Duur voor wat je krijgt. Veel kinderen in het zwembad, veel herrie. Ook waren er weinig bedjes bij zwembad en strand, vaak de hele dag bezet het handdoeken. Restaurant was niet heel goed. Geen 4 sterren hotel wat mij betreft.

The beach was very beautiful and clean. Quiet, clean and spacious room with sea view just next to the beach.

Fridge not cold enough for my likings as I enjoy drinking cold beverages. Only two parasolles on the beach - should have been more. The food was not great.

Resort molto bello e confortevole, affacciato su una bella spiaggia nella baia di Qui Nhon , che si vede sullo sfondo. Struttura elegante e curata nei dettagli ; belli tutti gli spazi comuni , dalla sala ristorante alla piscina, pulitissima e davvero molto bella. Grande, curata e molto confortevole la stanza, con una menzione speciale per il letto, comodo come raramente mi è capitato prima. Personale davvero gentile, staff pronto e ed efficiente, pulizia accurata. Nel ristorante dell'hotel si cena molto bene, con un buon rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Colazione molto buona, andre se la parte dei dolci non è ricca e di qualità come il cibo salato ( capita spesso in Asia che sia la parte meno ricca della colazione). Molto cari i servizi offerti, sia le escursioni e i tour, sia la SPA ( molto bella!), che ha prezzi davvero altissimi per gli standard del Vietnam. Sam obiekt bardzo ładny. Przepięknie położony przy jednej z najładniejszych plaż jakie widziałem. Darmowe zajęcia jogi co rano super prowadzone. Pyszne jedzenie. Bardzo fajny pokój a widok z balkonu za milion dolarów. Bardzo fajny i czysty basen. Bardzo blisko wioski rybackiej. Wiekszosc obsługi bardzo zaangażowana i pomocna.

1. Problem z leżakami. Hotel może pomieścić około 150 osób. Leżaków na basenie 20. Na plaży 10. Miejsca na plaży po horyzont…Ludzie wstawali rano żeby rezerwować leżaki co psuje każdemu wypoczynek. Zgłosiliśmy do managera pierwszego dnia. Podobno maja dokupić… w międzyczasie pojawiło się kilka siedzisk na plaży. Nadal o wiele za mało. 2. Ceny w hotelu absolutnie europejskie i podawane w menu netto!! Do końcowego rachunku trzeba doliczyć ok 20 proc 3. Spa - nie widziałem żeby ktoś korzystał. Ceny odklejone. 3 osoby jada grabem do miasta maja masaż wracają grabem i wychodzi podobnie jak masaż dla jednej osoby w hotelu. 4. Bardzo mała siłownia służąca 2 ośrodkom na raz. 3 osoby to tłok. Jedna ławka, zestaw hantli i jedna maszyna wielofunkcyjna. Zero sztangi. 2 bieżnie jeden rower jeden orbitrek…. W zwykłych hotelach widziałem dużo lepsze a tu mowa o dwóch luksusowych dużych ośrodkach. 5. Darmowe zajęcia (inne niż joga) albo się nie odbywały albo usłyszałem ze na muay taj jest już zapisane 7 osób a maja tylko 3 pary rękawic!!??. Po co maja to w opcji darmowych zajęć nie wiem. 6. Obsługa mino ze bardzo się stara jest w ciągłym chaosie. Management nie robi swojej roboty. Źle ustawiona logistyka wielu procesów. Proste do ogarnięcia ale trzeb aby się trochę postarać. 7. Jedzenie jak pisałem pyszne ale ceny jak pisałem tak odklejone ze ludzie zamawiali jedzenie grabem lub chodzili do wioski na świeżutkie owoce morza za ułamek ceny hotelowej. My czasem jedliśmy w hotelu ze względu na jakość i widok. Chodziliśmy tez do wioski bo świeży połów codziennie za grosze. 8. Wycieczki czy transfery hotelowe znowu kompletnie oderwane od otaczające rzeczywistości. Stać mnie ale jak mogę zamówić graba 3-4 razy taniej to Poprostu to robie. To już nie te czasy ze człowiek nie ma wyjścia wiec płaci, wiec cennik hotelowy budzi poprostu zdziwienie i irytacje. To nie tylko moja opinia ale większości ludzi których poznaliśmy (Anglia Francja Szwajcaria).

