Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The hotel was in the centre of old city Istanbul. Easy access to all the hot tourist destinations. Its like a boutique hotel. Its also easy to get from the reception to the room. The rooms were clean, i loved the fact that fresh new slippers were provided upon cleaning the room everyday. The best part of the hotel is breakfast on the roof! Great view of the bosphorus and skyline of istanbul Asia side and the Galata Tower. And great food of course! And defenitly great staff too! They were good to my children!
Rooms and corridors & elevators, including reception, were a bit tight to walk through, although it gave the hotel its character, but having a childs strollers made it frustrating sometimes.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Понравилась только терраса с шикарном видом, где проходили завтраки. Сам персонал который обслуживал нас на завтраке тоже был очень дружелюбным, и завтрак был достаточно разнообразен. Расположение идеальное, единственное надо учесть, что отель прямо на дороге трамвая.
Размер стандартной комнаты на двоих был мизерным, невозможно было двигаться. Из туалета в обоих номерах ужасно воняло колонизацией. Окна наших номеров на 2м этаже выходили на какую-то котельную, от шума мотора невозможно было спать и открывать окно в принципе. На просьбу поменять номер у нас запросили 50€ за каждую ночь и за каждый номер, поэтому пришлось остаться в этих ужасных номерах. И в принципе сам отель достаточно старый и очень маленький.

Das einzige Manko war dass mein Sohn ein Zimmer ohne Fenster hatte. Aber ansonsten wirklich zu empfehlen!!!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026В отеле есть ресторан на крыше с очень красивым видом на город и море. Там же мы завтракали. Вокруг отеля всё рядом: трамвай, достопримечательности, рестораны, магазинчики, набережная.
Немного шумно из-за трамвая, но с другой стороны до трамвайной остановки далеко ходить не надо, что очень удобно.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Sobre mi estadía en el hotel : desde el primer día que llegamos fueron muy amables , la habitación limpia y todos los días hacían el aseo muy bien , el desayuno es delicioso tienen gran variedad y siempre tenían el desayuno fresco ni hablar de la hermosa vista que ofrece la terraza al desayunar puedes ver el amanecer y ver el sol en las tardes es un espectáculo indescriptible, en general el personal es muy atento , en el bar siempre nos trataron muy bien bueno excepto por un mesero que se veía un poco mayor que casi siempre estaba de mal humor pero el resto de meseros jóvenes siempre estaban atentos y con una hermosa sonrisa , me gustó mucho la ubicación ya que está en una zona donde se tiene acceso a casi todo y fácil de llegar.
lo único que no me gustó y que deberían implantar es que el vestíbulo es pequeño, no hay asientos y no hay aire acondicionado. Por lo demás recomiendo este hotel y estoy segura que también les va a encantar

The room was far too small and uncomfortable. There was barely enough space to move around without tripping, and no proper room to store our luggage. On top of that, there was a very loud vent outside the window that ran through the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep.

Camera un po’ datata, ci hanno assegnato una camera al primo piano affaccio strada molto rumorosa (infissi non moderni, si sentiva passare il tram e traffico), sgradevole odore di fogna in bagno.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Posizione eccellente: vicinissima alla stazione di Sirkeci (linea metro B1 Marmaray e tram T1), vicinissima ai principali monumenti del Corno d'Oro, raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Bella vista sul mare dal roof garden. Camera pulita, personale gentile e disponibile.
Non ho alcuna lamentela da esprimere.

Было очень странно, что постоянно кто-то заходил в номер, 1 раз постучат и тут же заходят, открыв своим ключом, со словами "румконтроль" 🙄 это было неприятно и небезопасно. Номер крошечный. И очень уставший. Снова в этот же отель я бы не хотела

الفندق كله مافيه الا موظف اسمه (محمد )يتكلم عربي مهذب ولطيف جدا تمنيت انه هو المسؤول لانه يتعامل باحترافيه ولطف اما الباقي كله مايصلح للاسف الفندق مدخله صغير وغير مرئي والصعود للفطور لايناسب كبار السن او من لديه مشكله في ركبه الدرج لولبي متعب اولا الفندق يحاول انه يكون فندق خمس نجوم وهو بعيد تماما عن ذالك وغالي جدا جدا وسعره ماينفع مقابل خدامته !! موقعه ماينفع ولا انصح فيه نهائي لانه قدام الترام والصوت ماراح تنام منه ابدا والثاني الترام خطر جدا جدا وخاصه حنا غير متعودين عليه والشوارع ضيقه بشكل مزعج اللي معه اطفال لايسكن قدام الترام نهائي وانتبهو على اطفالكم الحمام اصغر حمام شفته بحياتي واظن من كان وزنه كبير لن يستطيع الدخول وتخيلو من دون مراوح شفط !!!؟ ماعمري شفت حمام كذا وارض الحمام مافيها تصريف للمويه صار الماء يطلع للغرفه!!! والمفارش ريحتها 🤮 ومشققه ومهي نظيفه الفوط غير نظيفه والغرفه اصغر شي بالعالم وكنت حاجزه غرفه بسريرين وعطوني غرفه بسرير واحد ! والفطور اقل من عادي ومره قلت باخذ لولدي نايم فطور ورفضو ! مافيه لوبي !!! الاثاث قديم ومتهالك والموظف المسؤول ان اسمه ( باران ) غير لطيف تماما وتعامله جاف وغير مبتسم ولايتعامل باحترافيه مع النزلاء ولايرقى لمنصب مدير حصلت معي مشكله ورفض يقدر ظرفي وكان يتعامل بعصبيه ونرفزه ! عصب علي كاني ساكنه مجانا وانا دافعه مرتين مهو لطيف ولامهذب الاصنصير وقف مرتين وطفى الكهرب حقه السياره يرفضون التكاسي توصل للفندق وصعب تسحب شناطك مسافه طبعا الشطاف بالحمام مايعرفونه !!؟؟ بشكل عام لا انصح بالسكن فيه لانه غالي جدا وفيه ارخص وانظف واحسن

