה זמינה בסך הכל לשעתיים. הצוות במסעדה היה חמוד ועם המון כוונה טובה אבל בלי שום יכולת לתקשר עם תיירים, גם כשניסינו להשתמש בגוגל טרנסלייט הם לא ידעו להשתמש בו.

The resort itself is excellent—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend booking this resort; it’s truly worth it!

Er worden hier ook bijna dagelijks evenementen gegeven voor lokale mensen die dan dezelfde faciliteiten kunnen gebruiken. Deze komen dan met 50 tot 70 personen die allemaal aan het zwembad zitten en veel lawaai maken. Sommige faciliteiten zijn enkel open voor deze groepen, zoals de de buiten-bar. Het resort ligt aan het strand wat een pluspunt moet zijn maar er zijn geen ligstoelen noch parasols voorzien op het strand?? Het zwembad is vuil, er zijn geen skimmers dus het water heeft steeds een maatje vuil bovenaan van zonnecrème etc. In de 4 dagen dat wij er waren heb ik de filter nooit zien werken, water is dan ook troebel. Personeel is niet vriendelijk, een lach kan er niet vanaf. Als je aankomt krijg je een lijst met een 20 tal overtredingen en mogelijk boetes welke je moet ondertekenen, dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Overal is er ook vuil te zien, hoofdzakelijk door die groepen achtergelaten, tussen de cabines en rond het zwembad wordt dit wel opgeruimd tegen 14h, wanneer de volgende groep aankomt, op het strand wordt dit niet opgeruimd en blijft het vuil liggen tot het in het water waait... In onze cabana waren de kamers ook niet netjes, er lag nog veel haar van de vorige gasten, wat wel kan voor vallen maar wat niet in die hoeveelheid en de housekeeping die elke dag kwam liet dit gewoon liggen. De cabana's zelf zijn ok, koude inkomhal met tv en sobere zetel en dan 2 kamers met badkamer. Had gezelliger gemogen maar je wilt natuurlijk zoveel mogelijk buiten zitten.... Al bij al een slechte ervaring. Ik had sommige zaken ook gemeld bij aankomst maar hier werd allemaal geen gehoor aan gegeven.

Les villas ! Magnifiques ! Le fait d’avoir 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain un vrai luxe ! La vue magnifique de la plage privée, la piscine et l’excellente qualité du repas servi au restaurant. Merci pour la décoration sur la plage c’est tres zen.

Rien à part que c’est très calme il faut compter 15 min pour aller dans le centre de Quy Nonh en taxi , un peu de musique vers la piscine serait un plus et peut être des jeux pour enfants à disposition (ballon, jeux de société )

Booked here for 4 nights in a 2 bed villa with breakfast included. The breakfast which we had read bad reviews of was actually decent, a variety of choices and fresh. The resort is set away from Quy Nhon(15 minute taxi ride), so had moments of tranquility. We ate in the restaurant every night and every meal with chicken was very well cooked. A couple of the garden staff would say good morning. The gardens are kept in pristine manner. The location is quiet and beautiful when not overwhelmed with events.

Many things were not good however. The welcome message from the hotel promised a welcome drink and a turn down service-this never happened. The water pressure was inconsistent and so the showers only worked on 2 days. The hotel boosts its revenue by hosting events, when these are on hotel guests are not allowed in the restaurants. They cater for large groups who overwhelm the facilities. There is no obvious management of the property and the service and maintenance is suffering as a result. The security on our door didn’t work, no do not disturb sign, room safe not available to use….stained seating and towels in the room, no beach towels available at the pool (other than the 5 that are laid out in the morning…are just a few examples of the missing or broken facilities. The pool was closed for one day for cleaning. A place with such potential but is sadly missing too many elements to recommend…the worst hotel of the 7 hotels we chose for this trip.

I would stay here again as it was centrally located and the room was a decent size for its value. It was nice and warm in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Clean room and bathroom.

Nhưng tại đây rất không rõ ràng, nước uống miễn phí lại để riêng ko cùng với trà, cafe, gia đình tôi đã uống 2 chai cuối cùng tính 20.000 đ,/ chai 350ml - Thức ăn , cafe ,... rất không ngon, không đa dạng - khăn tắm và khăn mặt quá dơ và cũ. Nhưng đáng tiếc nhà tôi lại bị phạt vô căn cứ 2 khăn (ks nói là làm dơ) giá 100.000 đ/khăn Nói chung, resort này chỉ đáng giá 3*

Beautiful hotel, right on the ocean

Absolutely nothing to do and nowhere to go. We checked out two days early because it was so boring. The staff didn’t speak any English whatsoever which is our issue not theirs.