Это наверное был лучший курортный отдых нашей семьи на море за последние лет 10: море рядом, народу немного и в отеле, и на море (свой песочный пляж, начинается сразу от корпусов отеля). Такого доступного тёплого моря и неспешных вкусных завтраков и ужинов с красивым видом у нас давно не было. Плюс довольно неплохое СПА (массажи и пр.). Номера и территория немного «уставшие», а обслуживание не всегда идеальное, но т.к. отель явно строили со знанием дела и с душой, всё это скорее добавляет некоторый шарм и колорит) Но отдельно хочется отметить, что сотрудники были очень приветливы, внимательны и всегда старались вникнуть в вопрос или проблему и постараться найти решение.

Серьёзных претензий у нас нет. Наверное, стол и инвентарь для настольного тенниса могли бы быть поприличнее, а в шахматах не хватает белой королевы)

The great thing about Avani is the location - it’s a beautiful beach where you can see the sun rise every morning, and you can walk over to Bai Xep for amazing seafood meals and a local vibe.

Overall, it did not feel like the is hotel was at the quality level that it should be at considering the price level. It was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our three weeks in Vietnam (and we stayed at another luxury hotel, as well as mid range and budget options) - yet we had our most disappointing experiences here. Eating at the restaurant outside of breakfast was not a great experience, and we would not recommend it. Very expensive, not good quality and not enough food to fill up even a person with a small appetite. The staff seemed overwhelmed with just a few guests there for dinner. The service levels overall did not match what I would expect at this price point and, while the rooms were lovely and spacious, they felt dated. I want to acknowledge that the hotel staff did try to rectify the situation with our stay as we felt it necessary to complain - which we normally never do! - but I just didn’t feel like we truly had the experience we came for. I would come back to this area again but probably look for a different hotel.

I really liked the place. We stayed two days which was perfect for us. The place is a bit isolated but you can easily order a grab. We had the all inclusive package which is fine for a couple of days. For longer stays I would choose the eat out some days since there wouldn’t be enough variation for us. We like a wider selection. The staff was attentive and talkative. The manager found us in the morning and gave us his card if we had any requests.

The room needs one more chair in the living room for our taste.

What I liked most about the hotel was its perfect location, the beautiful and well-maintained beach, and the exceptional service provided by the friendly and professional staff.

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a more diverse selection of food to cater to different tastes and preferences.

Restaurant staff training could be better, always had to ask for chilled glass when ordering a beer, otherwise the glass given was warm. When ordering certain foods ( spare ribs)a wet hand towel or finger bowl would be a welcome addition. Sometimes the starter/entrees served with the main course.

Private beach amazing Clean facilities Old school style hospitality eg turning down beds, good night leaf and happy birthday cake. Staff super helpful especially Linh and breakfast was wonderful.

Rooms need a refresh eg tv too old, A/C too loud, fire alarm flashing through the night as well as circle on the wall. We could hear upstairs and next door. No pool or beach service for water and ordering from hotel food/drink menu.

We had a great time at this hotel, despite some issues. It has enormous potential. The location is superb, positioned overlooking the fishing village at Bai Xep, and with access to a lovely beach. The rooms are extremely spacious and kept very clean.

Pool & Beach service was non existent. Used towels, empty glasses and cans were left at the tables around the pool and no one came to ask if you wanted a drink. If you did want something it was difficult finding someone to serve you. Breakfast was also difficult. The à la carte choice is extensive but slow; the buffet is unimaginative. On one of the days I had to ask the waitress to put sugar on the tables. As soon as I reminded her she put her phone down and got on with it, but you get the impression that the management of the staff is not what it could be for a 4* hotel.

Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und das Essen und die Cocktails waren hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Markttour und der anschließender Kochkurs..hier wurde auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen. Das Spa ist ebenfalls auch höchstem Niveau.

No slippers, bath robes and razors provided. The building is basic and dated. All inclusive package as advertised by Booking is not all inclusive. Lunch and dinners were available as an appetizer, a main dish and a dessert. Any additional items are charged separately.

