Reviewed Sep 10, 2026お風呂が大変綺麗で気持ち良かったです。清掃が大変行き届いていてぬるつきや排水溝等 嫌なところが一つも無かったです。 又 食事もビュッフェで人数が大変多かったですが、係の方も慣れている様子で料理が無くなった瞬間に（特に寿司）補充されていたのにはビックリしました。何でもそうでしたがとても速かったです。○○が無いってガッカリすることは一度も無かったです。
お醬油等入れる小皿が有ると嬉しいです。 お部屋のお風呂のカーテンレールに髪の毛が付いていたのは少し残念でした。

古いホテルなので隣の部屋の出入りがあると自分たちの部屋のドアもガタガタ揺れます。 最初は誰かが間違って入って来てるかと思ったほどです。廊下を走る子供達の足音なんかもよく聞こえます。

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026掃除されてて快適でした。お風呂も湯の花のお風呂で特別感があった。バイキングもおいしかった。ベットも枕もとてもよくぐっすり寝れた。ラウンジで焼酎やコーヒーが無料で飲めてよかった。
お部屋にペットボトルの水がなくエレベーター近くのウォーターサーバーのところまでグラスをもってお水を取りいかないといけない。ホテル自体が大きいので距離があると辛い。せめて紙コップを横に置いておいてください。すると外から帰るついでに水を持って帰れるから。 連泊しましたがあまりメニューに変化がなく飽きました。２泊が限界かな？？？お部屋がお風呂が素晴らしく３連泊、４連泊したいぐらいなのに食事が同じだったら残念です。一日おきに代わるメニューにしてくださるとうれしいです。

宿泊者が多い日だったのがあるが、時間指定しても人が多くゆっくりできない状態。特に朝食は時間をずらしても15分以上待ち。これはまだ辛抱できる範囲 格安的な部屋のプランであるが設備的に内容は良かったのですが、隣の部屋がファミリーグループ部屋で家族の大きな声・足音など部屋は静かな環境ではなかった。もう少し夫婦だけファミリーグループとは離してほしかった。

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026食事がバラエティに富んでいて、一つ一つちゃんと美味しかったです。 キャンペーン中の鰻の白焼きも美味しかったです。 レストランも新しく、オープンな席、仕切りがあって落ち着ける席などあり、グループ事情で選べる点が良かったです。 施設全体リニューアルしてあるスペースが多く、新しく綺麗で気持ち良かったです。 砂風呂も楽しかったです。浴衣、紙下着、ドリンクなど充実してました。
宿泊は和室に4人で泊まりましたが、綺麗に整えて下さっていましたが、黴臭さを感じるメンバーもいました。 古さや、湿気からくるのかもしれませんが、空気清浄機で何とかカバーしました。 あと、お布団を敷いて下さった後に、取り外した？シーツが一枚クシャッと部屋の入り口に忘れて置かれていました。

客室のドアが、オートロックでは、なかったので、不安だった。 車利用の人は、良かったけど、今回は、車利用では、なかったので、公共交通機関が悪かった。 バスの本数があまりにも少なかった。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Восхитительный онсен, а также банька и лечебная грязь. Питание тоже было щедрое. Отличные огромный шведский стол, а также широкий ассортимент напитков. В том числе очень понравилось бесплатное саке в лобби.
В номере сильно пахло серой, и некоторые виды спа были недоступны мужчинам.

夕食の会場は、テーブルによりとても暗く私が利用した場所は食欲が減退した。そもそも私の年齢が高いので、手元も見えずらく、かなり困った。一人の食事で暗い場所で食べるのは良い思い出にはならない。残念だった。チェックアウトを遅らせたかったが、料金が高かったので断念した。もう少し安いと利用しやすい
