Ingrid was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm personality and excellent service truly made our experience even better. She is definitely an asset to the hotel!

Lo que no me gustó es que hay muchas calles de, one way , y si no conoces el lugar cuando te das cuenta ya vas en sentido contrario, pero todo lo demás muy bien

위치도 중심가에 편의 시설들이 모두 있어서 편했다. 시설도 깨끗하고, 스텝들도 친절해서 오래 머물고 싶다는 생각이 들었다

공용 공간에 커피, 생수, 전기 포트 등이 있는데 관리가 제대로 되지 않아 이용이 어려워 아쉬웠다

La ubicación es maravillosa, justo a unas cuadras de la laguna. Las camas fueron cómodas. La habitación estuvo limpia. Tenía una terraza para uso común de huéspedes, una área con cafetera y microondas. Dentro de la habitación había cafetera también y un frigobar. Incluye acceso a un club de playa (A&B a parte). Te permiten resguardar tus maletas a la llegada y salida si lo necesitas.

La dimensión de la habitación es menor a como se aprecia en las fotos. Los trastes de la cocineta común estaban algo sucios y descuidados. El club de playa está a las afueras del pueblo, así que debes tomar taxi o llevar coche y no permite ingresar con alimentos ni bebidas (solamente agua). Detalles en el lavabo de nuestra habitación (algo oxidada la llave).

La ubicación, habitación cómodas, limpio, excelente atención y ayuda por parte de los chicos de recepción.

Intenté contactar al hotel semanas antes de mi llegada por algunas dudas que tenía y no me respondieron, se comunicaron conmigo hasta unas horas antes de mi llegada. Creo que podrían mejorar en ello.

On a trouvé une place pour se garer juste devant, sinon il aurait fallu chercher. Les chambres sont les plus petites de tout ce séjour, impossible d y rester si ce n’est pour se coucher. Mais pour une nuit c’est suffisant. L hôtel dispose certainement de chambres plus grandes…nous n’avons pu avoir que celle-ci.

El club de playa es una maravilla y la ubicación del hotel.

Very clean

This was a great home base for us while we explored the Magic Town of Bacalar. Close to everything we needed- we could walk to the bank, grocery store, taxi stand, and the local fruteria. And having a mini-fridge was great, so we didn't have to eat out all the time. It was nice to have a coffee maker in the room, and any time we needed drinking water or extra dishes, we could wander down the hall to the little bar and find whatever we needed. It even had a microwave.

1. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and the room is SUPER small for 4. You can hardly move inside, let alone place bags for 3 weeks holiday 2. We were given room number 9: across the entrance so quite some noise of people entering the hallway in the evening. 3. The room was next to the terrace of a restaurant playing loud music from 8AM to 11PM 4. There were black hairs everywhere on the floor, toilet and shower 5. Mold in the sink 6. The rooms have 1 big window on the corridor (which is very strange, especially since the curtains don’t full close) and a small window on the outer wall 7. No private parking, you have to park on the street 8. Lock wasn’t very solid 9. No fridge or safe in the room —> we had booked for 3 nights and left after the 1st night. We found a hotel with 3x more space, swimming pool, fully equiped kitchen around the corner for the same price!

La ubicación es la mejor! Enfrente del parque principal y todo queda caminando.

El baño no tiene nada de ventilación más que una mini ventana que da hacia el pasillo pero el pasillo es cerrado. Los olores del baño se quedan totalmente ahí.

Nothing to be honest

It’s not a boutique hotel… the room was dusty and the lights were awful.

El hotel está muy limpio, céntrico y con lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. El personal de recepción también fue muy amable.

Todo me gustó. No tengo quejas.

Esta muy Céntrico, sales y te encuentras con el parque, el fuerte y la hermosa vista de la Laguna sin duda alguna quedamos encantados con el Hotel 👏🙏

Excelente ubicación, una de las mejores. Todo queda muy cerca de todo, laguna, restaurante y las instalaciones son buenas.

