Sehr grosses Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine, modernes Bad. Zentral zu Downtown und quartier des spécatcles. Nicht weit zu Altstadt/Hafen - zu Fuss ca. 25 Minuten. Frühstück haben wir dazu gebucht und war sehr gut mit reichhaltigem Buffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen. Effiziente Fahrstühle. Pool: dieser war auf der Ebene der Reception, d.h. im 6. Stock.

Wie üblich in Hochhäusern: sehr schmutzige Fenster. Einiges an Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung - allerdings kein störender Lärm.

The location is unmatched! It’s super easy to use the Metro from here and the food court in Desjardins downstairs was a breeze when we were too tired to venture out for another restaurant. The streets were hopping with live music and a festival right outside. Fantastic location and comfortable beds.

Signage is a bit hit or miss. The parking ramp could have more signs to guide you to the proper elevator.

The location was right in the heart of the city and only a short walk to either of the main metro lines. Being connected to the underground city also offered the chance to get around above or below street level. The staff were very helpful particularly the valet team even though we used self parking and Claude at check in.

There were a lot of airplane cabin crew staying at the hotel throughout the stay and they were not particularly courteous to other guests given the large numbers in a group and the amount of luggage. It was not necessarily the fault of the hotel but just an observation.

Great location although can be a bit noisy at night view proximity to place des arts when events being held there. Bivouac bar serves fantastic cocktails.

Gym could use more variety for the free weights, as not much available for lower weight levels. Lifts can be slow when hotel is busy.

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias. El personal del hotel amables. La ubicación es buena: a unos 10 minutos de la Basílica y unos 15 minutos de la estación de trenes, todo a pie. En general, conforme con mi estadía.

L'hotel est beau, très propre, spacieux, agréable. L'accès a l'espace Desjardins est direct. Le personnel est très agréable. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est fantastique.

We like the location and the amenities that it had to offer. The parking garage is a plus as well. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Le manque d’amabilité du personnel. Accueil et prise en charge très impersonnels et pas spécialement polis. Le déjeuner est très cher pour ce que c’est, rien n’est savoureux. La chambre n’avait pas été correctement nettoyée et les joints de la douche sont moisis à plusieurs endroits.

L'hotel est très bien placé dans le quartier des Arts. La chambre (2 grands lits) est très spacieuse. Le petit dej en mode "buffet" était très complet et très bon.

I have many reviews and no longer feel the need to go to great length and detail so I will say we came off cruise and are staying here for four nights and the overall feel of this Doubletree is dumpy and tired and way overpriced for what we paid having made reservations as Hilton Diamonds months ago. I am staying in a king corner executive room and it is past worn out. Old furniture and carpet. Cheap scratched furniture. One heavy legged chair for thin slab desk. NO sitting area except leftover corner piece from a split sectional.Lighting is old and cheap and does not work. The windows are small and very filthy and there are no robes , no sandals , no luggage stands and two towels, two hand cloths and two face towels. Refrigerator door opens wrong way against wall. No closet , just cheap open dorm organizer. Barn door to bathroom. Safe in drawer under cappuchina corner area right next to bed. Silly layout. Executive room ? Hardly. Just sad. Executive floor 20 but lounge is on floor six and little to offer . Arrive at odd entrance more like a service dock and check in on floor six , different elevators to get to room or out to street. Breakfast area is good and well run with full service and good staff. Shift manager called room and usual blah blah. I don't want anything from Hilton. Those days are over. I will not stay here again.

Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable with many fluffy pillows provided. There was also ample space for hanging up our clothes, and tabletop space. Hotel is directly connected to the mall, so it's easy to get food and groceries. Also very easy to walk to nearby spots like Chinatown, old Montreal, and the many shopping options along Saint Catherine Street.

We had some hiccups while making payment at check-in, and the front desk staff was quite impatient and even came across a little condescending even though there were no other guests waiting in line, so that left us a bad first impression. In-room iron was also dirty (there was some brown liquids that leaked out while we were preparing to use it). Overall, not many other in-room amenities (e.g. no bedroom slippers, teaspoons, glass cups), but not a deal breaker.

