Un hotel molt agradable i confortable. A una distància correcte del centre caminant, espais cuidats i el personal molt agradable. Vam aparcar sempre davant mateix. Per esmorzar hi ha una cafeteria i l'esmorzar inclòs en el preu era molt correcte, amb menjar típic mexicà. L'habitació era àmplia, amb una mica de cuina, a la planta baixa amb vistes al jardí i a la piscina, amb un llit enorme i còmode, i cada dia ens la venien a netejar. Hi havia nevera, molts armaris i molts penjadors. A l'entrada de l'hotel hi havia una màquina per reomplir aigua freda/calenta. L'hotel és tranquil, sense sorolls. Els clients de l'hotel tenen accés inclòs a un embarcador (força lluny de l'hotel), on pots banyar-te a la llacuna, amb hamaques i caiacs.

Res era negatiu, però aprofito per comentar que damunt del matalàs normal hi havia un matalàs prim d'escuma, que feia que el llit fos tou i incòmode. Després de la primera nit el vam treure, i ja vam dormir estupendament.

Centraal gelegen, op loopafstand van diverse restaurants en het levendige centrum. Met onze dochters van 8 en 12 hebben wij er 3 nachten verbleven op de eerste etage in een familie kamer. Je kunt gebruik maken van een plekje aan het water welke bij het hotel hoort, hier zijn ligbedden en kun je het water in en gratis 1 x gebruik maken van de kano’s. Het ontbijt is goed, met keuze, eventueel kun je alacarte bestellen. Ga lekker zeilen/varen op het prachtige meer!

Wij hadden geen plek voor onze natte handdoeken of zwemgoed buiten te drogen. Stoeltjes voor de deur had ook handig geweest, we hadden een gedeeld balkon/entree.

La gestione della colazione potrebbe essere migliorata (puntualità, gestione degli ordini e accoglienza da parte del personale). Letto molto morbido

El trato es diferente segun quien este en la recepcion: El primer dia nos encendieron la piscina porque el agua estaba algo sucia. El segundo dia no quisieron encenderla porque decia que estaba fuera de horario cuando eran las 16:00 de la tarde y el dia anterior estuvimos hasta bastante mas tarde. El parking para los coches es muy pequeño. El muelle privado que tienen esta a 15 minutos caminando desde el hotel.

Camera ampia con un piano cucina attrezzata per poter cucinare e un patio molto accogliente antistante la camera.

La colazione prevede dei supplementi per ogni ingrediente aggiuntivo al piatto base, per esempio i pumcake sono serviti con sciroppo d'acero, se si vuole la marmellata invece dello sciroppo è previsto un costo supplementare. Allo stesso modo il piatto salato prevede dei supplementi per ogni ingrediente aggiunto.

Die Lage isf super, 10- 15 Min. ins Zentrum von Bacalar. Außerdem ein schöner Innenhof mit gepflegtem Poolbereich.

Ich frage mich sehr häufig, warum Personal, welches in einem Touristenort und einem Touristenhotel an der Rezeption arbeitet, kein Englisch spricht. Das war leider etwas umständlich. Die Betten sind klein und relativ weich. Das inkludierte Frühstück war extrem wenig.

Il club per accedere alla laguna non è vicino alla struttura. I kayak che danno gratuitamente per due ore non sono molti, ne avevano solo due doppi e inizialmente ce ne hanno proposto solo uno. Noi eravamo in 4, abbiamo insistito per avere il secondo e ci siamo fatti il nostro bel giro.La colazione è piuttosto basica.

Très belle surprise par rapport aux photos. Hôtel bien situé (à 5min à pied de la place centrale). Petit déjeuner complet, piscine agréable. Personnel sympathique. Le ponton privé sur la lagune est top également (situé à 15 bonnes minutes à pied)

La chambre était superbe, il y avait de quoi se préparer un café et un frigo. La plage privée est appréciable ( très beau lieu et très bon restaurant avec des prix corrects). Le personnel est très souriant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était aussi copieux et très bon. L’établissement propose une petite excursion sur la lagune, je la recommande.

