przepiękne otoczenie i basen
łazienka, popsuta suszarka do prania, słabo wyposażona kuchnia
We loved it and can't wait to go back! It gives a very tropical "on a beautiful deserted island" vibe. Its in the middle of everything but doesn't feel like it for a minute! Staff was SO NICE and we were sad for it to come to an end.
This was our 3rd stay at Siesta Keys Palm Resort and I can't imagine coming back to Siesta Key and staying somewhere else. To start, they are at such a convenient location between popular restaurant destinations, grocery stores, and shopping and only a few minutes away from the beach. You can use their hike rentals to get around town. The towels included in the resort fee are covenenient for multiple visits to both the beach and pool. We love that there are plenty of games, areas to chill/relax, a bar and 2 pools to enjoy if you want to just relax for the day and stay in. I love the private patio that came with our room (but do bring but spray because there are alot of mosquitoes). The rooms are also pretty roomy and come with basic kitchen appliances needed for your stay. The cleanliness is also toreviewing! Finally, the staff is always kind - from the front desk, to house keeping, and the new bartenders! I love this resort & always recommend it to family, friends, and anyone reading these reviews!
The pools and atmosphere
N.A.
Location
One of the reasons I stay at siesta palms is the atmosphere at night. 1/2 of the lights were not on. The temperature in the room was Luke warm. I was going to complain but decided that the overall experience of your Hotel out weighs a complaint. The overall cleaning of the pool area and walkways seem to lack attention. When I was leaving this morning maintenance was out blowing the sidewalks. So the score was based on the amount of money I spent for the accommodation.
Very relaxing peaceful and very clean! Love how they had the tiki bar music playing through out the resort loved how they had so many spots to sit and relax!
There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like!
Nothing. I couldn't stay. I had to cancel as soon as I saw my room and the other one they offered to make up for my dissatisfaction—since I didn't like the first one—but it turned out to be the same or even worse.
The rooms are nothing like what is shown in the photos; they are dark and have an unpleasant smell—some musty/stale, others smelling of chemicals. They use so much bleach to mask the dirt. Furthermore, the manager called me—speaking very rudely—to tell me I wouldn't get a refund. I arrived at the property, signed the paper to access the room, and immediately told them I didn't like it because it didn't match the description; I only stayed long enough to walk in, see the room's condition, and walk out—the front desk clerk can vouch for this. This is unacceptable, After I drove for 9 hours to get to the place with my family, 4 children. But as far as I know, many more people have had the same unpleasant experience. I only went there to leave behind a pair of designer glasses in frustration—I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. The lady—the manager—is very unprofessional; I have no complaints about the front desk staff, though.
I had not one thing to say about this place or not do I wish anything was different or better!! It was hands down very friendly very clean and very relaxing. They had two pools one for adults only which was nice including all the swings and hammocks and games throughout the resort were very nice!! I would definitely stay there again in a future trip!!
Everything
The location was perfect for us. The on-site amenities, such as the pools, the tiki bar and the overall grounds were well kept and easy to use. The bed comfort, shower, and linens were very nice, and the AC worked well.
There was a light outside our back door that was always on so our evening patio experience not great. There were no rugs in the room, so we tracked in a lot of sand. We could hear our neighbors through the walls.
It’s really cozy and clean !!!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. This hotel is a hidden paradise in Sarasota. The property is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our family vacation, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. We can’t wait to come back and create more wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this hotel and gladly give it a well-deserved five-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room #4 has its own private patio with plants that need attention. It had a table and 4 chairs plus 2 more chairs and small table on the covered patio. The room and bathroom are beautifully decorated, the bathroom has a step in shower with gorgeous tile, lots of towels, but only one hook to hang things on. The room has a kitchenette, with a small stove, sink, refrigerator and keurig coffee pot ant toaster. At night when I entered the room and turned on the lights I noticed roaches skidaddling out of the sink and up the counter. I never had any food out but they clearly were part of the plumbing. In Florida you kind of expect that. When I reported it to the office at checkout the girl asked if I had any pictures of them which I thought was odd. The cupboard and drawers were above my head making it hard for me to see what there was since I am 5'2" . The pool and property grounds are beautifully laid out with lots of seating areas, some covered, some open, lounge swings, adult only areas, adjacent tiki bar and covered pavillion. The beautiful fountains are a bonus touch!
