Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Très bel hôtel, les chambres sont confortables et très propres. Le personnel est attentif et d'une extrême gentillesse. La piscine est juste magnifique. C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et nous y reviendrons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour à Ouarzazate. Je recommande vivement.

The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely kind, making the entire stay feel effortless and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully designed and surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a peaceful oasis atmosphere in the heart of the city—perfect for relaxing after the intense Sahara experience. The swimming pool is large, comfortable, and ideal for unwinding and enjoying the calm environment. We also truly appreciated the flexibility offered at checkout. Even though check-out time was at 12:00, we were kindly allowed to stay longer and enjoy the pool a bit more, which made our departure much more relaxed. A perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy true luxury. Highly recommended.

7€ une cannette de coca !!!! Vraiment exagéré !!! Piscine glacée et je pèse mes mots ! Seuls qq enfants courageux ont réussi à se baigner ! Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et compte tenu du prix je ne trouve pas ça normal de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la piscine qui en plus est très belle ! Mais une piscine aussi gelée , ce n’est pas acceptable !

The pool was freezing cold in April, the rooms more business than leisure set up. Drinks way over priced for the setting.

Le buffet reste quand même relativement cher, avec un coup de 50 € et le massage qui est de 120 € pour une heure. Le massage pourrait être redescendu à 90 € et le buffet pourrait descendre à 40 €.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026We stayed at the Berbere Palace for 1 night. Check in was very fast and we received a warm welcome. Room size was great and very comfortable. We didn't get to use the facilities as we arrived early evening. Pool looked lovely. Gardens were very pleasant and there was a lovely smell from the plants. We would have eaten at the hotel but we weren't given any information about the hotel when we arrived. When we went to eat it looked like there was a function on in the restaurant so we left and ate at a local restaurant at the ned of the street. Breakfast was lovely in the morning. Staff were pleasant

Piscine non chauffée, pas de jacuzzi contrairement à ce qui figure sur le site. Nombre insuffisant de transats. Très fâcheux, une heure d’attente à table au restaurant sans pouvoir être servi. Nous sommes allé manger au petit restaurant á l’angle de la rue ! Quelle image pour un palace 5 étoiles.

The food could be more interesting. And the restaurant is ok, but a bit anonymous. The restaurant à la carte is basically a pizzeria.

spa and restaurant - spa they were kind enough to open early for us but wasnt cleaned , I had a massage which was ok but could of been much better restaurant- the main restaurant offering Italian and Moroccan cuisine wasnt very good, ate there the first night, fish over cooked, steak dry. second night went for a pizza and salad, was not¡ing m better than very average