Il y a apparemment trois chambres pour 4 personnes au même prix (?) mais l’une d’entre elles devraient être moins chère car elle est moins jolie.

lo unico que si no me gusto fue que esta muy lejos como el luegar que de dicen que es gratis para estar un rato en la laguna, pero de ahi en fuera todo super increible

The restaurant service. The waiters were always mad. The food was terrible. I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago.. and that’s why I booked again and the service this time was so bad at the restaurant. The waiter justified saying that there was no chef.. the poor options for selecting from the menu (when the breakfast is included is sad). The fruit was not fresh. The ingredients for the food are not adequate. The second day of the “terrible breakfast” the male waiter said that the owner was on vacation and took the chef. Believe me.. it is better not to offer breakfast included as the customer will feel disappointed

Avevamo 2 camere. Tutti i 2 letti matrimoniali avevano i materassi sfondati. La collazione era alle 8 , ma tutto si faceva con molta calma e noi siamo partiti in ritardo. Hotel costoso per quello che offre.

Clean Cozy

Don’t know is the pool have some algae. Its seem to be clean, but when you enter the walls and floor felt some slippery.

Nice hotel with excellent location, balcony was a nice thing to have, although we did get locked out on it! (Take the room key with you) Beach club was very good, although could only use it one day per booking, we could take a kayak out for a couple of hours, which was enough to go down to the pirates canal. This saves a huge amount of money compared to going to a beach club in town. It is a bit of a trek (about 1km) but is certainly walkable. Location is very central so good for walking into town (you’re there in 3 minutes) without having all the noise

Everything felt a little bit tired, towels weren’t still completely white, with frayed edges etc. Breakfast was a bit weird, but at least included. They say there is off street parking, but the minute two cars are in there, the first one can’t get out, so we ended up parked on the road (not an issue in April, but maybe more so when it is busier)

Petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé, proche centre, proche lagune et à 100pesos de la station d autobus Ado. Le personnel est adorable et réactif. Les chambres sont extrêmement propres. Cuisine usuelle avec plaque de cuisson, cafetiere et frigidaire. Eau chaude avec bon flux. Validé pour voyageuse seule.

Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, ammenez casque anti bruit ou bouchon d'oreille car l'isolation sonore entre les chambres est peu efficace. Sinon c'est un sans faute.

Sheets were dirty with powder soap on them, the rest of the room was NOT clean. The A/C didn’t work properly and they refused to move us to another room.

Great location, very near to the lagoon and good restaurants. The breakfast was nice - you could choose between eggs (any way) or pancakes, plus a fruit plate and tea/coffee! We also had a huge balcony with a hammock which was great. You can also take out kayaks for two hours which was included in our booking - great perk! Thanks for a great stay in Bacalar.

El club de playa sin duda la mejor parte y el área de la alberca muy cómodo todo eso, el desayuno adecuado, el servicio del personal todas muy lindas y atentas.

Que nos tocó en planta alta y mis acompañantes les costaba mucho subir por que iban discapacitados

Les chambres sont simples. La plage privée on a fait l’aller retour mais elle était fermée (à 15h à première vu normal un dimanche) elle est facile à 25min à pied. L’hôtel mérite un rafraîchissement les chaises longues sont cassées. Le restaurant bar est fermé sauf pour le petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner très simple une assiette de fruits et au choix soit des œufs soit des pancakes. On est restés que 2 nuits mais si vous restez plus longtemps ça manque de variété. La communication se fait exclusivement en espagnol. À faire absolument le restaurant de taco situé juste dans la rue de l’hôtel très local et très bon.

Le bruit, on entendait tout à travers les murs, le petit déjeuner était très décevant (les gens en dehors de l’hôtel qui prenaient les mêmes plats que nous, ils recevaient des plus grandes quantités) et d’ailleurs le choix était très restreint (soit des œufs ou deux pancakes) sans parler de l’attitude du personnel du service du petit déjeuner. Coïncidence ou pas chaque fois après le petit déjeuner, j’avais une intoxication alimentaire. De plus l’équipement de la petite cuisine était minable, l’eau du robinet ne coulait même pas et il y’avait trois fois rien.