Wow what a beautiful resort! We loved absolutely everything from the private beach to the pool as well as the room itself overlooking the ocean. There’s absolutely nothing we didn’t like and it was the most beautiful place to unwind and relax after travelling around in Vietnam. We’ll be back!

Prices for massages were a bit expensive and while I didn’t get one myself due to a heat rash, the treatment rooms looked absolutely stunning so could be worth the price.

Der Strand ist einzigartig schön, aber auch nicht unbedingt zum baden geeignet da der Wellengang relativ stark ist.

Die Anlage ist sehr veraltet. Ich war schon vor Jahren mal dort und war richtig enttäuscht als ich ankam. Die Fugen im Pool sind schon schwarz. Die Liegeauflagen sind alle dreckig und von der Sonne ausgeblichen. Als wir dort waren wurde an der Bar etwas renoviert oder repariert - direkt neben den Liegeflächen und noch dazu am Nachmittag wo die meisten am Pool liegen. Man kam nicht auf die Idee die Liegen wo anders hinzustellen (Platz wäre gewesen). Dem Personal musste man nachlaufen wenn man etwas wollte, z.B Drink am Pool. Restaurant war auch nix besonderes und das würde man bei den Preisen erwarten. Unser Zimmer war an sich in Ordnung (sauber) aber es hat so muffig und nach Schimmel gerochen. Die Lage ist sehr abgeschotten und ein Taxi in die Stadt kostet pro Strecke ca. 500 - 600k dong. In der Anlage waren mit uns 6 andere Gäste. War also ziemlich langweilig. Wir sind haben 3 Nächte gebucht und sind 1 Tag früher abgereist.

The staff of the restaurant were particularly helpful. The outlook is lovely.

Its wonderful if you wish to sit by the pool and chill, but it is very isolated. Approx 12 sun lounges for over 60 rooms. The aircon was too noisy to sleep with it on but luckily there was a ceiling fan to create a breeze.

The rooms were spacious, beautiful and clean. We travelled with a 9 month old and there was plenty of space for her to move around. Comfortable cot was provided. Food here is excellent - was a highlight!

It was very quiet during our stay so there weren’t many staff at the restaurant or bar so we often had to find someone if we wanted to order food and drinks by the pool. The staff that were present were lovely.

Beach was great. The family room was great. Facilities a little older but still well presented and clean.

All inclusive package. Booking via booking.com it is simply marketed as all inclusive. In reality, the menu is different to what is offered at the hotel. There are also three different levels for drinks package. Ultimately with two children we did not think the all inclusive package was good value and found it illogical that we were not able to have simply a sandwich for lunch, but had to order from the three course dinner menu for each meal.

Staff were amazing. It was a quiet and secluded spot. Beach and pool areas were well looked after. Food was delicious!

Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt am eigenen Strand und mit sehr schöner Pool-Anlage.

Beim Service, vor allem beim Frühstück, fehlt es an Struktur und klaren Abläufen - trotz teilweise anwesenden Managers. Hier haben wir bei der Hotelkategorie mehr erwartet und es auch in deutlich günstigeren Hotels in Vietnam völlig anders erlebt. Das Restaurant empfanden wir ebenfalls nur als durchschnittlich (der Service war aber merklich besser als beim Frühstück). Auch notwendige Instandhaltung ist deutlich sichtbar, was möglicherweise auch an der schwachen Auslastung liegt. Störend fanden wir die sehr laute Klimaanlage.

Die Lage des Resorts ist traumhaft, besonders der Privatstrand ist ein echtes Highlight. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war wunderschön und der Ausblick einfach unbezahlbar. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit zuvorkommend. Besonders berührt hat uns die liebevolle Überraschung zu unseren Flitterwochen – das war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und mit großer Auswahl. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Although the Hotel seems a Little bit older, Lobby, rooms and Restaurant are in really good condition and properly maintained. Gym, Yoga and Spa facilities are Shared with neighbouring anantara Resort which is only couple of minutes walking apart. The staff is super friendly, helpful and corteous. The Room was big (we had family Room) and we had a beautiful view on the Beach and sea. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean and woke up to the chugging of fishing boats. A little piece of paradise, just as we had imagined Vietnam to be. The beeakfast is fantastic - I recommend the Vietnamese Coffee with sweetens milk. Overall the quality and Taste of food is exzellent. Our girls liked the Kids Room a lot.