Que un día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Había solo una chica de recepción, que fue muy poco atenta y bastante caruda.

customer service was poor upon our arrival even though we notified the hotel of when we would be arriving ahead of time. check in receptionist was not welcoming!

Nice room and shower with aircon; was very reasonably priced.

There was some building work going on next door, so there was the sound of circular saws during the day. Although not too bad.

Zentrale Lage. Kostenloser Zugang zu einem 4km entfernten wundervollen Beachclub direkt an der Lagune. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Wir haben zwar ein größeres Zimmer bekommen als wir gebucht haben, leider war es nicht sauber. Küchenzubehör war veraltet und teilweise verrostet. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer war so stark verkalkt, dass es nur mit Kraft geöffnet werden konnte. Keine Haken für Hand- und Badetücher! Kein eigener Parkplatz.

Super nice experience❤️ l could read in some reviews ppl had negative meanings, but l had a truly lovely overnight. A great madras is imported to me, and it was very comfortable. The room was clean, everything was fine

La ubicación es lo mejor. Esta al frente de la plaza. Toda la vida turistica de bacalar se desarrolla en un radio de 1 cuadra alrededor de ella y sobre la costanera por lo que en caso de no contar con movilidad es una de las mejores opciones.

Al lado hay un barcito que suele poner musica fuerte y molesta para descansar a la noche

How sweet to see the gorgeous town square every morning and evening while sipping coffee. The location is absolutely perfect. A short walk to the public beach, lots of amazing restaurants, and so cozy. We loved the bottles of water provided and the refill station on the patio upstairs. The rooms were well decorated and we always had a hot shower. Included with the stay, we were given daily entrance to the Mayan Beach Laguna club! Such a nice time to lay out in the sun and enjoy the beautiful property. All the staff were so kind and helpful.

The birds, restaurants, and city landscapers all start making noise at 6:30 am, and it is quite loud. I’m a heavy sleeper but it still woke me up every day. I didn’t mind too much and was able to get back to sleep. The beds are quite small. I am 5’8” and my feet went over the edge. Our friend who is over six feet tall didn’t fit well. My husband and I ended up in separate beds even though the beds are supposed to be double. There wasn’t enough room for two tall people. The back stairwell to our room was unlit and had a lot of clutter and storage items. We ended up just usually walking the long way around in the front. But overall we would happily stay again.

A centrally located Hotel, the Deluxe Apartment is large and has comfortable beds.

The apartment is advertised with a patio and an inner courtyard view. Well, the patio turned out to be the entrance to the apartment and the inner courtyard is a walkway and a parking lot for the neighbors scooters. Behind a metal gated entrance, right at the patio, are two pitbulls which barked at us each time we left or returned to the apartment. Imagine yourself sitting on the patio looking at scooters and barking pitbulls! The apartment itself is dark and poorly equipped. The bathroom did not have soap and shampoo. Room service delivered it after two days. The kitchenette is equipped with the most basic stuff. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and the lighting in the living room and kitchen was too bright though very unpleasant to spend time in. This apartment is definitely not worth the price!

El hotel me gustó mucho, buenas y cómodas instalaciones, aunque no está en la habitación tiene una terraza increíble con vista al parque del centro histórico y con vista parcial a la laguna, ubicación en el centro histórico, muy buena atención del personal del hotel.

La habitación, sobre todo en la zona de las camas, esta algo reducido el espacio, y el piso de la regadera del baño estaba muy resbalosa.

Nos gustó todo. El personal muy amable.

Great location just off the main square, very clean and well equipped room with a good shower and strong air con. Also reasonable priced and response over WhatsApp with any enquiries. LOVED the ability to use sister hotels swimming pier which was beautiful and so much quieter than the public pier.

Noisey as just off the main square, this has its benefits and drawbacks but would not recommend staying if you like early nights as one of the noisiest bits of Bacalar with the bar down stairs having a big sub woofer. This did normally stop around 11/12pm depending on day.

