Convenient location, great gym and pool/hot tub (although it would have been nice to have bath robes to use going to and from pool).

The location is excellent. Near the Palais des Congres where it was held the congress I attended. Quick access to the main touristic streets. The hotel name on the top of the building makes it visible from nearby and you can get easily oriented. The jacuzzi was amazing. The comodity, space and cleanliness of the room.

Too pricey and without breakfast included in that price.

The property is centrally located and despite its location, it was still quiet at night so there was hardly any disturbance. The room was big, clean, and the staff were all helpful and professional.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

La mancanza di colazione a buffet. Colazione da acquistare in ristorante collegato all'hotel con servizio alla carta, troppo costosa e di qualità media. Buono l'espresso Illy. Per il resto niente da apprezzare in modo particolare

Sur la ligne du bus venant de l'aéroport YUL La piscine. Un restaurant plutôt bien pour le petit déjeuner comme pour le dîner. Une chambre spacieuse.

Pas de véritable espace rooftop....

Chambre 2 ème etage aucune vue. Gros pb dans la chambre / changement de chambre dans la nuit avec 1 sofa en 2eme lit et même pas fait. Aurait aimé obtenir un dedomagement de la part de l hôtell. Au vue du prix payé pour 2 nuits. Dommage

Nous avons été reclassé dans une chambre plus confortable a notre demande, Suite au pb rencontré lors de notre précédent sejour 2 jours plus tôt.

Das Personal an der Reception und auch im dazugehörigen Restaurant war stets sehr freundlich. Insbesondere ist das Personal an der Reception freundlich und professionell auf unsere Reklamationen (ja, es waren leider mehrere notwendig) eingegangen.

Die Bettwäsche schien uns nicht frisch, als wir ankamen. Also beanstandeten wir dies an der Reception, welche unsere Reklamation sehr freundlich entgegen nahm und einen Wechsel ankündigte. Als wir jedoch gegen 22.00 Uhr zurück in unser Zimmer kamen, war überhaupt nichts gemacht. Also gingen wir wieder runter zur Reception, wo uns wiederum freundlich und entschuldigend umgehend ein neuer Bezug versprochen wurde. Ein Hausangestellter erschien dann im Zimmer, hatte jedoch die falschen Bezüge dabei. Also verschwand er wieder und kam dann mit den richtigen Bettlaken zurück, welche wir dann eigenhändig überzogen. Endlich, so dachten wir, konnten wir uns zur Ruhe legen. Von Ruhe war nun jedoch keine Rede! Der Strassenlärm war eine Zumutung. Trotz geschlossener Fenster hatte man das Gefühl direkt unten auf der Strasse zu sein. Morgens erneut der Gang an die Reception mit der Bitte um ein ruhigeres Zimmer für die 2. Nacht. Wiederum eine professionelle Entgegennahme unserer Reklamation. Die nächste Nacht war dann immerhin ruhiger. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer wirkte veraltet und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für uns zusammenfassend ein Aufenthalt, auf den wir im Nachhinein gerne verzichtet hätten und bei welchem für uns das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht stimmte.

Posizione eccellente per girare a piedi il centro di Montreal e il Belvedere di Mont Royal.

Per qualche oscuro motivo non hanno effettuato le pulizie in camera dopo la prima notte. Non mi aspettavo un trattamento del genere da una struttura di livello. È questo il motivo del punto in meno nella votazione.

It’s a great location for getting to tourist spots. Near the metro and bus lines. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The staff were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Location is very convenient, the 747 bus leaves you a block away, you can walk everywhere from the hotel, the shops, the restaurants, the supermarket, the metro, the mall. The hotel is very nice, good gym, nice pool, and everything very clean.

La climatisation très bruyante et l’odeur dégagée par la moquette qui nécessite un traitement approprié. Le problème de l’odeur ne réside pas dans la qualité de la moquette mais dans l’humidité induite par l’eau dégagée des pieds des occupants qui omissent de bien les essuyer en sortant de la salle d’eau

Nous avons manqué de papier toilette et serviette, malgré le fait que nous avons mentionné à notre arrivée être finalement une personne de plus (lors du menage du samedi, il semvle y avoir eu des oublis de remplissage)

Excellent service and location. Staff was super friendly and courteous. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Montreal as the proximity to theatres and other activities is great. Many restaurants along the streets.

O quarta foi reservado para 4 pessoas, mas só tinham 3 toalhas. Tínhamos que ficar pedindo uma extra todos os dias, isso não foi problema pois o atendimento do hotel sempre foi excelente e providenciaram rapidamente. Mas fica a sugestão.

Exactly what you expect from a Courtyard Marriott. Clean. Good pillows. Nice housekeeping staff. Convenient parking (though pricey). Good bar. Nice coffee shop in lobby.

Beware when booking with Bonvoy as their booking system bumped me from the downtown property to the midtown property ruining my daughter's graduation for my 2 nights stay. When I arrived at hotel I was told I didn't have a reservation there and had been booking this same hotel for 5 years now for visit to montreal to see my daughter and was told there was a big playoff game and there were no rooms available and front desk said you probably got bumped as it was very busy and other hotel was only 8 minutes down the street three hours later bonvoy asked me to cancel my reservation and booked me another room right next door at Ac hotel for $600 more and was told 8 days later after canceling my first reservation which then I was told was prepaid and no refund of another $600 out $1000 after it was all said and done ...great bait and switch. Hate to see how they treat their regular clients you really know how to ruin a special occasion Sincerely Antonio Correia

Disappointed: Room not cleaned in spite of repeated reminders. No way to make a hot cup of tea & couldn't sleep well due to noise made by A/C & traffic outside. Also got scared & wakened up by fire alarm test without warning.

From beginning to end, this stay was a series of disappointments. The room itself feels outdated and clearly lacks proper maintenance. The refrigerator was extremely noisy — something you simply do not expect in a good hotel, especially at this price level. The same applies to the air conditioning, which was also very loud and made it difficult to rest comfortably. Another major disappointment was the so-called “pool.” The fact that the hotel had a swimming pool was actually one of the main reasons I chose this property. Unfortunately, calling it a swimming pool is very generous — it is more of a paddling pool than an actual pool. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of customer service regarding the invoice. I clearly requested my company name to be added to the invoice both at check-in and again at check-out. Despite this, the invoice was issued incorrectly without the company name. After several phone calls, the hotel refused to correct it, claiming that once an invoice is issued, it cannot be modified. Customer satisfaction clearly does not seem to be a priority here. This is unfortunate because with a more customer-oriented management approach and some renovations to bring the property up to modern four-star standards, this hotel could actually be quite pleasant. Unfortunately, considering the price, I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.

Pas de service au chambre, nous avions un code QR avec possibilité de commander en ligne qui ne marchais pas. Ce qui est dommage car j'aurais aimé pouvoir passer commande depuis ma chambre pour ce que je paie. Réglage du thermostat pas tres compréhensible. Acces chaine local seulement, television non intelligente et non acces aux plateformes types netflix.

We continue to absolutely enjoy every aspect of our stays at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Montreal, this was our fifth visit and it will not be our last. We enjoy the upscale, classy, clean styling of the lobby and rooms. The service is consistently welcoming. On this visit, we arrived before noon and let the staff know we were not planning to check in early, but hoping to be able to park, yet we were pleased to be checked in early. We honestly will be back and have a couple of trips planned for this summer. The location and comfort of this beautiful hotel make it our only choice for visits to Montreal!