Unfortunately the mattress in room #4 is quite soft and bouncy. At the price per night I did expect an excellent bed and sleep ,however that wasn't my experience.. Seriously, the mattress was saggy and worn and for such a nice place I was astonished. The music blaring out of all the property speakers was too loud and too constant for my personal taste. I wasn't able to have a normal conversation with my friend at the pool. She finally requested from a grounds personnel to turn it down and he told her nothing. A few hours later I went to the office and asked for the volume to be lowered and the woman at the desk immediately lowered the volume but it didn't help much. The music begins at 8 am daily and plays until about 8 pm. Even though it wasn't offensive music, it is a constant assault on the nervous system. This isn't a shopping mall, what are the owners thinking? I came to this resort to relax, destress, and down regulate. Something is really off when while lying in the saggy mattress I could still here the music over the soft hum of the room AC, and the property fountains. I found it discordant with the overall otherwise beautiful vibe of this lovely property.
Indipendenza e tranquillità super
Love the unique beauty of the little resort..the room was perfect, almost like our very own little apartment ❤️only wish we were there longer than one night! Will definitely be coming back!!
A pleasant surprise! Oasis in the middle of town. Close to the beach (just over the bridge) and many excellent restaurants. It was a very relaxing large area. The main pool was great with newer furniture. The tiki bar was steps from the pool. The room was very clean with a full kitchen and 2 flat screen TVs. Great new shower! We would stay again.
Very tropical vibe and clean pool
We stayed in a bottom unit and could hear people loudly moving above us.
Absolutly love Palms Resort. Been staying there every year since 2018 sometimes visiting 2 times a year. The mqttresses have not been swapped out so this visit we were very uncomfortable sleeping. Makes me sad last times have been a 10 this time because of mattress I give it a 7. House keeping tried to be helpful I offering a thick comforter to put down which we did after rotating matress. Owners just need to make the investment. Its over due! Everything else fantastic!
We liked how the property was laid out. The lighting, music, pools were clean Very nice, we will be back Thank you
Can't, think of anything we didn't like
The property was exceptional clean well kept, comfortable and the location was great!
There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like about the property
The foliage, the warm pool, the private patio and separate bedroom. Was like a secret hideaway.
Close to highway, not great kitchen supplies.
Absolutely love this hidden gem! Will look to stay there in the future. It is adorable, spacious, and friendly. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes- in comfortable shoes it’s easy peasy.
Family owned, quaint place tucked back in from the road Island feel with all the tropical plants Having a tiki bar on property lets you drink without worrying about driving 2 pools
Nothing
On se sent dans un resort. Belle piscine, appartement très bien aménagé. Personnel agréable. Tiki bar.
The place is fun, and really well done. Very tropical and tiki. Quit and comfy.
Nothing really. Suggest a few more bathroom towels hooks and a place for your shower stuff .
Absolut toll!
Staff was so nice and accommodating to me and my dog Bella! They made sure we had a great stay! I was there for 40 days so they made it feel like home! Beautiful tropical feel and 2 pools!
