L’hotel ha interni molto belli ed eleganti, curati nei dettagli, e la nostra camera era spaziosa, confortevole e impeccabilmente pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto e torneremo sicuramente con grande piacere. Assolutamente consigliato!

Wunderbares Hotel in bester Lage. Frühstück im schönen Speisezimmer oder auf der Terrasse möglich. Wir hatten am Abend auch einen guten Cocktail. Es gab sogar einen Kühlschrank.

Wir hatten ein "preiswerteres" Zimmer. Das Fenster war zum Lichtschacht, das war kein Problem. Nur der Lärm vom Lüftungsschacht war sehr laut und störend.

Nossa estadia em Trieste foi excelente. O hotel, além de super bem localizado, é extremamente confortável, muito caprichado, com instalações modernas, mas com aquele ar histórico das cidades europeias. O staff é muito simpático e prestativo. O café é uma delícia🤩 e os funcionários que ali trabalham sempre sorridentes. Foi um dos melhores hotéis da viagem. Altamente recomendável. Parabéns!

Die größte Problematik dieses Hotels ist eindeutig die Akustik beziehungsweise die praktisch nicht vorhandene Schalldämmung. Man hat permanent das Gefühl, dass die Fenster komplett offen sind und sämtliche Autos und Motorräder direkt durch das Zimmer fahren. An Schlaf war dadurch selbst kurz vor zwei Uhr in der Früh nicht zu denken. Dasselbe gilt leider auch für die Akustik innerhalb des Hauses. Sobald im Zimmer über uns irgendetwas bewegt wurde, hatte man das Gefühl, als würden direkt über unserem Kopf sämtliche Möbel umgestellt werden. Wir haben eine Junior Suite gebucht, also eigentlich eine bessere Zimmerkategorie. Davon ist vor Ort allerdings wenig zu erkennen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und entspricht aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht dem, was man sich unter einer Junior Suite vorstellt. Der dritte und für uns besonders problematische Punkt betrifft die Hygiene: Die Bettdecke war nicht mit einem Bettbezug überzogen, sondern lediglich zwischen zwei Leintücher gelegt. Während der Nacht verrutschen diese natürlich, sodass man direkt mit der offensichtlich nicht frisch bezogenen Bettdecke in Kontakt kommt. Das ist für uns hygienisch absolut nicht akzeptabel und entspricht aus unserer Sicht keinesfalls einem angemessenen Hotelstandard. Zusätzlich war im Badezimmer beziehungsweise in der Dusche ein deutlicher Kanalgeruch wahrnehmbar. Insgesamt sind das leider mehrere gravierende Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt haben.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum von Triest, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Saubere und komfortables Zimmer, trotz Verkehrslärm halbwegs ruhig.

Außer dem Restaurant/ Bar gibt es keine weitere Ausstattung, bei schlechtem Wetter und längeren Aufenthalt geht evtl. ein Fitnesstaum, o. Ä. Insgesamt aber ein Schönes Hotel.

Only the hand shower worked, it was not possible to switch to the overhead shower, the air conditioner was not adjustable (and it was set too low tempreture), the check-in parking place practically does not exist.

We loved the location, modern and clean facilities. Staff were exceptional and professional. The room was very clean.

Did not like being woken and having to evacuate at 6am for a false fire alarm. Understandably it was out of their control.

Nettes Personal, man fühlt sich willkommen. Zimmer & Bad sind sehr schön und sauber, alles wirkt neu renoviert, was es wahrscheinlich auch ist. Mir persönlich hat die Art Deco Ausstattung mit viel schwarz und weiß extrem gut gefallen, ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Fenster hatte ich zur Straße, war aber perfekt isoliert und somit kein Lärm zu hören. Frühstück war (fast) tadellos, einige wenige Extrawünsche wurden vom Personal sofort erfüllt.

Leider nur ein Lift und der ist relativ eng, wenn mehrere Personen damit fahren. Und jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau: Wie oft in italienischen Hotels üblich, gibt es ein Zuviel an Süßigkeiten zum Frühstück. Die schmecken zwar im Continentale hervorragend, aber wenn man dann zum Beispiel überhaupt keinen Streichkäse, Camembert, Hüttenkäse, etc.. am Buffet findet, wünscht man sich eine bessere Ausgewogenheit.