God beliggenhed og dejlig strand med smukke klipper. God morgenmad, smuk udsigt fra værelset og venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Resortet er nedslidt og møblerne gamle og slidte. Vi oplevede flere gange at hotellets bar og restaurant var løbet tør for diverse drikkevarer. Selvom resortet langt fra var fuldt booket var der ikke solsenge til alle - hverken på stranden eller ved poolen.

Établissement qui est quelque peu défraîchi . Besoin d’une rénovation . Les parties communes sont un peu austères et manquent de chaleur humaine, beaucoup de béton. Grand resort.

Просторі номери, зручне ліжко, вид з номера заворожує. В номері була парасолька, вона нам знадобилася. Смачні сніданки, воду можна брати додатково на рецепції. Ввічливий персонал, готовий завжди прийти на допомогу. Для тих, хто цінує спокій і обожнює шум океану. Готель заслуговує свої 4 зірки.

Є і свої мінуси в тому, що готель далеченько від міста. Страви по меню в ресторані готелю нам не дуже сподобалось. Ми пару разів вечеряли в найближчому кафе, там смачно і недорого, але з чистотою не все добре. Були занадто великі хвилі, ми не змогли покупатися в морі.

The pool and bar were lovely, but being right on the beach with the sound of the waves was the best part!

Muffiger Geruch beim betreten des Zimmers, sehr feucht, klammes Bettzeug, das auch nicht gut roch. Schimmerl? Erst am zweitennTag, nachdem die Aircon Tag und Nacht lief, wurde es eteas besser. Würde daher vermutlich nicht nochmal buchen.

Fabulous location, great views from super comfy room. Food was delicious, and great cocktails by the pool.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel sur une très belle plage. Le personnel est au petit soin et les séances de yoga étaient parfaites pour debuter la journée. Un petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Un séjour tres agréable.

Pas assez de parasols et chaises longues sur la plage. (4 ou 5 pour tout l'hôtel) et le manque d'intimité entre les blacons des chambres. Le rapport qualité prix est un peu exagéré au regard des coûts des prestations au Vietnam.

The position is really magnificent, the beach is beautiful and the rooms are just over the beach. The area is not crowded at all, with only very few hotels around and still unspoiled (which for Vietnam is quite rare). Breakfast is really exceptional, European as well as Asian. The rooms are very large and elegant and very very clean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The staff extremely helpful.

The restaurant service for dinner nothing really special and especially much more expensive than the fishermen restaurants that are just on the other side of the beach and which I really recommend.

Luxury and lovey staff

Fantastic view of the ocean, which was just metres away. Staff were outstanding and food was excellent- had the sweetest fish ever!

It is set on a beautiful, quiet beach. The hotel is lovely. Very quiet while I was there which was just fine with me. The sound of the sea was wonderful. There is not much around, so if you are seeking solitude and peaceful surroundings this is the spot. The fishing village down the beach is a great spot too. The bed is so comfy. The yoga class was nice. The breakfast buffet and staff were wonderful! Huynh Kim Chi was fabulous!! I really enjoyed not just her excellent service but her lovely disposition. She made the stay even better!

The doors to the restaurant were always closed, would have been nice to have some outdoor dining options. It wasn’t always raining or windy. The spa was lovely but overpriced. I would have had many more treatments but I went into town where they were more affordable.

Jättefina rum med balkong och utsikt över havet. Poolen var lagom varm och jättebra solstolar. Trevlig personal. Bra spa. Kul med ett biljardbord. Maten var god och bra frukost.

Dålig musik vid poolen och i restaurangen. Brandlarmet testades utan förvarning vid kl 20 på kvällen. Det var inte alltid personal vid poolbaren och dom verkade inte blanda drinkarna där. Vågorna hördes in i rummet jättehögt.

