Days Inn by Wyndham Medicine Hat

All the small extras: Hot coffee available all day, full breakfast and fresh fruit, spacious room and robe. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location to restaurants etcetera.

great service nice clean and quiet room

The hotel was hosting special olympics, so it was very busy in the lobby, but we totally respect and compliment the establishment for their good deeds

Was booked at a different motel but after getting there felt incredibly unsafe! So a last minute booking to the Days inn and I’m so glad I did, clean tidy, staff were amazing, rooms clean tidy

Nothing

We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and the delicious breakfast.

The receptionist greeted us as soon as we entered the building and answered any questions we had. She was very lovely to work with. The rooms were clean and tidy. Even though there were many teams and young families in the building, it wasn't loud.

Everything was great, except the parking. There wasn't much for parking in the lot considering the size of the hotel, but that can't be fixed.

Clean spacious

It was okay, better than other chains rubber eggs and mystery meat

Ruhige Lage

Room size and set up exceptional.

nothing

Clean and comfortable

Op doorreis. Perfect.

Alles was perfect.

It was clean and very spacious. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh. We also had a wonderful time at the pool.

It was so quiet. The rooms were very clean and didn't smell. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the homemade complimentary cookies. Best hotel I've stayed at in the Hat.

All the amenities, pool ,whirlpool, and breakfast

The whirlpool was a little small. Needed sausages with breakfast instead of turkey bacon

Excellent accommodation!

Location

Bed Bugs

Good variations, very clean set up.

All good.

Super clean facility, friendly staff, tasty breakfast.

Great staff

The elevator was slow

Closed where I want to go

Call the front counter server times and no one answered

Super freundliches Personal. Gute Lage.

Everything was good

Nothing I didn't like

Excellent service and staff

The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable

All was good.

Great location and fun place for family . Rooms are ready to be updated but clean. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is included and kids love making the pancakes

Easy to get to

Very loud

Delivered all services as expected.

Près de l’autoroute. Proximité de plusieurs restaurants Personnel courtois et agréable

The hotel is well kept, but where it universally shined was in personal staff service. All the staff, and all occasions, leaned forward to offer help. They looked for opportunity. And they delivered. They’re punching well above their price point.

Great staff breakfast was reaally good very nice place we will be back

nothing

Broken items in the washroom. Wanted a quiet room they gave me the noisiest on the 3rd floor. Right across from the elevator

Location is good. Family room is a good idea, if it's properly cleaned.

We discovered blood and other bio hazard fluids on the side of the bathtub and toilet. This was discovered after a busy evening at the Hot Air Balloon festival in town, at about 10pm. There was no staff to clean properly and no other rooms available. We had to clean ourselves.

Though not far from the Highway, the room was pretty quiet. The interior looked quite modern and everything was working well. We had a very pleasant stay and a good night sleep. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.

The room was very nice and well appointed, and very clean. The breakfast area is very nice.

Our internet would not accept the password, it kept asking for a code which we didn’t have. When it did connect we could only access it one site at a time and would disconnect. Desk staff tried but was unable to help. Breakfast staff was pleasant but somewhat unhelpful. The pancake machine would only make one at a time and when asked she said she couldn’t help. The bacon and the scrambled eggs were burnt.

Clean and comfortable

Narrow hallways

Clean and accessible and convenient.

Limited parking after 9pm.

Location

Hot tub

Habitación limpia y cómoda Café o te con galletas a cualquiera del día:) A mi hija de 9 años le encantó la piscina.

Everything was perfect, grandson loved pool and waterslide, comfy sleep, hot coffee and water always available, delicious breakfasts and the best staff who are so helpful, accommodating and kind😊conveniently located to major mall, theatre and other great retailers😊My family had a great time!

Nothing, I liked everything

The shower is in need of a serious upgrade

We stay here everytime we’re in Medicine Hat. The staff are excellent and we’ve never had an issue with cleanliness. They just bought cots for the property l. Since my daughters stole my whole bed I requested one around midnight. The night shift man brought it up right away with extra pillows and blankets. Surprisingly it was extremely comfortable. For me at least.

Baseball tournament and the boys running around were very loud and a bit obnoxious. But the staff shut them down pretty quick

Great location close to everything. Breakfasts we good variety was good.

Fresh cte fruits

Great-sized rooms. Clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was fantastic!

Breakfast was typical for included breakfasts.

Had a great stay

Gym should be open 24 hrs

Beds were very comfy; bathroom was comfortable to use, with counter space and a nice shower and decent lighting. We were in town for a family funeral and the staff went out of their way to have a sympathy card handwritten to us. Options at breakfast were decent.

Well, I didn't like that it was next to a large 5G tower, but they're everywhere these days and the building nor the tower will get moved.

Rooms were clean, quiet and beds very comfy! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating as we moved last minute due to a bad experience at previous hotel. Would 100% recommend and will stay here again.

Location and Staff

Breakfast ok . But the second morning we ate outside the motel.

A Great experience overall. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Thank You Tina at the front desk. Very clean and modern and also close to shopping with the Mall across the street. Location is very good beside the Highway. Rooms are very spacious.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff, clean, coffee was always available. They had a little treat hunt for Easter which I thought was cute.

As it has a pool, it attracts families. Next time I'll see if I can get a room further from the kids running for the pool.

The free breakfast was just okay!

Lots of space for family of five.

Table was very unstable and we could have used a chair or two for dining.

Very friendly staff

Pool area was good, breakfast was great

We were placed in room 117, this room should be free it such bad placement. Very disturbing the entire stay, elevator noise, ice machine noise, pop machine noise, loud guests at elevators, in other words every noise possible is heard at that room.

Staff attitude.

Breakfast was good. Pool and waterslide is fun.

Friendly staff

Price is right

A very friendly welcome & explanation of the facilities Close to the supermarket

Good location close to all amenities

Nothing

Not our first time here and definitely won't be the last. Such nice staff, really clean facilities. The pool area is fun for families. They still keep the little thoughtful touches - like robes to use during your stay, old designated rags for wiping spills, dirty laundry bags, cookies at front desk etc.

The breakfast is pretty poor but not atypical for a free continental offering

Nice room for reasonable rate.

Parking minimal due to restaurant next door.

We loved how clean everything was. No icky feelings that I often get at hotels. We also loved playing at the pool wuth the kids, though the slide was a little too fast for our littles. Perfect for the dads! We thought the breakfast had pretty good variety, but it is still a hotel breakfast haha. Staff were all friendly and kind.

Polyester sheets make for a sweaty night if you run hot! But I feel most hotels have these now and it's hard to get away from no matter where you go.

Staff, rooms, breakfast everything was excellent, very clean

Enjoyed the pool, slide and hot tub Visited with my grandson

The elevator was being repaired upon check in and had to bring all our thing up to the 4 floor 😝

Very good value. Staff were terrific. Would definitely stay here again

Great value

I didn't like it

The place was disgusting sheets were stained pillows dirty hair all over the bed sheets the place is filthy

Helped us with extra blankets on a cold night

Clean rooms

Pool too much chlorine. Burned eyes

Very Well kept

Parking for big vehicles and trailers. TV could be bigger and easier to use with accessories.

Friendly staff and clean property.

The breakfast was a good variety but cold have been hotter. The eating space was clean and well kept. The employees were very accommodating.

The breakfast could have a better viariety and the food a lot hotter.