My mother and I booked 2 rooms for 6 days in August. The hotel is perfect! It is gorgeous and calming. The rooms are beautifully designed as are all of the public spaces. The rooms are extra quiet because of an ingenious design that has them set back from the hallway. The location is perfect. The staff was great, before and during the trip. Breakfast is good, with both sweet and savory. I felt like I was in heaven for a week. Recommend without hesitation!

This hotel is smart, stylish and in a fantastic city centre location. Although it is surrounded by busy streets our room which faced a pedestrianised area was quiet. The decor is fresh and the rooms were spotlessly clean and beds were very comforatable. The staff were all extremely helpful and spoke good English. The breakfasts were good quality with excellent fresh coffee, fresh fruit, fruit juice, cereals, fresh bakery items and a range of meats and cheeses as well as simple cooked options such as omelette. The air conditioning worked well which was important as outdoor conditions were hot during our stay. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening which served a small menu of good quality foods. The only small criticism we had was that wifi signal in our room (201) was very weak. We stood in the corridor to connect properly when needed.

Ob prijavi so mi dodelili brezplačno nadgradnjo sobe, lepo. Všeč mi je, da so dodali samopostrežni bufet s hrano in dodatno ti prinesejo še jajčka in ostalo, izbira je majhna ampak je vse okusno pripravljeno. Lokacija je super, saj je v samem mestu. Na recepciji odlično govorijo angleško. TV v sobi ima gumb youtube na pilotu, kar je odlično, da lahko gledaš iz postelje svoj priljubljen kanal.

Iz hodnika se zelo sliši govor in odpiranje in zapiranje (razbijanje) vrat. Več izbire hrane pri zajtrku.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, toller Service. Lage im Zentrum => bedingte Parkmöglichkeit bei Anreise mit Auto, Parkservice gegen Aufpreis hat funktioniert. Weiters ein sehr tolles Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen lässt, mit Hotelpersonal zur stelle falls doch was fehlen sollte :). Bequemes & Sauberes Zimmer das einem entspannten Aufenthalt in der Stadt, der in guter Erinnerung bleibt, abrundet.

Nahezu alles hat gepasst, einzige Punkt wäre womöglich die Kommunikation einer Vorankündigungsdauer für den Parkservice bei der Ankunft im Hotel, war mir nicht bewusst das der Service extern managed wird (mit 20-30min Vorankündigungszeit).

En fine dining-restaurang hör ihop med hotellet. Väldigt trevlig, men menyn var mest lokala specialiteter och det är ju bra, men det passar inte riktigt oss.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in, as we had been upgraded to what seemed like a junior or small suite. The room was spacious with good amenities; the bathroom was brilliant, with a bath and a separate (huge) walk-in shower. The shower itself was superb. The hotel is in an excellent location. A pedestrian area, so quieter than elsewhere. However, Trieste is not a big city, so it did not seem overcrowded or busy when we were there (July). It is a beautiful city, with some amazing architecture. All the major places to visit are within easy walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The only hot food was eggs, but these were cooked to order and available in several options. All our choices were well-cooked and delicious. The service was swift but still attentive. The staff everywhere were helpful, without exception. The staff in Reception were especially sociable, assisting us with whatever we needed, in a polite and friendly manner. We required a new plug in the bathroom, as the water would not remain in the hand-basin. This was immediately rectified, we thought, but when the repair failed to work too, an entirely new system was fitted swiftly and efficiently.

The only minor detail was that the hotel does not possess a sitting-room or lounge area, but this is a negligible defect.

Reception staff were extremely professional, listening to us and giving precise information. The room was spacious and, as an upgrade, was welcomed. Facilities were very good and a fan was provided, on request. We would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent accommodation in Trieste.

