Very low water pressure. Charged for parking on site. Charged an extra 70 dollars upon arrival on top of the charge to my credit card for the room when I was told I woukd be charged ten dollars for parking. Unacceptable.

Bom hotel, cama muito confortável, cafe da manhã bem bom comparado com os padrões americanos ( poderiam fazer ovos mexidos ou omeletes de ovos de verdade e não ultraprocessados), e pães mais frescos, mas de um modo geral a experiência que tivemos foi ótima, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, todos eles, não tenho nada a reclamar. When we entered the front doors, we were immediately hit with a strong mold/mildew smell. The staff greeted us and the check-in process was nice. When we entered our room, the mold smell was even more evident. The room felt damp as well as the linens. I quickly noticed stains and hairs on the sheets and pillowcases. We requested new linens from the desk and they were brought to us in a timely manner. Even after changing the linens the smell of the mattress and pillows was highly unpleasant and didn’t feel clean. Later on in the evening, a cockroach crawled across the floor and into the air unit. It’s just extremely outdated and not well kept at all. I felt icky the whole time I was here. I genuinely am not one to complain or even leave google reviews at all. I just find it odd because a huge majority of the reviews are great and say that the cleanliness is superior. And no, we didn’t complain or make it a big deal with the staff. We booked through booking.com and our stay was non-refundable (a mistake on my part because I can usually rely on Holiday Inn expresses to be clean). We drove in from hours away and got here really late for a wedding in which we had to be up for super early the next morning. We didn’t really have much of a choice and I didn’t have time or energy to fight the battle of getting a refund or trying to work something out because I knew I wouldn’t win. My fiancé and I both have severe asthma and allergies and have have had a really hard time respiratory wise since we’ve been here. I’m truly disappointed as this is a problem I have never had before with any other Holiday Inn Express hotels. It’s filthy, stinky, and moldy. ALSO, why do I have to pay 12 dollars a night to park in the parking lot of a hotel I paid for? I could understand if it was a 5 star hotel or if there was valet parking. Never had to do that at any other location. Just beware.

The property was is a great location. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The room was very clean.

We were on the 5th floor and there were two heavy duty fans blowing in the hallway when we arrived. There was a bit of a smell and even stronger moldy smell in our room. It was clean but definitely a smell.

Wished it had more fruit choices. Overall, fine.

Extra fees I was not aware of. $12 parking fee, extra $50 pet fee, and not one strip of grass on site for pet to relieve themself. Had to cross street and use grass area in front of gov housing. Not Pet Friendly as advertised.

It is such a shame that you gouge the prices so much when there are UGA activities on campus. The greed you display is disappointing. As long as we come on off times for the college the rates are very reasonable otherwise definitely not.

Strange hotel layout but workable. Need more ice machines. Breakfast was not the greatest. Apple and orange juices were empty, biscuits were a little hard and not everyone likes turkey sausage.

I was disappointed with the pool and appearance of the pool area. The pool was not clean. It’s unfortunate the area is not one of there priorities. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool and it was disappointing. The rooms are very small and they are under staffed.

Hotel was very clean, bed and pillows were extremely soft and comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and location was excellent! We were able to walk too many stores bars, and restaurants in downtown Athens. Will definitely stay again!

Beds were amazing. Bfast was slightly higher quality than typical hotel breakfasts. Could walk downtown, even though Brod street was busy and loud.

That I had to pay to park at the hotel that I paid nearly 600 dollars for one night. the parking should been included.

Awesome location! Walking distance to downtown AND UGA campus, including the stadium! Great for graduation. Rooms are comfortable.

Didn't like that yall charge for parking even tho a room is reserved. I understand paying for more than 1 vehicle if you have it but one car per night should be included with the room. I mean where else do you want your paying customers to park?

Really friendly, helpful , polite and professional staff. They really seemed to care. Maxwell gave us a great Welcome and has clearly put a great team together. Alain’s and Alan were incredibly helpful answering all my many buried questions with a keen interest When we had an issue with noise from across the corridor, Alayna moved us to a really quiet room without hesitation

Noise from the room opposite us late in the evening,but as mentioned about it was dealt with very quickly by the hotel.

The room was spacious with lots of drawers, microwave and coffee machine especially nice if I had a longer stay. The breakfast was well done with lots of choices.

I didn’t know there’s a $10 charge to park your car per day. Also they charge you a $50 incidental fee. I believe the $10 will be pulled from the $50. So when you pay it’s more than what Bookings.com says.

The location is great to downtown. They did clean our room when we were gone. It’s been 6 years since they’ve done that. 100 loved it!

The breakfast is busy. The coffee machines take a long time to make one cup. They ran out of half and half and pancakes on Sunday.

Ground floor smelled like sewage. It was a strange set up. 2nd floor was actually the floor where you entered. To get to 2nd floor rooms you either had to carry your luggage down 6 steps or go up a ramp to the 3rd floor and take an elevator down to the 2nd.

Excellent breakfast (loved the two choices of omelets) and the fresh-ground coffee machines made good coffee. Bed was comfy, nice toiletries in the bathroom. The location is excellent as it is just a block from downtown Athens. And the front desk staff were very professional and helpful; supplied (gratis!) toiletries I had forgotten to bring.

Pool wasn't open (thought it was indoor rather than outdoor), and HVAC in room wasn't too responsive to changing thermostat.

The rooms smelled like cigarettes and weed so badly it was almost intolerable.

I liked the practically downtown location as well as proximity to the UG campus. I liked the 7-10 weekend hours of the breakfast. We liked the very short drive to our concert venue (Akins Ford Arena) and 5 minute walk to get coffee & tea. Everything looked and felt clean. The front desk gave us complimentary toothpaste since we forgot ours.

I didn't like the fact that room rates were much more than advertised. I also did not like having to pay extra simply to park in a crowded parking lot. The part of the lot squeezed in behind the hotel was difficult to get out of. The bathroom was tiny and had no soap but it was clean and suited our needs.