Situation à 100 mètres du bord de mer et ses restaurants, à 100 mètres de la place animée du village . Piscine . Parking possible 2 heures de kayak offertes

Su beach club no es cerca, caminas casi 20 minutos para llegar. Al llegar te mencionan que durante toda tu estancia solo puedes usar una vez su kayak o tablas de paddle. En el beach club tienen muy poca variedad de bebidas y comida

Camera spaziosa e luminosa. Posizione buona, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza di Bacalar. Dalla stazione ADO sono circa 20 minuti a piedi. L'Hotel non si trova in una via molto "viva" ma comunque l'ho trovata sicura, anche la sera. La struttura ha un'accesso alla laguna, ma si trova a circa 20/30 minuti a piedi dall'Hotel e chiude molto presto (alle 17:00), quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzare questo servizio.

La colazione è stata molto "basic" e nonostante il nostro arrivo all'orario riportato nei ticket, il personale è stato abbastanza scortese nel vederci arrivare 15min dopo l'inizio della colazione, come se ci fossimo presentati troppo presto. Nessuno parla inglese nella struttura, quindi la comunicazione non è semplice e viene chiesto di pagare immediatamente all'arrivo.

The hotel has a good location, and the breakfast was fine for a short stay. The shower itself had warm water and strong water pressure, which we appreciated.

The were several issues that really affected our experience. The bathroom had mold all around the toilet, which was unpleasant. The room was very large, but it showed a lot of signs of wear and felt quite run-down. The bed was extremely soft — so much so that it felt like being swallowed by the mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The humidity in the room was also very bad; our clothes constantly felt wet and developed a musty smell. This was the most expensive place we stayed during our month of traveling in Mexico, and unfortunately it was absolutely not worth the price we paid.

Good value for the money and the location is fantastic being centrally located to the city square and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The included breakfast was simple, but good.

WiFi coverage was not great and could not connect while in the upper floor rooms. The room door knob was loose and took a bit of time to get the key to work. An easy fix, so hopefully staff will correct in the future.

Très grande chambre et lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon (choix entre pancakes ou des œufs toasts). Le ponton un peu plus loin est très sympa avec l’accès au kayak pour 2h (les gilets de sauvetages pourraient par contre être mieux entretenus, tellement sales qu’on les a enlevé après avoir fait un arrêt dans l’eau).

El control de tv no funcionaba de manera correcta aunque me cambiaron las pilas ya estaba fallando mucho

Hébergement bien mais sans plus (aspect intérieur un peu vieillissant, kitchenette très limitée malgré tout, le logement est fonctionnel), petit-déjeuner correct (même si le personnel n'est face très commercial pour un changement mineur). Bonne situation pour se promener à pied.

Grote kamer met grote keuken en een zeer ruim balkon met hangmat, goede locatie dichtbij restaurants, prima ontbijt, parkeergelegenheid en zwembad.

De beachclub waar je als gast gebruik van kunt maken is nogal ver weg van het hotel (10 minuten lopen), dat is niet erg, maar verwacht niet dat je vanuit je kamer -hup- in bikini direct aan het water zit.

El hotel es magnífico para mis necesidades, bien ubicado del centro y de la laguna, es necesario que especifiquen que su estacionamiento es muy pequeño (solo caben 3 autos compactos) pero fuera de eso el hospedaje estuvo excelente, la amabilidad del personal es lo que voy a recordar cuando vuelva a reservar con ellos, un trato amabilísimo.

como mencioné no indican en la publicidad que su estacionamiento es pequeño, pero es un incoveniente menor, ya que lo compensan con las atenciones para avisar cuando necesitan mover tu auto o cuando otro huésped ya se fue.

Wifi hat nicht funktioniert, wir haben eine Nacht verlängert und dann wurde unser Zimmer vom Cleaning-Personal geräumt, das dies innerhalb des Teams nicht kommuniziert wurde (alle unsere persönlichen Sachen wurden angegriffen, was überhaupt nicht geht), Personal beim Frühstück unfreundlich, Frühstück immer nur entweder Eier oder Pancakes (sehr kleine Portion),

Le personnel du restaurant pour le petit déjeuner est franchement antipathique ! Par contre manque de professionnalisme le jour du départ : le 20/11 est le jour du défilé de la révolution et personne ne nous a prévenu ! Le taxi n’a pas pu venir nous chercher et on est partis à pied en catastrophe au dernier moment ! Heureusement qu’il n’y avait qu’1,3 km à faire avec les valises !

The unit only came with sheets and with the AC on, it was too cold and with the AC off, it was too warm. The AC leaked and splashed water on my head. The bed also smelled badly of mold.
