お部屋に入ったらずぐ隣がお風呂！源泉かけ流しでその分熱気があり、扉を開けた瞬間はびっくりしましたが。笑 温泉のお風呂がお部屋に付いていて、浴場に移動せずにいつでも入れるのは最高です。 空港から車で向かう道すがらの川で、蛍が見られました！

別料金でもいいので朝食が付いていたらなぁ、と思います。 それから、門限があること。会う約束をしていた知人の仕事が遅くなったので、あわただしく食事して戻りがギリギリになり、ひやひやしました。

The staff disnt hwlp me with my two suitcases, only watched me struggle... Room is claustrophobic, and the dinner& breakfast were partly frizen in the fridge/freeze with zeto explanation what is what...disnt dare to eat the meat it looked not fresh... Aame drama with zero help.while doing check out...

The location is very beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The room itself is good. Having 2 private hotspring baths in your room is a different kind of experience, although I still don't get it why you need 2 :)

The food was the worst money can buy. The breakfast is a joke, especially sandwiches one - we had to go to the nearby grocery store to buy food after every breakfast. The dinner is below average for the price they are asking - you will have a much better dinner in every nearby restaurant. We were very disappointed with the food, our next stay was in Kurokawa and we paid nearly the same amount for the food and we got a course meal with a high quality food and amazing taste. If you decide to stay here, just skip the meals. Onsens have hot spring water and obviously it makes your room hot and they have a very specific smell. So we had to drain them before going to sleep, even when they're asking to not to do that, otherwise it would be impossible to get a good sleep

チェックイン時は雨で、残念でしたが かけ流しのお風呂が、最高でした😀 翌朝は晴天☀️で、施設内をぐるりと 散策させていただきましたー 是非次回はグランピング等、利用した いと思います

GPSで検索しても、すぐヒットせず💧 iPhone、Androidを駆使して場所を 割り出し、なんとか到着出来ました も少し、なんとかなればなぁって感じ でしたー

子供(4歳)大人2人の宿泊でした 夜ご飯はお子様プレートを用意して頂き 本当に助かりました 事前アンケートやその他の情報では記載がなかったので。 事前アンケートをショートメールで送って頂き お肉の量など調整できたのフードロスの観点からとても良いと思います。 夕朝食どちらも美味しかったです！ 浴衣やタオルなどセルフなのも助かりました。

102に泊まりましたが内湯の排水がうまくできなかった 顔用はあったがボディ用の保湿クリームは無かったくらいです

We stayed in the main building. Our room was a bit small but we had 2 private onsen, one inside and one open-air on the balcony. The onsen were great and you could adjust the temperature. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was very fresh and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were microwaves available for guest use. The location was very good for Takachiho mountain, Ryoma onsen and the airport. A car is recommended because the bus service is infrequent.

We had a short but very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, everything was smooth and well organized – especially the taxi coordination from the airport, which made our arrival completely stress-free. We were genuinely surprised by how charming and cozy the hotel was. It felt much more special than we had expected and immediately gave us a warm welcome. Even though we arrived later than the usual check-in hours, everything had been perfectly prepared for us, and the staff remained incredibly kind and accommodating throughout. The service overall was very friendly, uncomplicated, and attentive. There was even an airport shuttle available in the morning, which was very convenient. The location is quiet and relaxing – perfect for a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but what stood out the most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff. You can really feel the effort and care they put into making guests feel welcome. Considering the level of service and comfort, the price felt absolutely fair. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

夕食、朝食-パン食-ともに同じような食材を使っていた。

I wasn't sure what to expect, but had a 14 hour layover and had to stay somewhere. I was so pleasantly surprised! I appreciated the free airport shuttle, the cleanliness, the pajamas (so cute and comfy- I wish I had room to buy a pair), and most importantly, the in-room onsen! How incredible. Also important: The bed was cozy and it was very quiet in my room.

The only complaint I have is the in-room onsen makes the room a bit hot, necessitating AC use. The air conditioning is powerful and very effective, but blew right on me all night. I am not a fan of AC in general, so this probably wouldn't bother most people, but it was uncomfortable to me. Minor detail.

部屋に温泉があって、温度調節もできてゆっくりできました。ダブルの部屋は広さもちょうどよく、アメニティやドリンクもありました。チェックインが遅くなってしまいましたが、電話で対応して頂き、スムーズにできてとても有難かったです。

全室温泉付きは初めて利用しましたが、いつでも源泉掛け流しの温泉に好きなだけ入れて感動しました。 フロントにビールサーバーが置いてあり、生ビールが400円で販売しているのもお酒好きには有難いサービスだと思います。アメニティもクオリティの高い物を使用してあるので満足です。

２階の部屋でしたがエレベーターか無く階段なのは多いと大変だと思います。 ベットは良かったですが換気扇がうるさくて、睡眠中に何度も起きてしまうので残念でした。 部屋が狭いのでトイレが直ぐ隣にあり、付き合いたてのカップルの人たちは、音が気になりトイレに行きにくいと思います。

Staff went above and beyond and were very kind and accommodating. We were driven from Kokubu Station to the hotel and then to Kagoshima airport the next day. We booked their most basic room, albeit small, the onsen tub was large to make up for it and was comfortable with a view of the mountains.

