Jeśli jedziesz z osobą niepełnosprawną nie zapomnij powiadomić Hotel. Ponieważ ten hotel to dwie wieże. Jedna nie ma windy.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026This is an excellent place to go after a hike! Relaxing by the pool, delicious breakfast included, good spa facilities were just what we needed after trekking. The staff are all so lovely too! We ended up staying too extra nights here and eating most our meals here.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Two things absolutely stand out. The staff and the cleanliness. The staff hospitality staff are just so lovely, welcoming respectful and always trying to give great service. They are shy and definitely warm to you. Then the smiles and humor are lovely. The pkace is kept spotless!!!! And from management to the cleaners. Great customer service. Ps the garden and pool with the fountain are so relaxing after a busy day. At a very good price point for the comfort and service

The manager mr Puran have 16 years in hotel management experience from Dubai and do its best to satisfy clients needs. The hotel does have its own, v good restaurant, swimming poop, spa and massages, trip and transportation services at very reasonable price All in all i would rate them at 4,5 stars level in boutique hotels category Really hot water and good internet available

Le jardin, la fontaine et la piscine sont un havre de paix, tout comme le spa ! La carte du restaurant est complète et les plats très frais. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel (absolument adorable et professionnel) d’avoir rendu notre séjour aussi agréable à Pokhara.
Des voisins de chambre bruyants la nuit : visiblement des voyageurs irrespectueux et mal-éduqués…

Han gav os den seriøst skønneste mest fantastiske oplevelse af trekking i Himalaya. Narayan har fuldstændig styr på hvordan man sammensætter en god trekking. Det var med fuld tillid og glæde vi blev guidede. Han har SÅ mange kontakter. Og det føltes nærmest som om han også havde kontakt til vejrguderne. Vi er dybt taknemmelige for at vi fandt dette dejlige sted at overnatte i Pokhara og at de henviste til Narayan

Balcony was tiny. Infact I’ve never seen anything claiming to be a balcony as small. No room for a table only ok to stand on for a smoke.

The rooms could benefit from some renovation and a more modern design, but everything was clean and comfortable.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The hotel and spa staff were absolutely outstanding in providing impeccable 5-Star service which was warm, enthusiastic, and sincere. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and had a small variety to satisfy different tastes. The french toast was a big hit for me and my friends. We enjoyed several dinners and evening snacks in the courtyard and poolside plus had a wonderful experience at the nearby restaurant also owned by the hotel. The common spaces are nestled in lush greenery along with the poolside lounging area. The front desk arranged drivers for several sightseeing trips around the town which was a great service. I cannot imagine making a better choice in Pokhara.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026All of the staff were friendly and accomodating, they had so much warmth and smiles! The food at the restaurant was delicious, they have great chefs. The hotel itself was clean, the pool was an amazing addition and so nice after a day in the heat and city. It is located in a convenient spot, it was easy to walk into the city. The views from the top of the hotel of the surrounding mountains were jaw dropping!! The room was decently sized, and had a balcony.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026אנשים מדהימים, אין לי הגדרה אחרת בערך 700 פעמים ביום שואלים אותך אם הכל בסדר.. ואם יש תלונה מטפלים מיד כשומר כשרות ביקשתי סלט ספציפי, ועשו לי אותו פעמיים בצורה מושלמת! בנוסף עזרו לי בלתכנן את הימים שלי שם. בהחלט אחזור לשם בפעם הבאה שאהיה שם תמורה טובה למחיר. אחלה גג בשעות הבוקר

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The hotel manager was super helpful. They even printed our permits to travel to Gandhruk. I would love to visit them again. The manager can speak Bengali which was very cute. We had gossips and all the service people were exceptional. Proper value for money. If you want to see the mountains from the room, Stay at 402 room.

Muy cómodo, personal dispuesto a ayudarte en cada detalle, y, lo mejor, el masaje que reservamos de 90 minutos a muy muy buen precio, además de la pequeña, cálida y coqueta piscina del patio interior. Nos ayudaron con los desplazamientos por Pokhara y con la gestión dela autobús a Bandipur