Gorgeous beachfront property ! Beautiful rooms, lovely pool and exceptional landscaping. Staff was great, special shout-out to Rocky who was especially helpful. About 25 minutes to Quy Nhon town (we used Grab to get to and from town). Good meal options on site as well so staying put is a fine option too!

This hotel was stunning and very clean. The location is secluded, so there’s not much nearby and you’ll need transportation to get around. The views were incredible.

Unfortunately, the service did not match the beauty of the hotel. The staff made us feel unwelcome and as though we were a hassle rather than valued guests. Service around the pool was almost nonexistent, we often had to search for staff when we needed towels or drinks. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was cold even though breakfast had just opened at 7am, the bread was stale, and items were not being refilled. The pool itself was also very warm, which made it less refreshing in the heat

Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht besonders ansprechend. Wurst und Obst wurde unabgedeckt und nicht gekühlt am Buffet angeboten. Kleine Auswahl und teilweise wurde nicht aufgefüllt, wenn es aus ging.

Отель нам очень понравился. Мы путешествовали на байке и хотели остановиться в пляжном отеле отдохнуть на сутки. Сам отель прекрасный, все номера с видом на море. Немного нужно дооборудовать пляж, не хватает дорожек до моря, песок очень горячий. Но нам это не помешало, мы купались и ночью, и днем. У отеля стоят рыбацкие судна, но они не мешают, наоборот создают какой-то особый деревенский вайб. Вода была чистая и теплая. Нам очень понравилось, персонал очень отзывчивый. От отеля на пляже есть прекрасное кафе, где можно вкусно поесть морепродукты. В общем мы очень довольны, уехали отдохнувшими и счастливыми. Очень хотелось бы вернуться туда ещё.

Завтрак был ну совсем не очень. Но яичницу, тосты и кофе всегда есть)

I would recommend my friends to stay in this place for sure. The staff made the bed and tidied things up everyday. It was very clean and a welcoming space.The price point for our stay was awesome as well.

The resort has potential. It looks nice and is located right by the sea. The beds are comfortable, and the room is fairly clean. The food at the restaurant is somewhat overpriced, which is understandable for a place like this, but still quite decent and enjoyable.

There are several areas where the resort could improve. The service was disappointing, as it was often difficult to get clear information from the staff. The policy regarding outside food and drinks is very strict, with a 1,000,000 VND fine for bringing items from outside the resort. This would be more understandable if guests were clearly informed in advance and if there were convenient on-site alternatives, such as a small store or market. There was an unpleasant smell in the room upon arrival that did not fully disappear even after almost 24 hours. Some of the furniture was also damp, possibly after recent cleaning. The balcony had no table or chairs, and there was also no convenient place to dry clothes. The overall atmosphere was not particularly relaxing during our stay, as construction work was taking place near the pool area, including workers installing metal structures and trucks unloading materials nearby. In addition, noise from neighboring rooms can be heard quite clearly. Guests should also be aware that our airport transfer arrived 20 minutes later than scheduled. Since the resort is located quite far from the city, arranging alternative transportation can also be difficult.

The property is located about 20mins drive from Quy Nhon situated on a quiet beach. The pool and gardens are lovely and the rooms are large, comfy and nicely decorated.

We were disappointed with our stay. Upon checking in we were told we were not allowed to bring in any outside food. If we were found with outside food not purchased from the hotel it would be confiscated and we would be issued a fine. We have travelled a lot and stayed in budget through to very expensive hotels and have never come across this rule before anywhere in the world! The night we arrived there was a function on down at the beach restaurant. We went down for dinner and were told we couldn’t eat there! It was not ever communicated to us that the event would be taking place and therefore we would not be able to eat dinner at the beachside restaurant. The function music and microphone were so offensively loud. The amenity of any other guests staying at the hotel was not taken into consideration at all. This happened multiple nights in a row. We ate at the restaurant another night and the food was sub par with the steak being inedible. If the hotel is going to have strict rules about outside food they should ensure that the food they are offering at the hotel is of a high standard and quality. The dining room for breakfast is huge. It is lovely however it is extremely warm in there making quite uncomfortable to enjoy breakfast. Lastly, out of the four days we stayed, three of the days we were unable to use the pool due to regular cleaning and maintenance. While I like a hotel that maintains their pool, it is unacceptable to offer a hotel with a pool but for it to be closed from 8am to 3pm everyday. Surely the pool maintenance can occur in the night or in the early hours of the morning to ensure all guests can enjoy the facilities. We were travelling with young kids and they desperately wanted to go in the pool as they are still a bit afraid of the ocean however this was not possible. This was extremely disappointing.

