The room was very comfortable and overall quite pleasant. However, I don’t think the hotel offers good value for money. The weakest aspect of the hotel was definitely the entertainment and animation. I found the range of activities and entertainment options to be quite limited.

Location

Room was pretty basic for the price. Room service ooor quality (tough, inedible chicken) and I was subsequently very sick during the night and requested to pay to keep the room which at first was offered and then withdrawn. Unhelpful staff although I understand flight disruptions put everyone under pressure.

The location is windy but nice, the hotel is clean; the food isn't very varied, but it is good.

You only get slippers if you ask for them at reception, which isn't exactly impressive for a 5-star hotel. But what I found most unpleasant was the hidden cost associated with the pre-paid dinner: we had to pay extracost for the water consumed during the dinner. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great facilities

The kind of people that stay there and no adult spaces for just adults. Kids everywhere ruin the stay.

להיות בצד שלא פונה לים זה לא נעים כי אתה בנוף של הר ירוק שמאוד קרוב אלייך אבל הנוף שם מטרף ולכן לבקש רק הצד של הים הנוף יכול לשדרג מאוד את השהייה

It’s ok. Not a real 5 star standard. Old hotel. Most annoying: we booked the hotel because it offers an adult only pool on the 6th floor - there are 3 family and kids pools on the ground floor. Thus families come here too with small children screaming, jumping into the pool, diving… No way to relax. Thus the staff doesn’t say anything. Unfortunately!

A truly amazing resort. Friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean all over, spacious and modern rooms. Very good room service and cleaning, pool was faultless - with excellent pool service and surrounding restaurants. Pool was kept super clean at all times and surrounding areas also. Regular activities generated fun for all guests. Breakfast buffet was unrivalled - even though we had Elite privileges, this was only the seating area - the food was same for all and it was great. Fresh, tasty, delightful and all topped off with great table waiter service. On the Front Desk - the Manager, Anna, was beyond doubt the most friendly you could meet. We had booked only the same day as arrival due to an horrendous experience and another location, and she made a point to introduce herself and ensure we felt welcomed and valued at the Sheraton - going out of her way to make certain we had interconnecting rooms. Several times She checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Without doubt, if coming to Rhodes and staying in this part of the Island, Sheraton should not be overlooked.

The pools were always overcrowded, and it was almost impossible to find an available sunbed. Guests had to wake up early just to reserve a chair by the pool. For a hotel of this standard, there should be enough sunbeds for everyone.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. It feels like guests who book standard rooms are automatically given the farthest and least desirable rooms in the resort. If you want a room closer to the lobby, restaurants, or pool, you are expected to pay an extra €50. I already paid €450 for a standard room, yet I still had to pay another €50 just to avoid being placed in a room that was extremely far away. Charging guests extra simply because they want a reasonable room location is unfair and feels like a hidden fee. A hotel’s room allocation should be based on availability and fairness, not on who is willing to pay extra after arrival. This policy leaves a very bad impression and makes guests feel like they are being taken advantage of. I expected much better from this hotel, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it because of this experience.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheraton Rhodes, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful interiors and the elegant design. The combination of stylish spaces, stunning swimming pools, and warm wooden details created such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality dishes, and the drinks were beautifully prepared and tasted amazing. One of the most magical moments each day was watching the breathtaking sunsets. They made every evening feel truly special and unforgettable. Overall, everything about our stay was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Sheraton Rhodes to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing family holiday with excellent service, fantastic food, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

We enjoyed a fabulous week at the Sheraton, an ideal choice with teenagers, plenty to do. The rooms were spacious & spotlessly clean as was the whole resort. The staff especially the restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming from Alexandria on the front desk, wonderful Dimitri, Georgiu, Iggnas and all the other lovely staff, you made our stay so pleasant, thank you. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We are a family of five, all adults. Stayed for 6 days at a sea view rooms. The hotel was marvellous. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and all our requests were met. The rooms were Clean with all amenities provided. Anything not provided inside the room as cotton buds or tooth brush was given to us by front desk, all we had to do is ask. Breakfast was great with variety, everything for everyone, good quality. Only problem was the sea it was always with waves making it difficult to have a relaxing swim, but that is not the hotel fault. We had the alternative of going to the pools. I definitely recommend this hotel and would surly visit again! Thank you everyone for making our stay wonderful!

