Easy to reach. Comfy, specious room, clean. Warm breakfast and a good coffee in the morning.

Room was fine.

I’ve never been harassed by a property like this. I book the room through the booking app & get a follow up email & text message. Then another email rolls in insisting I complete a pre-check-in form. They follow up by calling me directly - I ignored it as I was driving. I arrive at the hotel before 10 pm & check in. At 9:10 am the next morning, they send me another message inquiring when would I be leaving? Weird stuff. I only stayed here since no properties were available with the group I hold gold status with. Overall annoying & invasive experience.

Quiet and the beds were comfy

A little dated, didn’t have a keurig coffee machine but it was very nice and comfortable.

The hotel was old, it seemed like someone had tried unsuccessfully to renovate the hotel. In the description it should state, the breakfast bar is on the second floor and can only be accessed by a large flight of stairs. The breakfast itself was very poor. Most times there were no staff present. The food containers would sit empty. The potatoes and sausages were uncooked . The only fruit available were apples. Friends were staying at the hotel at the same time, and after the first breakfast, they chose to not eat the free breakfast. But instead to eat elsewhere.

Good family hotel with full breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My dog was well received and got loving attention. The room was impeccable and the complimentary coffee and cookies were very appreciated!

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was quiet, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was included in the price. It offers great value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.

There's an excellent and reasonably priced East Indian restaurant right next to the lobby. This is a huge bonus for travelling through, and actually having a spot to have an excellent dinner without leaving the hotel.

Not much except that the walls are a little thins.

The breakfast was very good, check in process was good, room was comfortable and cleaner than most motels these days. Only complaint is I booked a room with 2 king beds, but they were definitely not king size. We checked in very late and didn’t have the energy to deal with it so just left it.

I was extremely happy with the service and friendliness of the staff. One of the corporate staff members chatted with me outside for about half an hour. She asked me personal questions and whether my stay was good. It was positive all around, and she was very engaged with the outcome.

The shower was awesome, despite filling up and not draining

The bed was AWFUL. Worst we've had in 6 weeks traveling by a long way. Awake most of the night. Air conditioning controls didn't work properly. Had to pull the wall plug to turn it off when required. Breakfast was bad. No fruit. Only sweet cereals along with other things. Breakfast finished at 9am Looks like I had the same room as someone in an earlier review, as the photos matched. We read the reviews but obviously the staff don't bother or care what guests say or fix anything

Починаючи з номеру, який потребує ремонту . Вхідні двері в номер потрібно плечем відкривати, в ванній кімнаті частина дверей зашпатльована та не пофарбована. І далі можна багато чого перераховувати! І саме більше, що напружило- це блокування 200 доларів на карті за такий номер. Вже тиждень пройшов після бронювання, кошти так і не повернули!!!!!

The room was very clean, and the addition of a full size fridge was a bonus! The entire hotel honestly was a step up from another Wyndham hotel we had spent the previous two nights at in Medicine Hat. The Baymont was WAY better value for money, and their breakfast is great.

There wasn't really anything to complain about.

It was a great experience. Just here for one night but everything was good. Very relaxed atmosphere and check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Ate in the lounge, service by Wella was great and the food was good and reasonably priced.

Not the cleanest, sink was dirty and wasn’t the same photos as the room I booked, no counter in the bathroom or on the sink, sink wasn’t inside the bathroom. When I was checking in the staff member was very rude to me and my boyfriend, we then asked where the stairs were to get to our room and she sat there and stared at us with a nasty look on her face because she was on the phone while still helping us and the other staff member ignored us and our ask for help we ended up wondering around the hotel trying to find it ourselves

Great stay, very comfortable beds and roomy room. Showers pressure was awesome and nice hot shower too.Nice touch on Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Plus was plenty and hot- nicer sitting areas to enjoy the morning. Would definitely stay again.

First,on their website,nothing was mentioned about the $200 for security deposit for room damage, I didn't mind it ,but at the checkout she didn't ask for my credit card to cancel that $200 deposit that was ask the night before,she told me it will take a few days before it is cancel, So Im suppose to take her words for it,and plus I ask for a proper receive and copy of the charge to my credit card for taxes purpose, she doesn't have to,I should have one from Booking.com,so very unprofessional of them ,I do travel a lots across Canada,so I will think twice next time to book a room with them anywhere in Canada..

It would be better to adjust the time of the breakfast. The current time is from 6 to 9. I get up at 8:30, there is not much egg&meat left when I plan to have my breakfast. :(

Very thin walls. Very noisy neighbours wee hours of the night…early 6:30 noise with loud children talking..baby crying. Food wasn’t served in a sanitary manner. Everyone reached into bread bag to make toast.. no tongs used or available! Apples not wrapped..open to all hands!

To be honest, I find chain hotels usually make everything a little too soft and fluffy, assuming that's what everyone wants. I could not get comfortable on the bed at all.

Had the king size suite, loved that we had a door that went to the parking lot. Very easy to come and go from the room without having to go down hallways to get out. Loved that there was a lounge in the building. Food was excellent and the staff in the lounge were very personable and accommodating (made us feel that they knew us from years ago)

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about the property

Location is very convenient, very helpful staff, temperature of the room seemed to stay consistent , adequate and handy parking. The breakfast was very complete with several hot options.

I would like to see more towel hooks, inside and outside the bathroom. Found that unhandy and unusual.

I had to make an unexpected stop and chose the Baymont in Medicine Hat. The gentleman that checked me in was accommodating, efficient and very funny and amusing. The room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had enough selection and was sufficiently topped up. I also enjoyed the setup of the breakfast room. Location was good, only a few minutes off 1. Great value. Would definitely stop here again. I gave it a four only because the room could be aired out, just my thing.

Breakfast was poor, the property is starting to require maintenance and upgrades. Especially the bathrooms, example the shower for my room had mold and recaulking is needed. Shower pan needs correcting, slope to drain.

Convenient, affordable, clean, pet friendly. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful!
