Ibis Ouarzazate Centre

Looks very nice outside and gives a very wrong impression! Horrible hotel, outdated, dirty, the sheets of the beds felt already used, moldy shower... Our worst experience in Morocco.

This hotel is conveniently located but is poorly maintained and staffed. The first flight of stairs is terrifying / no handrail and the steps are falling apart. And you will want the stairs because there is only one small elevator. The rooms are small and in disrepair. No hand towels are provided. The TV has only Moroccan stations - nothing in English or French. The food is okay but nothing special. The pool is very nice but it is very difficult to get a towel. No idea about the WIFI password because it was not provided.

I'm very satisfied for this hotel this is my first time but I will back one day......

It was so noisy at the morning, i couldnt sleep, the cleaner was talking loudly and forgetting that there are clients sleeping there.

Rooms are a little small, but fine for two people. The beds are comfy and the shower was powerful. The room was nice and clean. Food was decent for breakfast and dinner. Pool area nice, but very cold as it’s not heated.

We chose the Ibis because we wanted reliable wifi, but generally prefer smaller riads in Morocco. The wifi was great, the room adequate.

The room overlooked the pool and there was music all evening. The airco didn’t work because we were still technically in winter, but the temperature outside was 23C and the window only opened a a tiny bit, so it was hard to cool down the room. Reception explained that this was only an issue because it was still February. The breakfast was extremely basic, especially for Morocco, where the smaller riads consistently serve the most enormous and delicious breakfasts.

Malheureusement quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel on a été reçu déjà par un monsieur pas du tout souriant et comme nous sommes un couple mixte mon ami marocain et moi européenne ils nous ont refusé la réservation c'était 16h30 il a fallu trouver autre chose de plus il semblerait donc qu'il ne soit pas au courant que depuis mai 2024 ce n'est plus une obligation de refuser des couples mixtes dans les hôtels.... Je pense que comme c'est une chaîne et qu'ils sont salariés au moins il ne s'embête pas ils refusent du monde ils travaillent moins car quand nous allons dans des hôtels de haut stending ou pas mais que ce sont des particuliers que c'est privé on nous a toujours été accueilli à bras ouverts très gentiment. Nous sommes vraiment déçu de l'Ibis de Ouarzazate....

Очень хороший отель для проживания. Чисто и комфортный номер с большой кроватью. Есть место для вещей. Персонал приветливый. В отеле свой ресторан, бассейн и место для того, чтобы просто находится вне номера.

Единственное, что напрягает очень сильно, это в 9.00 утра открывается дверь и стоит горничная с коляской для уборки. Я нигде такого не видел. Номера убираются гораздо позже, когда люди после завтрака вернутся в номер, собираются и уходят. Здесь это очень некорректно, когда ты спишь, чужой человек открывает дверь. Потом начали вешать табличку уже с ночи: не беспокоить

Confortable bed

The place is quite ran down. The entrance hall smelled like smoke. We left the room in the morning to go for a walk and when we came back in the room (far before check out time) we found out that they already took away bed sheets and towels

Les chambres sans aucune décoration même pas minime, c'est froid. Le petit déjeuner est assez minimaliste et ne comprend aucune spécialité locale.

Hakim at reception was very professionally attentive and helpful beyond the call of duty.

Coffee seemed to powdered freeze dried and (in Morocco of all places) the orange juice did not appear to be freshly squeezed.

Albergo di catena in stile locale a 10 minuti dal centro della città, ottimo Wi-Fi, ottimo parcheggio privato, stanza e bagno piccolini ma puliti e ben tenuti , buona colazione

L hotel est joli, piscine sympa avec terrasse. Petit déjeuner top. Emplacement très bien et personnel agreable

La salle de bain est à renover, la porte de la douche tombait sans arret.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. There is also the picturesque Kasbah almost next door and in the same street two very good restaurants, the Full Sun and Asian restaurant! You feel you are getting everything the surrounding 5 star hotels have to offer but at a fraction of the price! 🙂

Check in was quick and staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were as advertised.

We had 3 rooms, the TV was not functional in one of the rooms but since we were only staying for one night did not bother to raise it with the staff.

Draps du dessous vraiment très froissés, une grosse couette d’hiver très épaisse en plein été!! , il est indiqué sur le site que le bar est ouvert 24/24 , à 22H 40. Nous voulions boire un verre ou tout au moins acheter une bouteille d’eau en rentrant, on nous a dit , le bar ferme, le petit déjeuner pour le prix et vraiment nul , décevant , assesseur en panne aucune proposition d’aide pour les valises
