We stayed for the night on our motorbike ride its run down but clean and comfy for what we wanted

The rooms the staff were fantastic the swimming pool was brilliant Night entertainment was fantastic everyone had a fabulous time

Rooms need doing up but didn't effect our stay and I know that there improving the rooms bit by bit

Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was hot and lots of choice. Nice that there was an entertainment schedule for people if staying in the hotel.

The smell of people smoking in their rooms was quite strong, the windows needed a clean to see the sea view. Bed was hard and the pictures online were not like the room we had. I think they may be doing it up as there was visibly scaffolding etc but no work happening whilst we were ther

I’ve been three times in the last year it’s amazing for money but not clean I had a room with blood on the walls when there with my son and then again with my partner but I have been back and will still go again as what they don’t make up for in cleaning they do in everything else the prices are amazing the swimming etc so I will still be back but the cleaner need to pay more attention to the windows and floors in my opinion and cleaner bedding also had curry stains on that

Don’t Like back side room . It was back and can’t look any thing out side . . First they give me that room and when I changed it then it’s a good front one .

Nothingwe had a very good break. The room we had to go to late on first night was not very clean and the toilet would not flush away properly and caused some embarrassing times.

My wife got food poisoning and we had too leave Early we told the staff this but they didn't log it so we could not get any off our money back

Cleaning is not done thoroughly. Still, clothes from previous occupants down side of beds empty can drinks in wardrobe and spilt drinks still on sides

All public areas are dirty, never saw a cleaner the same dirt that was there on friday still there when we left on monday, when we arrived on friday had to change rooms as the room they gave us had not been cleaned, The food was awful i had a curry on saturday evening which i couldn,t eat much of as tasted horrible not a curry taste but afterwards spend most of the evening on the Toilet,everything was really bland the only things that were ok were the desserts which i would think were brought ready made will never stay here again.

How long have you got! The place needs shutting down and bringing upto date. Masking tape holding the carpets down. Carpets coming up in room. Beds like sleeping on concrete. Out of date milk. Inappropriate hairs on the bed and around the bath. Sheets on bed all damp and just awful. What is with all the light switches in the rooms that don't even actually work for anything! Went to have a shower. The shower head was broken. Couldn't see out of the window for how dirty it was. It's a No from me!

Having a bath in the room, the price

Struggled to park, staff were not friendly, beds were rock hard, walls are paper thin. Rooms are dated. We were woken up at 3am for an hour and half because of the people next door were drunk and arguing. The whole place smelt of egg!!

Absolutely appalling experience at the Norbreck Hotel Blackpool. The standard of service from the staff was absolutely horrendous, and the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The room was disgusting filthy and had clearly not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Most disturbingly, we found a used condom in the bed, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about whether the bedding had been changed or the room properly sanitised. The bathroom was also in a disgusting condition. The toilet area was extremely dirty, the walls were visibly unclean, and there was pubic hair on the tiles. The vents were covered in a significant amount of accumulated dust and dirt, making the whole room feel unhygienic. their was no milk or coffee in the room The TV remote was another serious concern. It was broken and had no back covering, leaving the batteries exposed. This is particularly worrying for anyone staying with children, as exposed batteries can present a serious safety hazard if a child were to remove or swallow one. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The level of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance and customer service was nowhere near an acceptable standard. I would strongly recommend that management urgently address these issues, particularly the hygiene and potential safety hazards. Very disappointing and absolutely not a standard I would expect from a hotel.

Value for money. Comfy bed, hot shower, clean towels.

My little girl had a lovely time, lots to keep her occupied very family friendly. Used the pool, which was nice. Breakfast was good, and drinks were reasonably priced. Great for a one night stay with a 6 year old and my nan who's 88. Tea and coffee were provided, and the kettle was clean.

Place looked tired, and carpets had not been hoovered (for a while by the looks of it). You could hear other people in their rooms, and other guests thought it was ok to run up and down corridors at 12 30 am. (Nothing the hotel can do about that). No body wash or hand wash in the bathroom dispensers. Beds are not comfortable, I got up and turned my mattress over at some point during the night.

The staff couldn't do enough for us they really looked after us, the room was large evident for my mobility scooter and the bathroom was completely accessible with doing hot shower the view was breath takingly beautiful sheet dad's sudden death they really did look after us with extra care

Not much to be honest I've stayed here twice now and it's been fantastic both times

Cleaner than expected, value for money and the snack bar in the afternoon was handy for lunch. Pretty much accessible for disabled people other than reception.

