Además cerca está la estación de policía (que sí bien no es como que eso sea lo más seguro) aún así lo eran las calles, se sentía muy tranquilo, y el lugar ni se diga, me tocó casi en los últimos pisos y la verdad la vista era increíble.
Que la alberca fuera tan bajita 😭 yo mido 1,72 jaja

The shower floor isn’t level and one of our beds, the mattress, should be replaced; slanted from years of guests sitting primarily on one side of the mattress.

Como varios edificios en CDMX, tiene una leve inclinación por asentamiento. Por momentos, emanaba un olor de las cañerías (era temporal), supongo que está ligado a los años que tiene el hotel. En todo caso, debo decir que está muy bien mantenido y con muy buena limpieza.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026La ubicación es algo que se debe destacar, tiene a sus alrededores muchas opciones de restaurantes y bares a precio relativamente accesibles, el Ángel de Independencia esta a tres cuadras donde puedes tomar tour si es que no llevas planes calendarizados, si quieres ir a las Grutas de Tolantongo te recomiendo hacer la reservación con tiempo considerando que solo salen tour lunes y miércoles. En su mayoría personal bastante amable
El tamaño de la habitación es bastante pequeña, la TV igual y no se puede ver absolutamente nada, aunque uno no va a ver TV a un hotel considero que si es necesario que sea funcional, hubo un día que no se pudo salir por la lluvia, la habitación pequeña y sin mayores distracción fue un poco aburrido.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Cet hôtel est très bien placé, très propre. Le personnel est adorable. On peut visiter tout Mexico à porter de métro. La piscine est géniale sur le toit avec une vue imprenable. La chambre est très propre. C'est assez génial comme hotel.
Le bruit dès 6h du matin dans la salle de sport avec des enfants qui hurlent sans que les parents ne disent rien et en laissant la porte ouverte....

I didn’t like the wifi service. It would cut off all the time and never actually gave me connection to the internet. My phone told me the wifi was connected but at the time of loading an app on my phone it would tell me there is no service. I had to use my cellular service the entire stay. Not happy about that especially if we have to pay for fast international service. The rooftop pool was a little cloudy/hazy. It didn’t make the pool feel very clean. The rooftop pool also closes very early. Finally, when I opened the shower faucet in my room the water came out rusty for about 30 seconds. After that it was clear but smelled a lot like chlorine.

Me fui para mis vacaciones del mundial de fútbol y a pesar que el hotel tenía adornos mundialistas los televisores no tenían el mundial y me tocaba irme a otros hoteles o sitios para ver los partidos. El día que hice el check in las primeras recepciónistas fueron muy amables por que me tocó esperar un pooo dado llegué temprano pero ya la que me hizo el check in no fue tan amable

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The bed was decent and the bathroom.
The walls and sliding glass door was paper thin, you could hear the police sirens and intercom shouting all night as if you were on the sidewalks. You could hear people having conversations through the door clear at all hours. I’ve stayed in hotels where the door seals and also blocks the noise, the curtains didn’t do anything. It said there was air conditioning in the room, there wasn’t any and it stated hot even with the balcony door open. Also when we layer the towels down like it said to on the directions, we didn’t get new towels.

A little more options in the room service menu would have been great.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026El hotel esta lindo, limpio, la ubicacion esta genial. El staff es sumamente amigablem mi pareja no se sentia bien al llegar y nos hicieron un early check in. Además. se sentía mucho el ambiente mundialista, ver el partido de mexico en su restaurante fue una muy buena experiencia, aunque perdimos se disfruto el partido y el ambiente :)
El aire acondicionado nos fallo la ultima noche ya tarde por la madrugada

es mínimo lo que no nos gusta solamente es el despachador del papel sanitario un poco incómodo y la televisión es un poco complicado al encender porque debemos buscar wl canal, pero de ahí en fuera TODO EXCELENTE

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Viajamos por el Pride y por el mundial, el personal te recibe alegre, cordiales y con detallitos como banderas del pride, dulces o llaveros. En la habitación siempre encontrábamos un dulce y un mensajito en nuestras camas, un detalle que nos alegraba el día.
El jabón líquido para cuerpo no es de agrado para todos. Si pudiesen colocar nuevamente jabón pequeñito de barra.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026El personal fue muy amable, las camas muy cómodas y todo se veía muy limpio. La habitación cuenta con el espacio justo, no se sentía apretada.
La llave derecha del lavabo estaba muy dura para abrir y cerrar. Pero la llave izquierda funcionaba perfecto. Hay alberca en la azotea, pero le da el sol directo casi todo el día, así como a las sillas y camastros, lo cual hace que no se antoje mucho estar ahí durante esas horas.
