Posizione ottima

It was conveniently located to the historic city center. We were able to walk most everywhere. The staff was professional, supportive, helpful and patient. They offered breakfast, a bar and laundry services, all of which we made use. Room had iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The bathroom was modern, well lit and open.

Can always use more drawers, hangers and hooks. The weather was unseasonably warm and with no AC we depended on window and provided fan. It worked, but it was a bit toasty.

La situación céntrica, los lugares importantes de visita están muy cerca, la catedral de la Santísima Trinidad, Dublinia, San Patrick, la Storehouse de Guinnes, etc.

It was very convenient for sight seeing.

Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as was expensive compared to elsewhere. Had to wait for someone to appear in the lounge area for coffee.

De ligging is heel goed.

De deluxe kamer bleek enkel een raam bovenaan te hebben. Het voelt aan als een gevangenis... Daarnaast is het ook extreem gehorig!!! Echt ALLES hoor je, als de persoon naast je in de kamer doucht is het alsof hij in jouw kamer aan het douchen is.

The room was a bit dated. The bath water drained slowly. When I looked down the drain there was a massive clump of hair. The cost of breakfast was not clearly articulated.

Perfect location to see the city. 200m from big bus tour pickup. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Ottimo Hotel a pochi minuti dal centro di Temple Bar, pulito e accogliente.

The location is perfect for the city centre. Everything seems to be within a mile of the hotel. Within staggering distance of Temple Bar but still quiet at night.

Location is superb... close to Dublin Express stops and right in the thick of it all for walking everywhere. If you are doing a quick layover or a short stay, its ideal... We had the family room which was room 102 basically seemed brand new... Unfortunately was pricey during our visit, but according to Goggle can be a lot cheaper....

The price and TV could be larger....

We were mislead by the parking. We got no 30% reduction on the total parking tariff as we had not prebooked the parking, a change that had only come in on the 1st September and the website is not Uptodate. We had to pay the extra cost. We found cheaper parking off Grafton street.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The best thing about it. Also the bed was very comfortable and it was relatively quiet at night as long as you kept the window closed.

The bedroom was basic for the money, and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was particularly dated and the bedroom blinds didn’t work properly. Also there were no bedside tables - never stayed in a hotel without these before. We raised this with the reception but they came out with some strange reasoning.

what a scam. there were hair on the bedsheets and stains in the floor. we asked to change rooms, they said we couldn’t not get a refund.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Alles leicht und schnell erreichbar.Das Zimmer modern, stilvoll und sauber.

Vicinity to temple Bar area. Hotel was warm and safe.

Shower over bath was awkward and only rain maker head. Taps at the sink didn't leave room for you to wash properly underneath. Was very odd placement.

I love the set up and the washrooms were beautiful and very clean!

The windows are single pane so you can hear everything from the street below. There’s also very little sound proof between walls. It was way too warm with no way to turn down the heat besides a fan.

Close to the river, bus stop and walking distance to the vibe of Temple Bar.

Room was lovely, comfortable, clean and very spacious. Price was incredibly good for Dublin. We stay in Handels whenever we can because we always know we'll be comfortable and looked after. Plus the location is excellent.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay, as booked, although we were surprised to discover there's a fee for early check in - but considering the overall cost of the room it really wasn't a big deal.

Great location close to lots of sights

Room right behind the lift I could hear the lift going up and down all night. Carpet was strained and the walls were dirty.

Das Zimmer war verwinkelt und dadurch eng. Der Teppichboden muss erneuert werden. Ein muffeliger Geruch, ob von außen kommend oder durch den stark abgenutzten Teppich, wer weiß?

Bra område, nära till allt. Bra caféer i närheten av hotellet för enklare frukost. Natt-receptionisten var väldigt trevlig (ung kille)!

Rummet är inte som på bilderna! Gammalt och slitet. Finns säkert 1 renoverat rum, kolla sista bilderna på booking för att se vad du faktiskt får. Ingen air condition - 27 grader i rummet dygnet runt. Det fanns en liten fläkt men med alldeles för kort sladd, när jag bad om förlängning så tittade hon i receptionen under bänken lite snabbt och sa sedan att det inte fanns. Handfatet var uppdelat varmt eller kallt. Så antingen iskallt eller så varmt att du behövde uppsöka sjukvård. Otrevlig tjej i receptionen (hon med kort hår). Otroligt dålig service och obrydd när jag informerar om mina problem, gjorde ingenting för att lösa till exempel en förlängningssladd till fläkten, ingen återkoppling på att skicka en tekniker som kunde titta på vattnet osv. En robot kunde gjort hennes jobb (checka in och checka ut folk). Duschen endast fast dusch-huvud, ingen möjlighet att endast duscha kroppen till exempel om man är tjej och har långt hår.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage am Rand von Tempel Bar und die Bus Anbindungen gut. Frühstück ist top, leider ohne Kakao.

Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und durchgelegen. Am Waschbecken sind die Armaturen zu dicht am Rand, Händewaschen ist kaum möglich. Das Fenster ist nur auf Kipp zu öffnen. Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm.