The whole property felt welcome and exclusive the time I arrived. All departments team were professional- The check in receptionist Gaing, the breakfast lady Chì and dinner lady Sunny In the restaurant, the spa yoga instructor Huang as well as the guest service team driving buggy to spa and helping with luggages to the car. Comfortable room ambience, all amenities are well prepared, quiet surroundings, clean and organised. Clean and insect free balcony and room. My favourite is the in room speaker that turn the atmosphere to another level. Appreciate hotel generous and gorgeous decorated Birthday cake that makes my special day memorable. Breakfast choices were fresh, choices are appropriate and they serve quality Cappuccino! The genuine connection from the team is the main reason I might be back here again for sure.

The room overlooking the water was fabulous. Appreciated the restaurant staying open upon our late arrival. Sunny, who works in the restaurant in the evenings is nothing less than amazing and one of the most positive people you’ll ever meet in your life! Everyone that works, there was very accommodating and helpful making certain that we had buggies available to us to deliver us to the beautiful spa next-door and personally walked us to breakfast so we knew where to go the next morning. We also utilized their car into our guide and he did a really great job! He even stopped at a special coffee shop for us! We had the best salted coffee in Vietnam!

They were recovering from a big storm that had passed through and so we believe the property did the best possible job they could do for us. We really did enjoy the property and the people.

Das Resort liegt in einer tollen Bucht. Es ist keine „Hotelburg“, sondern eine wundervolle Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen direkt am Meer. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Als der Pool an einem Tag gereinigt wurde und geschlossen war, konnten wir im Nachbarressort den Pool benutzen (nur 2 Min. Fußweg entfernt). Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit direktem Meerblick. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte sogar 2x täglich.

Die Getränke- und Essenspreise sind relativ teuer für vietnamesische Verhältnisse. Auch Massagen sind doppelt so teuer wie in anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels (Body-Massage, 60 min., ca. 1,7 Mio. Dong) Der Billardtisch ist schon veraltet und die Tischtennisplatte konnte überhaupt nicht mehr benutzt werden, da bereits zu alt. Sowas darf in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht passieren.

There weren’t many other guests around during our stay, so it was definitely lacking in atmosphere. They could also do with more vegetarian options on their menu, as it was very limited. The food and drink were also very overpriced. We also experienced some confusion around use of the pool at the neighbouring (‘sister’) hotel. We were encouraged to go there by the staff at our hotel, but when we got there, we were quizzed by the bar tender about whether or not we had permission to be there - even on a day where there wasn’t a single other guest by the pool! The cleaning staff also knocked on our door at 8am on our first morning to ask if they could clean our room…before we were even up!

Amazing setting, wonderful and attentive staff, fantastic food! What’s not to like. Perfect week to relax. Spa was a gem too!

Very outdated rooms with noisy air conditioning. Low quality food especially the breakfast. But very expensive drinks . The servise was awkward sometimes. Like the receptionist checked us out while she is on the phone with somebody in the same time. Didnt ask and didnt say us a single word The only positive thing is the view on amazing ocean. Doesnt worth its price at all

Quiet and nice beach

The beach and the view from the balcony were amazing. This is a very nice, comfortable beach hotel.

There wasn't anything to 'dislike', it just lacked some of the extra touches that would make it feel like a 5* hotel.

Just amazing, everybody was so nice to us ! The room had an amazing view. They had a cooking class with our daughter which was so so nice.

Facilities in poor conditions; - Pool edges unbearable hot to enter properly into the pools, operational issue as they reluctant to turn on the overflow of the infinity pool - Pool filters not on, which result in dirty water - kids playground with dangerous old equipment which broke down very easy and hurt the kids Staff service - A kind of manager annoyingly pushing for purchasing additional services and in the native language rude - Staff will not supportive or take any responsibility for welcoming, when you arrive in the rain - When asking for an umbrella they say they will get it, but after 15min waiting, we left to the room through the rain - when the kid got hurt from the broken equipment, only the maintenance guy asked how it was going, the other staff and a manager cared only about the equipment and busy on their phones. After notifying the above point at the reception, they acknowledge that the facilities are in poor condition, but kind of refused to under take any action and again an unprofessional response you can expect from a property from this level, which is directly the reason for this elaborated review.