What a wonderful 2 week holiday in Rhodes at the Sheraton. What makes this a stand out destination is the friendly, highly professional hospitality from George Tipou and his food and beverage team. Special thanks to Alexandra for her welcoming style (hope you’ve got your old front desk back!, )for Prodromos for his calm, professional, friendly, attentive but not too attentive way and Georgios for always engaging and helping us. And last but not least the main man - Dimitris. What a guy! You made our first visit to Rhodes a very special one with your friendly nature and quick wit. What fun you brought to our table every day. You make the Sheraton much more than a hotel - you made it an experience we will never forget. Thanks to all the hotel staff - you work very hard and it pays off. We will be back!

Wonderful stay at the Sheraton Rhodes resort . Staff super friendly and has everything you need . Just attended a culinary demonstration from Head Chef which was fun and engaging/ useful for when I want to recreate a Greek salad back in Cambridge .

Well ….. We can only say our experience at the Sheraton Hotel and Resort was an excellent overall experience and I cannot really expand on that. The staff are so efficient and friendly. The Thèa (Greek), and L'Onda (Italian) Restaurants in the hotel are top class and they provide an unbelievable sunset panorama. Special thanks to Efi and Athena at the restaurants for such a friendly, welcoming and efficient service. We had 3 meals during our 10 day holiday. We will definitely return to this Hotel and Resort!

Hotel is nicer inside than it looks from the street. Staff were very good. Drink and food were a bit pricey. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner buffet was very average. Sometimes fish was undercooked. Specialist restaurants were very pricey for food and drinks although the food was good.

We really enjoyed the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the wonderful Zoe welcomed us at the front desk! She was delightful—super helpful and courteous—and truly enhanced our entire stay! We also met Rafaela, who was lovely and wonderful! We can't wait to return for another fantastic vacation at your hotel! Thank you so very much!

