The hotel stinks throughout. The rooms are old and dirty.
Nothing
Nothing as such
Everything - starting with the cleanliness it was zero as there were papers under table and the bugs roaming in bathroom. Ask for extra towel and body wash - they took minimum 45 mins to delivered. There were no exhaust or door locks in washrooms. No city view either
Beautiful clean hotel with swimming pool .
I liked it all.
The room is not well insulated. I was hearing noises from the adjacent room almost all night. Could tell what people were saying. The second night was quiet probably because the next room was empty.
We had a good stay here. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Very convenient location with free parking. Staff are very nice and accommodating specially Salima, Charina. Will definitely come back here!
The staff working in the breakfast restaurant were all very friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Salima for her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, helpful, warm, and always greeted us with a smile. She made us feel genuinely welcome every time we came to the restaurant. Her kindness and excellent customer service made a big difference to our overall experience. Thank you, Salima, for making our stay even more enjoyable!

Oreillers mous pour mon goût
The bed had a very poor slant on the window side, so it felt I could fall out while sleeping. I had to make sure I was well into the middle to feel secure.
Staff so nice and room was so clean

For 3 days stay the hotel only supply us one face towel! Unbelievable! Asked the lady cleaning the rooms and the Indian lady said no i don’t have your room on my list, she did not provide us the face towel! So rude
The room was spacious. Nice security as well as you cannot enter the hotel without a room keys after hours or use the elevator. The staff were helpful with what they could do.
The food in the hotel restaurant wasn’t great.
Liked the pool very much. The hotel was quiet. We have a lovely king bed that was very comfortable.
There wasn't really a bathroom fan, just a grate in the ceiling. The breakfast was hit and miss some days. When the ladies were in charge it was good. When the man was in charge is was not as good (he did not clear the tables until all were full of dirty dishes.
One of thr worst experience ever. Paid for the room upfront- $195(booked through 3rd party app). At check-in counter(around 10pm), I was told to deposit $100 as security deposit to which I agreed but they did not accept a debit transaction even though it was coming back into my account at check-out stage. Had to find another place to stay but they are so shameless that refused my refund request as well. Never had such an issue with any other hotel. Pathetic customer service
The room facing away from the road had a nice view. Housekeepers did a better job than the last time I was there
The breakfast was ok, but not much variety Could include better tasting bread or pastries other than muffins

It was clean and in a good location for what we needed. Bed was comfortable
It was really inconvenient that the downstairs restaurant wasn’t open on weekends. That restaurant was a feature that helped us to decide to book as we didn’t want to leave hotel property. There was no other restaurants we could walk to so it was disappointing to have to drive somewhere to eat. I think it should be advertised and clearly stated that the restaurant isn’t open on weekends
Salima in the restaurant was very courteous
The male receptionist who checked me in was rude. I told him that he was only able to work there because of guests’ patronage.
Salima in the restaurant is exceptionally good in attending to the needs of guests. She was always ready to ensure that I enjoyed my meal. I score her excellent.
Dirty floor in entrance and hallways. Breakfast okay but expensive for quality!
That it was secure. Needed a card to enter from other doors that didn’t pass the front desk and to access the floors.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
Garbage in halls , elavator was not working. Breakfast staff were useless. No juice at Breakfast? When requesting a recite was told computer were not working Andxstill have nothing emailed.
nothing
the AC/heater system makes banging noise at night, very bad. I couldn't sleep proeprly. cheap in addition, the coffee provided in the breakfast buffet tasted really bad, much worse than instant coffee. It's perplexing how a big hotel would serve bad coffee like that
We did not eat at the hotel.
I was surprised that there was a fee to park in the ground level open parking lot. Also, typically there is complimentary coffee if the lobby at all the places we stay, so that was a bit of a disappointment.
We spent 2 nights here. Out bathroom had a light, sewage smell that the staff could not detect. They offered another room but with the bathroom door closed it was tolerable so we did not change rooms. They did give us 20% off one night and a free breakfast for the second. Food at the restaurant was not that good.
Gene at the front desk amazing
Location
Electric sockets were not working no soap in the bathroom
I checked in at about 11:30 pm. Five minutes after checking I went outside to get bags to take up to the room. Upon return, the pass that was given to me, was not able to open the lobby door. The receptionist was no longer at the front desk, so I was outside for a while in the cold until someone came to let me in. Additionally, the Shower wouldn't drain. My pregnant wife and two kids were not able to take a shower before bed.
rooms
nothing
Our toilet was broken and they said they would send someone at 11 pm to fix it but they never did so we spent the entire stay with no toilet. Our phone was broken so we couldn’t call the front desk. Then maintenance and house keeping both tried to come at 9 am.
The staff were great, the water was warm
The AC has automatic fan mode which combined with the carpet was not great for my reactive sinuses. They didn’t clean the bathroom well, when we requested they clean we were ghosted twice, so we stopped requesting
quality of breakfast could be improved: eggs and orange juice were poor
Room was large, microwave was provided which was a plus. It had all the basics - mini fridge, kettle, coffee/tea. Room was clean.
Location was not ideal but convenient to grab a cab. Furniture looked like there were recycled from garage sale.

