Very upset to wake up in the middle of the to find the floor beside bed was flooded with water, which I stepped in. I was told at checkout that I was the 3rd room with same complaint. Other than an apology it would have been nice to have been offered a discount as I didn't sleep while trying to figure out where water was coming from

My room was very well designed for accessibility. It was however next to the lobby and even with earplugs in, the noise made falling asleep difficult. Set up for breakfast woke me up as well. I would definitely stay there again, close to everything, but I would designate not that room.

Staff was super friendly. Kudos to Crystal fir helping me with my wifi... Weekend room cleaners were excellent; weekday: meh

Clean room, comfortable bed!

Parking was clean, well lit and handy. Room was clean and fresh. Great deal for the accommodations.

Had a great stay. Staff was excellent - even the poor young women at the front desk who was very clearly ill. Great bed and quiet surroundings. Overheard at breakfast that another guest had intermittent outages with their TV - something we experienced as well this time and the last time we stayed (in mid September)

We just stayed for one night after an event, it was good. I cant really speak to the facilities but we did have the continental breakfast - it was what you would expect. I will say that the walls are thin and you can definitely hear if you have loud neighbors or people walking upstairs

Perfect for the traveller. Easy on and off the highway. I spent my time out and about, but had one breakfast there and it was very good. Room was comfortable and clean and staff were efficient.

Front staff very professional and nice and welcoming

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and comfortable, and felt high quality.

Parking was good. There was a drunk guy at the front desk swearing and woke everyone near the elevators and front desk at 2:30 but the hotel was nice just that my sleep was not restful after the 20 minute interruption

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is good for work travel. Lack of a hot option for breakfast was the only down-side.

Very clean excellent staff

Room was very clean and inviting. Bed comfortable and very little noise from outside. Unfortunately the AC was very loud, sounded like someone stirring rocks. Only a comforter, no top sheet, so I didn’t really have the option to turn off the noisy AC fan. Bathroom fan very noisy as well.

Hotel is an older building that used to be another chain (lower end). Hotel has been redecorated, but still looks dated in some parts. Lobby was poorly staffed with no one at the front desk for extended periods of time (which is a security risk as anyone can enter the front doors.) Breakfast selection was average. Room was spacious and clean enough. The AC was noisy. Bed was comfortable and shower was very modern.

Great staff and service. Price was right. Only downside was the parking lot grading. It was difficult to open and close car doors while parked on quite an angle.

Service wasn’t that great but the place was clean

My husband and I have stayed in many hotels in Canada and around the world. I must say for a small town. This hotel was 10 out of 10 super clean ,beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again we’re extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.comfortable beds and the staff was amazing.

Did not like the fact that there was no in/out access to the parking area from the lower level where my room was. There was only an emergency exit.

Clean, newly renovated

Every thing about the facility was acceptable. What is not acceptable is that there was an additional 50.00 charge on my credit card. This is supposedly a deposit in case there was damage. I did not consent to this charge and I have still not received a credit. Interestingly enough there is no mention of the fee nor notice on the receipt. We travel a fair bit and have never had a hotel add a surcharge to our bill to cover 'damage'. I will never book a Hilton property in the future and I will do my best to make sure nobody I know does so either.

The property still needed to be finished since there was no elevator and carrying breakfast up the stairs was difficult. Breakfast was good and 24 hour coffee appreciated.the lovely staff did their best but could have had better support from Hilton, a veteran in the hotel business. Shame on you Hilton!

It's a no-frills hotel, which is fine, but a little pricey for no-frills IMHO.

Stay was decent. The elevator was broken and we were on the basement level floor so we had to bring our luggage’s up and down the stairs. And the two days we were there we had no room service. We had to go the desk and physically ask for fresh towels. Overall it’s decent but there’s room for improvement.

I highly recommend choosing the Best Western down the street instead of this establishment. Despite being recommended by a local delivery driver, my experience here was thoroughly disappointing. While the hotel advertises a continental breakfast, this came by surprise and the quality falls well short of expectations. The elevator was out of service, forcing me to carry my luggage up the stairs. Upon reaching my assigned room, I discovered an unmade bed that appeared to have been recently occupied by another guest. When I was relocated to a different room, management offered no compensation or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. The problems continued when I attempted to shower and found the bathroom floor covered in dirt and grime. Although the Best Western down the street may appear less modern by comparison, their superior customer service and dedicated staff who clearly take pride in their work make it the better choice for travelers seeking a professional hospitality experience. I have stayed at multiple hotels in this area and moving forward will only be staying at the best western, with a full breakfast might I add.

It was a great stay and I felt very welcomed. The view of the deck is spectacular.
