I booked a room for 4 people . We had a king bed and a sofa that could be opened up for a full sized “bed”. When we opened up the bed we had no area to walk around it so we always had to step up on the bed or fold it in so it’s not in the way…

Very clean. Good location. Easy access to beach but must pay for chairs and umbrellas daily. That gets to be very expensive.

Stayed across from the pool. Very noisy and walls are very thin especially when you have loud neighbors. Not the properties fault though. I considered asking to be moved, but didn’t.

The new pool and how close we were to the beautiful beach was just fabulous

We had many mosquitos in the room. Not the hotels fault but made me feel uncomfortable. Apart from that it was great.

This was our second time here, once before the hurricane in 2024 that hit land directly on siesta key, and the second time being after. The rooms were nicely renovated and the front pool was also brand new. You’d never know it suffered impact from a hurricane! We love the kitchen and having the ability to grill on site! There’s also a laundry room to wash clothes, outdoor games all around the property and there’s a FREE trolley you can hop on right at 711 that brings you up and down the key so you can visit the village center and public beaches as well! The resort is located on the beach, just a short 2 min walk from your room and you’re in the ocean! Forgot something? 711 is across the street, just about a 5 minute walk and if you walk down the street to the next block there’s captain Curt’s, 2 other bars/restaurants, gift shops, liquor store, breakfast shops, golf cart rental, boat rentals and much more!

The room was very clean and comfortable for two. The Kitchen was well equipped. Being so close to the beach was great . Great neighborhood nearby . New pool was very nice and relaxing.

À quelques pas seulement de la plage, l’hôtel est idéalement situé. Les déplacements sont également très faciles grâce au trolley situé juste à côté de l’établissement. L’hôtel dispose par ailleurs de deux belles piscines, parfaites pour se détendre.

L’hôtel est toutefois un peu vieillissant. Il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner proposé, même si les chambres sont équipées d’une cuisine. Il manque également un espace convivial, comme un bar ou un lieu de détente, où l’on pourrait profiter d’un moment agréable.

Our room #124 was near busy street and maintenance unit. We felt like being not at a resort but inside a maintenance/cleaning services unit. The A/C in the room was VERY loud, we were not able to sleep at all ):

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the accommodation. We were given a room with a strong smell of mold, which seemed to have been masked with a heavy fragrance. The reception offered us another room, but only for one night, and the situation there was only slightly better. The following morning, the hotel management cancelled the rest of our stay. We were honestly relieved that we could leave and continue our vacation elsewhere.

The property was not as seen on the photos. There was no where to hang clothes, there was just a chest of drawers for two people, the bathroom sink was a stainless steel kitchen sink. The side tables to the bed here not as shown in the photos and they were two small tables which wobbled each time we touched them. The pool towels were thin, there was a light outside our door which stayed on all night and the door was glass do this light kept up awake, I tried to hand a towel over the door, but the pool towels where so thin that the light shine through it. The entrance to our room was around the back of the accommodation and it had the air con machine there and pipes and the door had three locks on it which worried me for my security. We had to leave 4 nights early due to a family emergency, I was asked by a member of staff to see the manager before we left but when I called into the office he did not come out to see me. I asked to be reimbursed for the four nights which we did not use and they said that they would only reimburse me if they were able to rent the room out. I have not heard back from them since leaving and writing this review.

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut genial - innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den wunderschönen, weißen Sandstrand. Die Hotelanlage ist ansprechend gestaltet, jedoch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.

Der Begriff "Deluxe Studio mit Kingsize Bett" ist etwas irreführend. Für 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder ist das Zimmer ultra klein, zudem hat man kaum Stauraum für Kleidung und mitgebrachte Utensilien, bzw um die Koffer unterzubringen. Das größte Manko war jedoch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es wirkte nicht sauber geputzt. Überall fand man einzelne Haare von vorherigen Gästen und Krümmel, in den Schubladen der Kommode. Auch in der Küche hatte es hie und da kleine Krümmel und Unreinheiten an den Türen der Schränke. Insegsamt wirkte das Zimmer ziemlich schmuddelig, was mich negativ überrascht hat, da laut Bewertungen Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt wird - dies können wir leider nicht bestätigen. Dass die Betten schon sehr durchgelegen waren und das Licht über dem Herd nicht funktionierte, waren dabei nur kleine Unannehmlichkeiten.