Die gebuchte Abholung am Flughafen klappte hervorragend. Fahrtdauer etwa 1 Std. Das Zimmer war recht groß und sauber, der Ausblick auf das Meer sagenhaft. Der Pool war angenehm, sauber und warm (positiv kein Chlor). Das Frühstück war mit einer Eierküche ausgestattet..

Wir hatten eigentlich ein Studio mit Meerblick gebucht, aber booking.com hat uns nur ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer bestätigt. Aber zum Preis des von mir gebuchten Zimmers. Eine Anfrage an der Rezeption ergab "Wir haben nur eine Zimmerklasse" Bei der Rezeption klappte alles, aber die Englischkenntnisse waren recht dürftig. Badetücher gab es nur für die 4 Liegen am Pool, die jeweils schon bereit gelegt waren. Für die Liegen zur Meerseite mußte man zusehen, wo man Badetücher bekam. Die Liegen hatten keine Polsterauflage und waren daher auf die Dauer unbequem. Wir halfen uns damit, dass wir mehrere Kissen aus dem Freiluftrestaurant benutzten. Am Ende des Gebäudes wurde tagelang an Änderungen für das Strandrestaurant geklopft und geschweißt. Man hätte das auch außerhalb Hörweite machen können. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war nicht sehr reichhaltig und nahezu täglich gleich. Insbesondere das Obstangebot war sehr begrenzt für ein Land, in dem es reichlich und vielseitig vorhanden ist. Das Restaurant war in in seiner Qualität nur mittelmäßig und das wo man keine andere Wahl hatte. Zu jedem Essen gab es einen völlig identischen Salatmix, der nach nichts schmeckte.

Der var en helt fantastisk ro over stedet. Vi havde desværre kun en overnatning, og ankom først til aften. Men kunne så gå ned og få vores aftensmad, som blev serveret udenfor og ud mod stranden. Smukt og stemningsfyldt. Endnu et sted, hvor man kunne bruge poolen, også om aftenen, og tideligt om morgene. Vi udskød vores rejsetid et par timer, for at gå en tur på stranden og nyde freden og roen, som der var på dette sted. Kommer jeg til Vietnam igen, så ville jeg sørge for at have mere end en overnatning her, hvis man sætter pris på en pause, fra alle de andre som rejser rundt i Vietnam.

My family ( Snelling) came to the resort with my wife and I (Francis) to spend our last few days in Vietnam relaxing at the pool swimming with our grandchildren etc. Sadly of the 5 times we went to use the pool it was only available once! This was due to a crazy pool maintenance schedule that made it unavailable from roughly 8.40am to 2.00pm! So when people have a bite for breakfast and head to the pool and find it closed until 2.00pm which is the hottest part of the day typically 37° and oppressive!! This maintenance which was largely to remove sand and was basically silent could have been done over night! Another suggestion would be to install a shower and drain closer to the pool and ensure people use it before entering.To say this situation was very upsetting for our family is to understate it. On two out of the 3 nights of our stay there were functions on the best with very loud voices and music which made it impossible to eat outdoors and hold a conversation. No prior advice of these events were offered when booking or on arrival. The dictatorial tone of the warning about bringing food on to the property is unacceptable and very inappropriate. I’m sure or at least I hope given there is no store on site, that it does not mean small snacks etc and is mainly aimed st actual/meals. However it is very unclear. Also given the limited choice of wine on site to charge a 1,000,000 vnd corkage is ridiculous! I have travelled extensively in Europe and Asia and these issues regarding food and alcohol are a first in my experience including at lower and higher rated resorts than Seaside Boutique Resort. I will say that when my daughter raised these and other issues with you she received an apology and other help however the pool issue remained for the duration of our stay and meant that basically while in many ways your resort could have been a perfect way to finish our trip sadly that wasn’t the case.

Very nice resort. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. The food was very good and reasonably priced which is good as there is no other restaurants in the vicinity.

The resort is isolated and if you don’t have transportation you will be stuck there, which didn’t bother us. It is situated on a beach which is also used by local fishermen so it’s scattered with their boats etc - however the resort has a nice pool.

The building and property was spectacular right on the beach. Felt the staff not overly friendly but okay. Not many people when we arrived so breakfast was average first two mornings. More visitors last night so the breakfast the next morning was the best for selection. Pool was quite dirty and we were inconvenienced one day by it being closed during peak time of midday for cleaning. Luckily could have a dip in the sea as it was very hot. Food and drinks we ordered were good.

Staff could be a little friendlier