Room was nice bathroom could be a little bigger but doable and price is starting to get expensive
the tiki bar, the pool and overall vibe and great location
allowing people to smoke at tiki bar is gross and those people need to be sent off property
We just got back from a 5-night stay at Siesta Key Palms Resort and it exceeded every expectation! This little 28-room boutique property feels like a hidden tropical gem – lush landscaping everywhere, winding paths, colorful hammocks swaying between palms, and that classic relaxed Old Florida vibe with modern touches. The location is super convenient: it’s right off Stickney Point Road on the mainland side, just a quick 5-10 minute walk or bike ride over the bridge to Siesta Key Beach (which is still ranked #1 in the US for good reason – powdery white sand!). We loved having free bike rentals to cruise around the island or hit nearby spots for breakfast. Our room (a one-bedroom villa-style) was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with a private enclosed courtyard patio – perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The kitchenette was handy (Keuring coffee maker was a nice touch), and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Housekeeping was daily and unobtrusive. The resort amenities really make it special: two pools (one heated family pool and one adult-only), tiki areas with hanging daybeds, gas fire pits that light up in the evenings, BBQ grills for cooking dinner, outdoor games like cornhole, and plenty of shaded lounge spots. We spent lazy afternoons by the pool or in a hammock listening to beachy tunes playing softly around the property – total chill mode. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful – shoutout to Christine at check-in who made sure everything was perfect and even helped us extend our stay without hassle. The $45 resort fee covers parking, WiFi, bikes, and all those extras, so it felt like great value. If you’re looking for a peaceful, low-key spot near Siesta Key Beach without the big-hotel crowds, this is it. We can’t wait to come back – highly recommend for couples or small families wanting that island escape feel! Would you recommend this hotel to a friend? Definitely! Tips for other travelers: Book early as it fills up fast, especially in peak season. Bring bug spray for evenings if you’re sensitive.
This is our go to resort in Sarasota coming from Connecticut. We usually stay in room 25 which is a villa. Living room, full kitchen, dining table, separate bedroom with another TV and a private patio. I love this place because it has a quiet vibe. I can entertain friends outside the patio with a fire pit and table for happy hour. They have entertainment on Fridays but because we came in late we did not have this experience. The pool is heated with plenty of lounge chairs.Thid was our 8th visit and cannot wait to go back. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Loved the outdoor spaces so much: fun seating areas, sand, fire pits, multiple pools.
Traffic and noise in suite were downsides.
Everything!! The vibe, lovely helpful staff, well maintained property, super cute pool and seating areas, luscious planting, very clean rooms, good location, great free bikes. Would definitely come back and recommend you to all our friends.
Nothing!
Outstanding hidden gem!! The grounds are amazing!
The resort theme was nice. I liked the layout of the exterior with palm trees, landscaping tiki bar and pools. The motel rooms have been updated and I especially liked the tall fencing around each room giving you a feeling of privacy.
The street noise, construction noise nearby. The 5 night stay we were without hot water from the kitchen faucet and reported it to management twice. Smoking is allowed outside of your room, so plan on smelling tobacco and weed. If you don’t have a vehicle you will need to take a short Uber ride to Crescent beach.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walk is .8 of a mile to the beach, restaurants and a free trolley. Very relaxing and chill vibe with hammocks, a fire pit and tiki bar. Room was clean
It’s a little quirky, in a good way. It has the vibe of a mid-century tourist motel, but they’ve done a really good job of keeping it from feeling old and dated - everything was clean and freshly painted, and the staff was really friendly. My room - no. 9 - was in a quiet location. And the private patio was a really nice place for breakfast
It’s on a noisy street, so even though it’s nicely tucked away there is still road noise.
The resort setting is very nice and inviting. The unit has a private patio.
Old stove only one element works.
Great location, very clean
Great experience, Loved the environment. Nice rooms, good location, close to the beach. Very relaxing and comfortable.
Older hotel. Limited electrical outlets. Poorly performing AC, for which the remote control did not work. Not a romantic place for a couple. No where near a beach. Quirky, but that is okay and was expected. Would be good for families as there are lots of places for kids to play, while adults visit with each other. Onsite bar opened late both days we were there. Live music entertainment on Friday night was very pleasant.
Everything about this place is PERFECT! Amazing experience and so relaxing!! We will definitely come back! There is not a single thing we disliked.
What an incredible little spot within walking distance to Siesta Key. The room, facilities, pool areas, bar and the general feel of the resort exceeded our expectations. We felt like we were on a little island.
