es war nicht möglich, mein Iphone auf dem TV zu spiegeln, da dieser bereits zu den älteren Modellen zählte und nur die Übertragung mit einem Android Handy möglich war.

The location was excellent and the upgrade to a one bedroom suite was fabulous. The room ceiling heights are super high, so even when we had to stay another night when our train was cancelled, and were placed in a regular delux room, the space was still terrific.

Top Lage, Zimmer war geräumig, Frühstücksangebot war okey.

Das Bad war nicht in optimalem Zustand, im Frühstücksraum war es definitiv zu kalt.

Alles, was ein mondänes Hotel haben sollte, bekommt man hier. Der Service ist richtig gut. Sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl. Die Lage ist optimal zwischen Grabnd Canale und Altstadt. Am Abend sind die vielen Restaurants gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man ebenfalls zu Fuß ablaufen. Wer ein größeres Auto hat und mutig ist, kann das Parkhaus Saba Triest Silos nutzen. Das Parkhaus ist geräumig, aber die Auffahrt ist spannend :-)

Parkplätze gibt es nicht, nur einen einzigen Kurzparkplatz zum Aus- und Einladen. Das Personal hilft aber sehr gut. Wie überall ist die Klimaanlage ein Punkt, der wohl nie optimal gelöst wird.

Anreise stressig, hektisch mit Valet Parking, da kein Platz das Auto zwischenzeitlich kurz zu parken, Check in Schlange. Zimmer nicht ansprechend, dunkel , sehr lange Wege zum Lift/ Treppe Frühstücksraum am ersten Morgen überfüllt, die Dame für Platzzuweisung nicht freundlich. Anweisung in die Schlange stellen und warten bis was frei wird , kaffeautomaten ständig außer Betrieb, man muss sich lange anstellen, um einen nicht mal guten Automatenkaffee zu bekommen. Bin als Kaffeetrinker lieber auf Tee umgestiegen. Schild an der Rezeption Spa geschlossen während des ganzen Aufenthalts ohne Vorankündigung

El desayuno no estaba incluido y decidimos tomarlo en uno de los tantos lugares de alrededor. Buenísima ubicación.

Estuvimos unas horas dado que el avión salió con 14 horas de retraso y paramos en camino a Liubliana Eslovenia. Desde recepción nos consiguieron auto con chófer que nos transportara el cual resultó excelente.

Prachtig pand midden in de stad. Een aantal klassieke ruimtes zijn erg mooi. Vriendelijke ontvangst en gastvrij personeel. Mooie entree. Prima gym. Ontbijt netjes. Parkeergarage vlakbij.

Het pand heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud. Op verschillende zijn er vocht- en lekkageplekken zichtbaar en moet de afwerking of het schilderwerk duidelijk hersteld worden, zowel in de kamer als in de algemene ruimten.

Nagyon extra a hotel ebben a patinás és gyönyörű épületben, érzed a luxust. Szép tisztaság mindenhol. Volt egy kis félreértés amikor megerkeztünk a gyermek half board ellátásának díjának kapcsán, de a recepciós hölgy nagyon korrektül kezelte. Amit a booking adott ajánlatot, minden úgy is lett. A parkolás egy közeli utcában egy parkolóházban megoldott, ami nagyon meredek és nagyon szűk, de van. Remek helyen van a hotel, pár utcára a főtértől. Az étkezések egy csodálatos teremben voltak, elállt az ember szava. Minden nagyon finom volt, és az ásványvízért sem kellett külön fizetni.

Az útvonaltervező nem visz a szálloda elé, így három kört mentünk a csúcsforgalomban, mire valahogy eljutottunk a hotel elé - talán nem is szabályosan - ami egyben egy közösségi buszmegálló is, így kissé kaotikus volt a helyzet. De a londíner azonnal odaugrott és megnyugtatott minket, hogy menjünk csak be és hagyjuk ott az autót, csekkoljunk be.

It was in a good location. The staff was very friendlly.

There was a toilet paper near the tollet. Not on the main rack. Looked more like a resrve toilet paper. But it looked like it gas seen better days, and really no one coud use it. Becouse it was in past deffinetlly very wet, and when it dryed over, had becoome very curlly shaped. All over, really had made a bad impression. Unfortinatlly, becouse all other areas in the room, and also bathroom, looked very clean. Maybe just near the window in bathroom, there are some stains on the wall, which could be reapaired pretty easy.

