Reviewed Sep 9, 2026We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, about a 5-minute drive from Siesta Key Public Beach and around 15 minutes from Lido Key Beach. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and other stores nearby. The pool was great, and the parking area was spacious and easy to use. The room was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Having coffee, hot water, and tea available 24/7 was also a nice plus. The housekeeping ladies were very kind and friendly as well.
the front desk staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. There were also some renovations taking place during our stay, which we hadn't been informed about beforehand.

No hot eggs, waffles or pancakes for breakfast and bananas were the only fruit option. I have stayed at other Hilton hotels were the breakfast made the stay so much enjoyable. The air conditioner unit was really loud and it smelled.

Talking to an AI assistant when you have problems, never solves the problem. Get rid of it! When you open the breakfast at 6, then make that somebody is there to take care about it. It is a small breakfast, but when the orange juice ran out, somebody should fill it! There was nobody around, even not at the reception which is next to the breakfast.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The staff was very, very friendly and Johnny’s shuttle service that they provide for free. They are amazing hands down 100%. The pool was beautiful the bartender at the sandbar or sand pool there’s she was amazing as well. It was clean.
I think that maybe they could upgrade their bathrooms and stuff like that a little bit better but I really was not disappointed other than I think the continental breakfast could’ve been a little bit better.

No microwave in the room. Booked a king room with sofa. Got no sofa had to use play pen. Need to invest in stow aways or cots for extra if they cant provide what is booked. Breakfast bar was not appealing was expecting more.

First I wanted to go visit the room before I moved my things to see if the water would get WARM as mine would not in room 328. The new room I checked out 331 water was warmer in the shower but barely better water pressure!!

El desayuno pésimo el jugo de naranja tenía tanta agua que no sabia a nada los huevos hervido fríos. La picina sucia.. nunca vi a nadie limpiándole el sistema de filtraje no funcionaba el agua esta por encima del nivel de los tragante y llena de insecto y sucias decepcionante pues la mayor atracción del hotel.... el aire acondicionado a pesar que uno le ponía temperatura baja no se mantenía encendido un calor insoportable

No me gustó que ofrecen un desayuno muy básico. Simplemente pan con mermelada o mantequilla. Bajamos a desayunar a las 9a.m y ya no habían huevos para el desayuno. Y cuando preguntamos nos dijeron ya no hay mas se acabaron.

Water pressure horrible. Not enough to rinse shaving cream off razor. ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN BATHROOM COMING OUT OF WALL AND ONE PLUG DID NOT WORK. NO CLOSET (ROD IN BATHROOM TO HANG UP CLOTHES.) HOT WATER IN SHOWER IMPOSSIBLE TO GET WARM. No clock in room or clock radio. No drawers to put clothes had to leave them in suitcase. Best you could call bathroom was functional. There should be sufficient water pressure from bathroom sink faucet. How CHEAP can they be? The place should be called SPARSE by Hilton not SPARK. It is an insult to the Hilton name. Why rent a room with the electrical socket in bathroom coming out of the wall and not fully working? Maybe they should call the place SHOCK by Hilton!

When we first arrived we were greeted by front desk clerk Ginny. She was NOT very personable. She had an extremely FAKE attitude and acted as if she didn't want to be there. I asked her about the hot tub and did it have jets that worked. She quickly answered "NOPE. IT'S JUST A HOT TUB THAT SITS THERE! NO BUBBLES. I am a Hilton Honors member and she didn't even offer me the gift bag I usually receive, even though she had about 10 sitting right next to her. Anyway, the pool was extremely HOT 🔥. I couldn't even cool off after a day at the beach. The next morning at breakfast , I stopped by the front desk to ask a question and nobody was around, even when I called out. Breakfast was lame. The bananas and oranges had fruit flies swarming all over them and there were no boiled eggs or juice. The breakfast employee was nice. The shower was terrible!!!!!! No water pressure and the temperature kept changing from FREEZING COLD TO BURNING HOT!!!!! This hotel gives Hilton a bad name..........

La recepcionista no fue amable ni clara durante el ingreso y el cobro. Nos cobró de más y por suerte luego de unos dias anularon el cobro y me descontaron 56 dólares. Le pedimos un destapador, éramos 4. Tuvimos que bajar con las botellas cada vez queríamos usarlo. El desayuno bien básico.

Considerando el costo de la habitación, considero que su tamaño era insuficiente y la presentación de las camas dejaba mucho que desear. Las sábanas no se encontraban planchadas ni debidamente acomodadas. Asimismo, al realizar el registro de entrada, solicité el servicio de limpieza diaria, sin embargo, únicamente se reemplazaron las toallas. En una habitación con dos camas, solo se tendió una, dejando la otra sin preparar. En mi opinión, esta situación resulta inaceptable .

La entrada de las habitaciones es por afuera y el ascensor no aire acondicionado y menos mal que es solo un piso, porque te ahogas del calor. El desayuno muy básico y no me gustó la sala donde se desayuna. Necesita una renovación.

La pésima atención de las 2 mujeres de recepción. No habla español ni se esmeran x ayudarte. Wifi nunca tuve. Línea telefónica para llamar a recepción tampoco. No pude trabajar. Lejos de la playa, a 15 minutos de auto. NO VOLVERÍA Reposeras y sombrillas rotas. Un desastre.

They are friendly n helpful and always quick to ask us if we need anything. Lyn, the bartender/server was a sweetheart to my son at the pool, and made a great pina colada! Rooms are comfy & the fact they are dog friendly makes it our number 1 pick, when in town .

Breakfasts at all can be said that nothing. It's good that at least there was oatmeal in the bags. In three days, the room was never cleaned. The air conditioner was too loud.

Reviewed May 20, 2026The room has windows openings to the front where people walk or connect to their room.so you cannot open the curtains comfortably because you would expose yourself and room to others. The bathroom is very small with no vantiator. You would feel the moisture in the room obviously.. The bed was good enough not to get my back pain. . Breakfast was not good if you compare it to other hotels (home2) Staff were nice and friendly, plenty of parking, next to the restaurants . We just will not stay here again if we go to Sarasota.
