Love this town!! The hotel is perfect for when you visit Frankenmuth!

Breakfast was very good and the price was reasonable.

The price of the bar items in the pool area were very high priced.

I love that you can stay there and get everything you want and not have to leave, which is incredibly awesome.

Well I didn't like the prices of everything. It's like if you breathe it cost you money there and it's honestly very pricey. I wish it was a little more reasonable for families that can barely afford a vacation. I mean my family paid for mine since I'm a single disabled mom. But just common folk can't afford the amount of money they're charging there. The food extra things that they try to sell to you in the room. The $6 water what? That's disgusting. Should be complimentary. I am beyond words at how amazing the place is now. It looks like a cruise ship with the whole extra water parks that they did. It's so cool. But I truly wish that they offered a little lower pricing for just regular people to stay with their kids that want to give their kids a good time. And not spend $500 over a day.

Waterpark is amazing, arcade is amazing, hotel is older but they are updating everything. Hidden gem for now until everyone knows how awesome this place is.

It was like staying in a German castle. The restaurants served so much food and it was delicious.

Loved the adult area pool and whirlpool. Access to room service was very nice. Location to all the wonderful shops.

They really need rooms for just couples away from family rooms. Listening to doors slam and kids running the halls all the up to midnight was not pleasant. Absolutely horrible parking.

Location and kid friendly

Extremely overpriced for what you get and room conditions. You can get a better value at other water parks.

The property was in a great location. We could walk to most attractions.

It was pretty loud in our room. It didn’t seem like there was much insulation against noise from other rooms or out in the hall. It’s a great place to bring kids so I guess just expect loud kids in the halls and rooms.

Very convenient location. The water park is well maintained and staff seems very well trained. Decent food options and lots of attractions for the kids.

We weren't able to check in until almost 4 pm although we had requested early check in and arrived just after noon.

Rooms are outdated.Terribly small bathrooms. Insufficient power outlets for devices. Room direction signage could be approved. E.g. Room 1418 on the fourth floor. Nothing told us this was a fourth floor room. Long walk from front office check-in to room. Need more luggage carts. Light shone through a portion of the bottom of the door in our room that led to the outside balcony. I reported this to staff upon departure. Poor communication when calling to speak to staff before arrival. Always went to voice mail. Never able to speak to a person.

Omas was excellent food but very slow. We were told 20 min wait it was 46. When seated staff ignored us for 15 more min while cleaning off tables until, manager?, finally noticed me looking around and sent over a table cleaning waitress. Waitress was very efficient and accommodating from that point on.

See above. Also wall soap hard to get out or very low. Should offer soap bar at at bath sink. Also did not get in any of 3 rooms early leaving kids anxious to get to swim area our main destination.

Grounds were beautiful and clean, room was clean, staff was very friendly, menu in room, room set up, location of our room, lemon water available along with lemonade in lobby for us diabetics, really enjoyed the balcony.

Bathroom extremely small, pools and hot tubs temps not great and gritty particles on hot tub seating and pool floors, people smoking pot in their room and hallway wreaked of it (2nd floor hall of 260's), no parking and had to walk way far from our room(other side of building), kids/teens running halls after 10:30pm-12:00 and loud and no continental breakfast, hard bed and thermostat wasn't working correctly.

Rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Noticed a bug inside the room. I started to call down but I killed it and didn’t see another. Leaving the next day I saw Rose pest control there.

I liked room service!! And the Waterpark was fun!

It’s a great location within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in town. They also offer a shuttle. You don’t even need to leave the lodge they have restaurants, entertainment and activities on site as well.

Our rooms were filthy. Didn’t appear that they had been properly cleaned in some time. TV didn’t work in one of the rooms. We alerted the front desk numerous times. The maintenance department showed up and fixed the tv immediately. Housekeeping never showed up our entire stay to clean or refresh room as part of their daily routine.

The staff, especially Justin (tech staff in the fun center) and Bobbi (manger?), went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The blast area was amazing, great arcade, yummy food, etc. Our stay was fun and relaxing. We also loved the outdoor seating at the lounge and the live music.

Room is comfortable, balconies are nice but their is no privacy if your neighbor is outside they are RIGHT next to you. a bit confusing of a maze when you first get to the hotel if you've never been there before like me. bathroom door stuck so i had to pull on it hard to open it. close to stores and the river shops. great food at oma's kitchen.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The other guests were very rude but this was not the hotels fault. The bathroom door seemed to get stuck and needed repair I did let the front desk know.

We had an unexpected health issue arise in the water park. The associate Page went above and beyond to provide care and concern for my son. It was so appreciated and demonstrated incredible kindness.

The parking for overnight guests should be improved. The day visitors to the water park should be in a separate area.

Staff was friendly, we got a good price and everything was clean We always get pizza from ratskell which was delicious. Kids had fun fun fun.

Rollaeay bed that was requested a week prior to our stay didnt get delivered to the room until 1100pm and only after 1 call and to personal requests.

The pools and the balcony

No parking, very congested. Nobody willing to help you or answer questions. I am disabled and had to walk long distances to get places on the property. They had one scooter you could rent for $35 a day but it was gross and torn up, not worth it. We were not told there were restaurants in the hotel so we wandered to Main Street and it was so busy everywhere we wasted 2 hours looking for a place to eat. We ended up at Zenders restaurant and again, NO HELP. All those dining areas and nobody to guide you or greet you. The only thing we found relaxing was the swim up bar where you can be outside. It was a mess and we won’t be returning.

A wonderful experience

Long walks to get stuff in and out of vehicle.....prices of food and drinks. Bathroom in room was very small. Not enough carts to get things into and out of room.

The waterpark was great for my 3.5 year old. He was 43 inches and tall enough for every single water slide. The slides were a perfect level of thrill for the young kids, less intense than some other waterparks and ideal for younger kids.

Rooms are a little dated.

The question was what did you think of the breakfast. There wasn't any. Well. Unless we paid. I dont think I'll stay more then one night. Everything was expensive it was a very money hungry experience. And this trip wasn't one we could afford a whole lot. There were a couple different areas we liked the smaller less noisy one pictured as it was closed off for a little little kiddo.

A man hand searched my bag.. actually my two year old was running away into the park and he literally was holding me there while my two year old was running because he thought I had glass items in my bag.. We were under the impression that there was a continental breakfast through booking dot com

It is a little on the pricy side but understandably so. It takes a lot of money to have a facility of that caliber. The food in Oma’s restaurant should have more variety. I have food allergies and only allowed me one thing on the menu I could eat.

I liked the Bavarian theme. Water park was fun and so was the adult pool and whirlpool. Location of hotel was good. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a gift shop & restaurant on premises. I liked all the activities like snack bar, arcade etc on premises.

We got lost finding some things. There is a $35 resort fee so I guess that is for the water park.

This place is the best for family fun, so much for kiddos to do and adults as well!

Loved all the water park features and pools, kids loved that and the arcade.

The Arcade games are fun and it also includes a mini 4 lane bowling alley.

Property was great, water park was wonderful and so fun!

Unfortunately our room wasn’t super clean, my little one found a pack of cigarettes on the side of the bed by the wall (I thought okay that’s easy to miss) but then my 1yr old found (what looked like) a nicotine patch on the floor next to the chair in our room and almost put it in his mouth.. so definitely wasn’t vacuumed well if at all because there were a lot of little crumbs on the floor in that area. Other than that everything else was wonderful