The walls are so thin, the people in the room next door came in at 4 am and were chatting loudly. We ended up leaving at 6 am as we just couldn't bear hearing them for any longer. The accessible room had an emergency switch where a headboard would be which meant our heads accidentally pressed it on so many occasions without us realising. Reception had to ring us to check all was well. It became embarrassing. The check in took an hour. The desk is too high for wheelchair users and the roping for the queue isn't accessible friendly.

Lot of damp on the floors window was dirty only plugs were away from the bed near the dresser. Very dirty in the hotel a lot of kicking off at night which was a bit off putting as I was here with my daughter shame really used to be a nice hotel

It was very cold in the room no heating on

I liked that it was cheap and that it was slightly out of town so I could park my car.

There was a dance event on when I arrived with loads of kids. I Ihad know then I migh have booked somewhere else for the first night. It got a lot more peaceful after they left. It would be cold to give the outside some love. First impressions count and the room and inside for the money was okay but the outside needs a bit of repair. Also maybe change the doors as it was either too windy to use them.

This hotel gets a lot of bad reviews but we always stay here when we can as the kids really like it.the entertainment is fab,the kids love the cinema and swimming pool and the staff are amazing if we have a problem.the room we stayed in was also really clean and comfortable.This hotel is also accommodating to my access needs and can be good value for money when booking in advance.

The breakfast and dinner are expensive for the selection you have.theres not much choice when it comes to the evening meal so we don’t usually have that here as there’s not much alternative options for kids.Check in can also be a nightmare with long queues and not enough staff on reception.

Rooms are in need of updating. Very dated, stained carpets, very basic facilities. We were awoken at 12:30am by a drunk woman screaming in the corridor. Security came up about 15-20 minutes after and eventually the police came at 1:30am and arrested her. Reception unhelpful the next day regarding the matter and just stated it was dealt with.

We travelled as a family, grandparents, daughter & three grandsons. We booked two rooms one for grandparents & one for daughter & children. One of my grandons has additional needs & we asked the hotel if the rooms could be close together in case of an emergency. They obliged with our room just across the hallway. They also told my daughter that although she had "her support group" close by if she needed any help to call the contact number for reception & the staff would be there to help, Thankfully we didn't need to try this out but we felt reassured that this was an option. 10 out of 10 for the lady on reception who booked us in 👏

There was a lot of dance troops booked in to the hotel, with lots of children. We had a lot of noise from them being allowed to run & play & shout in the corridor. Not a reflection on the hotel, the parents or guardians should have taken charge & kept the children quieter.

Cleanliness, reception staff rude and only 1 for queues full of people. Decor needs updating. Location from Blackpool town centre was not accurate.

The staff were friendly enough & the hall in which we were attending an expo was a good size.

Having stayed in many hotels for work both in the UK & Europe & obviously personal trips, this has to be hands down the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Dirty, run down is being polite! The door frame in our room was loose & you had to really slam the door to get it to stay shut. Shower head leaked everywhere. Bed headboard was so lose you could rock it back & forth, there was a hole in the wall bigger than a cricket ball, the window cill lifted completely up, the mattress protector under our bed sheet was just in a blob in the centre of the bed (we literally had to strip & remake the bed) & the absolute worst was one of our 'clean' towels had brown all over it! When I got out of the shower & went to dry myself, I was disgusted! Had to use a small hand towel to dry myself (at that point I did suggest to my partner about checking out! We didn't as we were attending an expo the following day at the hotel & it was late at night, otherwise we 100% would have!). The hotel has paint flakes all over the floor, doesn't look like it has seen a hoover in years! Walls are not just thin, you may as well not have a wall... our room was right on an end where a corridor door was & every time someone went through you heard everything they were saying or singing until well into the early hours of the morning & the whole wall shook when the door 'slammed' every time! It was constant! At one point we just started laughing as it was that bad you couldn't make it up! Parking is a nightmare... we had to go around several times & only just managed to park as someone was leaving. It's a shame as I'm sure back in the day, it would have been a fantastic hotel, but it's far from that now! It massively needs heavy investment into renovations! £115 for one night with no breakfast... I have stayed in hotels for half that price which were 50 times better!

Peace and quiet close to the beach, excellent access to the city.

No fridge in the room.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, nice clean bathroom, stayed in the room later than 11am checkout but no extra charges and no hassle for our late departure, which was greatly appreciated 😀

The location is a bit too far away from the central area which was inconvenient since I don't drive. Although overall the hotel is very nice so I have no complaints! :)

The bed was great it was a super king best bed we have had food lovely as always pool sauna steam room and spa pool great for £2.50 we used it every day had a great time.

Could of done with a chair in our room that's all plus we had guests next door that were night owls came in at 2in the morning and woke us up with the racket it went on for at least 2-3 hrs no respect for any other guests