The place is beautiful, and so close to siesta beach, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room had a rear enclosed area with table, chairs and a hammock, the pool was clean and the water worm , I would definitely recommend you to stay here , on top of it all it had the cheapest price I could find for this area.
The common area isn’t bad, but the bedroom was dirty (a lot of animal hair everywhere and COCKROACHES!)
The cockroach in the bedroom that we had to chase and kill and the animal hair everywhere! The sheets and towels were also dirty and stained. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows smelled terrible.
The grounds and landscaping really put you in the right frame of mind. I have stayed at more expensive places that could not do that for me. When you work alot in a stressful profession you really appreciate people who know how to get you there. So for me Siesta Key Pslms is a 10 of 10. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Lazy days by the pool with tropical music in the background. Evening by the firepit and cocktail with tropical music in the background. The staff was great. The room was great. The visit was great. I can't wait to do it again.

When I arrived, it was dark and I kept on driving through the parking lot area unable to actually see the "resort". I finally called to find out why I could not locate the resort. This "resort" is really a sliver of land in the middle of an area that I found to be very rundown. The "front desk" reception is essentially a room with a single door and window (like a booth). Our "suite" (which we were advised by the greeter was the "nicest" room) was attached to this front desk/reception room. The "suite" was in close proximity to the road. To me, it was very much like a motel. The rooms, I could see, were just doors lined up in an alley-like setting. At night, it was very dark where our suite & some other rooms were located; it felt isolated. There were insects crawling on the bathroom counter, bathroom walls, and in the kitchen area. There was a funky smell in our room (and I have a poor sense of smell). Someone was also smoking marijuana close to our room. I could smell it as I brought my young daughter back to the room down a dark alley-like path. I ended up packing my bags and bringing my daughter to another hotel in Sarasota that night. I did not feel safe. Based on reviews, I was expecting something very different. I fully appreciate there can be a range of what might constitute a "resort"; however, this fell well outside of what I was expecting. I have never left any hotel or even a restaurant in my life. This was a first. I ended up 'eating' the entire cost of the several day stay, including the resort fees (for amenities I didn't use). They were unwilling to return any amount of the fees paid upfront. They offered to change rooms, but that would not have resolved the issue. I considered that I might not be reimbursed, and still left. I do not enjoy writing a negative review. It makes me feel badly. However, going away is an investment (time & money).
We loved our time here. It was the oasis we needed and convenient to everything. The room was immaculate. The hospitality was exceptional and we wanted to spend more time enjoying the amenities on the property than going out to explore. We will definately be back. The new tiki bar area was perfect to grab a cold drink and enjoy some conversation in the shade.
Very private and relaxing
Everything perfect
A hidden oasis. Abundant amenities. Limited cooking facilities added flexibility. Proximity to the beach.
On a busy street away from other businesses
We have stayed at the hotel on two different occasions. Both times have been spectacular, The Ressort is so quiet , peaceful, beautiful, and the staff is excellent. The rooms are spacious and so clean. I can’t say enough. We will be back next year.
Vibe cleanliness, beautiful landscape, coziness ,nice patio and pools
Bathroom sink water flow was low. Hard to wash your face or hands. I believe they will take care of that.
Near practically every touristic location you wanna go.
The room had a moldy smell. Not very clean bed. I recommend you to go with your own sheets and blankets
Overall, the facility was fine. The variety of venue zone choices available was great with two pools, a cocktail bar, private patio, lush tropical environment, and close ample parking were well done. The unit had a full refrigerator and sink were good.
The TV did not work the first night. The AC did not keep the room comfortable. Even on a private patio, we could smell cigarettes from adjacent patios. An extra RESORT fee was tacked on for each night, which was not disclosed at booking on line.
Less smoke near the bar
The facilities were beautiful and comfortable and the price was great
We really enjoyed the Old Florida Tropical vibe on the property and in the suite. Upon arriving a staff member showed us the grounds with two pools, firepits and a tiki bar...we enjoyed them all! We surly will be back, and for a longer stay!