Our time at the Sheraton Rhodes was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the Marriott Elite recognition was excellent, and we were incredibly grateful for the room upgrade we received. What really makes this resort shine is the warmth of the team. We were greeted beautifully by Anna, and Rafaela made our check-in process smooth and welcoming. A special touch was the lovely sweets delivered to our room by Kaliapi, which set a wonderful tone for the stay. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Dimitris. After connecting with him at check-in, he continuously went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect for us, particularly at breakfast and whenever our paths crossed. His authentic hospitality made us feel less like hotel guests and more like friends visiting a home. He is an absolute gem on this staff. Between the beautiful property, elite perks, and world-class service, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as part of your summer holidays. We chose this hotel due to its association with Marriott Bonvoy program and beach front location. Even though it's an aging hotel, the staff goes above and beyond with a customer satisfaction first attitude. This experience made us leave the hotel with fond memories. However, the main shortfall of the hotel was the pebbly beach which makes it getting into the sea pretty hard. It is worth to note that is not a hotel issue but an Ixia beach issue. If you prefer pool though, the hotel offers a pretty good service. Getting into some of the specifics: Welcome: Due to a 3 hour delayed flight, we arrived the hotel at 2 am. Even though the reception was only staffed with the night receptionist, we had quite a full experience check in. The receptionist warmly welcomed us acknowledging our Marriott Bonvoy status, confirming a room upgrade is offered to Junior suite room, and offered our welcome gift of choice. When we entered the room, there was a nice fruit platter, a bottle of wine and some salmon wraps in the fridge which we greatly appreciated since we had to skip dinner during the flight. Room: The junior suite room was very spacious including a huge balcony. While the room was super clean (and kept regularly clean with daily cleaning and turn down service), the bathroom fittings and the wardrobe was showing the age of the hotel. I think they are incrementally refreshing some elements of the room to keep it up to date since the shower space felt brand new at the same time. The room included everything that you could need. The bed was a bit on the firm side but still very comfy and plenty of pillow options were offered. The towels were showing their age and needs a complete refresh soon. The TV also didn't have streaming pairing function which is quite a standard thing for most Marriott hotels at the moment. Hotel Grounds: The hotel is pretty big with 12 floors with two wings. It takes a bit of time to figure out where everything is. It offers 3 pools and direct beach access with a tunnel that goes under the road, making the access to the beach seamless. There are plenty of small shops onsite offering a market, a nail saloon, an ice-cream shop (which we loved) and plenty of pool side bars. Some areas are reserved for Marriott Bonvoy elite guests which also made our membership to the program more valuable. Beach towels were offered at various locations and it was a pleasant experience to have access to anything you might need. Our suggestions to the hotel would be to create more clearly marked adults only areas (e.g. 6th floor pool, one side of the beach) as it really makes a huge difference to have that as someone who doesn't have children and wants to avoid ball games in the pool. Location: The hotel is located in a central location where you can leave the hotel and reach many restaurants, shops and bars with a short walk. If you want some walking adventure, it was also very pleasant to walk to old town by the shore (took about 1 hour for a 5.5km walk). Buses are also available in front of the hotel to go to old town. Having direct beach access with a hotel reserved area was also pleasant but you should mind that the beach is pebbly and it is a bit hard to get into the water. The sea is super clean and warm to swim in though. Restaurants: Breakfast was included in our booking and we chose to eat at the hotel restaurants for 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of options and fresh produce. We were consistently greeted by Dimitri with great positivity and welcome; he carried our experience to the next level with his friendly attitude. A la carte Greek restaurant was reasonably priced compared to the prices in old town and the food was delicious. The evening buffet was alright for the price and offered a good range of items but some food options were not great (e.g. the chicken skewers were super dry, the halloumi wraps were similarly dry and not exciting). Overall, we enjoyed the food options and didn't need going out. Spa: We found the spa reasonably priced and decided to book a massage. The spa was operating independently from the hotel and we couldn't charge it to the room. Furthermore, we couldn't take advantage of the 15% off voucher offered at check-in because the voucher wasn't with us at the time of our booking. The reception staff seemed unpleasant to deal with; they seemed bothered by the clean beach towel distribution responsibility, didn't want to fix the credit card charge when we asked about the voucher; almost argued with me telling “why didn't you tell me before paying” as if talking to a child. The massage was great but it was lacking the spa calmness feeling at the beginning and it was done as a matter of transaction ( no changing rooms offered, no massage covering was offered and oil was put all over my swimwear). Finally, when we needed a shower a few hours after check out, the hotel redirected us to staff changing rooms with dirty showers and no towels while the spa has clean and proper shower facilities suitable for guests. The disconnect between the spa and hotel is really obvious and it could be managed so much better. Service: Apart from the spa, every member of the hotel staff is super friendly and welcoming. The elite member event with canapes and wine; watching the sunset was extremely nice and we really enjoyed it. The Greek night evening show and the band was also great, making our evening more enjoyable. It almost felt like a friendly family business that knows the customer by name, even though the hotel is huge. Overall, we truly enjoyed the experience and appreciate the service provided by the staff greatly. There are minor areas of improvements. While we noticed that Rhodes is not what we expected from our summer holiday, the hotel provides good and consistent service for anyone who is visiting Rhodes.

The hotel itself is beautiful with a stunning sunset deck. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming except for a couple which were rude. The whole hotel and grounds are immaculate. The food at the "pool bar" and from the "Knights bar" were fantastic although the service from the Knights bar wasn't great, they really looked down on you like you didn't belong there. The rooms were basic for a 5* but had comfortable beds. The first room we were given was ground floor and it had an awful smell and was full of ants, even across the bed. The second room we were given was an adjoining room and the guests next door wrecked their room in the middle of the night, it was so loud. Nothing was done until they checked out and maintainance came to fix everything. We would stay here again but in a suite that way the room would be nicer and I'm sure the staff would be friendlier too.

The pools and beach were beautiful and very comfortable to reach! The breakfast buffet and pool snacks were delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming (especially Zoi!) Highly recommend for anyone looking for a a few days of rest, hanging out in the pool and eating good food .

A 15 min cab drive from the old city or new town, but there is a small store inside the hotel, so we didn’t really feel like we missed anything.

