Must have been close to the laundry as it sounded like machines spinning. Noisy staff leaving shift. Garbage in hallway our entire stay…. It was a pink milk bottle type container.

We had booked 2 rooms online adjoining. When we got there the system was down after half an hour we got our room , not adjoining. We let the staff know our other party would be arriving late and make sure they had a room with 2 beds. When our friends arrived at 2 am they were told there was no room held for them . I had to go down and make sure they had a room. They got a room for 3 people with one bed. We wanted to extend our stay for one day and since it was done online we had to wait til the next morning ,come down check out then check back n to our new rooms. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing . All this stress ruined the vacation for me . I advise not to stay here.

Es war nach unserem Flug aus Deutschland am Abend das erste Hotel. Es waren sehr viele Leute beim einchecken, bis wir irgendwann erfahren haben, das Buchungssystem ist ausgefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren absolut überfordert. Es gab keine ordentliche Kommunikation wie das ganze jetzt abläuft.... nach 2 Stunden waren wir auf unserem Zimmer. Leider ganz schlecht gemacht!

Les déjeuners étaient bons et rapides, mais chers s'ils ne sont pas prit dans le forfait avec la nuit.

La piscine était sale et peu invitante , le manque d'employés aux heures de pointes a rendu le service inexistant. Nous avons souhaité profiter de la terrasse avec foyer à défaut se pouvoir se baigner, mais aucun employé n'est venu allumer le feu, malgré 3 demandes. La chambre etait legere.snt sale à notre arrivée, j'ai du nettoyer le bureau de travail rt le comptoir car il y avait des taches de foigts, de gras et de sauce séchée de plus, deux matins, nous avons observés que des gens dormaient dans leur voiture, porte ou valise ouverte avec des effets personnels au sol pres de la voiture.

Location to see the planes. Specially we have a guy who loves airplanes.

Staff seems a bit cold. But service was still provided.

Transport links good. Wonderful atmosphere upon entering and continued throughout the whole week. My room was spacious and clean. Very good value for money. All staff were helpful and happy to help with any query. Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfasts too. I will be back soon. Thank you.

I was not able to have the breakfast cause it starts too late at 07:00 am. My flight was 9:30 and I had to be there 3 hours before.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I'm sure I'll be back!

The hotel was ideally located for our needs and the staff were very professional. Parking was rather expensive but it is the same everywhere in the GTA What I must say is that the booking of our rooms was a nightmare. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights then we had to cancel one of the rooms for 1 night only. The lady on the phone did not speak very good English which resulted in her cancelling all of the rooms and then we had to re-book the 1room for 2 nights and 1 room for 1 night, however, much to our disgust the agent advised us that the original rooms were not available and we ended up having to pay more for upgraded rooms. Get people who can speak English please !!!! Regards. GRF

Staff are friendly and welcoming. As a Diamond member I appreciate the extra attention to details. A special note to Syd in the restaurant/bar as she makes it feel like coming home with her warm welcome and exceptional service. And also Orlando…very polite and welcoming. This type of service makes this a location of choice for me (personal and business travel)

The bartender was amazing, greeted me as I walked through the lobby so I ended up coming back for an amazing dinner. More hiltons need people like her

This is my go-to location for business meetings. Hotel and staff are excellent. Rooms are clean, quiet, and the beds comfortable. The staff are dedicated to ensuring that their guests are comfortable. The hotel is close-by many restaurants, and very accessible by car from many different directions.

It was a beautiful stay. A nice and serene environment. Cozy room and adequate supplies.

Nice and clean, but just a little bit lack of hydra. Only two bottles of water are not enough for me through whole three days. But it could be my, I slept over morning and handling “don't disturb” sign.

Die Zimmer waren schön und sehr groß. Check-in / Check-out an der Rezeption war einfach. Sehr hilfsbereit.

Der Fitnessraum war sehr klein und Geräte defekt. Das Frühstück ist im Eingangsbereich, wodurch das Sitzen im Winter teilweise kalt ist.

Cyd the evening hostess/bartender was excellent. I had a small issue with the TV remote and when I let front desk know they took care of it right away, then the manager paid for my breakfast which was a very thoughtful gesture.

the front desk agent refused to work with a long line of customers that already paid and made reservations coming from the airport due to snowstorm and canceled flights and made them wait hours, literally talking 20-30 minutes to process one check in. the worst guest reception I have ever encountered. Avoid this property at all cost.

Too far from the airport. Staff are not friendly, tried to call for extra towels, we didn't get a reply. For $200 a night you would think the hotel would provide at least a continental breakfast. Staff told us we have to pay $15-20.

Do atendente do café da manhã durante a semana, o atendente do final de semana foi gentil. O atendente que nos atendeu durante a semana foi mal educado, foi rude e sem paciência para explicar sobre as opções.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. The hotel has the worst security. I was there for a wedding and My brand new Lexus RX 350H got stolen parked right in front of the lobby. My cousin's RX also got stolen parked on the side and they had no cameras on it. What's worse is that the hotel staff absolutely could not care less about this. It was almost like this happens all the time there. They were of no help whatsoever. On top of this, the hotel charges you for every little thing and do room service only once in 3 days unless you go and demand service. If you really care about your car, I would stay the hell away from this place.

Great ambiance, the room was very clean and the staff were always ready to help. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town and noise level is low.

Guests in the lobby ( families) were disrespectful, left garage everywhere. Kids were completely unsupervised. No fault of the hotel.

The hotel was great. Feels new and the staff were very responsive to my needs. Do check out Chef Sri's dinner...I had the Jambayla rice and it was the most awesome restaurant meal I've had all year.

In a remote area. Best to rent a car or prepare to uber. Got a drink from the bar only to discover a dead gnat in the ice. The in room AC unit takes a very long time to recycle so we went hot to cold all through the night. Hotel would benefit from an airport shuttle.
