Good parking, easy to find. Rooms were very neat and clean

The waterslide was closed and that is why we picked this hotel to stay at with our children. We were not informed that it was closed and surprised when we arrived.

We booked this hotel as had previously stayed there 2 years ago and was very disappointed that the pool was closed whilst there as we had used it before and this was one of the reasons we had rebooked.

No pool was not happy

I booked this for work, I get a call saying the pool, Hot tub and water slide are not functioning, btw it’s over 27 degree without humidity, told them to cancel the reservation, she said she did the. I see a charge for 250 which is ridiculous already, charged to my card, called front desk and they told me it was an auth hold, now this morning I look at my work visa and the charge is on there now I have to waste more time trying to get a refund for a hotel I never even stayed at not happy, then try calling this morning and the phone just rings constant to no avail,

One of our main lights started flickering which was kind of scary to me. I just turned it off. It could've just been a short. I also did not like the tall mirror right next to the bed. I had to cover it with a sheet.

We have always had good stays here but this trip was disappointing

Booked a jacuzzi suite c/w a fireplace, neither of which worked. Fireplace would not turn on, jets would not work in the tub. Tried just having a nice soak but tub would not seal so all you heard was the tub draining. Talked to front desk and told that because we booked through a throw party there was nothing they would or could do. Very disappointed. I book through here for convenience as direct booking in the past has been a hassle but apparently my IHG rewards then do not get applied this way. Again VERY disappointed.

Okay, but real knives and forks for those who are eating in would be much more appealing .

A working phone and a working cooling system in the room so that the temp could be lowered to a comfortable level. No pen or notepad in the room. no laundry bag in the room. Having to go downstairs to get each of these items and address the heating problem was an inconvenience. Room layout not great-two chairs, no table. Staff told us a phone is not an essential!

Breakfast was good but depending on who was working they didn't keep it stocked as well as the other. It would be nice if the pool was adult only for the last hour. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. Elevator was quick.

Very noisy AC unit. The lound Noise level fluctuated during the night. Good thing a brought me ear plugs!

Property is nice but not totally clean. Gum on bathroom floor. Chips under the bed not vacuumed up.

Your evening staff on the night we stayed was wonderful. We were initially put in a terrible room - it was a great size but it was next to the pool boiler! The noise was outrageous. I was traveling with an elderly gentleman who had the TV on loudly, so the extent of the noise was not apparent until we had unpacked and turned off the TV. Your evening manager was amazing - she came up with a solution that allowed us to change rooms, and for us to have a good night's sleep. I'm incredibly appreciative.

Really should warn people about being next to a boiler room - the pool heater is outrageously noisy - it should be fixed.

We came in very late at night and the lady that checked us in-Afisia- was very pleasant, despite the time of the day. The hotel should give her some extra credits. She was very helpful with us settling in. Also, I love that they have the room spacious enough and with enough beds to sleep my family of 6. It's always hard to find such hotels.

I think the breakfast could have more stuffs to make it more appealing.

The staff were not helpful, We booked this property for a place to relax in a hot tub and where the kids could have pancakes and swim as a stop along a long drive. The hottub was broken down, the pancake machine was broken down, there was a wire coming out of the pool with a light sitting on the edge and a caution sign. There were mouse traps everywhere, black mould in the tub and a concerning welcome list creating us upon entry. The coffee cups and stir sticks reaked like old man deodorant, I couldn't even drink my coffee.When I told them about the black mold they said oh ok we will get maintenance to look into that, no offer for discount and still haven't received my damage deposit back 4 days later.

Staff were unfriendly. Booked a king room and they gave us a room with 2 queens and never said a thing.

Nice swimming pool with slide and hot tub. Spacious room.

It seems that not all the rooms have been renovated as in the photos. Mine had worn carpet and the bathroom was not in good condition. Price was little expensive.
