The staff were very lively people able to organise activities and cars with ease. The staff were always very quick with room service, cutlery ice cups water. The room was wondering derful with air-conditioning that was very powerful. The pool was nice with pool noodles and a ball avaliable

The first message I received from the hotel to confirm my stay it seems so professional and very attentive but Is been a while that I don’t experience so uncaring place to stay. The worst was the dirty room. And the environment was chaotic, the guests all around were behaving like they can do whatever and the security guard was pointless.Very laud and un polite. No hot water and we asked for someone to come and check.We waited for one hour,it was 20:30 pm By 21:30 my husband asked for on other room and he had to check if the hot water was working and also had to go reception for assistance because by phone no one was answering or checking our inquiries. The following morning we were uncomfortable and decided not to join the breakfast that was included. I added some pictures of the second room we got and the first room we were assigned was even worst .

Had a wonderful stay at Busy Bee Resort, Pokhara for 2 nights. From the moment we checked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The property is well-maintained with a beautiful pool view and a calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after exploring Pokhara. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. Housekeeping was consistent and kept everything neat throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location is also convenient—close enough to major spots but still peaceful at night. Food was good, with decent options for breakfast and other meals. Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Pokhara, especially for travelers looking for comfort, good service, and a relaxing vibe. Highly recommended, especially for Indian travelers and families.

Le personnel est très sympathique et reactif. La localisation est pratique pas loin du lake front, le lit était confortable. La chambre est correcte pour le tarif avec la réduction.... Si c'est plein tarif le rapport qualité prix n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement. Le "spa" (c'est un grand mot) propose des massages mais nous ne pouvons que les déconseiller ! Les masseuses n'étaient pas très professionnelles, très peu expérimentées et le massage était désagréable, il y a sûrement d'autres spa aux alentours qui peuvent proposer beaucoup mieux !

Location was supper close to fewa lake. Staff was friendly

Needs cleanliness, needs staff training on basis ethics and improvement on staff communication. Needs proper management. Breakfast options was limited.

Ottima posizione per visitare la zona più bella della città, quartiere lake side. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buona e varia la colazione a buffet e la disponibilità dello staff.

La piscina era sporca e per questo motivo inutilizzabile.

Near to Lake, fine breakfast!

Many things! This hotel was awful, completely overrated and poorly managed. I only stayed because I received a large discount, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. If you want to enjoy your time in Pokhara, avoid this place. Bad toilet, clogged drainage! Flush in commode didn’t work! broken spray! Hotel boy said wait for five minutes!😂😂

Top hotel! Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, mogelijkheid tot SPA, goed gelegen dicht bij de hoofdstraten van Pokhara.

Het zwembad was een dag niet beschikbaar. Wegens regen de dag voordien was het water troebel en moest het behandeld worden met chemicaliën, hierdoor konden we niet zwemmen. Het personeel was vriendelijk waardoor je hier begrip voor kunt opbrengen.

Het hotel was zeer goed in orde! Het personeel was vriendelijk en verwelkomend, het ontbijt was lekker, de kamers waren proper en de locatie was ideaal gelegen.

Location was amazing. There was a small balcony with some comfy chairs. Staff was generally nice and helpful.

Bathroom was too small to house a sink , a shower and a toilet. After using the shower everything was wet. In addition, the bathroom was not well maintained, dirty in places, holes in the wall. The bed sheets were also very weird with two distinct layers that needed to be used side by side to act as sheet (one sheet for lower end of my legs, and one sheet for my torso and upper legs). Invariably the construction became undone during the night and you needed to rearrange things to not have it be weird. Breakfast had instant coffee , rather than proper coffee. There was only warm milk to go with cereals (both mornings). After asking for cold milk this was given grudgingly. It feels as if they are not aware what is essential to have at an incl breakfast (ill say though this is a trend in nepal where i feel they are just trying to extract more value by increasing the room price to incorporate the breakfast, but then serving a low value meal (profits)).

Het personeel is zo vriendelijk en probeert te aller tijden om je goed van dienst te zijn. Ik heb alleen maar personeel met een glimlach gezien. Voor de service krijgen ze een dikke 10! De locatie is perfect, dicht bij alles, weg van het stadsrumoer.

Het enige dat ik kan zeggen is dat de kussens wel erg dik en hard zijn en dat de douches lauw zijn.

We could use a little fridge in the room. Pohkara is a hot city. Some more light, the room was somehow dark.

Excellent in all aspects. The resort is enclosed from the busy town, with a tranquil ambience. The restaurant and reception border the pool, lit incandescently in the evenings. There are western and Asian food options; both delicious, and the kitchen looked very professional. There’s a spa (sauna, massage) run by Radha, one of the loveliest ladies I’ve ever met. The rooms are pristine and have modern AC. Above all, the service is top tier. They are polite to the core. The staff quickly and happily carried out all our requests, including spotlessly cleaning our muddy shoes after a hike. Notable figures are Raju, Bali and Kieran, who went above and beyond to assist us, even taking us on a tour and club night, as friends not business.

Great place, nice staff. Excellent breakfast especially if you are a health conscious traveler. Other than the size of the bathroom (too small if you are family of four or more and don’t have enough patience), we enjoyed the garden and the pool, great ambience! If you are looking for a quiet and a luxurious stay, this is the ideal place to stay. The chairman of the hotel, Mr. Raju is a laid back, down to earth, incredibly wise and warm hearted person. We found a good friend in him🙏

I had an amazing stay at the Busy Bee Resort in Pokhara! The food was delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch—everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Lakeside, making it easy to walk to all the best spots. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pokhara!

Tranquil, cozy & friendly staff. Traditional architecture. We had a balcony over looking the pool. Food is great. Excellent location near most happening place lakeside Pokhara.

5 stars I had an amazing stay at Busy Bee Resort in Pokhara! The pool area is beautiful and super relaxing — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The restaurant served delicious food with a great variety, and the atmosphere was really inviting. Most importantly, the service was top-notch — the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Pokhara. Average ok clean but small room, small clean toilet. Balcony is good. Reception staff ok, but chef at hotel not good. Food tasteless. I had been visiting pokhara twice a year, stayed for a night on my business trip today, but this hotel will be my last choice. While i m writing this review i m sitting in hotel lobby. You have lots of better option here at pokhara.

The resort is nice and most of things are as expected what you get from other resorts on the same price point . They had very friendly staff and the bedding was comfy I had the room with balcony so I enjoyed the tea on balcony . The breakfast options was small but still it was a buffet so no complaints . The pool is big and maintained well .

It's not worth the cost, cheap breakfast menu. The curtains in the bathroom were very dirty.

An amazing resort with great views (out the back door) and very professional staff who were kind and friendly… The rooms are spacious and cozy. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and still had so much space in the room. Also breakfast was included and thank god we did. It was a buffet style lunch and the food were delicious. I will definitely go there if I visit pokhara again

Nice pool and the breakfast spread was limited but good. The rooms aren’t designed and all the rooms we looked at didn’t have great natural light. The receptionist Karma was very helpful and practical with advice. The beds were comfortable. For their pricing, they need to do more to get repeat clients.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is close to Phewa lake and the market making it very convenient.

Issue with hot water availability for shower during cloudy days but that too was fixed quickly once the issue was raised.

Hotel linen are not really clean and stain on bed line and towel are very hard and smell local shop and not fresh
