There have been surface improvements but many of the buildings look like they could use some loving care. Clean on the surface but details need attention. Such as out door deck not cleaned of debris from trees. Beds need replacing very uncomfortable and worn mattresses.

I love this resort. It’s a stunning property that is dog friendly and has amazing facilities. The spa is probably my favorite in the world with stunning views and luxurious treatments. They’ve done a great job maintaining this gem.

I loved having view of the bay!! Michael was great at front desk, checked me in, and the peace & quiet are my suite 😀

A bit run down. No AC so the door had to be open and the room was next to Hwy 101 so it was very loud.

The room could have been cleaned better. You can see that the bed hasn’t been cleaned for a long time, the floors were dirty, the washbasin in the toilet too. If you want to visit that beautiful outdoor pool, you need to book a spa room in advance, it was not indicated on the website. We paid for accommodation, which did not include anything except accommodation, all services for a fee

The property was absolutely gorgeous! We love SCP hotels and all of the community spaces. Our room was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed being on the golf course and having both a fireplace and a cute little deck to spend time on. The swimming pool was one of the most beautiful hotel pools we’ve ever swam in. Would highly recommend staying here and we’d stay here again!

The location of the property is great. It’s very quiet and the hotel is offering a lot of amenities.

There were sime improvments since I stayed there, but it still needs some updating. Restaurant food was not the best. We ate in the restaurant and market place. Market place was worse.

Very cool place. Golf course type of village. Nice hot tub and pool open all day and night. Nice cafe and restaurant and the place is gorgeous! Golf course Zipline and pool. Beautiful fire pit outside. 10 min from town.

False advertising with the picture! They lied about the hot tub! The rectangle hot tub with ocean view is an extra $95 and across the street from the actual hotel. I am extremely disappointed. Payed $500 for one night and only got a pool and sauna to use. Sauna was extremely hot even after I turned it off at 11:30 pm it was steaming hot 30 min later. Put lots of water on the benches and it evaporated quickly.

Pros - 1. beautiful grounds and property! 2. The cabins were great and we loved the facilities. 3. Excellent food, peaceful stay. 4. Lovely people at the reception.

Cons - small things make this property a 4/5 1. Water not kept in the room by the staff. Guests are expected to fill the room beaker themselves from the reception. That’s a lot of walking and not sufficient water for a family of 3 2. Cobwebs in the room balconies were not a pleasant sight 3. Slow and unorganised service at the attic lounge hotel. Ps- the staff gave us a free starter on account of the poor service. Appreciated, but didn’t make it an overall great experience 4. It says beach access, but the beach trail was ruined by a “king tide” - requiring a 5 minute drive

We’ve been coming here for many years and love the serene location and the spa.

It seems like there are no deals anymore. We used to stay for 2-3 days but it’s not affordable for our family to do that in this economy. I wish you did stay 2nights and the 3rd one is free.

The fact that u used motel 6 furniture. I had to clean the bathtub for 20 mins and it still was dirty and took hair out of the drain. Every inch of this room was dirty leaving some other ladies scutches and dirty sock under the bed. The neighbor above us and next to us was noise all night long waking me up at 1130 pm I never went back to sleep I had to put my noise cancellation ear buds to get some peace and quiet.

Rooms and buildings are getting a bit old, but surroundings and views makes you forget about it immediately

Beautiful location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the emphasis on families and pets.

We didn't have enough linens in our room. We were three adults in a room with a king and a pullout. I am assuming no one noticed a third person on the reservation. Staff brought additional supplies when requested. We could have used more coffee and tea, and cups and glasses!

Facilities were great. Everything anyone needs is there. My family enjoyed the pool and pickleball quite a bit

The Provisions food was good but staffing could have been better. We noticed staff doing multiple tasks and running around a bit crazy. Coffee and supplies were out a couple of mornings and staff was too busy to keep it stocked. Although staff was very friendly and engaging.

Beds were not comfortable at all. Mattresses need updated

Our room location was perfect. Next to the pool but also very private.

Had an incident with Lobster shell in a seafood salad. Staff did bring new food. Sinks in bathroom still dirty at inner rim.

Ive lived on the coast my whole life and have been told this is the place to stay. So wanted to see it.

Parking in the pond sucks. Esp at night. The room was like being at camp. Not for the price we paid.

Salishan tries to impose on you a certain philosophy of doing things

I love tennis. Salishan has outstanding tennis courts that are easy to schedule. Courts were clean, well maintained. Level of doubles competition was excellent as well. Tennis is free for people staying at the lodge. The room was beautiful, heated by gas fireplace. I had a forest view. The room was completely quiet so I could do computer work and read undisturbed. Salishan has a great pool and weight room. The lodge itself is essence of casual elegance.

The resort is in a beautiful area and the staff very friendly.

Clean room, great service. Beds are not very comfortable. Mattresses are old. We had to change rooms after the first night. Staff was great about the change and very responsive.

The facilities were lovely as we're the grounds. The restaurant management needs to address the lack of workforce. You have one server handling the entire restaurant there's a definite problem with management. I also had to request hangers for my room which was unacceptable. On the good side the golf course was great however the merchandise was well over priced.

- Horrible customer service and guest experience from check in to check out. Housekeeping forgot to clean room despite requesting 2X. Not help carrying luggage for block and up stairs. Room service serviced in plastic trays in a takeout bag despite how expensive it was. - Food is overcooked and covered in sauces, oil or salt to make up for lack of flavor. - The property has so much potential but sadly the facilities and the rooms look like they haven’t been updated in about 25 years.

love the stunning location, plus golf course views. Room was just OK, bathroom dated and could use maintenance. Shower pressure was horrible. And no robes? That's an amenity I would expect at this resort.

My room smell musty And one of the Comforter was damp good thing I had 2 beds.

We had a bay view room, you could see the sunset. The room was about the size of a one bd apartment. Very inviting.

Dog barking from across the hall all night long, it wasn't clear if as a guest we were allowed to use the pool so we didn't. Not all areas in our room were clean and we could hear the traffic

It was a beautiful lodge to just walk around. It was nice to be able to just walk a bit to get food and then have a lovely view while eating. The food there was good and the service was fantastic!

The property is so serene but we thought we would get more for the Expedia gold level. Hit tub really needs an upgrade.

Was hoping for more as this is not a cheap property. The grounds are beautiful for sure but the rooms are dated and amenities need a refresh. Just ok.

Nice place and good location but there's a lot of noise if anyone else is staying in the unit above or next from water and plumbing. The TV and thermostat were also a little confusing. For the price I would have expected a little more quiet room.

Check-in was great, property was walkable for its size. Wait at dinner was long, maybe they were short staffed. The White Lotus feel 😂
