There was too much noise coming from the fridge that by the way was not working. There was not in room coffee machine. There is a musty scent in the room. The room is too warm and whatever we did we could not change the permet temperature. The metal chairs in the room and in dining area are super uncomfortable. Breakfast is too basic.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Lakshmi is the best woman on the team - she is warm, friendly, helpful, great attitude and kind. OMG the softness of the sheets and bedding - HILTON I WANT TO BUY THEM!!!!!!!!!!! I slept SO WELL. the bed was INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE. Good sized bathroom and washroom. Hotel is right next to Tim Horton's & A Wendy's and 10 min drive from large shopping centres.
the main shared area was NOISY with lots of children running around screaming a lot of the time during the week I was there which made it hard to work in the shared space. I had a few issues with my heater but the hotel solved it and gave me extra blankets.

It was a terrible experience, we decided to leave and connect with Quality Inn and Arman communicated through Chat and phone . He invited us to come by and he would help us as best as he could. He went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful and blessed that we had Arman help us with our booking and stay. He’s an exemplary employee with an amazing spirit. He was kind and so helpful . He genuinely cared . His customer service was beyond excellent and we will be returning as we had the best experience and stay. Thank you Arman we appreciate your excellence on your customer service skills and most of all your compassion during such a difficult day we had.

Limited choices, same menu everyday, with maybe one item changed. with two to three staff in waiting at breakfast, Quality Inn could have given better experience in breakfast. I had stayed near Toronto airport before with Hilton at same price and much better breakfast.

For one of the only hotels I know that still has opening windows the screens definitely show age as they were both damaged/ torn - room 121 and the last room I stayed in previously (forget room number but on first floor as well) Will definitely stay here again for training if needed !