We recently stayed at Sheraton Rhodes Resort and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, some of the staff members were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and truly went out of their way to look after us. A big shout out to Dimitri who was professional and very hard working but remained very friendly and welcoming in the dining room, nothing was ever too much trouble for him . He has the all the credentials to go far in the tourism industry. The room was spacious and had amazing views of the sea and sunsets. There wasn't a fight for sun loungers either, probably helped by the number of pools areas. Unfortunately, our holiday was heavily disrupted by a large, rowdy group of conference attendees all from one specific country. They were loud and completely out of control around the swimming pool and the dining areas. It felt like the hotel prioritized this big group over the comfort of regular holidaymakers. Overall its a lovely place with great staff, but the hotel needs to manage large events better so they do not ruin the stay for other guests. I will add not all conference attendees behaved in this manner only members from this one specific group.

We were placed here from an easy jet flight cancellation and it was perfect! The staff at the reception were so friendly and understanding. Room was furnished with everything you’d need and always clean/bed made. The pool area and lunch time restaurant was beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only slight downside was an angry sounding man/manager shouting down his phone during our arrival (I assume he was not happy with people who had flights cancelled being placed in “his” hotel) I didn’t choose this hotel however would definitely book in future!

I’m just coming to the end of a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Rhodes, and what made it so special was the exceptional kindness and professionalism of the staff I met. From the warm welcome by Rafaela, who kindly ensured I had an evening meal despite my late arrival on my first night, to the outstanding restaurant team, led by Georgio. Everyone went above and beyond. Alexandria, always with a welcoming smile and kind words , Dimitrius who deserves a special mention for his genuine warmth, humour and attention, and those that I have forgotten names. The team remembered my name, asked about my trips, and offered thoughtful advice, while showing the same care and attention to every guest. Such great team work evident to see and other guests commented on and appreciated. My room was beautiful, with a stunning sea view, an incredibly HUGE comfortable bed, excellent amenities and was kept spotless throughout my stay by diligent housekeeping . The room location near the evening entertainment meant I could enjoy it from my balcony when I wanted a quieter evening, it was never too loud, just right. The food was excellent, with a great variety each day. The fish was beautifully and freshly cooked, breakfast was outstanding (the best Eggs Royale I’ve ever had!), and the fresh detox juices were a delightful discovery!! The hotel’s private beach and three pools never felt overcrowded, making it easy to relax throughout my holiday. Thank you so much to everyone at the Sheraton Rhodes for making my stay so memorable. Your kindness, and genuine hospitality made this a true five-star experience and I hope to return again soon. ☺️

Great location as a base to explore the island with plenty of parking for hire cars and not too far from airport Hotel itself lovely and reception and pool/ restaurant/ bar staff all great. Plenty of sunbeds but pretty basic and not too comfortable. A great stay that could had been excellent with just more attention to detail. Housekeeping poor with having to chase for room to be cleaned ( at 7pm!) and shower gels and coffee / tea again not topped up unless specifically requested Having only one person to get towels from who was also manning spa reception also inadequate. Overall though positives outweigh the negatives .

We had a great time at this Sheraton Rhodes. The Concierge, Anna, was so helpful arranging excursions, day trip, and anything else we needed. The bartenders, Michalis, Angelos and Zafiris were friendly and a pleasure to sit with. Our server most mornings for breakfast was Dimitri. He had a smile for us every morning and provided entertaining service. The restaurant had excellent food and a great view. Thanks to Konstantinos and our server Efi for making us feel special. The dinners were so good we ate there 3 times. We are planning our next trip to Rhodes and will definitely stay at the Sheraton to visit our new friends.

This is a beautiful resort with all the amenities. It is part of the Marriott Bonvoy system. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially at the reception desk. We didn't care for the Rhodes beaches because of all the rocks, so we spent our time at the pool. The only negative was our arrival night, when we ate at the Thea Restaurant, where we chose the Greek menu. The octopus carpaccio was excellent, but the main lamb course was awful, and we had to return it. The Tiramisu was also not so good. On a positive note, though, the service was excellent. The hotel buffet breakfast was well done and worth having. It costs between 15 and 20 Euros for a taxi to the City Center or to Old Town.

