The breakfast was outstanding! Location great if you don’t want to be in the exact middle of the old town madness on the weekend. Parking very close with easy access. Rooms lovely with comfortable beds and pillows.

Water kept turning off but we hope this was glitch unfortunately only while we were staying.

Air conditioning was extremely loud, no staff at reception after 6pm, the entire place had hostel vibes, not what you would expect from a boutique hotel. When we contacted the emergency number, because the front door didn’t open, staff didn’t come to assist

Recepce funguje od 8 do 18hodin, personál je usměvavý a ochotný. Výtah není a schody si vyšlápnete, ale není to náročné, teplá voda teče a kavárna je kouzelná. Poloha top. Rozhodně doporučuji😉

The rooms are beautiful designed and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was super clean.

The location was still about a kilometre from the main Phuket old town and the street with the hotel entrance is not the best. Also the hotel mode is sled service - so you life your own bags to the room (no lift) and you need to go down to order breakfast etc. so not your usual hotel experience.

Great clean and modern hotel. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Location is 5 minutes from the clock tower and walking markets in Phuket old town.

Small but unique and lovely boutique hotel with a short walk to landmarks and restaurants/cafes. Bed is comfortable. There are common living rooms on each floor with some tableware provided.

The street in front of hotel is often wet.

Établissement propre et atmosphère très agréable, personnel souriant et proche de Phuket Old Town donc très pratique pour arpenter le centre.

Il aurait été préférable d’avoir du personnel qui parle vraiment bien anglais pour mieux discuter de certains détails de la réservation

Hübsches kleines Hotel in einer Seitenstraße Nähe old town und der Busstation. Liebevoll eingerichtet und seeeehr bequeme Betten. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Frühstück eeecht war toll!!! Man konnte sich im Aufenthaltsraum auch immer Tee machen oder Wasser (kalt/warm) holen. Im Zimmer standen jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Wasser !kostenlos! wohlgemerkt.

Kein Aufzug, also nichts für Menschen mit Einschränkungen. Im 3 Bettzimmer ist das eine Bett direkt unter dem Dach auf einer Empore und deshalb ziemlich warm. Uns hat es nichr gestört, wollte es nur gesagt haben zur Info. Das Meer ist zwar wrreichbar aber eher nicht zum Baden geeignet. Mit dem Bus ist man aber in 1 Std. am Karon Beach und so.

Camera ampia e molto pulita Letto comodissimo e cuscini enormi davvero comodi. Colazione al bar che si trova sotto, buona e varia Molto carini perché il giorno della partenza ci hanno preparato una box take away per la colazione!

Purtroppo nella colazione è inclusa solo una scelta, se vuoi altro devi pagarlo a parte.

I think location can make people confused. the bathroom and bedroom are connected with no door.

Konaklama yaptığım sürece herşey çok güzeldi. Odaların temizliği gayet iyidi ve kahvaltı sini genel olarak beğendim. Old townda gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dk mesafede. Gayet güzel konaklama geçirdim.

Fast communication, great collaboration with Blue Monkey neighbor hotel, where we were allowed to use pool during our stay, and who also supported us in arranging airport transfers. Overall, place was charming, and common room was well-equipped.

Shower was unfortunately cold, and during the night, we could have used better/darker curtains.

Everything! The location not so far to Phra Nga Street and the Old Town. The room was very well decorated and very nice.

Everything is great about this place, really nice decor and bed is super comfy, pillows are dreamy.

The shower is terrible. The water pressure starts and stops. It's like an old man about to die from an enlarged prostate. The location is a little bit out of town.

When we arrived there were no staff on site. We had to phone for the door entry and room entry key codes (difficult when phones not working off WiFi). Had to use a local’s phone from next door. We were on the top (4th) floor - spacious and clean rooms however no lift so a lot of stairs to take with cases. Not an amazing location but picked solely so could access the harbour for ferry to Ko Lanta easily next day.

