Nice pool and hot tub, good location , breakfast was decent just a typical hotel breakfast but it was good. Beds were good just a little to firm for me but good. Loved the pillows.

Parking lot could use some work. (black topping) and the hall ways could use some updating ( carpet ) and it didn't smell to good.

Only convenience of this hotel is it was close to the village and not far from Bronners which was what we were coming for!

My mom's fridge was working, so when I told the front desk, they said the maintenance guy wasn't there, but if she wanted to keep stuff in the front desk fridge, she could. I explained she was a 73 year old with a walker, so it wouldn't be possible if she wanted to get her drinks to have to come to the front desk each time! They didn't even offer to switch her room, just apologized! Then in our room, when we all brushed our teeth at night, the sink filled up. We figured it would go down during the night. We wake up and it still hasn't drained! One of us goes to the bathroom to go pee and the toilet doesn't flush! We had to call for maintenance to come in and fix the problems! This was not a great end to our trip after we had stayed at 2 nice hotels in other cities during our trip and loved them! Would definitely not stay here again!

I have stayed there twice this year. My only problem you haven't put my Marriott rewards on my rewards my # is 443493818. I can't get nobody to take care of it. If I don't get them next month we will be staying somewhere else being it is expensive for us being seniors.We need some incentive

Close to the Brewery Location.

Pillows were down pillows and very uncomfortable. Should have asked if they had different pillows. The light switches for the bathroom were in a weird location to turn on the sink light but not a huge deal. The air conditioning unit rattled loudly every time it kicked on and ran. Just background noise but have to get used to it.

Very pleasant atmosphere as soon as you walk into the lobby. Super friendly staff. Everthing was clean and organized where ever I looked. I was in total awe when I went into my room and saw a welcome note right on the television. Definitely staying there again!!!

What I didn’t like was booking.com cancelled my reservation the day before I was scheduled to arrive. If I didn’t call to confirm the day before I would have arrived with no room for me. Booking.com was no help at all. I will never use booking.com

I was in a room with a door connecting to another room. It was hard to get any sleep because you could hear the people in that room. Someone was coughing all night. The elevator needs some work done on it.

Clean room; loved the shower; A box of kleenix was delivered to our room when we ran out Breakfast crew was friendly and the food great!

The room was very comfortable and it has a nice pool and hot tub. Conveniently located for a decent price.

Concerned comforters don’t get washed between stays because I only saw sheets and the comforter covers on the cart, but not clean comforters to replace the used ones. Even with a sheet and another sheet that is laid over the comforter, it seems very unsanitary. Hopefully I’m wrong… Also, I wish breakfast could go until 10 because it’s nice to be able to sleep in a little while on vacation before getting breakfast.

Staff got us in early, which was perfect.

They put a $21 hold on my credit card for incidentals which should fall off but I paid for the room in full before arrival. The staff never said there would be a charge only that they needed a card in file for that incidentals. Why prepay if they are going to charge me?

Large room, clean bedding, quiet location within the hotel, great breakfast, good price, good parking, fabulous staff

Shower door leaked horribly causing us to use every towel we had in the room, window did not open far enough to get adequate fresh air, jacuzzi had large amounts of sand and didn't work most of the time we were there, small ants were located by the fridge and window, remote for TV didn't work most of the time, not enough options for channels to watch as we don't do streaming services.

There was a pool and a hot hot tub

They only cleaned our room once for our 3 night stay and we didn't have the sign on our door. The breakfast was the same every day, change it up! And towels were very rare to find in the pool area. Additionally, the fridge in our room never stayed cold so our food and drinks we brought back to our room went bad.

We were able to visit with our friends comfortably in the gathering area which was nice. Rooms were as expected. Was nice to be near most of the attractions.

The elevator was sketchy. We used the stairs most of the time. Quiet time at 10 pm wasn’t really enforced. Our room was ungodly hot. Cleaning staff was super loud.

check in was fast and easy, breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles and fruit.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and liked the fact the the hotel was close to downtown.

The second night it was hard to find parking because there was a huge wedding or something going on and other people that were not hotel guests were staying or parking in the parking lot. And then the neighboring rooms are really loud as well.
