Great location, friendly staff and good value.
Great location, staff very friendly and helpful
Bed a bit small double
Where is was and on site entertainment.
No plug next to bed . I use a c pac machine. I had to ask if the hotel had an extension lead . They gave us one but it didn't work so had to go ask for another 1 which did work. Not ideal have to have an wire running across the room making it a fall hazard. I have trouble with my mobility so not idea. When there we found a stain on the quilt. There was fresh towels put on top of it and the towel nearest the quilt was damp . My other half had to go down stairs again so 3 time and we where on the 3 floor . I lovely girl came with fresh quilt cover to change it . My partner had started to strip the bed to help her . She said he didn't need to bet thank you . Once the quilt cover was remove we all find out what the stain was. On the quilt was what looked like someone had spilled a cup of coffee over the quilt and then the quilt cover was put on top . The poor girl was so apologetic and take the all quilt away . Said said she will try and get another quilt or move us to a different room . She returned we new quilt , quilt cover and new towels . She apologised once again and said she will be having strong words we house keeping . When we were leaving in the morning she was on reception and she apologised once more .
Stayed here many times. Superb location. Good value. Great breakfast. And staff friendly.
The bed is a bit basic, but not uncomfortable. The quilt could be bigger. But no other complaints.
On arrival we was told the lift wasnt working and we were on the 3rd floor
The location was good car park a bit expensive for 2 nights
parking
Location was good
Lift was very small and felt like it was going to break everytime we used it
Everything
Nothing
Staff are lovely, location is great, there's entertainment if you want to stay. We did room only but would definitely return. There was a lovely little jewellery mini market in the bar. Would highly recommend and its the first place we will try to book on our return to Blackpool.
Nothing to dislike, if anything the rooms are a little tired but clean and decent size.
Breakfast & staff were polite & professional
The curtains in the bedroom were very thin I was awake at 04:00 in the morning from the light needs blackout curtains . The noise from other guests . The shower only trickles the hand basin I at to turn it quite tight to stop the drips . Far to hot no air con & the window was blown condensation in between the glass pane
Nothing
Needs a good upgrade, bathroom awful cracked tiles mould all over. Lamps furniture in bedroom must have been there for over 20 years
Clean and pleasant. Staff are friendly and efficient. They will aleays go the extra mile to help a guest
Location
Being in the attic room with a small dog elderly dog that was blind. The lift was very small and made lots of noise. I chose to use the stairs my husband used the lift only because of our dog
When we arrived at the hotel that gives us room 219, second floor. We payed for 3 nights. Are bedroom had no draws in school furniture in, hole in bedroom carpet, damp around window reavels, very dirty walls bathroom toilet was black around the toilet rim. Mirror very dirty again very dirty.also on the bed found 2 black hairs. I went straight down to speak to reception, that give us another room 309, again bedroom dirty but we had some draws. And bathroom was cleaned. Because we was messed around with are bedrooms and moves us to another room 309 on 3rd floor lifts was not working. We came home Friday morning, instead of Saturday morning. We even asked for are money back but thay said can't refund anything bk. I even paid for 3 nights on there car park and again could not get a refund. Some owns me a day for not staying. And reck are holiday. Are booking.com as give us false on line. So feels like crap now. So I've now got lawyers involved. I've also bin told I've got a good case. We have took photos. If I don't get a refund for 1 night then I will be coming for comparison for 3 nights including more.
All of above worse hotel in uk
Location is good close to North pier and even central pier and towers only a 10min walk. Staff were friendly & helpful.
The hotel was dirty, both bedrooms and landings, didn't look like it had seen a vacuum in months. Very shabby, scuffed and damaged furnishings. Broken & dirty bedside lamps On the plus side at least the bedding was clean. The place is run down & needs a complete refurb. Lift is very small. Struggled to fit 1 adult with suitcase in.
Good location, near to Tower and North Pier.
Mattress needs replacing, no sound proofing, you can hear room above moving about, floors very creaky.
Nice hotel would use again
Not the hotels fault but it was very windy outside and the wind whistled on the building all night
Staff are very friendly and helpfull, Breakfast was really nice Private car park was handy (£10 a nigh) Location is perfect for nightlife, north pier, promenade, short walk into the main shopping area and grand thearte and winter gardens.