We loved the location, right on the main square close to the Lagoon and a great choice of restaurants nearby. We also liked the fact that the hotel had an arrangement with a Beach Club further up the lagoon, it was really tranquil and a lovely place to spend a couple of hours away from all the busyness of town.

Not great value for money. Our room could have been cleaner and it wasn't serviced at all during our 2 day stay.

The location is great, right on the main plaza. The room is clean and comfortable with a balcony.

Hotel ‘s beach club is a little farther away, was told need a taxi ride. Although hotel guests would be allowed without entry fee, taxi fee would equal the cost to other beach club.

It was central and the staff were friendly.

The TV didn't work, the hairdryer didn't work and there was no drinking water to make coffee etc on my first day.

Zentrale Lage des Hotels. Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betten und die Klimaanlage waren gut. Föhn ist vorhanden. Man kann vom Hotel eine Karte für den kostenlosen Eintritt zu einem Beachclub erhalten, was wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben.

Aufgrund des täglich stattfindenden Marktes im Park war an dem samstag Abend bis nach 0 Uhr lautstarke Musik. Es war leider nicht schallisoliert. Unser Balkon war zu einem Restaurant nebenan ausgerichtet. Dadurch haben wir abends den ganzen Essensgeruch durch die Lüftung in der Küche abbekommen

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral, gleich am Zocalo, dem Park im Stadt-Zentrum. Zu schätzen ist die Kaffee-Bar auf der Veranda über dem Zocalo mit Gratis Kaffee und die Möglichkeit für Hotelgäste beim Partner-Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Bacalar die Strandeinrichtungen kostenlos zu benutzen.

Nichts zu erwähnen.

Las camas de este hotel cayeron como agua en el desierto a la espalda de mi esposa y mía, muy confortables, todo está cerca y eso fue excelente.

Justamente en j lo a habitación que nos quedamos la lluvia azoto fuerte y cada vez que se abría la puerta quedaba un poco mojado, de allí en más todo bien.

The place was filthy, the kitchen wasn't cleaned before we arrived. Half the furniture was missing. When we went to the reception to understand what was happening, they asked us what furniture was missing and they started to DELETE pictures from Booking while we were still talking to them. Huge lack of honesty from the manager. Around 8pm, a horrible noise could be heard from the bedroom, coming apparently from a restaurant next door. It continued for an hour. After that, music started super loud, it was like sleeping in a nightclub. It was a horrible experience and we asked to be reimbursed after one night. This place should not be rented on booking, it is a scam.

Excelente ubicación, la atención fue buena aunque siento que podrían mejorar, por ejemplo no nos comentaron que la limpieza no la hacen si no la pides, no te ponen papel de baño nuevo si aún tienes, en la terraza hay agua y café pero tampoco te lo comentan, sabíamos del acceso al club de playa por la reserva pero tampoco nos explicaron cómo funcionaba hasta que nos acercamos a preguntar, les falta más atención a esos detalles, pero la experiencia no fue mala. El club de playa es súper bonito y tranquilo. Si recomiendo reservar ahí .

Está súper bien ubicado, el beach club está súper lindo. Lo único que podría faltarle es tener alberca porque hace mucho calor , pero por la noche está súper cerca del parque principal , desayunos comidas y cenas deliciosas a menos de 5 minutos caminando

The hotel is perfectly located, set back from the main square where you can enjoy the lively markets at night and go straight to bed! There are many nice restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very kind and helpful. The apartment was quite spacious, clean and comfortable.

It is plainly decorated for a "boutique hotel".

La ubicación es lo único destacable , cerca de todo y abajo un rico cafe. Los muelles donde salen los tour estan muy cerca y esta en plena plaza donde salen los taxis. Al lado un fuerte hermoso. Pero el hotel en si es para dormir y ya.

La verdad por el valor lo único rescatable es la ubicación, no tienen desayuno, habitaciónes basicas, basicas, una cafetera en el cuarto que no anda, y jamas reponen el cafe. Podrían al menos tener convenio con algun restaurante para el desayuno