This is a cute place where our bedroom was on the second floor, above the café. The staff are helpful and polite. We didn't want room service, but new bottles of water and a roll of toilet paper were placed outside our door each day. Walking distance to the main Phuket Old Town shops and restaurants.

The room, bed, pillows and linen were super comfortable. A really lovely room.

Would have been great to have a lighter blanket or sheet given the warm night. Otherwise the bed was so comfortable.

Comfortable bed and nice size room with good AC. Nice room to wash and dry clothes attached. Nice breakfast and coffee.

Communication could have been better. Didn't pick up messages on Booking.com very well.

Lovely little place. Vintage/shabby-chic decor above a yummy little cafe ‘Origami’. Room was clean, a good size with all amenities required. Bed was very comfortable and pillows in particular divine! Shared spaces on each of the floors suitable for working or relaxing. Old Town is about 10-15 walk away. Lots of services close by - restaurants, massage, laundry etc. Breakfast was delightful and a particular highlight. Included yummy specialty coffee/ juices. Staff were friendly, efficient and responsive.

These weren’t show-stoppers for us but worth nothing: as mentioned by others there’s no lift or luggage support, so be ready to carry all your belongings upstairs ( we were on 4th floor). We were in a Triple room and the third bed was loft style ( lovely) reached by a narrow metal ladder ( no hand rail) and hot as it’s close to the asbestos roof. They had a little desk fan to assist and we cranked up the AC to moderate effects. It was fine for us for 2 nights, and bed itself was very comfy. It just would suit young kids or anyone with mobility impairments. Water pressure and temperature was variable.

Perfect location to explore Old Phuket Town, friendly staff and unique design of the room and facilities inside. Great breakfast.

Pity, that guest house should not sent code for entry before arrive. After 30 hours trip its not funny spend half hour by main door. When tourists dont have WIFI conection , can 20 minutes call cost more than room. It will be fair somehow warning your guests with 80 kg laguage that room on 4th floor dont have lift and maybe found some place downstairs for laguage…. Keep on mind, if u check room on 4-th floor, than third bed its 50cm under azbest roof, which is hot from all day sun.

Electricity kept cutting out so we had to change hotel on second night but staff were helpful and have agreed to partial refund. Wish there was staff on site during the evening. Getting the door access code if checking in after 5pm required WiFi or roaming which was inconvenient.

Perfect location in old town. The cafe downstairs serves excellent coffee and brunch and has a very nice vibe. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept

This place is just a wonder: nested in a block of commercial activities, they have their café in the back street, which is very quiet and where they served great food. Big room and very curated, loved the colours. Bathroom with bathtub just perfect. Walking distance from Phuket Old Town.

It is close to the bus terminal 1, where we can take the airport bus.

There is a problem with the location of this hotel on the map of booking.com. It is displayed as central in Old Town, just in front of the Woo boutique hotel but in reality it is located very far away outside the Old Town historical center (around 10-15 min walk), near bus terminal 1, actually. The room is not well isolated from noises. We can easily hear other guests talking, laughing, making a lot of noises in the common space at the floor. There is a problem with the pressure in the shower. It is not constant in the room 31 at the third floor, and switching permanently between hot and cold water. I don’t know if it is the same for the other rooms.

Was a really nice stay, great for accessing phuket old town great for the sunday walking market. Just feels slightly weird as after 6 the cafe shuts downstairs so you come in and out through the shut cafe

The bed was so comfy, the best bed I’ve slept in while travelling south east Asia. Room was very clean with a large smart tv for Netflix and other apps. Communal area on each floor had sofas,tea, coffee, water and a large fridge. The attached restaurant/cafe on the ground floor was really good, served great food and drinks

Shower water was 1 temperature and not warm regardless of what setting you had it on.

Location!! Close to the old town, next to bus terminal 1, but just away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Comfy bed, very nice breakfast options in the cafe on the ground floor. You should try their Dirty Latte!

We had a bit of noise (footsteps, furniture being moved around) from the guests on the top floor. It might be bothersome for some people.