Cały obiekt mi się podobał . Lokalizacja , pokoje, obsługa, czystość. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Nie mogę powiedzieć że mi się nie podobało tylko było problematyczne lub takie o.: Śniadania - takie o - codziennie to samo. Jedzenie lekko ciepłe jak np. jajecznica czy kiełbaski. Dojazd na hotelu , na parking - problematyczne - hotel położony w centrum w strefie z zakazem wjazdu dla aut. Trzeba widzieć jak jechać.

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien situado, en una ubicación céntrica que permite visitar Trieste cómodamente. El personal es muy amable y atento, y tanto la limpieza como el desayuno son muy buenos. La habitación tenía un buen tamaño, con techos altos que daban una agradable sensación de amplitud, y estaba bastante bien equipada, aunque algunos detalles, como el kit de afeitado, había que solicitarlos en recepción.

El principal inconveniente de la habitación es el baño, que resulta demasiado pequeño y no está a la altura del resto del hotel. Los mandos de la ducha estaban muy duros y era complicado regular correctamente el agua. Además, al abrir la puerta de la ducha, el agua terminaba cayendo al suelo del baño. También se echaban en falta algunos ganchos para poder colgar las toallas o el albornoz. Son pequeños detalles (como la calidad del papel higiénico) que deberían estar mejor resueltos en un hotel de esta categoría.

The halls of the floors where the rooms are, have a heavy carpet. Unfortunately it smells like wet dog everywhere. ( we had a carpet in the room as well) the dog next door was barking quite a bit. Our room had no view at all. Its window was into a dead opening space. We saw the sky looking up. The pillows where super firm and high. Others where not available. Not Hilton like at all. Very dissapointing.

In einem Hotel wie diesem würde ich eine kostenfreie Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs erwarten. 15 € für eine! Stunde ist nicht angemessen.

Osoblje ljubazno i spremno pomoći, Deluxe soba prostrana, lijepi pogled iz sobe, soba uredna i čista, krevet udoban, dobro opremljena. Kupaonica ima tuš i kadu. Lokacija u centru.

Kupaonica uska, kada nema rukohvat, pri tuširanju voda curi niz rub van kade, rečeno osoblju, reagirali su. U kupaoni nedostaje mini kozmeticki set(blazinice, štapići za uši...) Jastuci veliki, al tvrdi. Na ulazu u hotel gradska autobusna stanica, kontejneri smeća.😔

Hotel situado en un edificio histórico impresionante en un lugar bastante céntrico de Trieste y bien comunicado con buses. Atención exquisita. Cama extraordinariamente cómoda.

Wunderschöner Frühstücksraum, großartige Architektur des Bestandsgebäudes, die Eingriffe entsprechend dem allerdings nur teilweise. Angenehme Zimmergröße, gute, zentrale Lage mitten in Triest. Tiefgarage in Gehweite (steile und enge Zufahrt). Großes Plus: Check um 12:00

Arhitektura je spektakularna. Dojam hotela je čisti klasični luksuz. Prekrasan ambijent na izvrsnoj lokaciji, ogromne sobe.

Das Hunde zwar willkommen waren, aber man sie nicht zum Frühstück mitnehmen konnte.

Hotel all’interno di un palazzo storico, in una posizione strategica per visitare Trieste. Camere spaziose e insonorizzate. Personale cordiale: ci hanno anticipato il check-in di mezz’ora. Struttura pet friendly: hanno portato tutto l’occorrente al mio cane che alloggiava con noi. Possibilità di riservare la zona wellness a prezzi accessibili.

Perfekte Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Personal waren alle sehr Freundlich. Frühstück war auch sehrt gut.

Wir hatten eine Junior Suit gebucht, es hat sich kleiner angefühlt weil man direkt im Schlafzimmer gestanden ist. Positiv war, es war sehr ruhig.

Friendly staff

Breakfast started at 8, since traveling because of work it would be nicer to get breakfast earlier. I know there are those doggie bags for early breakfast, but its not the same if you need relaxing and slow morning before work.