Room only price... Reasonable drinks at the bar
Could offer free parking in own car park
Location
Rooms are dated, dusty, carpets not vacuumed and in need of a revamp! Parking was more expensive than the private carpark across the road. Lift was old, made lots of noise and slow. Breakfast wasn’t included in price and wasn’t worth 12.95 coffee machine broken. Wouldn’t stay again am afraid.
The location
Creaky, old, water didn't run hot had to use a hack to get it. Shower then burns or freezes. No sleep as hear every movement from every angle. Broken window.
All good 👍
Nothing
Great location entertainment brilliant room very big bathroom and shower good size
Breakfast is buffet and little choice
The area it was near everything
30 pound charge for parking and bo breakfast
Very nice and very clean. Very easy to get to and not too far away from the Blackpool tower. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. The entertainment was excellent and the bingo was fun. I will definitely be coming back again 🥳😄🥰🍻
The was too many steps in and the life was in a very different place 🤔
On entering the room it looked run down and was thick dust all around the cloth headboard and all along the wood around the bed area. Corridor’s smelt of cigarette smoke despite it being a no smoking hotel. Was offered another room which looked better but again thick with dust around the headboard on the beds.
Staff were excellent room was spacious excellent breakfast
Shower was poor and late check in could be earlier
The location, relatively clean.
Everytime someone passes by on the corridor it feels like they're going straight to your room. Only window in my room was facing the corridor (other side) so I couldn't have my curtains open to avoid other guests seeing me. No storage space for luggage apart from (leave it nearby the bar and someone will have an eye on it). Had an ice shower because there was no hot water at night.
Staff lovely
Very dated rooms and very noise floors
I found this on booking.com but when I got there they didn’t have the booking as they said they don’t use bookings but they still sorted a room for me as I was down here cos my partner was rushed to hospital and I needed somewhere to stay
Friendly staff, comfy bed and nice room. Great location
Didn't like the shower. Ladies toilets. In cabaret lounge in serious need of refurbishment
The staff was friendly
It was dirty. The hole of the hotel is indeed of a refurbishment.
The rooms on the 3rd floor are red hot and you can’t even open the window, the shower is lukewarm, the hotel is worn and dated and I think they ran out of paint in the last refurbishment as the paint work is very patchy
Firstly the huge rule sheet I stay in hotels every week never had a set of rules like this, also a member of staff phoned after we left asking for payment for a second key! We never received a second key, the rooms are really hot no air flow and very uncomfortable and to top it off we had young people banging and shouting!
Location
No secure space to leave luggage. Very early checkout.
The staff were happy to help and always smiling.
It was filthy, one of my "clean" towels had a ginger hair on it! My hair is black, so definitely wasn't mine. Even after house keeping had been it was dirty. This hotel needs to be closed down and be refurbished before taking anymore bookings.
Clean and good location
The showers were strong. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked that there was bingo.
Lots of creaking floorboards. We could hear Everytime somebody walked past. The doors to the lift would have been good if they were automatic so it was easier to get through with the case.
Close to north pier . Full cooked breakfast.
This hotel is NOT wheelchair friendly. Steps to get into hotel . Then steps to get to the lift . Lift very small . Bit smell of damp as you get out the lift . Rooms are outdated. Bed was hard but clean . I said was disabled and was put 3rd floor with only a bath .
Friendly staff helpfull
Breakfast was a self service, plenty of food but wasn't up to my taste, cheap sauces and jams etc
Stayed many times before
Found a receipt from 2023 (think cleaners need to do better )wallpaper all ripped off walls dirty marks all over walls and overpriced without a breakfast
Stayed here numerous time. Best hotel in Blackpool for dog friendly, location, value. Staff great. Breakfast good. The room was recently renovated and was great.
The shower didn’t get hot. Was getting warm after a long time running. Think there is a control for it outside the bathroom but not sure that’s what it was for. No instructions.
Everything was good
Nothing
Location
Floorboards very loud you can hear every room around you, was woken up at 7am by other rooms just starting their day, shower was very outdated had to stand right up against the wall for the water to hit you, bed was extremely old and uncomfortable, TV was tiny wouldn't recommend.
Location, breakfast and good sleep
Nothing
good location
room pictures vs reality was quite different
Every thing was good definitely breakfast
It did its job only 1 min from sea
Lovely staff team
Was very dated and rooms seriously need decorated and refurbished. Lampshade filthy, drafty window and carpet was so dirty and coming away from the wall.
