I reserved a King room because it was the only room available and I was surprised by a huge modern room.

Camera molto ampia e letti comodi. Buona la posizione non lontano a piedi da tutti i punti di interesse. Personale gentile e bella piscina al coperto. Comodo anche il parcheggio a pagamento

La ubicación era muy buena.

La distribución del baño de la habitación es muy mala. La ducha, el retrete y el lavabo estaban separados, cada uno en espacios diferentes. El lavabo estaba integrado dentro de la habitación compartiendo espacio con la cama. ¿Quién ha sido el psicópata que ha diseñado ese baño? Por favor, pónganlo todo junto en un espacio separado de la cama.

A bit far from the waterfront

Friendly staff at the restaurant. Food and coffee was excellent. Clean restaurant. The hotel in general was very clean. Professional staff at front desk. Francis was friendly and polite while checking me in.

The parking garage. Tight and narrow. Especially its two way. Signs are confusing.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was central and the staff were polite and helpful.

I wish there was a magnified makeup mirror in the bathroom.

What was not to like should be the question. I can’t think of anything to complain about.

Maybe one thing that the room could have had, which would have been useful is a magnified mirror in the bathroom for putting on makeup or shaving.

Nothing, great hotel!

Loved our stay here! We only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed longer. The hotel was new, updated, and incredibly clean. We were headed to Old Town most days so we moved to a hotel closer to that area, however this hotel was center to all Montreal. The rooms were inclredibly comfortable and clean. The front desk was very kind and courteous. Also, the parking was very reasonable for a city with in and out privileges. We woudl absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Clean, modern, has a pool, and walking distance to everything in Old Town

Clean modern feel

Bathroom was small, but still nice. We don’t realize that parking was extra. At least the parking garage was very clean and modern.

Needs some love and/or ops investment, e.g. for the price, the furnishings & linens are starting to smell / look tired. Restaurant served old veg with hummus (did do a partial discount). Terrace & pool not very clean.

The location is excellent. The amenities within the room were quite good.

The size of the room was extremely small and unexpected. The hotel facilities like the gym is very limited and unexpected for a hotel like this.

The establishment cancelled my booking the same day as when I was supposed to check in. I was catching the bus to Montreal when I received their message

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in bester Lage, man ist mitten im Stadtzentrum und ich habe mich auch nachts, als ich alleine wieder zurück ins Hotel bin, nie unsicher gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es war alles äußerst sauber. Auch der Ausblick in den höheren Stockwerken (bei mir der 10.) war toll!

Frühstück nicht in Form eines Buffets sondern à la carte

- The location of the hotel is great. - bed was truly comfortable. - room size was large but thats partly because they didnt have a bathroom..

- pictures are misleading. The sink, the toilet and the showercabin are all separate. There is no single bathroom. Really awkward setting. - dustparticles everywhere, it was not clean at all. - bedsheets werent even changed once throughout my stay of nearly a week. - an "open" bin and only 1 next to the toilet is really weird and female unfriendly. - you could hear people next door. Including when they flush the toilet. Isolation is terrible. - only ammenity provided is soap and water. Expected much more for that price. - reception staff were always cold and judgemental in their responses. Even when simply asking for a umbrella. Vibes were really off and unwelcome. - elevators were really slow - service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. I once ordered yoghurt and they couldnt give me a spoon because they were still washing it...

Perfekte Lage. Vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. U-Bahn in der Nähe. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Fernblick. Sehr gutes Restaurant- und Frühstücksangebot. Tiefgarage im Haus.

Covered rooftop swimming pool, sauna and gym - useful to relax and take some time off. Breakfast surprisingly good and inexpensive. Good sized room.

The staff are very attentive and professional and the location is perfect for lots of activities.

Our room had a great view however, there were not enough hooks, or bars to hang clothes on a zero drawers! We mostly lived out of our suitcases as we had no where to put clothes. 414

My daughter experienced an injury after I had already booked the hotel. When I shared that we would be renting a wheelchair for our stay, they moved us to a wheelchair accessible room that was spacious and accommodated her needs. This was done without us asking. Everyone at the hotel was kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive to any requests or questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

Oubli de peignoir dans une des deux chambres, pas de chaussons pour aller à la piscine . Il faut réclamer. Trop grand et impersonnel. Personnel de l’accueil correct mais autour personne ne dit bonjour, peu agréable… Le client est tout simplement ignoré. Sur 10 jours c’est bien la première et seule fois que nous avons trouvé des québécois ni sympas ni souriants. Le bar est à éviter car service très long, pas aimable et pas très honnête concernant le Happy Hour . Il y a de quoi se poser des questions… Tout n’est pas pris dans le Happy Hour mais on ne le sait que le lendemain car on ne nous l’a pas proposé. Quartier bof … il y a mieux.

Price is high; this was also the least attractive room I’ve been in here. Amenities like lotion, slippers, Qtips are disappearing, though I understand the eco argument. Drop the price accordingly & would be ok.

Both the location and the facilities were perfect, but the staff was even better. We were lucky enough to be welcomed by Adam, and he was exceptional. He explained everything to us perfectly and even gave us a list of places to visit and where to eat in Montreal. The service was unbeatable.

Nothing related directly to the hotel. We had noisy neighbours and unpolite people in the pool.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnel : tout se fait facilement à pied, ce qui est un énorme avantage. Le personnel est A1, toujours accueillant et professionnel. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé le petit restaurant sur place, très chouette, avec d’excellents cocktails. Les lits étaient confortables, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable.

Le système de ventilation était bruyant et la température devait être réajustée chaque jour, puisqu’elle semblait être modifiée après le passage du ménage. La configuration de la salle de bain (douche accessible directement depuis la chambre, pas de salle de bain) est, selon moi, moins pratique. Finalement, certains petits détails manquaient, comme des Q-tips ou d’autres accessoires que je considère de base pour un hôtel de ce calibre. De plus, les produits offerts dans la douche avaient une odeur plutôt masculine, ce qui rend l’expérience un peu moins inclusive pour la clientèle féminine.

The property was located in a very good location and we had everything close by. The lobby scent was amazing.

I didn’t like the setup of the toilet and the shower how you can hear what the other person is doing in there. Not too much privacy. Other than that it was good.

Belle chambre propre et hôtel près du centre de convention (possible d'y aller à pied). Le restaurant était très bon avec un excellent service.

Le stationnement est un peu serré pour circuler mais au moins il est sécurisé.

We had wonderful suggestions for places to eat by Hotel AC Montreat Centre-ville concierge and we ate at two of the places he recommended and he was spot-on for what we told him we were looking for. The hotel was closer to Chinatown and Rue Jacques-Cartier than we thought, pleasant surprise.