What a treat to stay in this old style insurance building now serving as a hotel. Great staff and breakfast in a bonus location that also offers car parking (5min walk). Our advice is not to get a car for the city itself as buses go everywhere and the centre itself is walkable. There is so much history in this city you will need at least 3 days to explore it and the beachside.

Das Frühstücksangebot war hervorragend, es wurden alle Wünsche ( z.B. weiches Ei, Espresso) erfüllt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Räumlichkeiten in diesem wunderschönen Palazzo sind traumhaft und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein!

Wir waren zwei Nächte und hatten keinen Anlass für Mängel.

Wir sind regelmäßig in Triest und haben schon in unterschiedlichen Hotels übernachtet. Double Tree by Hilton in Triest hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Stilvoller Luxus trifft auf hohen Komfort. Einfach perfekt.

The hotel building is beautiful; the staff very friendly; having breakfast in a museum (the entrance is a library!) was an unforgettable experience.

Very hard to find the hotel by car; very hard to open the parking gate (almost impossible if I were alone), as the gate closes 5 seconds after opening with the card.

We had a fantastic trip to Doubletree by Hilton Trieste. The staff were fantastic, our room was very comfortable, air con throughout (except the lift but you only need it briefly). Location was also great with plenty of parking options !

I didnt stay long enough

The accommodation in this historic building with the new well maintained interior in the middle of town was fantastic. The historic rooms for the breakfast were gorgeous. We were also happy with the parking nearby.

The location is perfect. The building is beautiful. The cookies at the check in late at night!

Hôtel non adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Le personnel ne nous aide pas à sortir et rentrer dans l’hôtel qui comportait des marches. Nous avions une poussette et avons dû nous débrouiller seul. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, mais ne comporte pas beaucoup de produits locaux ce qui est dommage pour ce type d’établissement.

Das Bett war kein grosses Queensize oder Kingsize-Bett, wie eigentlich vorgesehen und gebucht sondern zwei Einzelbetten!

Poor breakfast

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the rooms were comfortable.

The only thing we did not like was that our room was never cleaned before 4:00. We like to relax late afternoon before going to dinner and we were having to wait outside of the room while it was being cleaned. The hotel needs to hire more housekeepers.

I am a diamond member with hilton and as a result get to experience many hilton hotels around the globe. This Doubletree ranks in my top three. I disembarked from a cruise and spent three in Trieste waiting for the next available flight home. The best three days i have spent in any hilton in a very long time. The architecture is mind blowing. The jewel in the crown is the cocktail bar and restaurant on the first floor. Cocktail makers Kevin and Elia make amazing pre dinner drinks and have created the most amazing cocktail of all called the Forgotten. While the menu is short there are superb pasta choices available. I will return and give myself more time to enjoy this outstanding Doubletree.

Front desk receptionists were beyond helpful and polite, and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Parking is, even away from the hotel, very much appreciated. Clean and spacious room with great amenities, including Lavazza coffee pods. Absolute 10/10

Die Lage ,die Freundlichkeit

Das Hotel ist sehr modern in einem Wunderschönen Palazzo im Zentrum gelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr variantenreich. Die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel ausgerichtet. Für massigere Menschen könnten die Duschkabine zu eng sein.

Das Hotel ist über das Auto Navigationssystem nicht zu finden. Man muss (verbotenereweise) eine Busspur entlangfahren um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es genau einen Parkplatz für Hotelgäste. Wie ich beobachten konnte parken hartgesottene einfach dahinter auf der Buspur bzw. der Bushaltestelle die direkt vor dem Hotel ist.

Vynikající poloha v centru starého města. Úžasné pokoje s vysokými stropy. Pravděpodobně nejpohodlnější postele, co jsme kdy zažili ((i ve srovnání s Sheratonem či Sofitelem). Výborná snídaně.

Nebyl bezbariérový přístup. Před hotelem zastávka městského autobusu a kontejnery na separovaný sběr.

A szálloda épülete nagyon impozáns, ugyanakkor a felújítás minősége nagyon silány, a fürdőszobában például a falak PVC lapokkal vannak burkolva. A reggeli minősége és a választék gyenge, a wellness csak térítés ellenében használható.

Fabulous hotel, located in the centre. Lots of restaurants around and in walking distance to the harbour and sights. The staff were wonderful - big shout out to Kevin who was brilliant and made our stay welcoming. Would definitely recommend this hotels.