Staff were very pleasant
Nothing it was excellent
Everything apart from the mattress. We were only there for 1 night. Mattress needs replacing urgently
Mattress
The outside
It was old and run down the floors where dangerous every time someone walked in the hall it woke us up
Great location for funny girls. Decent size room good choice at breakfast.
Nothing
Staff = 20/10 ✅✅✅ Dog Friendly = 20/10 ✅✅✅ Location 10/10 ✅✅✅ From the moment I arrived on 28th Jan 2026 the staff treated me and my dog very well, such lovely people that I came across employee in this hotel. A shoutout to night porter Damien who is such a lovely gentlemen, warm heart with such a positive soul. Very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my dog and I were catered for during breakfast, as I was isolated through in the bar for my morning meal (due to having the dog, which I had no problem with)
I was allocated a room on the third floor, the more you climbed the stairs the more outdated and abandoned the hotel decor looked. My room was spacious, however the walls had 4 holes in walls which looked like cowboy builder’s just filled and left. Not been sanded down or painted. So the room just looked abandoned and messy. Unfortunately my room is filled with very outdated and squeaky floorboards both in the main room and bathroom, I felt sorry for my neighbours next to me and the room below me. The mattress on the bed needs replacing as you can feel every single spring. I can’t speak for floor 1 and 2 I paid £50 for this room, and was disappointed. Didn’t expect that for value for money.
nice cosy room staff nice
Great value dog friendly hotel in superb location. Good breakfast. Had a good room with tower view. Stayed here about 20 times so must be worth staying here.
Satisfied with everything. Nit picking. The cold tab in the bathroom was loose. The TV remote control was near the end of its life.
Location
Outdated, poor breakfast
Love the hotel not to disabled friendly tight doors to lift and stairs but acceptable but some fantastic staff hard to change structure
As above
Location. The entertainment on the night we stayed was very good. The bar staff are really nice (especially Alfie) and we always have a chat.
The lift makes me worry, it is only a small one.
breakfast was nice rooms nice and warm
the lift was very old tried not to use it rather walk up to 3rd floor
Great location staff very helpful, housekeeping excellent
Basic breakfast, parking increases
The Entertainment, Bingo & Breakfast.
Fire Alarms kept going off throughout the night. Rooms are very dated, cracks in walls, carpets torn, toilet seat hanging off, no plug sockets near the bed, there's only special sockets for the lamps. We had 2 dogs and were put in the first room next to the lift and the stairwell where everyone passes to get to their rooms, so a sleepless night. With tale force winds I walked the dogs and thought rather than the dogs being trampled on through the entertainment area I'd come through the back door. I rang the bell 6 times and also called the hotel twice, in the end I had to walk around to a young lad stood at the reception, I said I've rand twice and pressed the bell 6 times, he said he couldn't hear it although the phone was 30 cm away from him, so in the end had to try and get to dogs through the entertainment area with people dancing. The Bar Lass (Tracey) is fantastic and loves dogs. The room has a kettle, cups, coffee etc but no water to fill the kettle!
The breakfast is really Good, rooms are dated but clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money
Rooms are dated and could do with an update
The room was large good entertainment
Lift problems
First time back at the hotel for a while. Always my first choice if it’s available. Dog friendly in superb location. Staff are brilliant. Breakfast is good (apart from the toaster but that’s hotels for you)
I have no complaints
Location is good
1: Breakfast was terrible. 2: we were given a room on third floor and there is no lift. 3: parking is £10 per night. 4: No hot water at all. 5: Crockery was chipped and stained
Nothing very dirty rude receptionist not a very pleasant stay
Nowt dump
nothing they cancelled my booking
Stafff are really friendly and helpfull, Breakfast, buffet style, fresh and hhot, plenty of choice plus fruits, yoghurt, cereal, On site parking £10 per night, Rloom was clean and tidy but basic,
The reception and staff was lovely. Paying for parking was easy and getting to our room was easy and the entertainment was good . Good location for walking into town centre and good views if you get a seaview room
the rooms needs a bit of re doing and TLC but comfortable bed and had everything you needed for one night.
At first it was great
Noticed bites next day, then on departure I was covered in flea bites,