This place is fairly remote and far from everything, so if you’re not renting a car, suggestion would be to stop by a conbini and buy your own food and drinks if you’re doing the most basic package (just the room.) They do however have frozen meals for sale and a free tea and water station in a pinch.

部屋に風呂があるので 何度も入りたい時にすぐ入れる 荷物を持って行かなくて入れるのがいい 温泉♨️も、温質がとても良い✨ 疲れが取れました〜❤️ 素泊まりだったんですが 有料ですが、ちょっとした食べるものが冷食パスタやカップラーメンなども食べられるように用意してくれててレンジもあります。 何も用意しなくても大丈夫ですね（知らなかったので、今回は外食してチェックインしたので使用しなかったけど次回は使ってみょうと思います） ※コーヒーやお茶、ココアなど無料で使える飲料もあります！

This was a one-night stay on my travels to through Kagoshima and I wished I had stayed longer. It is not near many creature comforts. There is a Family Mart 6 minutes away and recommend getting some items for your room. The place was quirky and really cool! They had so many different room types. I had one with an onsen in the room which was so cool! The rooms was small but comfortable. They had multiple amenities for free. Yukatas, obi's, toiletries (they had sheet masks for your face). Multiple places to sit and eat communally with your group or others. I believe there was an onsen but I got in so late I couldn't' check out the onsen that is open to all hotel goers. I saw tat they had rooms with full kitchenettes and patio firepits where you can order different wood types and items for the firs (like smores kits, etc.). They had a place that you could eat but I did not get a chance to partake. Also a big menu of things you can order to your room. You can buy ice cream, beer, champagne. There is even a small communal area where you can shop to buy those things for consumption. The lobby closes at 10PM so these little things all over the venue helps if you need something. There are multiple free drink areas (coffee, and tea). The location is remote but beautiful. Coming from Okinawa and seeing all of the mountains and trees was awesome. it is very quiet at night as it is in a small farming village. It is a 15-20 drive to Kagoshima airport so not crazy far from things. I would come back to check out the dome rooms and the first pits ones as well.

That the front desk is only open until 10PM. My flight from Okinawa was delayed and we rushed to get to the hotel to be able to check in. Other than that it was really great.

We booked the Twin Room with Open-Air Bath and it was incredible! Both inside and outside baths were amazing. There is a free shuttle bus from and to the Kokubu Station within certain hours. This is a perfect accommodation for a short stay to relax, birthdays or special anniversaries.

Perfect location for one night to visit the surrounding area. Staff was helpful and room was clean, with the plus of a big private onsen attached to the room.

Ambient inside the room was humid due to the attached onsen (100% understandable), so it required AC and other machines to work to avoid it. Onsen room was almost as big as the main room.

Private onsen next to room with adjustable water temperature. Most helpful staff with good recommendations for restaurants. Pyjamas as well as yukatas available. The little wooden hut where the onsen water came out needs replacing as the wood is worn down.

Room was small with no hanging space for clothes. Entrance a bit difficult to locate but fortunately it was well lit up at night.

Although the room was very small, the adjacent private onsen was awesome and also the staff was very helpful and provided shuttle transfer to the next train station for arrival and departure and also during our stay for day trips. We spent four nights at the place and had a great time, taking trips to Kagoshima, Izumi, spent a day hiking in the surrounding hills and recovered at the onsen in the evenings.

No option to add breakfast for our stay.

Nice and clean

Loved the setting of each "room". The glamping dome was spacious with most of the amenities you will need. The "room" type we stayed in had both private indoor and outdoor onsen area so we could still enjoy private onsen time even when the weather was less than ideal. The food and drinks on offered on the first night of out stay was amazing and the amount was way more than most average person could eat. Overall a very nice experience.

The only downsides were that the staff here spoke almost no English and it was just a little bit inconvenient to communicate, but nothing technologies can't solve, I guess. The wifi was a little bit spotty in one of the rooms we stayed in and there was also no laundry facilities available on site so just be mindful if you are looking for places with laundry facilities during your stay.

Cleanliness of kitchen.

The room was really nice with a private stone onsen. The staff was extremely accommodating, helping me out with a number of things. I was struggling to get a taxi for an early flight, so they offered me a lift themselves to help me out. They also helped me print out my boarding pass. Lovely people, thank you so much!