Everything
The location was convenient—close to the airport with easy access to the 403 and 407, making trips to Hamilton and Etobicoke easy, with plenty of free parking. That said, there isn’t much to do nearby since the area is mostly industrial
Overall, the experience was nice. I liked the restaurant inside the hotel, but I think they could improve the quality of the food.”
They refused to check me in under a policy that doesn't exist. Instead they warped the language of an existing policy and told me that verbally but failed to show where the policy exists in the terms and conditions. Then they refused to refund any of my money. This is theft!!!!

No soap or towels
Nice quiet room, good breakfast on property for an additional fee
Dirty room with minor damage. Easy fix but they don’t do it. Hotel not owned by Canadians.
Calme et propre
Impersonnel
The breakfast was nice
It’s clean for most Part but very small space
Too small of a room
It's a very convinent location.
The rooms need to be deeper cleaned. I also didn't appreciate smelling weed in the middle of the night as well as noise of constantly closing doors. The room around me seemed like people were living there long term. They were not short-term guests. A large amount of garbage was outside the rooms daily. All of these issues make me extremely hesitant to return. It's unfortunate because that location is excellent.
The room was clean and good condition. The in room coffee could be improved on.
Clean
Need a smart tv;
Everything was good.
It was okay but I really wish I was disclosed about the 100 deposit beforehand!!
Very pleasant staff, large room, very clean

What ruined the whole experience is they required security deposit ONLY from physical credit card which their machine only accepts. I had cash, debit cards and mobile wallet but none of them accepted. I was solo female tourist just landed on the Canada for the first-time, reached the hotel around 12am, and front desk keep insisting I need pay deposit by physical credit card and no other options for me. Felt really helpless as in nowhere to go at that night time. After sometime they allowed the stay with cash deposit of 300 cad. It's beyond my understanding how these people expecting every human to carry credit cards (For Canadians I can understand since their finance mostly based on cc score) including tourists around the world. But the funny thing is they were able to pre-authorize my debit card before I reach, for the security deposit all this physical cc drama.
Room is spacious and clean
Quiet
The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The washroom had a large counter space which I also appreciated.
The air conditioner in the room was very loud and kept me awake.
I liked the room and the location od the hotel.
It was a good hotel, my only issue was thats only one elevator was working and it had a nad odor that was there our entire stay.
I stayed in this hotel for more than a week for a business in Toronto area. It was a good price during my search for a place to stay. When I finally went to the hotel, it was decent in the lobby area. But upon entering the room, I could smell a bleached smelling room. The furnitures are a bit rundown, cabinet doors are not closing properly. The in-room ref. would have water drips, the curtain has some stains and does not move smoothly on its tracks. The ceiling has some marks of black molds and sign of wet drips. The upholstered chair has some ironed marks and looks uncleaned. The room size is decent, the bed is good for a night's rest. The room is decently cleaned, washroom has the towels changed in a few days if you use them. They never changed my bed sheet even after being there for more than 6 days. I had my card swiped in the beginning of my stay as a security deposit. They said that it will be released after checkout. However, after close to 3 weeks my credit card was charged with $9 and now I am no longer in that area to dispute this and question what this extra charge was? During my stay, most of the people on the front desk are just busy if there are customers checking in and would then disappear to the back room if there are no check in clients. They never really made effort to interact with clients or customer service to address any needs of the customers.
Good
a special thanks to the check in person .. very professional .. wonderful smile .. quick and easy ..

Good value for the price. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Not a lot to walk to near the hotel, but it was a convenient stop for us.
