The room was clean and bright. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was varied.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was very good with a wide variety of food on offer. Breakfast was equally good. Food was of a very high standard.

Airport shuttle rates were quite high considering local taxi fares, but I guess this is what you can expect to pay if the hotel makes the transport arrangements. I think the fares need to be revised down if I'm honest as they were quite expensive.

I booked a stay for my parents' birthday celebration, and the entire team was incredibly helpful in creating a memorable experience. Sonali, the guest relations executive, was outstanding. She was extremely considerate and executed every request perfectly. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and I am very grateful to the team for making it so special. Will definitely consider staying here again

I stayed 2 weeks on Mayur Vihar Crowne Plaza for professional purpose. Room are confortable and very clean. Pool is appreciable with June weather and give to the hotel an additional value. Food is amazing with lot of choice continental and indian food. Staff is amazing really careful knowing what we eat and drink in the morning for the breakfast. Thanks to Shalini and Saif ( at the restaurant ) for there kindness

This is arguably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Delhi. The room was comfortable, and the toiletries were high-quality. The food was fresh and excellent. There was also a clean pool with comfortable sun loungers.

I had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the front office staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet could be improved, especially for guests staying multiple days. The menu was quite repetitive, with similar South Indian dishes, pav bhaji, and aloo poori each morning. It would also be great to have a better variety of fresh fruits, juices, cold beverages, and more options in the bakery section, such as cakes, muffins, and croissants. The spa was good overall, and I particularly enjoyed the head spa treatment. However, other salon services like waxing could be improved. Overall, it's a comfortable hotel with great service and a good location. With a few improvements to the breakfast and salon services, it would be an even better experience.

The reception of the hotel is rather small. Checking in even at 4 PM took a good 20 mins. Need more staff at the front desk

My three night stay here was very comfortable and if the location works for you then I’d recommend. The service from all the staff throughout was brilliant and the room itself great. Although a standard offering it was sizeable, with a separate living area, loads of storage space and super cosy decor. The large windows provided great views and the window into the spotlessly clean bathroom was a modern touch. The curtains could be controlled remotely, adding to the modern vibe, and sleep quality was superb with no noise and good temperature control in the room. The separate bathtub and shower made for a great stay, although the lack of any toiletries in the bath, since they’re fixed to the wall in the shower, was annoying. Housekeeping always did a fantastic job, proactively returning late in the day if needed too. The bar on the ground floor had very friendly staff but didn’t always feel overly cosy. It was surprising that on one day they completely ran out of all beer but the selection of food is decent. The main restaurant had some wonderful themed nights and the local Indian dishes were brilliant. The western items on the menu weren’t great but at least there is a wide variety to suit most tastes. Overall it was a very comfortable stay with a modern vibe and I’ll stay there again.