שלום לכולם המרפסת היתה מלאה נמלים כמויות הם לא הצליחו להתגבר על הבעיה. ניקו ואז שוב בקיתור לא העבירו אותי חדר ולא התיחסו התלונה היתה ביום הראשון הינו שם 4 לילות לא היה ניתן להשתמש במרפסת מבאס נורא.ואי התגובה מצדם מאד מאכזבת

Overall, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Accommodation and Atmosphere The hotel itself feels dated, with a building that appears very much rooted in the 1970s and is showing its age. However, the foyer and communal areas make a much stronger impression. The vast open spaces and high ceilings create an airy atmosphere that never feels overcrowded, even during busy periods. I also appreciated the thoughtful decorative touches, including books and ornaments placed throughout the property, which add warmth and character. The hotel offers a variety of spaces to suit different guests, from quiet reading corners and meeting areas to a pool table and other communal gathering spots. Dining The dining experience was one of the weaker aspects of the stay. For a hotel of this size, I expected at least one restaurant to offer something distinctive, but the menus felt uninspiring and similar to what could easily be found in nearby restaurants outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was extensive but felt somewhat dated, repetitive and low quality in places. The healthy options were particularly disappointing, which seemed like a missed opportunity given the growing number of health-conscious travellers. The detox juice, for example, contained an unexpectedly high amount of sugar. A notable exception was the service in the breakfast restaurant. Demitris provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. As Titanium members, we felt especially well looked after by him. He was attentive, engaging and consistently professional, making each morning enjoyable. The reception staff at the breakfast restaurant also deserve recognition for being welcoming, friendly and cheerful. Facilities The hotel offers a range of on-site amenities, including two shops selling toiletries and basic food items, a hairdresser, and an ice cream/frozen yoghurt shop. While the shops are convenient, nearby local stores offer better value. The frozen yoghurt was enjoyable, although the cheesecake-flavoured ice cream was excessively sweet. The gym is reasonably well equipped but appears neglected. Several machines were broken or showing signs of wear, and the facility would benefit from a deep clean and greater investment in maintenance. Service and Housekeeping Housekeeping was the most inconsistent aspect of our seven-night stay. Our room was not serviced at all on the first day. While the hotel was managing a large conference arrival, I do not consider this an acceptable reason for missed guest rooms. Service quality varied considerably throughout the week. On some days, housekeeping was excellent, providing fresh towels, beach towels and even turndown service. On other days, the room was either missed entirely or cleaned so late that I had to request immediate attention to avoid further interruptions later in the day. There were also occasions when housekeeping knocked and entered despite being asked not to. We also had to contact reception multiple times to request beach towels, which often failed to arrive. In addition, the room floor did not appear to be cleaned during our stay, allowing sand to accumulate and eventually make its way into the bed. Although slippers were provided, this did not address the underlying issue. Pool and Beach The beach is pebbly but pleasant, and there was always a sunbed available regardless of the time of day. The pool area is attractive, well maintained and similarly well supplied with loungers. Pool bar service, however, could be improved. On several occasions, no staff were circulating to take orders, requiring me to visit the bar myself. The drinks were also underwhelming, with cocktails tending to be overly sweet and syrup-heavy. Activities and Highlights One of the standout features of the hotel was the activities team. Two enthusiastic instructors organised yoga, aqua aerobics and HIIT sessions throughout the day. They were consistently cheerful, approachable and encouraging, creating a welcoming atmosphere that motivated guests to participate. Their energy and positivity added significantly to the overall holiday experience. Final Verdict The hotel has several strengths, including its spacious communal areas, plentiful sunbeds, excellent breakfast service staff and engaging activities programme. However, the dated dining offering, inconsistent housekeeping, neglected gym maintenance and limited poolside service prevent it from fully meeting expectations. With improvements in these areas, the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced.

Just returned from our stay at the Sherton. The hotel is big and spacious which we loved there is 2 sets of lifts one for down to beach and pool the other for the block on upper floors. We stayed on the upper floors, our room was spacious with a great big terrace although we did feel it was a bit dated. No need to worry regarding a sun lounger they are available at any time of the day which is great. Rooms were serviced everyday, very clean. Nicholas who is the head chef I have to give a big shout out too, I am gluten free and he went out his way to ensure I got bread available at breakfast and had delicious food made for dinner. He also did a Greek cooking class which was delicious. The staff behind the scenes and front of house in the dining area were all fantastic they all work very hard. Overall it was a great stay it's just such a shame about the conferences that were held. They can be quite loud.