The hotel is a standard Doubletree by Hilton. It is large and quite busy. The staff in general is not warm or helpful. The room is high up and looks out to the performing theater area. It is easy to get to public transportation. The breakfast is generic and very busy. Overall this is a hotel more for business than leisure purposes.

The bed was comfortable, it was central and being in the mall had close access to IGA and a food court for many food options.

The room needed upgrading, paint peeling and chilling from ceiling and door. Stains on the desk area, lots of hair on the tiles from the main door, in the bathroom and loads in the shower and probably on the carpet too I just couldn’t see them. The staff did have the cleaners come and redo my room and the lady was very nice and hoovered and mopped but unfortunately there was still hair left. It was in the edges of the shower and long hairs trapped in the clean towels etc. Questionable stains on the couch too. Gave me the ick and I felt the room was unclean for my whole stay.

I didn’t notice the extra charge until I got home and checked my bill. I had booked the room through Booking.com, but the final amount I was charged was more than $20 higher than the price shown on Booking.com.

I was very impressed with the warm cookies we received when we checked in, yummy! The hotel is very central and we just walked to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. I will surely be coming back.

Dusty and too hot. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Frozen prepackaged warmed up foods. Poor quality and selection. I don’t expect a lot from hotel breakfast buffets, but this one was notably deficient in quality.

The elevators need to be examined. There were long waits, up to 30 minutes at times, to get onto the elevators. It seemed as though only 2-3 were ever running despite there being 5.

D'abord le prix a grimpé à cause du festival de jazz et vraiment, c'est disproportioner. Rapport qualitŕ prix avec les tapis suranné, les dessus de bureau egratigné, l'hotel autait besoin d'un peu d'amour. On avait demandé une chambre lit king, on nous a donné avec 2 lits meme pas queen. Trop serré pour dor.ir à deux. L'emplacement est bien sur idéal.

Notre lavabo etait bouché et ils sont venus le reparer tout de suite. L'emplacement est bien sur idéal.

Ma chambre n avait aucun verre à notre arrivée, ni en chambre ni dans la sdb ensuite nous avons été obligés de demander le ménage le soir la chambre n ayant pas été faite le 3èmejour. Puis nous avons encore ensuite été obligés de demander du café. Je pense que le personnel est en nombre insuffisant ainsi que les ascenseurs en service pour le nombre de personnes logées .Chambre minimaliste pour un Hilton mais peut-être est ce un Hilton low coast ?

HOTEL EXCEPTIONNEL AU CENTRE VILLE DE MONTRÉAL, Notre chambre avec vue sur la ville, était de bonne grandeur, avec deux lits queens, machine à café, coffre fort, petit réfrigérateur, très grande douche. Nous avons très bien dormi, tout était confortable. Et puis le petit déjeuner était fabuleux, que vous soyez vegan ou plutôt le contraire, il y a en avait pour tous les goûts et c'était en libre service. Il y a un grand stationnement au sous-sol, et aussi il y a un très grand centre d'achat intégré aux étages inférieures : multitudes de boutiques pour tous les goûts, pharmacie, supermarché, beaucoup de restaurants, etc. c'était parfait. Ceci est sans oublié qu' il y a un passage intérieur vers la Place des arts, le Musé d'art contemporain, le métro Place des arts (ligne verte) ou le métro Place d'armes ( Ligne orange) . De cet hotel vous pouvez tout faire à pied, de l'Est vers l'Ouest de la ville car il est situé sur la rue principale de Montréal. On peut aussi aller dans le Vieux Montréal et le Chinatown, à pied. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu manger au restaurant Le Bivouac, qui est le restaurant de l'hotel car nous avons voulu réservé trop tard. Le personnel a bien essayé de nous trouvé une table, mais c'était complet. C'est un très beau restaurant bien aménagé avec terrasse au 6e étage, et vue sur la ville. Ce sera pour une prochaine fois c'est certain. Encore merci à tout le personnel pour ce merveilleux séjour, qui nous a permis de voir le spectacle d'Angine de Poitrine au festival de jazz de Montréal.

Room was comfortable and clean, hotel was clean, hotel located right next to the jazz festival which is why we were in Montreal. Breakfast was good, pricy but good.

No easy access to outdoor areas and self parking was far (3rd level below ground and multiple elevators to get to hotel lobby).
