Хороший отель уровня европейской 4*. Просторный номер, светлый и стильно оформленный, удобная кровать, четкий wifi, кондиционер, балкон, приятный душ. В номере есть холодильник. В пешей доступности огромное количество ресторанов и сувенирных лавок, до озера 5 минут. Отель пользуется популярностью и быстро раскупается, не щелкайте клювом. Обязтельно сходите вечером в ресторан Restaurant Taste of Boudha and Sherpa Bar и насладитесь божественным супом Thenthuk и рисовым пивом Чанг.

Un séjour parfait à l’Hôtel Iceland ! Les chambres sont propres, confortables et très calmes malgré la proximité du lac. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et toujours prêt à aider. La piscine est incroyable pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable.

Отличный отель, очень френдли стафф, которые помогут по всем вопросам, красивая девушка на ресепшене. Очень большая комната, холодильник с морозилкой. Тв с hdmi шнуром, можно подключить ноутбук. Бассейн прохладный, но он есть. Хороший завтрак, мы много не едим, нам нормально. Кто привык в турецкому завтраку, наверное будет мало. На ресепшене можно взять экскурсии. Мы взяли индивидуальную на рассвет в Гималаях на вьюпоинт и потом ещё 5 локаций после завтрака. Обошлось дешевле чем везде. 4500рупий. Сама улица очень тихая, но в тоже время все рядом. И самое главное, попросите сторону с видом на горы и если повезёт с погодой, вы будете сидеть на балконе с видом на Аннапурну и не только. Я рекомендую этот отель.

Ванна очень старая, я не рискнул её набрать, только душ. Дверь в номер не имеет звукоизоляции, но наши соседи были тихим.

Rummet var bra, en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng. Bra med kylskåp. Balkong med 2 stolar. Pool, men vattnet var kallt.

När vi skulle beställa mat på kvällen, fick vi vänta länge. Efter ett stycke tid kom en servitör som kunde knapphändigt förstå och prata engelska. Frukostbuffén var undermålig. De flesta bytterna var tomma. Där det fanns mat, var maten kall.

Last minute cancellation after taking booking without any information or consent!! Such a last-minute cancellation without any proactive communication or alternative solution is highly unprofessional and completely disregards basic hospitality ethics.

Located at the end Street 14, this hotel has spacious rooms with balcony, all the amenities needed even a safe, daily room service, a nice swimming pool which sometimes needs to be cleaned, friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet too

My advice, put small tables between the sunbeds at the pool to put phone, key room, ashtray etc...The same can be done on the balconies...

Need to fix the toilet seat and bed sheets were not clean got hair every where . Also the pillows were too dirty. Pls change those . Being a big hotel doesn’t mean you just cannot buy new pillows. Change those . 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Location is perfect - lake side, near the main street but in a quiet neighborhood. Staff at the reception is super-helpful. Room is big enough and well-lit with a large window and own balcony. Breakfast is small but nice. Hotel has it's own electricity generator, this was helpful during short power-downs which happen very often in Nepal. Overall - reasonable quality for this price 👍

House keeping comes only after you ask them to come. Towels were sometimes smelly and not 100% clean. Old rough mattresses. Last 2 points are very common for Nepal, so can't expect something different here 🙂

Everything!! Staff were incredible! Wow, what a team! They made me feel at home, every day, no matter what time of the day! Breakfast was delicious! Location is great, far away from any noise but close enough to walk almost anywhere needed. Provided transport when needed. My room was massive, clean and comfortable. I loved everything about my stay here!

The hotel is in a very convenient location very close to the main tourist street but in a side street that made the place quiet. The reception staff were very helpful, nice and professional. They provided advice and recommendations for our plans of visiting interesting places. Breakfast was fine, although considering that the majority of guests during our stay were Europeans it could be less "local" and more of European breakfast. The pool was available outside but we did not have time to use it. Overall a satisfying stay at a well managed and comfortable hotel.

Cleanness I like the most, you can walk barefoot on floor and lobby it’s that clean Washroom is also so hygienic and they daily change the toiletries.

Room was spacious and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Facilities were good, we ate in the restaurant and food was nice and well prepared. Staff were the best - friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant, always checking if everything was fine for us.

Nothing - even with constant power cuts the generator was turned on in minutes!!

House keeping

The staff were great, thank you. The location was awesome. Up a quiet side street, but 5 minute walk to the lake and shops. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Food was yummy, but I think needs a bit more variety at breakfast. I ended up staying twice as I enjoyed it that much

On arrival was picked up from bus station by one of the team. The Hotel was spotlessly clean, big room,very comfortable bed.the staff were awsome friendly and you could have a good conversation with them.The location was great easy walk to the lake.The breakfast was good .While in Pokhara I had a mishap and had to have stitches in my head,the team were great as I had to extend my stay and I really appreciated their concern. It was a very relaxing place to be ,had a swimming pool and well maintained potted garden.I will return there when I travel in Nepal again.

Lovely hotel, very central, staff very helpful and my laundry was quick . Really enjoyed the pool after hiking.

Our stay at hotel was perfect. Very friendly and helpful personal, clean room with free driniking water, towel and toiletaires. The swimming pool was big and clean. There is also a possibility to make a laundry. The hotel also provide a taxi to bus station. we defenitely recommend it!