Habitacion grande y comoda, muy lindo, con todos los implementos necesarios y excelente ubicacion.

Al no tener aire acondicionado un poco calurosa pero bien con el ventilador que habia.

Evrthing was perfect

I was asked to pay 50euro in case if ever there are damages ,they wil charge when I came down I asked the cleaners to check the room was good no mess the receptionist told me they wil refund me back since there's no damage ,I never received my 50euro back it never reported to my account.

Location is perfect. And accomodation is quiet.

We arrived at 3pm. Hotel had no Red wine. They had run out. There was no draught beer either. We order 2 x ham and cheese sandwitches with "thick bread and ballymaloe sause. " instead we got flattened brennans bread witj warm thin sliced had and easy single cheece and salt and vingar crisps. We asked about tje ballymaloe suase as discribed. "We dont have that" omg. Never again €9 for jumk

The property was very well located

One evening I was talking to a member of staff at the hotel bar and the hotel manager came to me and asked me if I didn’t have anything else to do besides talking to their staff. I thought that was quite rude. It’s absolutely normal, in my opinion, to talk to the bartender while you are drinking at the hotel bar.

It’s just very hot but thankfully they provide a fan that lessens the hotness

Location was convenient for us but quite late-night to small hours noisy. When people quietened down seagulls started up… Otherwise, beds comfy, everything sparkling clean. Bedside lighting/sockets/charging points excellent.

Room was airless & would have been good to be able open both windows. Or have a fan. Pillows were a bit rubbery/cheap-hotelish. Would be good if there was reference to Handel in pictures, music and references in food served to George Handel. He was one of Europe’s greatest 18th century composers! His

Muy completo y limpio

Muchísimo calor en las habitaciones. Un calor insoportable que no se podía dormir. La única climatización es un ventilador de juguete con el que es imposible refrescar la habitación. No lo recomiendo nada en verano por el calor.

The location of this property was excellent. The church bells may wake you at night but it’s such a beautiful sound you just need to surrender to it and take it in.

The security seemed a little sketchy. Anyone can access all levels of the hotel. Make sure you close your door properly.

Pas de climatisation

Hotel in ottima posizione e non in una situazione di caos. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera a causa del caldo e dell’assenza di aria condizionata e sono stati cosi gentili da cambiarcela. Le camere superior sono perfette.

L’assenza della colazione inclusa nel prezzo e il prezzo eccessivo della stessa. Inoltre le finestre si aprono pochissimo e col caldo e senza aria condizionata può essere un problema.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down, most of the hot food was cold, only 1 member of staff seeing to breakfast service, he was here, there and everywhere. Could be a lot better.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber hatte nur eine kleine Auswahl. Die Lage ist mega zentral. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt hatte ich ein Zimmer im 1. stock und das war so schön! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und das Reinigungspersonal super herzlich.

Das Personal teilte uns erst mit, dass es kein Frühstück zum Zimmer gäbe. Mussten unsere Buchung vorlegen um Frühstück zu bekommen. Das Zimmer im 3. Stock ist alt und etwas heruntergekommen. Schimmel im Bad und rostige Nägel an der Heizung. Sauber war es nur oberflächlich War wirklich sehr enttäuscht über das Zimmer, zumal ich ja extra ein zweites in dieses Hotel wollte

Location was great, and the room was overall fine.

The room was HOT! There was no air conditioning, and while a fan was provided (for which we were very grateful), the cord was too short to place it in front of the window to draw in the cool air. An extension cord would have helped. Also, the plumbing in the bathroom was weird, from the placement of the sink faucets (set very far back) to the setup for the shower, which I never completely figured out, and everything I did seemed to only result in very hot water for the shower.

Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole. Il personale è stato sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza con gentilezza e professionalità, contribuendo a rendere l'esperienza ancora più positiva di quanto ipotizzato. Grande disponibilità ed efficienza anche quando abbiamo presentato il problema del passeggino perso dalla compagnia aerea durante il volo di andata. La posizione è ottima, comoda per visitare la zona e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. La stanza era ampia, confortevole sia di giorno che di notte e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. Anche la pulizia è stata soddisfacente. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questa struttura e ci tornerei con piacere.

La doccia aveva una pressione bassa e i rubinetti troppo vicini al bordo.

Atendimento, e da localização

Quarto na verdade era uma sauna, passamos a noite acordados por conta do calor, o ventilador que estava no quarto nao funcionava, solicitamos outro, porem o mesmo nao foi trocado. Na descrição diz que tem estacionamento, no momento do check-in descobrimos que a acomodação nao tem estacionamento. Oque nos causou um certo desconforto pos estávamos com bebe e todas as coisas estariam no carro

The front desk was super welcoming! The room was amazing size! The bed was soo comfy and I had a beautiful sky window that opened and closed with a remote control! The bathroom had various shower heads of the hose and rainfall which I loved! Everything was very clean and nice! I highly recommend! It was an amazing location in city of Dublin, so easy to get everywhere!