La ubicación perfecta, a media cuadra de la playa, te daban toallas y servicio de reposeras y sombrilla (esto ultimo se pagaba aparte pero cumplia super bien). 2 piletas, comodidades en la habitacion.

El unico punto negativo: no tenia blackout y el sol ya entraba en la habitacion muy temprano. Es necesario oscurecer las habitaciones para que la gente pueda descansar.

The pool and private beach access were the best! It seemed very family oriented. The ambiance was so relaxing. The location was perfect, within walking distance to good restaurants! We were very pleased when they allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier than our check in time.

The pillows weren't very comfortable. Also, there was a bright light next to the windows of our room that stayed on all night long.

Pushed me a little too far out due to their rental space. I bring my own stuff because I like it better than any rental equip but had to setup in a narrow strip with a bunch of people. Suggest charging a small fee to use the rental space.

It was very clean, with option for housekeeping everyday, had its own private beach access, we were able to grill out using their gas grills, close to shops and restaurants, and the restaurants you were close to were just a hop on the trolley away, great stay!!

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y cómodas, el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones estaban bien cuidadas y la ubicación fue perfecta para mis necesidades. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a quienes busquen una estancia agradable y tranquila.

Es nuestra segunda vez q nos hospedamos en este hotel, la ubicación es excelente a menos de 100 metros de la playa muy cerca hay lugares de ocio para el disfrute nocturno pero si deseas puedes moverte en el trolley gratuito hasta Siesta Village El hotel es muy bueno limpieza confortable así como su staff

Restaurants within walking distance. The room was very quiet. Staff and maid were friendly and helpful.

It is not a resort, but rather it is a motel. The mattress made a crunching sound when a person moved on it. Never had a noisy mattress before. Room was advertised as having a garden view and clerk said it had a beautiful view of the pool. This is not true. The view was the driveway and a wall. The pool was elevated and behind the wall. We could not see it.

The staff is great. They are very helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and really cute. Steps away from the sand and everything is within walking distance. Shops, grocery stores, 7-11, coffee places, restaurants, a couple of bars with live music are all right across the street. I have been coming here for years and will continue for years to come.

It's hard to sleep in because you can hear every noise outside your room. (When other guests are talking outside their rooms, the housekeeper's cleaning cart, when someone walks by, etc...)

I didn’t like that it’s advertised with a private beach but when you get out to the beach, they have cones on one side where you actually have to rent the chairs to sit at the beach and then on the other side it’s a different private beach that you can’t sit over there so really if you brought your own chairs or your blanket, you only have a very narrow section to sit sit at I don’t like that at all

The proximity to the beach was highly convenient, and the accommodations were impeccably maintained. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided outstanding assistance.

Nähe zum Meer, privater Strand war wunderschön / der vielleicht schönste Strand in Florida. Neue, sehr ansprechende Poolanlage mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Zimmergröße für 4 Personen war sehr bescheiden. Bei ausgezogener Schafcouch konnte man sich im Zimmer kaum noch bewegen. Die Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck, keine kleinen Schüsseln) war ebenfalls eher spärlich. Die Schlafcouch war ziemlich klein und hart. Die Luegen + Sonnenschirme am Strand haben zusätzlich 50 Dollar pro Tag gekostet.

El precio del alquiler de sillas de playa y sombrilla y que no tenes prácticamente playa, sino le alquilas a ellos. El horario de ese servicio es de 9:15 a 18, el sol se pone a las 20/20:30 ya que te cobran 41 dólares por dos sillas y una sombrilla déjame disfrutar el día entero.

La playa no tenía el área del hotel libre para disfrutarlo y tuve que pagar por el espacio ya que toda el área de la playa estaba llena por los que rentan sombrillas y camas obligándome a pagar por el servicio sin yo querer pero el espacio estaba ocupado por ellos

Everything. Our room was stunning, clean, and cozy. There is access to a private, spacious, and beautiful beach, 2 pools to relax by, close proximity to restaurants, delis, gift shops. Parking right next to our room. Very friendly staff that was very helpful and they have tons of information about the area. My daughter and I felt safe and very welcome. We will absolutely be back.

Style of property feels like very old school motel. Our room was booked as a queen. The headboard was a queen but I'm pretty sure the mattress was a full.