I had 2 different rooms along my stay and I really loved the one with a tub. Spacious and comfy. was ok. Lovely communal spaces and nice cafe at first floor.

The second one with not tub have very hard mattress ( they change it ) and poor luminosity . However was ok. Water pressure is unstable and very annoying ( it seems that it’s always been complained but never fixed ). The fact that in case of problems you have to deal with cafe staff or housekeeper with zero English is also an issue .. However I got the WhatsApp of the responsible and I was able to get things done. Location is ok but the road is a terminal of buses and not very attractive . Also the walk to old city has no walking path so bit dangerous and unpleasant

We only stayed 3 nights, but could have stayed much longer. Located on a very quiet street, but only a few minute walk from the central tourist area. The entrance is through a lovely bakery on the first floor, which has comfortable seating spaces on the first and second floor. There is a door code used to access the hotel after the bakery closes (5pm or 6pm?). The staff were friendly and spoke English well enough. The bakery was one of the highlights of our stay, with an excellent selection of typical and creative desserts (various cheesecakes, cakes, croissants, donuts, etc.), fresh made coffees and teas, "all day breakfast", and lunch meals. It was comforting to see local young business people stopping in to order coffee/tea, baked goods, and meals on their to work. Everything we ordered was delicious and presented well. The furniture is beautiful and there is a nice mix of local art and historical images. The second, third, and fourth floor have guest rooms. We stayed on the third floor. The 3rd and 4th floors' common area each have a comfortably furnished seating area, refrigerator, water, coffee, water kettle, toaster, cups, cutlery, iron, and ironing board. The bakery and hotel were very clean and well maintained. Our room was very clean and looked better than the pictures online. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The room was quiet. Boutique is an appropriate description. BTW, there is another hotel nearby name the Blu Monkey, which seems to be a regular hotel. Additionally, there are banks, cash machines (ATMs), massage parlors, and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Only minor issues for us. (1) No elevator means you have to carry your luggage up stairs. If your large baggage is too heavy, I recommend carrying up your smaller baggage first so you can empty it out. Then you can put items from your heavy baggage into it, which would make carrying your larger baggage easier! You will have to make a few trips up to your room. If you cannot handle that, then maybe you need a hotel with an elevator. IMO, travelers should be prepared to deal with that issue on trips. (2) The bathroom sink did not have much space to place toiletries, so I moved a chair and small table from the bedroom into the bathroom for that purpose. (3) The water pressure in the shower varied from high to low (I had read other comments about that). We got used to it quickly. The water temperature was fine. It was not a big issue for my wife and me. With all the other great things about the hotel and bakery, we felt these issues did not matter much.

Was very comfortable and clean. Communal kitchen on each floor with tea, coffee, large fridge, drinking water, etc. Small yet quaint coffee shop on the first floor which was really nice.

There’s another blu monkey around the corner, so can be tricky when having food delivered or getting a taxi to come to the correct location.

There’s no lift in the property, no one helped us to take the luggage up to the 4th floor. The hotel was located on a dirty side street , and there was a very bad smell there . Had to keep on going up and down 4 floors to get anything or to go anywhere . There was no hot water in the shower.

It’s above a very cool cafe. Great location close to the old town. Didn’t even feel like Thailand - felt like I was in Singapore! Loved the shared facility or kettle and filtered water (no single use plastic - well done)

Three floor walk up with my big bag and no bell boy was not great. No staff after 6pm. No view from my room.

Very clean and comfortable room with good air conditioning. The cafe had the best breakfast and would definitely recommend staying here if it’s just for a couple nights.

The room at the property met expectations.

I booked a room at Blu Monkey for a friend as a gift. They accepted my booking but when my friend arrived they made him pay again because he obviously didn't have my credit card. So they secured the money for the room twice. A refund on the initial payment has been promised but never received.

Everything! The cleanliness is sensational, I've never seen anything like this on my holidays in Asia, super well decorated. I really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again. The location is another positive point.