The one issue we had was with regard to the restaurant fare. Although staff were attentive and provided excellent customer service, the food provided was sparse in relation to prices. We were disappointed as we had cancelled another restaurant to dine in the hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hundefreundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Man hat uns sogar zwei Stufen upgegradet. Die Lage war perfekt, da es direkt im Zentrum liegt und doch ruhig ist, da direkt davor eine Fußgängerzone ist. Auch die Parkgarage war einfach zu erreichen. Für Hunde zahlt man zwar 25€ pro Nacht, aber das finden wir in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in einer Fußgängerzone. Die Ausstattung ist exklusiv, die Einrichtung orientiert sich an britischem Interior. Frühstück wird entweder draußen im "Schanigarten", im kleinen Frühstückssaal oder im Loungebereich serviert. Es gibt sowohl ein kleines, aber feines Buffet mit frischem Obast, großer Tortenauswahl und etwas Gemüse, als auch die Möglichkeit, die üblichen Gerichte zu bestellen (Ei, Pancakes, Waffeln). Bestes Frühstück, das wir in Italien je hatten. Das Personal war ausgesprochen bemüht, zum Geburtstag gab es Obstteller und gratis drinks, das Zimmer war auf die Straße hinaus, aber nicht laut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Triest!

This hotel felt like a very polished boutique hotel experience. I really enjoyed the place and the stay. Well appointed, comfy rooms and efficient, pleasant staff all round. In a great location, close to everything. Would definitely stay here again if in Trieste.

Seagulls. Not much they could do about this but if you sat outside at breakfast, an occasional huge seagull would make a sneak attack on your breakfast table and try to grab breads or whatever it could. Not much to be done by it and I know the staff were doing their best to fend them off (another restaurant in the same street had the same problem when I was there), but imagine some people mighht find it very off-putting if not scare the hell out of them. Made for a good story though... =]

The hotel is in a very convenient location, practically in the city centre, so there is no need to use public transport to reach most of the city’s main attractions. They offer good parking options: a more affordable nearby car park with a hotel discount, as well as a more expensive valet parking service. We chose valet parking, and the staff took complete care of our car after we left the keys at reception. It was completely worry-free and definitely worth the additional cost, especially as I was tired after a long drive. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, and they made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was very nice, modern, well organised, clean, and cosy, with plenty of space for all our travel belongings.

Wie so oft in italienischen Hotels ist das Badezimmerdesign top - aber unpraktisch. Auch hier fehlten Ablageflächen für die Toilettenartikel.

Das Hotel ist für "italienische Verhältnisse" tatsächlich außergewöhnlich. Ein Haus mit Charme, bestens renoviert mit moderner Ausstattung, einer exzellenten Klimaanlage, einem Bad, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Check-In und Check-Out schnell und unkompliziert. Das Frühstück kann im Haus oder vor dem Haus eingenommen werden und ist vielseitig und genussvoll. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum und ist trotzdem bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Ideales Parken in einer nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage (neben den römischen Ausgrabungen); mit einem fairen Preis, zumal das Hotel einen Rabatt möglich macht. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - ein wunderbares Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.

Die Erklärung der Anreise und der kurzfristigen Parkmöglichkeit zum Auspacken war missverständlich und verbesserungswürdig.

Absolutes Top-Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage. Bei den günstigen Zimmern schaut man halt in den Lichthof (= ruhiges Zimmer, was auch stimmt) sonst wirklich alles top.

It’s in the perfect location. The room was very stylish and the beds were quite comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great local authentic home cooked restaurant recommendations.

Parking is not included. It was a big expensive but they gave a valet service to make it easy.

From entering the building the reception team were very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, very clean and a comfortable bed. The location was well positioned to enjoy all the major things in Trieste, whilst wandering through the cafes and shops. Breakfast was lovely, the freshly made omelette beautifully light and delicious. The valet parking was very a convenient extra that worked well for us.

Great location in the heart of Trieste. Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable, quiet room.

The hotel has a short-time parking bay just around the corner from the entrance. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. We had booked an apartment. We understood, that they have several apartments in various buildings. Our apartment was roomy with a safe, kitchenette, table and chairs, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dark curtains and the air conditioning helped block out the sun and keep the temperature reasonable. The shower looked promising with all of its attachments, but only one attachment was working unfortunately. The breakfast was served in the hotel and included a small buffet of selected items. Hot eggs dishes could be ordered as well. It filled our needs perfectly. The hotel is centrally located and we would return.