Me and my family stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and we could not have been more happy with our stay. First of all, upon arriving after a delayed flight, we were greeted and checked in immediately, and got up to the room in less than 10 minutes. The room we booked, the Aegean Suite, was perfectly clean and prepared. We ventured downstairs for dinner and ended up choosing the buffet, which we dont typically do. BEST CHOICE EVER!!! There was seemingly an endless amount of choices suitable for everyome, the food was really good, and it was reasonably priced. The staff at the resturant knocked it out of the park as well, especially Dimitris, who is seriously a gem. The hotel had many pools and bars which ensured there was never too many people in one place. When we stayed, there was a conference at the hotel with around 500 guests, but my family didn’t run into problems. The last night of the conference, there was a big party that was a bit loud, but the hotel made sure to wrap up the party by a reasonable time so that we could get to sleep. The location was perfect too and all of the island was relatively accesible from the hotel. All in all, it was a perfect stay and I will be back next year for an equally good experience.

Ungenerous with the tea bags. Milk etc,, a pity. Insufficient coffee sachets and no drinks in the mini bar. Need more hot drink facilities in dining room. A queue of 15 waiting to make coffee? Poor show, should not have to wait.

La piscine était grande, eau belle, plein de transats. La salle de sport était bien équipée, climatisée. C'était chouette le jaccuzi sur le balcon, en revanche, la vue était un peu prise par une sorte de verrière. Beaucoup de choix au Self (matin et soir)

Il faut traverser la rue pour aller sur la plage. Si vous prenez l'option demi-pension, on vous demande un supplément pour manger dans les beaux restaurants qui sont en photo. On n'a accès qu'au buffet, où l'eau est en supplément ! La moindre activité nécessite de faire appeler un taxi. On sent l'envie de vendre la moindre option supplémentaire. D'ailleurs les serveurs sont très souriants aux clients qui donnent des pourboires, beaucoup moins aux autres.

We had an outstanding stay at this resort in Rhodes. My wife and I returned, after 20 years, to celebrate our anniversary and this time brought our 3 daughters. This used to be a Hilton property. Marriott did an excellent job with its improvements. This is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at. The team sure takes care of its Bonvoy guests. The Sheraton Rhodes provides service at the highest level. The pool is nice, but we opted for the beach most days. There’s nothing like swimming in the blue Aegean. We were impressed with all of the staff we encountered. Zoi and Adonis at reception were so friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Dimitris. He made sure we had everything we could possibly want or need at Castellania for breakfast. Dimitris is a jewel at this resort in Rhodes. We would recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Rhodes.

Hotel and room were clean, The view was amazing to the beach. Stuff was very nice The location is also great you have a lot of restaurants and tavernas around, Walking distance.

Fantastic hotel. The facilities were incredible. We used the tennis court, gym, squash courts, indoor and outdoor pools etc. everything was so clean. All staff really friendly. food was really great too. We saw the best sunsets. Our room was upgraded to the sea view which was really nice. Car park had lots of space. Highly recommend.

Hotel room could have better sound proofing. We could hear our neighbour clearly as our rooms were joined by a locked door but luckily they were quiet at night. Breakfast could have had more fresh fruit- melon etc but I’m being fussy now.

Next to a busy road, nonstop traffic noise. Next door hotel has loud karaoke until midnight. Hotel needs soon some updating.

The beach area could do with a foot wash area ,and perhaps a wind breaker or two .hooks on the umbrellas could help also

Wonderful stay in this 5* resort. We had one week stay in a Deluxe Sea View room on a bed & breakfast basis. We loved everything about this hotel. Breakfast offered high quality items with good choices and Dimitris gave us excellent service and always with a smile.

This hotel is amazing. Conveniently located close to the airport and Rhodes town. Beachfront with its own private beach just across the road and accessible via a short and lovely underpass. The hotel has ample options for drinks, dinner and I would argue the best sunset deck on the island. The staff makes this hotel stand out even more. From George, Alexandra and Dimitris at breakfast to Theofania at the Reception. The lovely team at the pool bar being ever so accommodating and great cocktails in the bar. Overall a fantastic experience!