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Hotel verdient definitiv 10 von 10 Punkten. Die Lage ist perfekt – alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war immer unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt und alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch! Es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen und der Ausblick während des Frühstücks war wunderschön.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Vor unserem Fenster war ein Geräusch zu hören, vermutlich von Klimaanlagen oder anderen technischen Geräten. Anfangs ist es etwas aufgefallen, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran, sodass es unseren Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt hat.

During breakfast, we ordered orange juice. There was no price tag, and the staff didn't inform us that it wasn't included. However, we were surprised that they charged us for it during check-out. To make it worse, the reception staff was very rude and had a terrible attitude when dealing with this issue. في الفطور طلبنا عصير برتقال ولم يكن موضحاً عليه أي مبلغ ولم يبلغنا العامل بأنه مدفوع الثمن ومع ذلك تفاجأنا بطلب قيمته منا عند تسجيل الخروج. بالإضافة إلى ذلك كان تعامل موظف الاستقبال سيئاً جداً وغير احترافي في التعامل مع الموقف.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Das Seres Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Alles war hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet riesengroß und vielfältig, die Dachterrasse ein absolutes Highlight. Das Personal freundlich, Mehmmed Mohamed hat uns die Koffer bis zum Taxi, 3 Straßen weiter, getragen - äußerst zuvorkommend! Die Betten sind bequem, eventuell etwas zu kurz für 1,80 Körperlänge. Die Zimmer nett und ausreichend groß, täglicher Roomservice! Mitten in der Stadt zu wohnen, ist natürlich etwas laut, nichts für empfindliche Gemüter - für uns hat es jedoch gepasst, weil wir uns auf einen Städtetrip eingestellt haben ;) Gratis Kaffee & Tee rund um die Uhr war ein nettes Special. Wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen!

The location was outstanding, with all the major attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The food was excellent, with a fantastic breakfast! Staff were all polite and so incredibly helpful!

Сніданки - на будь-який смак, готують і яєчню, і омлет, і королівську яєчню, і глазунью (перевірено), фруктів по сезонну було вдосталь (в нас були гарбуз і суниця), смаколиків, м'ясного та сирного - гарний вибір. 3. Ірландський паб на 1-му поверсі - там саме ірландський GUINNESS!!!
-1. Номер був - на внутрішній двір, і гул від блоків кондиціонерів буд не просто помірним жужінням, а саме літак злітає у повітря всю ніч. Мабуть краще брати - той що на прохідну вулицю, там їздить трамвайчик))), але в ночі він не їздить.

We loved it so much , the room was also very clean and tidy , the cleaning woman was so kind . Regarding food I would say it was very delicious and interesting . Turkish food is the best!

It is large, the bed was large and comfortable, the AC working well. -the breakfast is great with an amazing view. -the staff is very friendly Overall we were very happy and highly recommend it
The toilet is a bit small. There was a water leak in the bidet toilet (in the toilet not on the floor)

Das familiär geführte Haus vermittelt jedes Mal das Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstücksteam um ALI, TURGAY und DIDEM. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, frisch und reichhaltig – und das Serviceteam verdient ohne Einschränkung die Höchstzahl an Sternen. Vielen Dank – absolut empfehlenswert!

The staff is incredible, I would like to thank Zayn for his hospitality and help! Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, fußläufig zu vielen Attraktionen. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse über Istanbul traumhaft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Betten waren sehr hart.

Wyśmienita lokalizacja z widokiem na cieśninę Bosfor, personel bardzo pomocny min. w załatwieniu lokalnych atrakcji., pracownik hotelu osobiście nas doprowadził do miejsca atrakcji. My wybraliśmy Taniec Derwiszy. Cenna była także pomoc pracowników recepcji w tranzycie na lotnisko w zatłoczonym śródmieściu Stambułu, gdzie trudno o dogodne miejsce załadunku bagaży.
Nie wszystkie pokoje mają ciekawy widok. Z naszego harmonię pobytu nieco zakłócała praca klimatyzatorów zlokalizowanych za oknem.

The tram is right outside, the main attractions are within walking distance as well as all the traditional restaurants. The staff were so so lovely and hospitable! Definitely grab brekkie in the morning as you’re spoilt for delicious choices. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
The hotel itself is quite old. Mind you the majority of the hotels in Old City is… you guessed it old. Therefore, when there’s overnight construction and the trams are running late at night it can be quite loud even for the sound sleepers. Maybe request the hotel for a room away from the tram line if you’re a light sleeper.

Good size room for 2 people. Breakfast was great. I'll say it was vegetarian cos It only includes some salamis but it was rich and delicious
It does not have a Sauna. The Hamam massage was offered but I'm in a different hotel when we were expecting to go to a historical Hamam.
