That I didn't have a reason, on this first time visit , to stay longer and fully advantage hotel facilities !

I had a very comfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The facilities were all new and good quality. My room was bright and clean, and furnished with a TV, a bar fridge & microwave, and a working desk. The bathroom was clean and the shower provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The breakfast bar was impressive. The food was surprisingly good, and there was a lot of variety: hot food included both scrambled eggs and cheese or western omelettes, bacon, sausages or sausage patties, pancakes, toast, and oatmeal. They also had cold cereal, fruit, and yogurt. The hotel has a nice workout room and a large swimming pool with a curly slide that the kids will love. And it is well located, just off the highway yet near a couple of grocery stores and restaurants/fast food places, and maybe 10 minutes straight north to reach downtown Woodstock. Southside Park is just around the corner; it's a beautiful area to check out at any time of day. I don’t have much call to visit Woodstock, but I would definitely look at staying here again if I do.

My room(128) was right beside the breakfast eating area. It had no window view outside. Only of the eating area which I found very weird. Also you get to hear them moving tables at 6am in the morning in preform breakfast. Beds or pillows were not comfortable

It was a perfect location and the staff was amazing!

No hot tub, breakfast was only until 10 so we were unable to check that out as we arrived pretty late and by the time we were awake enough it was about done with.

We stayed here for a basketball tournament. Great location to restaurants, stores snd school hosting our tournament. Room was super clean and spacious. The team loved the water slide and pool. Late checkout with the IHG membership. Only complaint was the breakfast was just ‘ok’.

Heavy smell of chlorine from the pool in our room, especially with fan going (we were on the 2nd floor of the hotel).

The breakfast was fantastic, and staff were all very kind and courteous. The room was very clean, and welcoming. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to the timeframe in which we arrived in the evening, and the pool was quite busy as it was. The location was easy to access, and the parking lot had many spaces available, with no difficulty to find a spot.

There were a great deal of families/parents with children running up and down the halls until around 10:30PM. It wasn't a bother, but definitely a noteworthy item for those looking to stay in this hotel, as it is definitely a landing place for many young families looking to explore.

It was a beautiful motel. Very clean, very friendly personel and comfortable beds . Their pool has a slide o In it that is used at certain hours and has a lifeguard when slide is used. Our grandson loved it. He was there for a basketball tournament, so knowing there would be a lot of kids there we wanted a quiet room if possible. We were given a room on the 5th floor which is actually called the quiet floor. Awesome, but they kept control of things and no one has any complaints of the kids being noisy. Definitely recommend

This hotel is conveniently located and the room was clean and comfortable. At about 9 PM, the young men in the room next door started partying loudly. I went to the desk and asked to be moved. I was given a room on the top floor which was very quiet.

This is our “go-to” hotel when we come to Woodstock to visit family. This place is beyond “clean” - I mean, seriously - this place is SPOTLESS! From the room to the pool area to the breakfast area. I mean, NOTHING on the floor, counters, tables, etc. Simply immaculate. Breakfast?? DELICIOUS!! Cinnamon buns next time will be my meal - oh, SO good!! Eggs, sausage, and pancakes were perfect. Thank you again to our little lady in that area yesterday!! Staff? Kind - polite - welcoming - what other positive adjectives are there?? We just love coming here. Perfect for couples, families with kids, and I’d most certainly stay here if I came over for business. Try it - you won’t regret it, and yeah, you can thank me later!!!!

I’ve never stayed at a Holiday Inn and was a bit dubious about all the reviews with 10/10 ratings. Now that I’ve stayed here I have to agree, especially about the staff. They’re exceptional. Polite, professional, personable, they were the highlight. The room was great, good value 👍

No freezer section in the mini fridge so we could not freeze our cooler packs. But, the front desk put the packs in their freezer overnight so we worked around this.

Highly recommend! Super clean hotel and room. Beds very comfortable. Towels and linens looked and smelled fresh and clean. Nice amenities (liked the pump bottles for soap, shampoo, etc.). Great, well stocked fresh breakfast with lots of variety. Breakfast area was bright and cheerful with ample seating as well as a small lounging area with a large TV. Friendly, helpful, attentive and proactive staff in all areas. We appreciated their prompt replacement of our leaking fridge…our fridge items were carefully placed in the new one. Nice little gym. Hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything. Ample parking. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Ok for one night stay. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking and opposite a shopping area (Walmart, Marks, Staples and eateries). Didn’t hear the Friday night traffic even though our room was at the main road end.

Bed was too soft for our liking. Breakfast simple affair on paper plates , cups and plastic cutlery . Scrambled egg was the packaged sort.

The breakfast area was cleaner than in any other Holiday Inn Express we've been to. Kudos to the staff! However, in our room (516) the dead bolt would not latch, and then, coming back after breakfast, the door would not open until about the 10th try though we kept getting the green light and could hear the click of unlatching. It would be nice if the front desk had a list of area restaurants. Other than that, everything was just fine.

Wonderful, clean, spacous room with all the amenities. We were well received at check in and had many dining options across the street. Breakfast aas good, but would have prederred hard boiled eggs instead of powered mixed scrambled eggs.

Location to our venue was great, beds and all bedding were very cozy, the breakfast had a lot of options with "real" eggs, bacon etc. lobby seating was nice and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, front desk, housekeeping and manager, Jen, went above and beyond to help us.

Clean rooms. Hallways and lobby are fresh, clean and well kept. Cinnamon buns are tasty. There was a youth baseball and hockey tournament taking place. Quiet time of 10pm was appreciated and 'obeyed'. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel was great but my kids were very disappointed!!! You select this hotel, family with young kids who see pool with a slide and suppose to be open Friday afternoon and Saturday and was closed. That is why I am giving the hotel 3/5. Everything else was good.

Such a wonderful experience start to finish! I booked this hotel for 1 night for a solo trip, and emailed the hotel regarding special requests I have due to being sound sensitive autistic. I asked very kindly if there was any possibility to be on the top floor with no one above me, and no one beside me sharing a wall. The man called me within an hour to advise he will do his best to ensure I get that room. He also assisted me with filling out a credit card authorization form before check in as my husband and I share a credit card, but it is only in his name. I do a lot of work booking hotels for others, so I am aware the credit card for incidentals at check in needs to match your name. If it doesnt, a credit card authorization form is required. He emailed me the form right away, and put all my information on file. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk was so kind and friendly. She had the credit card authorization form waiting with all my information, and explained the times for the pool, and the free breakfast in the morning. I was advise my room # was 502. To my extreme surprise, not only was it the top floor, but also the very end corner unit with no one across from me or beside me. The room was immaculate, spacious and clean. I had the best sleep that I've ever had at a hotel. Hotels usually case me alot of anxiety due to my autism and always hearing all sounds through the walls of other guests. I never heard a peep👌🙂 If I could provide 1 possibility to make things better, the only pillows provided were extremely fluffy with 0 support or firmness. It would be nice to have an option on no firmness/more firm pillows.

Great hotel, staff were super friendly ( especially the gentleman from Nepal) very helpful and accommodating. We'd stay here again for sure. Lots of things were close by, which was nice. Loved our stay.
